We arrived a little late for dinner but had the buffet anyways. The salad bar was the best I have had in a while for pure salad type things. The house ginger and the warm bacon dressings were outstanding. Their brisket was done very nicely. The other selections complimented it nicely.

Food was good but service was fair. Waited about 20 minutes for our beers and had to let the manager know we were waiting for our entrees. Overall took longer than normal but they seemed busy so I will give them that.

We visited on a Saturday night and it was our first and last time eating at this establishment. The woman that seated us was rude (I believe she was the owner or a manager). Our server was slow and forgetful. My husband ordered a beer and waited a ridiculous amount of time to receive it due to the bartender leaving the glass under the tap unfilled while she chatted with the guests at the bar. We only knew this because we could see the bar from where we were sitting. We ordered the french onion soup for an appetizer and instead it arrived at the same time as our meal which was mediocre at best. Our plates were hot, but the food was only luke warm. It had definitely been sitting, which is odd because because two gentleman at the bar who sat down way after us received their food before us. Definitely not worth our time or money we spent.

What a great place to eat. Buffet was $10.00 plus $3.00 soda. I have added a couple of pics to this location. They also do carry out for Buffet. I didn't post the main course as i got there 30 mins before close so not fair to post those. Enjoy it i did

The service was good. Our waitress was amazing! The food was okay. We originally went for the lunch buffet but decided not to get it. There was not a anything worth it for me. It's a rather small buffet. Not alot to choose from. I can't comment on the dinner buffet.

Wonderful place. The service was amazing. We had a fantastic waitress Jessica. Who awesome. She anticipated our needs before we could. Super friendly and helpful. We had the dinner from the buffet. A lot of excellent choices. It's a great place to go for dinner or lunch. For parties or just if you're looking for a nice place to go. I was visiting from out of town and was taken there for my Uncle's birthday party. Staff was friendly and prices were very reasonable!

This is a regular place for us and we love the food & the service. We had ONE incident & Inhave 2 deduct a star for it. Waitress somehow thought ginger beer was alcoholic & made a fuss about it. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

It is a pretty decent buffet for the price. The wood oven wings and pizza are great. They have a pretty awesome bartender named Diana. You should give it a try. They have a banana fosters desert that is really good too.

AMAZING!!!!! We hosted my sisters bridal shower here on the 26th of August. The staff was Awesome, Amber and Acelyn were Amazing in assisting our guests and helping with our orders! Everything was Perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better venue

This place looks old and dated but the food is excellent. The lunch buffet is always good. There's a large salad bar and other warm foods for under 10 dollars. It's not a massive buffet, it's actually small, but it's just perfect for lunch. I eat a lot and I continue to visit this place and meet friends here. All of my waitresses have been friendly so far. When I order from the menu my food comes quickly too. I highly recommend this food.

Here's a little "tip" to get great service and food at Michael's or any other restaurant. When you are getting seated, be kind and tell them you tend to tip based on the service and quality of food you receive. Now they know it and usually are very focused on your needs. Remember...be kind always, even if you are not satisfied, just tip accordingly. Always works for me. The food is pretty darn good here. If you arrive when there is a decent crowd, the food will always be moving and much fresher. I just went there last night and everything was awesome, including our young male waiter. He was kind and attentive to our needs. I have no affilitation with anyone at this restaurant and my opinion is honest and unbiased.

They had a pretty extensive buffet. All you can eat. It was a busy place. We were seated right away. The down fall for me was the wait time between getting clean plates, and refills.

The service me and my family recieved was absolutely terrible! To be honest I felt as though we were being profiled however, there were other people there of our ethnicity. We received our drinks and menus and that was it for 20 plus minutes. Only when we decided to get up and leave did we start to receive prompt service. We order take out wings. I ordered extra crispy and the wings came out as they were just passing approval of being called cooked I took a bite of one and threw them in the trash. We did not feel as if our business was wanted or a concern to keep. Not sure if I will give it another try or not maybe months down the line who knows.

First time, last time. Went for Easter with the family, I'll admit we are a larger party, but that shouldn't be difficult when all the server needs to do is get drinks as it's a buffet. Service seemed irate with needing to deal with a group who weren't all sitting patiently in their chairs waiting for him, literally every other plate still had food particles still on it after allegedly being washed, and the food was also mediocre-at-best, even giving them credit that it's a buffet when everything is not expected to be fresh cooked. Not the worst dining experience I've ever had, but I've gotten better service at food trucks.

Went there last night and ordered the brisket. Two pieces of the driest, most burned pieces of meat. Horrible. I told the waitress and she said she would speak to the manager. Guess the manager did not care. Awful.

Today was mother day and the food was pricey 25.00 for adults and kids was like 16.00. It wasnt a big selection at all the only thing I enjoyed was the salad bar and the ice cream and the waitress but other then that the buffet was not worth it. Most of the food was not seasoned. Upset for 2 adult it was 56.00 it was $3 for basic drink. Would not recommend. Also older guy (manager maybe ) was standing and serving the ice cream. look like he was watching how much people ate.

WORST Experience!! Mon. 5-6-19 9am entered. Ignorant waitresses told us “she Must seat us”. Two of us and one couple seated. 14 minutes after being seated, NO service. We got up and left!! Expensive menu and bad service!!!

Food was good, but the salad bar was fairly depleted by the time I got to it. With a group of > 30 you would expect someone to be on hand to replenish frequently.

Salad bar was mostly ok but a lot was wilted or clumpy. Buffet seemed like it would be decent comfort food but it was all cold. Like cold cold. Waiter disappeared so we couldn't get new plates unless we flagged down someone else. Wanted to get prime rib to make it worth the cost but the prime rib server was never at his station. Waste of money.

OMG... This food was awful. We order the buffet and I can't begin to tell. The food was dried out from the heat lamps an odd variety of imitation seafood. They do have craving Brisket that was pretty good and the salad bar was fresh but other than that please save your money. Service was fair not great not bad. Never will I go back...ever

Only one server, and the one was slow and continued to seat and get orders without checking on previous guests. Only got one plate for the buffet and one cold dish with one cup of coffee in 45 minutes. Cost $19. Very disappointed. Left no tip for the first time ever. Will not go back ever.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was my first time here. $69 later for cold food that had no flavor. The only thing worth it was the desert and salad bar. There’s no selection at all for food itself, and the food you do select is so bland you don’t even want to eat it. We will not be returning.

I had the butterfly shrimp and fries. They were delicious! The fries even tasted like the shrimp! And apparently you also get a free ice cream bar if you get some sort of sandwich. I didn't get it, but the buffet looked fantastic also!

Good food and great service. The Bloody Mary was bland paste. The hostess (Brenda) was _terrible_ and rude. I am in a wheelchair. When my party came in, we explained exactly what we needed, and were ignored and seated at a table I would never have been able to use. We moved to a table that worked for me, to be rudely yelled at, and told how it inconvenienced them (our server, Emily, was kind, gracious, and provided great service throughout). This used to be a decent place, but not if they make customers of any type feel unwelcome.

Michael's is Amazing! The only restaurant where the food and service are not compromised during the holidays! Food is kept hot and cold where needed, the servers are helpful and pleasant. They are accommodating to those of us who travel far to get there. 5 stars~only cause I can't give more!

Food was mediocre, selection once that great. Service was mediocre, lady waiting on our party which was a large group seemed to have a attitude when people asked for drinks or changed their drink to something else, like from soda to water after eating. The manager and staff were heard talking about our group which just made some of us feel uncomfortable. Will not be going back here.

Stopped here on a bus tour ( there were 42 of us). We had a very nice separate dining room; the waitstaff was very pleasant and attentive. We all had the buffet which was very good, esp the crabcakes and chicken baked with green beans. The salad bar was extensive with a wide variety of very fresh veggies. Dessert was puddings and fruit but had a terrific ice cream bar which almost everyone indulged in. Would definitely recommend even though everyone ate way too much !

The star of the place, at least for lunch, is the salad bar/buffet. The salad bar was expansive, fresh and well maintained. The buffet had about six or seven items as well as soup, fruit and desert items. The only negative was the crab cakes made with faux crab. The service was very good, very attentive.

We have eaten here twice, once for dinner and once for brunch. Although the hostesses are not very friendly or welcoming and leave something to be desired, both of our waitresses - Shiloh and Brooklyn - were fantastic! The food was good - not a huge selection of hot foods on the buffet, but the salad bar is amazing! The made to order omelettes at brunch were SO good! I recommend the bananas foster dessert that comes with the buffet...you won't be disappointed!

It's a nice place. The buffet is $18.99, seemed expensive for what you had to choose from. The crab imperial is made with imitation crab meat, EWWW! I was not impressed with the rest of the selection. Another Customer said the lunch buffet was the exact same and cheaper. Ended up spending $45.00 for 2 buffet, a sweet tea, & a coke! That doesn't include tip! Is a nice clean place. May want to go elsewhere for a more affordable meal.

Slightly bizarre place in a slightly bizarre location but weirdly enjoyable and comforting. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with selection advice, beers were cheap, importantly the food was gloriously American and satisfying (philly cheese steak spring rolls?!) but the venue itself is quite odd. Bigger than most restaurants across the uk with an entire self serve buffet bigger than any I’ve seen with every meal you can think of under heat lamps. Sat at the bar as the restaurant looks like a service station in the uk from the early 90s.
