My Husband and I went there yesterday and had a Wonderful Experience...Hometown diner feel with all Home cooked food...We started with the Maryland Crab soup..delicious..lots of crabmeat in it..then had the Seafood Combo..with Fresh Flounder,4 large shrimp, 4 large scallops and a large Crab cake..everything was Fantastic..mine was Broiled..perfectly..My Husband had the special..Broiled Codfish and a Crab cake...his was Wonderful as well..This is a Great Little Treasure Restaurant..we are from Dover and it was well worth the Trip..We will be Back....Service was Without Flaw...

Went to this restaurant, which we have been to many times before, on Saturday afternoon. There was only 2 other people in the restaurant. We were seated in the booth behind them by a gentleman. Two waitresses and this gentleman were seated on the other side of the partition talking.One waitresses came over to talk to the people in front of our table then walked right past us. They were over there talking for about 10 minutes, about one of them leaving to pick up her husband because his car wasn't working. We still had not been approached for our drink order. We got up and left, and nobody said a word. It's a shame that this happened because we did enjoy the food there previously. We will not be returning and will pass on our experience to neighbors and friends.

Stopped by on a family roadtrip. They had the weekend breakfast buffet, but you can also order off the menu. I got the bacon, onion, and tomato omelet, which came with home fries and toast. The omelet was pretty good, but it was more like the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. Someone else in my group got a fly in their coffee, the waitress seemed super grumpy that she had to serve us at first, and the women's bathroom was swarming with flies.

Food is good, but some other restaurants around are better. I would recommend pizza palace for lunch or dinner. The Mill Ponds breakfast food is OK, the pancakes are usually your best bet on taste wise. Good drink selection with good desserts and staff. The staff is very friendly and good at serving. Prices aren't bad either.

Great local dining. Excellent food, prices and friendly staff. Breakfast is our favorite. They have a ham steak, (that is a Real thick ham steak) with eggs and fried potatoes, or grits, toast and a beverage that is the best. I usually get the short stack of blueberry pancakes, (with a ton of Real blueberries), or a short stack of French toast. Our bill, $15. They also have a buffet on Sunday, but we can't break away from our favorites. We go often.

We stopped here in our way home from vacation at Virgina Beach. What a pleasant surprise!! A simple setting, with nice decor. Home cooked food. I ordered roasted turkey and recieved real turkey, not deli meat, and it was lunch. My friend ordered the special which was chicken pot pie, delicious as well. Salads were fresh and large servings. Service was wonderful and kind. Prices are great not much more than fast food, so well worth it!

We were driving home from the Delaware beaches, we were hungry for a late lunch, and didn't know where to stop. We arbitrarily stopped in the parking lot of the restaurant. It seems like a typical diner. I ordered a Greek salad and got a deep bowl filled with fresh ingredients. Spouse got a tasty tuna melt. Personable and quick service. Clean tidy restaurant. I was traveling alone for a nearby day long seminar. I happened to be be staying the night at the Inn across the street. I went here for dinner. I ordered the crab melt, which comes with a soup and fries. I asked to substitute onion rings for the sides and said I was will to pay the extra charge. The meal came out very quickly and was filling and delicious. When I received the bill the total was only $9.95. Rosie my waitress was delightful too.

Ducked they put a kid next to us yelling at the top of his lungs theme while time. If u know your kid is like that why bring in a restaurant.
