I am beyond upset. It’s a rainy day I order food for delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE BAD POOR SERVICE!! They gave me the wrong item and overcooked... I called and they tell me come and we change your food?? Seriously I paid for delivery because it’s not FREE brocade i didn’t want to leave my house and the overcooked my food and I have to go there!!!

We normally get our Chinese food from master wok at the mall but something happen and they have not been serving the food we are use to getting, so we started getting our food from here. We tried Panda Express and a few other places, but this is the best so far and the prices are normal for Chinese food. They do offer lunch specials though.

The people that run the store have their adolescent sons (who are rude) working the front area dealing with customers, The people who answer the phone are rude and the food isn’t great either if im being honest

The first place I have ever ordered delivery from and had the driver DEMAND a larger tip than what I gave him. Food was sub par. You're better off cooking your own La Choy, at least the can wouldn't demand five dollars for a $19 order

I don't think the lady who works there necessarily likes me, seems as tho She does not- HOWEVER, that DEF doesn't ever affect the quality of my order because their food is awesome...i don't go there for the friendship but it's the ONLY place in Newark or Wilmington ill get Chinese Food

I don't know about the rest of you, but I have been eating chinese for years. I even cook like a chinese person (my Chinese friend says I cook better than her mom). This restaurant has consistantly for the past 15 + years has provided quality, good tasting food. The owners don't change, I have never has greasy food, the sauces have never separated and never had burnt offerings. The counter help understands me and they put peas and carrots in the fried rice, not just onions. Like I said, quality food.

They will not hire new people. For those who are looking for a job, do not go here. They won't hire if you have another job or even looking. I tried because I am currently jobless. They said that I couldnt. My friend used to work there and quit because of how the owners are

When I crave tofu, Kampo Garden is my choice! Their fried tofu with Chinese vegetables is the best I've tasted so far. Plus, they deliver within a reasonable amount of time and the food is still hot.

I been ordering from this place a little over a year with no issue but the past 3 or 4 times i have ordered for pick up I encounter a problem and if I get it delivered its a problem too.. ill explain when going to the store to pick up the food you have to deal with all the arguments in a their language while the son is telling them to shut the F**K up while all the customers are staring at each other like what is going on. So i decided to get my food delivered. so today I order some food like at 6:00 (i only live 10 minutes away). 7:00 come by and no food i call them and she said hes on his way. 7:30 come around and still no food... i call them back the lady said he already left 8:00 comes around (2 HOURS LATER) still no food. They call me and say the drivers GPS is broken and he can not deliver the food because he can't find the place. I said i have order from there plenty of time cant you put the driver on so i can explain to him how to get here. The lady said no the driver cant deliver it sorry.. I had to wait 2 hours for her to tell me they cant deliver my food. you should stay away from this place you cant even understand them and their customer service is horrible.

This place has rather new owners/management. The food has gone down hill considerably and the new staff is very rude. I live a quarter mile from them and delivery took an hour

I will never go back to this place again. Ive ordered from them for 2 years now never a issue. well last night we ordered our food like usual. fast friendly service as usual, except there was a hair in my food. When i called and told them, they said it couldnt be there hair and to bring it in. I bring it in, I get yelled at by 5 of them while they scream and try to tell me that they take no responsibility and to get out, they refused to replace the food. its not like i asked for a refund, I asked them to remake the food....... SO rude and unprofessional.

Great food with good flavor. Outstanding Chinese food. My recent order was so good! The vegetables were very fresh and the meat wasn't dried out. The leftovers were just as good too!
