Good buffet line had lots of choices. I would give them 5 star. Just couple things needs to be addressed. I didn't get my Naan even after asking, the fruits had foul taste. Staff was pleasant but not attentive, listen to the customer and you will do good. I gave very honest review. I hope they take it positively and correct them. Overall good place to eat Indian food.

Incredible! The food was so well-prepared and flavorful. The Aloo Gobi was spicy and the portions were the perfect size. My husband got the weekend lunch buffet and he had a bit of everything and thought all of it was delicious and the area kept very clean! We love this place and will definitely be back. The people were friendly, helpful, and kind. What a wonderful place with a lovely atmosphere!

The ambience of the place is really good and warm. Lots of room and staff is very generous. However, would give 3 stars only because the food was not warm enough to make it more enjoyable. Even the gulab jamun was cold in this cold weather. Just a word of advice to make it more appealing to be marketed. Very good drivable location from West Chester too :)

We ordered Chicken and Goat biryani and they totally messed up all the spices. So much strong smell and under cook, hard to intake. May be other foods are good, but avoid Biryani, they don't know how to cook this delicate dish.

A welcome addition to the neighborhood. Weekend buffet includes good range of Indian dishes including Biryani and a nice desert option for the price. Entree seems good as well. Hopefully they maintain good quality and consistency in what they offer.

What a wonderful, relaxing and beautiful place to have a delicious meal!! We will be eating here often!! Some of our favorites so far are the Chili Chicken, Mix Grill, Salmon, Chicken Tikka Masala, Shrimp Biryani, Garlic Naan, and the Pistachio ice cream. If you are looking for authentic and quality Indian food, this is the place to go. Very good ambience and super friendly staff makes it a nice experience altogether. The delicacies we tried include - Palak chat - a must try; naan - fresh and soft, the best I've eaten in the recent times; mango kulfi - reminded me of Kulfi in India, and so on. This is a new place and surely a refresher for the locals.

We had some spicy cauliflower and crunchy kale dishes for starters that simply surprised the heck out of me... I just wasn’t expecting to be blown away by the food that much. Then came the cheese balls and lamb... and then the Naan!!!! I had absolutely no space left to eat, but then they told me they had homemade pistachio ice cream... are you kidding me?! Best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to

First time at this new Indian restaurant and we wanted to support the owners and fellow Chadds Ford residents., and I have to say that the food was outstanding. I've eaten at a lot of Indian restaurants here, England and in India over the years, and this has to rank as one of the best. We started out with the Calamari with chili and other spices. Excellent. My wife had a mild lamb dish that was great. My son and I both had the Lamb Vindaloo. He ordered his hot while mine was a little less so. Both were a perfect balance of heat and flavor. For dessert my wife had an Indian style ice cream. Very unique and delicious. They make it onsite. Service was fine. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. We'll be back for sure.

We were a party of 9 who had dinner there. Food was great as usual. We took 2 people who say they don't like Indian food, but they liked it and said they would definitely go back. Being new to the area, I thought I would take the time to test the local Indian food to see if they could "live up to the spice". I ordered Chicken Vindaloo Extra Spicy and let me tell you ... they do not kid around. Naan was to be expected and service was prompt upon arriving. Look forward to many more meals!

Great food for both spice lovers as well as mild food lovers (like my son). Great people. The best thing was that my son want to do his graduation party at Rasa (they have a great party hall). Hands down, the best Indian Cuisine I have tasted! The service was excellent. Staff is very attentive and friendly! The food is full of flavor and they have quite a variety to choose from. I highly recommend the Gobhi Manchurian, Paneer Shaslik and Chicken Tikka Masala with a side of Garlic Naan. Absolutely delicious! I look forward to my next visit!

Went there the other day, I had a Dosa, it was so delicious. The chef I know, he made it good for me. The mango LASSI was really good, best mango lassi I ever had in a long time. Easily the best Indian food around (Glen Mills-West Chester-Newtown Square-Exton)... and I've eaten at all of them! First time ordering today, did takeout: Chicken Tikki Masala, Dhaba Murgh, Dal Tadka, garlic naan. Everything was hands down amazing. My wife and I were blown away. The chicken was cooked to perfection, moist, flavorful, high quality. Load of fresh herbs and fresh ingredients in every dish. The only thing that I found interesting is that they serve what appears to be a rice similar to Thai Jasmine, definitely not the traditional basmati. Can't wait to try more things next time!

We go for takeout for dinners and lunch buffet. Staff is very friendly and quick. The buffet is small but covers what you need. Usually includes hot tea, salad, dessert, appetizer, vegetarian, meat dishes, rice, veggies, naan bread, and more. What's really great is the low price, how fast they refill, great tastes, and extremely friendly staff. This restaurant will cater to your preferences but I like that most buffet items are not spicy.

We arrived and were seated promptly Offered a bucket of ice for our wine This is a BYOB establishment. Ordered veg and chicken samosas and they came with two sauces Both versions were good but the veg one was better. I got chicken saag and it was delicious. Tender chicken and great flavor. I ordered it hot for heat level and it was very good. Wife got chicken Tikka. Chicken was good but she was asked medium or hot since it didn't come mild. She asked for medium. We both agreed that it was very bland for spice and heat level. The service was a bit unorganized (several tables were waiting long time and others not at all) and that along with the flavor of wife's dish is why only 4 stars. They are still hiring and this place can turn into a real gem once they tweak a few things. We will be back to try more.

I stopped in a couple of weeks ago for a takeout for family. Very tasty indeed! I’m a bit of an Indian food connoisseur, having lived in England for several years where there’s a wide variety of Indian restaurants, so I was really impressed with the flavor and quality of the food here. I ordered a lamb dish, a chicken dish, an eggplant dish, naan and papadums and all were delicious. I’m so glad to have a quality Indian restaurant in this area now!

Got finished with a delivery an hour and a half before they opened for lunch buffet. It was well worth the wait. The food was Tastefully spicy. Perhaps not as strong as I like. However the fact that the seasonings were from fresh ingredients made up for it. Rasa Indian Cuisine sits in my top two favorite restaurants.

Wow! The best Indian food! In the last three weeks, we went to lunch buffet once, dined in twice and ordered takeout twice. All five experiences were outstanding. Great food. Goat curry and Biryani were great. So were paneer makhni and everything else. Icing on the cake was the best of the best service that is so rare in Indian restaurants. Strongly recommend!

Me and two of my friends recently came here for dinner around 9pm or so after a Longwood Gardens adventure. To sum it up in short, the food was amazing and the host was nice but the rest of the service a little lacking. More details will follow below. We decided to skip the appetizers and instead go straight for the curries and naan breads. I ordered the Chicken Vindaloo, one of my friends ordered the Matar Panner, and my other friend ordered the Chicken Makhani. We also ordered a fruit and a meat naan. To say the least, all the food was amazing. The Makar Paneer dish had amazing paneer and a tangy sauce, the Chicken Vindaloo was very chilli and spicy like(which I love), and the Makhani was also reported to be amazing though I did not try it myself. The Naans also come highly recommended. The one area where the experience was lacking was in the service. With the exception of the host, the service tended to be sluggish with things usually taking a while. Though there was also a large party there, so take it with a grain of salt. Overall, I would reccomend to try coming here when it isnt busy possibly, because the food itself is rockstar. Thanks for reading!

All i have to say is, wow. Every time i find a new "favorite" indian restaurant, i find a new one that is exceptional. Rasa Indian is truly exceptional. I ordered the chicken tikka. It was an enormous portion that came with a small bowl of chickpeas in a brown sauce, and naan. It was perfectly cooked and amazingly delicious. I also got the veggie samosa which were pretty standard but the green sauce, which i unfortunately dont know what it is called, was the best ive had at any restaurant. Spicy and tangy. I have gone to very fancy restaurants and paid almost twice as much for food that was not on par with my meal at Rasa today. Do yourself a favor and try the food here, you wont be sorry.

The owner and staff were friendly and gracious when we arrived. The restaurant was 1/2 full. The waiter took our order (appetizer, naan, and 2 entrees). Fifty-five minutes later, we hadn't even received our appetizer. I caught a waiter's attention and asked what happened - the owner arrived, apologized that they had nothing in their system for our meal, but she'd put a rush on it, so we re-gave her our order. The folks at the next table shared they'd been waiting over 30 minutes for their appetizer. Our appetizer came, but 30 minutes after our re-order, still no dinner. We spoke to the owner as we left; she again was very apologetic. The food may be excellent (we don't know), but without professional management of the process, this restaurant may not last long.

Seeing the reviews, we went here and ordered couple of their famous dishes. Not even one was even close to good. Their chicken biryani was so bad. The rice was under cooked and we could not taste any spices at all. The chole bhatura were so bland that anyone could have cooked better chole in sleep. The Malai kofta was also so bad. Even our kid, who is restraunt food lover ended up saying that I don't like anything at all. We won't be coming back anymore.

Ordered the chili chicken, chili calamari and the tandoor lamb as appetizers . The chicken was probably frozen when Cooked and tasted that way. The calamari was send back and the tandoor lamb was nothing special. The lamb Rogan gosht was fine but there needs to be a lot to be improved . Won’t be visiting a second time .

Been here for lunch buffet on a Saturday. We were part of a birthday party so we sat in a separated part on back of the restaurant. Food was good, Spinach Kababs and Idli stood out. In the vegetarian main course food veg biriyani was served along with Bhindi masala, masoor daal and Paneer tikka masala. Ambiance is good. Was little disappointment with the desert. Surprise item was masala tea. Overall good food, can give it a shot.

I'm not a big fan of Indian food, but my wife is. We got take out from here today, and it was really great. We both loved it. It was terrific and really filling. We'll definitely be going back. The only thing we didn't like was the garlic naan. The regular naan was great, though, and they threw it in for free without even asking. I hope they can keep up this level of quality!

This is probably one of, if not the best Indian restaurant in the area food wise. Philly and Exton might have comparable. Service is also definitely above average. BYOB which is a great bonus. Desserts are also notably very good.

I can't thank Rasa team enough! They did an amazing job of catering food VERY fresh and they kept the food ready before time (early before 10 am)and everything that we ordered was freshly cooked, even the Baingan bhartha which typical restaurants just boil the eggplant and but theirs had a nice smoky flavor and everything including Gulab Jamun were of amazing quality and the portions were more than enough! All our guests enjoyed the food very much! The promise made by Sudha who is incharge of catering delivered far beyond what was promised. The food was packed very carefully so we would not have any accidents in transporation and was made on time and delicious! We will cater from them whenever we can and will be their frequent visitors! Thanks to the entire team at Rasa!

Visited 02/22 for lunch buffet, food options seem to be very limited. No soup was available as starter, and biriyani wasnt included in the buffet and instead there was lemon rice. Taste was just ok with less spice contrary to authentic indian restaurants. Since they are very new, hope they will take and act on the feedback.

Loved the food here! Flavors are fantastic .. perfectly seasoned. Clean, casually decorated and relaxed atmosphere. One of the best Indian restaurants in the area.

Food was tasty and service was fabulous. We went in late around 845PM but was not rushed around. Very friendly staff.
