Unbelievable great food had the tuna steak and crab with the death skins fantastic. Good atmosphere and great server. Will most definitely go back when I'm out here agian!!!!!!!!!! Pricing was very reasonable and portions were good.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. We walk in at 6:30ish on a Saturday... and the place is empty (with a mild funk). This should have been clue number one, but whatever, sometimes I like to prance through a whole garden of red flags. My family was all going there together... and yet we had to sit at separate tables. I get it, sometimes you don't have the capacity for large groups... but a table of 7 should have been able to be put together. There wasn't even an offer to push a couple tables together. But again... whatever. It's not that big of a deal. The next thing I notice is the plethora of filthy, crumpled dollar bills pinned to the CEILING above the bar. My grandmother asks the waitress WHY!? And she says "That's our curse jar." You know... that's funny, maybe even endearing. If these stripper singles were not pinned to the CEILING above the BAR SURFACE where food and drinks are served. Shudder. Gag. Existential dread sets in. Appetizers come out... and they are wrong. Waitress takes them away... and brings back the right ones that are mediocre at best. Either way, she pretty much set 20$ on fire because she put in the wrong order. I get it, it happens. And I actually wouldn't put it past this hole to just serve them up to someone else after reheating them.. Gross. This place says it is a BAR AND GRILL. So I order a steak. Same thing as my dad. They bring out this 10oz ribeye... and it is easily 6oz of fat. JUST fat. Huge hunks of fat. Didn't even cook down fat. FAT. I expected some fat, some marbling. It's a Ribeye. I'm not a moron. But more of this steak was pure fat than it was meat. I'd have been horrified if a cut like that ever made it to a customer! My dad's steak is fatty, but not as much. My fiance orders a quesadilla... can't mess that up, right? RIGHT!? They brought him 2 mealy chicken tacos (also full of fat!!!) and there was about a nickel sized amount of cheese on ONE of the "quesadillas." The guacamole was slimy and runny, the lettuce was wilted. Gross... He didn't eat it and insisted his stomach was just feeling off. From the one bite he took... I WONDER WHY!? My grandmother's fries were WET. The beers were piss warm... And when any of this was brought to the attention of our inattentive waitress (who made a point to tell us she was 27, despite how young she looks)... she just looked awkwardly and shuffled about. No offer to make it right, nothing. No manager to be found. You know what... at 27, you should know how to handle something like this. This is day one of waitress training. And, just to note, we still tipped her well. You actually couldn't pay me to crawl back into this dingy, mildew riddled hole of a "restaurant." Eating Taco Bell off of the sidewalk probably would have been more satisfying. Actually, I'm pretty sure I have sat on a curb and eating street truck meat with less revolting fat... OH AND DID i MENTION THE FLIES!? FLIES EVERYWHERE! All over the food, all over the table, all over EVERYTHING! The bathroom was apparently FULL OF THEM, but I just held it until I got home for fear of what atrocity existed within the walls of that ladies room.

Stopped in for one of their daily specials which happened to be a burger (they have a special for each day of the week). Great burger made the way you want it and I loved the fresh cut fries. Waitress was friendly and great price. I'll be going back!

Prices went up. Food was just ok. I ordered a cheese steak for almost ten dollars and was asked what I wanted on it. Usually when asked what you want on a cheese steak I'll respond the works. And maybe pay a dollar or two more. Usually they are included. Each addition was a dollar more. If I wanted lettice, tomato, onion, pepper, mushrooms, hots, the cheese steak would have cost me 16 dollars. I have been eating cheese steaks for 50 years and this was a first. However my wife's rubinstein was good. However I refuse to pay a dollar for a tablespoon of onion or mushrooms. Rnr is now overpriced.

Amazing food!! Had the stuffed portobello mushroom with crab meat appetizer (pic) and I shed a tear when I was done. It was sssssooooo good!! Also ordered the sirloin tips in a blue cheese cream sauce (pic). Another amazing dish! I'm normally not a blue cheese fan but I wanted to lick the dish clean. If we drive through Laurel again in the future we are making a point to stop here again.

It was horrible. We had fish tacos (soft tortillas were hard as a rock, fish was fried too hard, oily and flavorless) and shrimp tacos ( again. Soft tortillas were hard. Shrimp were over cooked and tough)

Family friendly during dinner hours. Friendly helpful service. The meals were great, appetizers were less than impressive. Fried pickles were a lump of dough with a few chips hidden inside. Jalapeno poppers were good once heated, we ended up with less peppers when they came back but were still charged full price. Prices were normal for bar food. I would give them another cahnce.

Stopped for Lunch, we sat there waiting while the staff talked on the phone. Table so sticky you could not put your arms on it. We got tired of waiting and left. Had lunch at the truck stop next door. Seems staff there does not care about customers

Came here on a Friday for dinner. By the time we left, the place was packed. The food was really good. I had a burger, which was very good . My wife had ordered the mac and cheese with lump crab meat. That looked very good. Also had live music . We will be back !!

My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times now and have enjoyed great service and great food each time. I had the Chicken Florentine last night which was excellent and my husband had the prime rib which he said was good but slightly over cooked for his taste (he requested rare but this was closer to medium). Everything else was delicious - especially the corn pone!! We had the same server both times and she was awesome both times! We'll definitely be going back.

The interior is very dark inside. Small amount of seating but still an adequate amount. They have booths and high top tables. They offer affordable daily specials and a full kitchen menu. The burgers, prime rib and chicken cheesesteaks are great. There is entertainment a few nights of the week. A little something for everyone. The beer is always cold!

The waitress was extremely nice that's about it. I visited this bar and grill alot when they reopened a few years ago. Back then, I would of told you the food was fantastic and the place had a wonderful atmosphere. However, last night was awful. They recieved 3 strikes from me in regards to their bar. Their draft beer from the tap is terrible... Not only was the color completely off but they also served it in a plastic solo cup. Someone in our party ordered a double kahlua and milk which was noted it was just milk. The final strike was when they barely had anything in stock on a Saturday night at 6pm. Critically, a bad sign. I only give this resturant two stars for having such a friendly waitress. Other than that, if you decided to stop by and get some grub just go to hardees lol!

This is The Place in Laurel. The Wed Burger.Nite special is top shelf. Service always excellent. Chef Jeff visits w customers and insures quality control. Family owned business for generations and are often in house . Live music and Karoe on weekends. Bike week great time to be seen here. Good dingles spot.

Dirty looking, looks like not very clean. Waitress was slow on orders for drink refills. Loud yelling from bar. No separate area for family with kid's. So bar is in your face. Food over cooked(Onion rings so greasy we held them up an grease drip) so would we recommend, No!
