It was a great dinner after a long day at the park. They were packed and the service was somewhat slow. The food took a while to get there. The food was actually very good for a chain restaurant. Try to get a table before 7 PM when most people get out of the parks.

We went to Hard Rock Café for the experience and we could smell the amazing food as we walked by. We had the chicken avocado flatbread and southwestern egg rolls for appetizers and they were amazing. The kids both had steak and I had the signature burger with onion rings on it. The food was great but the kids favorite part was the specialty fruity drinks.

Was there 30 year ago. Whole new restaurant but the food and service is still super. Nice initiative Freddie week. It costs the manager blood, sweat and tears to start the movie Bohemian Rhapsody but managing the restaurant he is doing very well!

Went on a Friday and there was no wait. It was my second option as the chocolate factory was ONE hour wait. Food wasn’t that good. Service felt way too rushed. Wasn’t even able to open the menu before they asked us what we wanted to drink. Will I give it another try? Maybe not. Prices are high. Yet it is universal. Not worth it.

Came highly recommended but I left disappointed. Ordered a drink before dinner. It was strong but flavorless and didn’t come until after my food order came out. Ordered the Cobb Salad. Tasty except for the pomegranate seeds which had a strong chemical taste. Our overall service was very poor. Waiter didn’t make another appearance until he brought the check. Choked down the Rock N Rita since we couldn’t get a refill on water. No thanks.

Food was very good, the service was somewhat disappointing. Apparently we were seated before shift change so the server leaving ignored us for almost 20 minutes before stopping and told us she was finishing her table, the one immediately next to us, and didn't know how long she would be responsible for us but she would at least take our drink order. The server who replaced her did her job well but I was already upset about the whole situation and probably wont be back for quite some time.

The service was excellent! Our waiter was on top of everything and really did a great job. The food is fine-just good ole American bar food. Nothing special, but very much on par with other Hard Rocks. The menu seemed a bit smaller than other HR’s we’ve been to, but there was a good selection.

Amazing place. We had a good time and listened to some great music. The food is really good and the prices are reasonable. There is something here for everyone. The server was fantastic too. If you are visiting it's worth a stop.

Food was good, our waitress was pregnant and due in two weeks and done a phenomenal job! Other waitresses were very nice and helpful as well, our group was singing along and occasionally dancing to the songs which some of we requested, we asked for the manager before we left just to thank her for her teams wonderful job, needless to say the food was top notch, excellent place and highly recommended.

I love this place so much. The hard rock is such a beautiful restaurant. I love the music, the memorabilia, and the food. The food is delicious and they make it perfect every time. I got the salmon and it was very well prepared as well as flavorful. Even the mashed potatoes on the side were perfect. I like that they play the music videos on the TV's to the music they play around the restaurant. Last but not least the staff is absolutely phenomenal. They always make the experience special. We recently went for my dad's birthday and they created an unforgettable experience that made my dad feel very special.

Three reasons: 1. Fabulous food!! The local signature burger I had was probably the best burger I've had for ages! So tasty, juicy & filling. And the onion rings.. wow!! Proper thick slices of onion and crunchy batter. 2. A great location with some fantastic decorations and rock memorabilia on the walls. 3. Fabulous staff!! We were with our 11 month old and they couldn't have been more friendly and engaging with her and to us! Overall: Definitely worth a visit in your in Waikiki!!

if you go make a reservation, I gotnluck and grabbed a seat at the bar. Like all hard rock cafes it is what you expect for the surrounding. The staff is great but they do need to add some help for the poor girl behind the bar, she is awesome but she needs help for how busy it is.

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake at the same time we ordered drinks. Then when everyone at my table had their food and was almost done eating. I had to wait for over a hour and a half for a strawberry cheesecake milkshake. That all I ordered! The survey was nice but all I want was my food then my group had to want 10 more min to get are checks.

Nice venue to see a show but unfortunately you have to walk through the tourist trap that is city walk to enjoy it. Great for people that are into that scene but an inconvenience for those of us that like to avoid tourist activities.

Worst experience ever. Not only did they loose our food order to some ghostly waiter they could never find, after an hour we got our food. At the end we were treated to a palmeto bug under our table. We were assured he was the only cockroach, my a.... where there is one cockroach there are many more. The place stunk like spoiled food upstairs and near the serving area. Gone way down hill. Spend your money elsewhere.

You can never go wrong at Hard Rock Cafe! Orlando is home to the world’s largest Hard Rock restaurant and with good reason - they’re always busy! We’d originally booked for a different night, which was cancelled by the venue. However, we rearranged the booking and the ops manager, Michael, went out of his way to make up for this. We were seated in the best seats, given a complimentary hoodie and selected the soundtrack for the evening. Our waiter, Hunter, was also fantastic and made an excellent host! I was very disappointed following the surprise cancellation but all in all, they really made up for it. And the food was delicious!!!

Horrible food and horrible service. Our waiter was absolutely terrible. He was incredibly cross and acted like every question or request was an inconvenience. We were also ignored for the majority of our meal. We never got refills on a couple of drinks and he never checked to see if our food was correct. My family and I have never experienced a waiter quite so rude. The food was also terrible. For the price you pay, I’d have thought the food would not resemble something out of the freezer section of a grocery store. I would never recommend eating at this location. If it were possible to give under 1 star, I would.

Wow. If I could give this location zero stars I would. First off, Burt is the absolute worst manager I have ever encountered. Not only was Burt rude, but he wouldn’t take accountability for his staff! We visited this location this past Saturday and waited almost 2 hours for our food.....when the food did arrive three out of the six orders were WRONG and COLD. When speaking with Burt he simply said “nothing I can do about it. We’re busy today. Have a great night.” Super cold hearted and RUDE. Awful.

We surprised our DD couple weekends ago on her 8th birthday with a dining experience at this HRCafe and Quinton our server not only was knowledgeable about the restaurant history and menu but also very entertaining. We were seated in the magnificent Dome room and at the end Quinton called our DD and announced her birthday in style, she got best wishes from everyone and was all smiles. Food was nice. Drinks, ambience, memorabilia and specially the service were fantastic. This restaurant is huge and offers a great atmosphere. Thank you Quinton!

Came yesterday night around 10pm. All the fries at my table were over cooked. We order extra fries on the side seen we all love fries. The fries was hard. My husband burger didn't have any flavor and the nachos were nasty. Great service but the food was horrible. Paid so much money on a dinner for a party of 8. And no one like the food.

Food was great, this one seemed just a little better than other hard rock cafes I have visited. Our waitress was fantastic. She took the time to really chat about the parks and update us on when our food was coming. But she did this without intruding. Very enjoyable lunch, and large portions to boot!

Great service, but don’t go for the steak. After a day at the park, I craved MEAT! What I got was a steak that had barely been seasoned with salt and pepper. You can’t claim to be a purist and only grill your beef unless it has been aged or at leased marinated. My recommendation is go for a burger in stead of the steak.

My self and the others three members of my family had be waiting in lines all morning and having fun. We all got to the point where we were hangry. I was able to make a reservation while we were walking there to guarantee us a table, even though we didn't need it. We walked in and were seated right away. Our server's name was Crystal and she was amazing. We all ordered alcoholic drinks and she checked our ids and she noticed it was my birthday a couple of days ago. The food was amazing and just what we needed to keep our great day going. At the end of our meal Crystal walked over and got the entire restaurant to wish me a happy birthday and she sang to me herself. She truly made our experience eating at the Hard Rock Cafe amazing. Even later when we were discussing our favorite parts of the day we discuss how amazing the food and service was. 12/10 would go again.

Horrible we didnt even get drinks 20 mins in. Choices are horrible only like a couple things to choose from. Steak, burgers, or fajitas as entree....that's it. Service was horrible. Same with the seating. So we left... never again. Fair warning.

Mother's day Mimosas and bloody Mary's to start the day. Both on point! Really like the bloody Mary as it wasn't overly spicy. Eggs Benedict and Southwest Omelet were also good. Guava jelly we've never had before. Nice touch and good. We always visit Hard Rocks where we go.

I went to hard rock cafe during my vacation to Miami. The chicken tenders were delicious. The service was stellar. I wanted a table for one by the water and instead of directing me to the bar and providing me with mediocre service, they did no such thing. I was able to sit right by the water. I went with a group of four yesterday. The food was good and the lady at the shop was really friendly. Our waitress was a different story. We asked to split the check and she gave us a look like she really didn't want to. One of us paid with a card, while the other four paid in cash which visibly cause her more dismay. When it came time to leave a tip, we left the cash on the table, while the one person who paid with card tipped that way. We handed her our books and headed to the shop. A few seconds later, she found us asking who paid with the card and said "Thank you for being the only one in the entire group to leave a tip." She glared at everyone else, turned around before any of us could say a word, and walking away right past our table with the cash clearly still sitting there. I suppose it is partly our fault for not putting it in the book, but if she took a second to look or let us say it is on the table, I don't think I would be having such a problem.

When we got there almost no one else was there. Slow service was polite but slow. We ordered the trio fajitas. For the most part they were good, but the shells were hard. Asked for more, server forgot to bring them out and when we got the second 3 they we also hard. I suggest you go for a drink grab a souvenir and eat elsewhere. Super disappointed

My burger was really delicious and our waitress was great. I can't get over the fact that after spending $85 on lunch for four we had to pay $15 just to park in their parking lot. They allow others who aren't eating at their restaurant to park there for a fee, so they make some extra income that way. Why not validate parking for customers who do eat at your restaurant? It was a very expensive lunch. We went for the ambiance and thought it would be a fun experience for the kids. They weren't impressed though.

Tried the burger that started it all, minus the bacon and it was surprisingly good. Son had the kids pasta with marinara and loved it. Prices for memorabilia is high, but that's to be expected. The eggs Benedict slider came without bacon advertised. The manager comes the food which was good but too little too late. Go to tommy Bahamas next door and avoid the drama.

Always a fun experience. The Casino is beautiful and all the dealers and pit bosses are friendly. And the buffet is amazing. The shops are wonderful and there is more Rock n Roll memorabilia than the Hall of fame in Cleveland. A must go for everyone, even if you're not a gambler.

I came here with my family during a road trip. We were very excited to visit Hard Rock cafe, as it is a tradition of ours when my family visits the States. We walked into the restaurant which was empty except for one or two tables, and the bar area which, while not completely full, didn't have many open stools. As soon as we walked in, one of the hosts walked away from the host stand and didn't greet us. We waited for a few moments, and a second host, who was now chatting with the original host, came over and told us they were booked up with a large party (despite not a single table being dressed for such), and we could go find a stool at the bar if we wanted to stay. We left since it was painfully obvious we were not wanted there. We went to a restaurant nearby and a couple of other places in the vicinity - our hotel was on that street. Hard Rock never got busier, and the 'large party' never materialized during the two hours we were in the area. Ridiculous and frankly shocking experience from such a well regarded chain.

We are having a great night at the "Hard Rock Casino" in Tampa. Been waiting a long time to play here. It's a nice crowd and the music sounds great, from what we're hearing. Food was very good, the service was somewhat disappointing. Apparently we were seated before shift change so the server leaving ignored us for almost 20 minutes before stopping and told us she was finishing her table, the one immediately next to us, and didn't know how long she would be responsible for us but she would at least take our drink order. The server who replaced her did her job well but I was already upset about the whole situation and probably wont be back for quite some time.

Been here 1 hour now, still no food. 1/2 the restaurant is empty but still putting on a wait. Hostess said "we just dont have people". Pathetic. What a lame excuse for service. HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR GUESTS!!!! Be honest do not argue with your guests.Our text times from the hostess clearly show us being seated at 144 and our good not coming till 250. If someone would have said, " we messed up. Your order will be out in a minute...or something" but no check backs, no communication nothing. A real mess here!!! I will say those by the time we did get our food it was very good of my steak salad was cooked perfectly

We were greeted shown to our table and given a menu. That was the beginning and the end of my only hard rock experience. We left after a half hour without even being visited by wait staff for drink orders. I was so disappointed since there were a few things I wanted to try. I went here for dinner with a school trip. They gave us a limited menu of meals to choose from (which I totally understand with the number of people.) All of the menu items were a variety of cheesy or butter filled foods, including Caesar salad. I asked for the Caesar salad, but asked if I could have it just with some other simple dressing such as oil and vinegar. (I have a dairy allergy) The waitress literally brought me a plate of lettuce. Only lettuce, not even a dressing. I guess I would not recommend coming here if you have any sort of dietary restriction as they were not very accommodating with mine.

Other waitresses were very nice and helpful as well, our group was singing along and occasionally dancing to the songs which some of we requested, we asked for the manager before we left just to thank her for her teams wonderful job, needless to say the food was top notch, excellent place and highly recommended.

I love this place so much. The hard rock is such a beautiful restaurant. I love the music, the memorabilia, and the food. The food is delicious and they make it perfect every time. I got the salmon and it was very well prepared as well as flavorful. Even the mashed potatoes on the side were perfect. I like that they play the music videos on the TV's to the music they play around the restaurant. Last but not least the staff is absolutely phenomenal. They always make the experience special. We recently went for my dad's birthday and they created an unforgettable experience that made my dad feel very special.

We went as a group of 40+ and had little options as food, burgers were undercooked, food was cooked wrong, waiters too at least 10 mins to get things done. I asked for a refill and he said "One Min" he never came back, I asked another waiter and she rudely replied "Thats not my job, its your waiters". When we left our table of 4 to go visit the bathroom they cleared our table! Absolutely rude staff and nasty food.

Three reasons: 1. Fabulous food!! The local signature burger I had was probably the best burger I've had for ages! So tasty, juicy & filling. And the onion rings.. wow!! Proper thick slices of onion and crunchy batter. 2. A great location with some fantastic decorations and rock memorabilia on the walls. 3. Fabulous staff!! We were with our 11 month old and they couldn't have been more friendly and engaging with her and to us! Overall: Definitely worth a visit in your in Waikiki!!

Just wandering around as usual when in Taiwan i found out about this famous resturant. 2nd look them up in Chicago then heard about there might be one in Detroit. We go every time Actual Bank Robbers is playing! It's our favorite venue to see them at. Drink prices aren't insane and the food is very good! Enjoy how they add production value to any artists who is playing. While the restaurant is huge you can sit close to the stage and because it's lowered it feels like a really intimate venue.

We were there today for lunch. We e we were waited 20 minutes for our server to even ask about drinks and of course we were ready to order and we waited 30 minutes for our lunch. The fish in the fish and chips was tooooooo greasy and the hamburger was soooooo overdone it had no taste. I didn’t say anything because we were with others. I only tipped the waitress 15 percent because she was so slow. We probably won’t be back , the timbers has better sandwiches and service.

I visited this location while on vacation with my family and why HIGHLY insulted to have received a check with the gratuity added to a check for a party of 5. When I looked for the policy stating that it is automatically added to parties of 4-5 or more, I couldn’t find it. I asked to speak to the manager and he informed me that he just wanted to be sure his server was taken care of. How nice. I asked him to remove it and told him how presumptuous it was for him to assume that we would not tip, especially on a bill of over $200. We left a tip, as the waiter was not to blame for the manager’s ignorance. People should be treated fairly, especially according to the business’ policy. There are plenty of other places within walking distance of this restaurant. Go elsewhere!

Went in with high expectations but left feeling disappointed. - Service was insanely slow. We had a table of 6 and we each had an entree. It took 90mins to get in and out with one course. Servers we slow to ask for drink orders as well. - Food was pretty basic. If you’re looking for a high calorie fried food this is the place to be. - The music was so random. They had a DJ who would swap between playing rock anthems from Nirvana and Queen and then just randomly drop in some Hip Hop & Rap music? Its the Hard Rock Cafe not a Post Malone concert. Overall, pretty average. You’re better off heading to Bills next door and getting a decent meal for a little bit extra.

Yeooooo this shrimp is bangin!!!!!!! I was shocked by the amount of flavor and perfectly executed crispiness. The southwest rolls were good but not my favorite from the major chains. Nice and light option for an appetizer. The steak salad was amazing. I usually add extra dressing to salads but again perfectly executed. The bartender was a cool dude, as engaging as you wanted him to be if you know what I mean. Finished of the meal with the brownie dessert and it wasnt bad. Huge. You can definitely share it.

A super cool hotel with a history prior to the hard Rock. Right off of Michigan Ave. We stayed there for part of our honeymoon and they were very accommodating and bumped us up to a suite. My only complaint is the price for parking, but hey its chicago!

Not only was Burt rude, but he wouldn’t take accountability for his staff! We visited this location this past Saturday and waited almost 2 hours for our food.....when the food did arrive three out of the six orders were WRONG and COLD. When speaking with Burt he simply said “nothing I can do about it. We’re busy today. Have a great night.” Super cold hearted and RUDE. Awful.

We surprised our DD couple weekends ago on her 8th birthday with a dining experience at this HRCafe and Quinton our server not only was knowledgeable about the restaurant history and menu but also very entertaining. We were seated in the magnificent Dome room and at the end Quinton called our DD and announced her birthday in style, she got best wishes from everyone and was all smiles. Food was nice. Drinks, ambience, memorabilia and specially the service were fantastic. This restaurant is huge and offers a great atmosphere. Thank you Quinton!

Service was good and the atmosphere was typical of a Hard Rock Cafe. Food however was poorly prepared. My grilled chicken sandwich was dry and the only aspect that was warm was the bun. My wife's Waldorf chicken salad was over dressed and served with cold chicken. Maybe if you want hot food stick with the burger. Get a drink here, buy a souvenir but Pgilly has many more fine restaurants at a better price.

I'm probably the last person who should review chain restaurants. Hard Rock Cafe is typical, loud, over priced, and forgettable. The food is the same as Cheesecake Factory, Friday's, or any other you can think of. The service was great until we needed to split the check at the end but that was not really the servers fault. If you are in Philadelphia and you are hungry please forget that you ever saw Hard Rock Cafe and go any of the hundreds of great places dining establishments this city can offer.

Great service, but don’t go for the steak. After a day at the park, I craved MEAT! What I got was a steak that had barely been seasoned with salt and pepper. You can’t claim to be a purist and only grill your beef unless it has been aged or at leased marinated. My recommendation is go for a burger in stead of the steak.

My boyfriend and I were at Universal for his birthday a couple of weeks ago, and we decided to eat at the Hard Rock one day. It was my first time, and it was incredible. The best part was our server that evening, Ericka. When we had been seated, we were told by another server that she’d be with us in a moment, but she either ended her shift or got caught up with her other tables (it happens, no judgement, I worked in a restaurant for three years), so Ericka had come over to our table to let us know she’d be taking care of us. She was fun, sweet, very personable. We ended up getting sliders, the impossible burger, and a mac and cheese dish. It took a bit of time, but it was a Saturday evening, it’s expected. When another server (or food runner) came out, she had our entree’s. Ericka asked why those were out when our appetizer never came out and apologized to us multiple times about it. We told her it was fine, we didn’t care. She was kind enough to take 15% off of our bill over it, and it was appreciated. She didn’t have to do it, but she did. First times at restaurants are always better when your server rocks, and Ericka definitely was great. :)

This is my all time place to visit when I am in Orlando...this is one of the most awesome Hard Rocks I have visited over the years. The food, drinks, and service is always the best! The Rock Shop is big and has a huge selection of Hard Rock Merchandise for any ones taste. This Hard Rock is worth the visit just to walk around see all the beautiful memorabilia displayed and 3 different bars for fast service.

We went to Hard Rock Café for the experience and we could smell the amazing food as we walked by. We had the chicken avocado flatbread and southwestern egg rolls for appetizers and they were amazing. The kids both had steak and I had the signature burger with onion rings on it. The food was great but the kids favorite part was the specialty fruity drinks.

I’m not much of a complainer, but I wouldn’t spend my money here again. We had a party of 7, appetizers took forever, of the 3 appetizers, nachos, shrimp, and wings, the nachos were cold, shrimp was nasty, and our wings were charred. I felt the main meals were over priced and about average on taste. Not to mention our waitress was sub par and took 15-20 minutes to fill our drinks and came around a few times for 2 hours. We called ahead for reservations, and the place wasn’t that packed, so not sure what the deal was. The “experience” of the memorabilia was great, But if you’re on ANY kind of budget, and want quality service, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I have gone here 6 times in the past 3 years. So this is based on multiple visits. There is one server that does stink more than others, but I will not mention her name. Just note if she is wearing a wrist strap, you are going to wait much longer for food to come out. My most recent visit finally triggered a negative review. Of the 6 times I have been here, only 2 have been plesant experiences. The last one my wife and I were having trouble keeping the kids occupied and they always place us near the kitchen which is by far the worst place to sit with an infant! Next we waited for over 30 minutes for nachos, a kids meal (chicken tenders), and a strawberry mojito. However, the mojito took about 20 mins to get out. The food after 30 minutes we asked to make it togo, waited 10 minutes for the check and cleared it and another 15 minutes for the food. Then she forgot the kids drink, or so I thought. I got to the car finally, to fine soggy chips, no salsa, dried up cheese and some pinto beans. Sorry to say but a 3 year old could make better nachos than that! The kids meal had I kid you not 5 fries and 3 chicken tenders. Sorry but Hard Rock the other bad visits plus this has made me want to no longer come here! Thanks On a positive note some of the bartenders are really live and awesome. Like on august 8, 2019 there was one dancing around which was pretty awesome!

Memorabilia galore! One of a kind articles hang on their walls from all your favorite Rock Stars!!! Even a Pink Cadillac spins above the bar.. The lights, the grandeur, are breathtaking! The hostess escorts you to your table you're excited !!! The menu is awesome ! You select your dish... Within minutes your waitress brings your plate.... The food is mouthwatering ... delicious ! We live in Wisconsin, so coming down to Chicago is a nice treat. We spent a lot of money today, so we weren't in the best of moods. We wanted to have a better time, so we came here. It was the best decision we made all day. The atmosphere was comforting, the smell was amazing, and the food was phenomenal! They even treated someone who was having their birthday super greatly! Our server, Hunter, was super upbeat, funny, and had an overall nice attitude. I hope someone else gets him tonight. After we ate, we went to the gift shop to get some stuff. I'm rating the Hard Rock Live from a performer's perspective, as I've spent more time in the back of the house than I have in the front. While relatively little of my performance work is done in traditional proscenium venues, I've seen enough of a range across enough borders to have an idea of how good and how bad they can be. This is my favorite. From the techs who've been there year after year, to the history of a house that's hosted legend upon legend, to LED stage lighting so cool that you can do two hours without intermission and never break a sweat, to the nicest green room I've ever stolen five minutes alone in when I'm supposed to be waiting in the wings, there's just a wonderful energy to this house that makes you feel like a star. And I felt that way the first time I performed there; now, in addition, it feels like home. Long Live Hard Rock!

Great service. Great location. Easy to find. They are in the process of a remodel, but it did not interfere with the memorabilia or the service. The ground level is the shop and upstairs is the restaurant. There is an elevator for convenience. Great views of the boats and water taxi from the outside seatting.

It was my first time ever in a Hard Rock Cafe. I was feeling adventurous so I decided to go for the mango-berry cooler and the strawberry basil lemonade as opposed to the regular coke and sprite. The mango berry cooler was too sweet and the strawberry basil smoothie was too tangy. So much that we couldnt really drink any and opted for a water instead. The burgers though were great. Both burgers were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of cheesiness without being overwhelming. The double decker is definitely huge. Too big to fit in your mouth and definitely filling. I was full after maybe 1/4 of it. The fries are also great. We got the twisted mac and cheese which is basically mac and queso. I mean, it probably wouldve been good for anyone looking for that sort of thing but for us it was kind of an unpleasant surprise. Again more of a personal opinion so would still go again and just get something else. The burgers definitely were the highlight and the service and whole aesthetic was great. We even got the take home mason jar which is great. Would recommend definitely.

My boyfriend and I were at Universal for his birthday a couple of weeks ago, and we decided to eat at the Hard Rock one day. It was my first time, and it was incredible. The best part was our server that evening, Ericka. When we had been seated, we were told by another server that she’d be with us in a moment, but she either ended her shift or got caught up with her other tables (it happens, no judgement, I worked in a restaurant for three years), so Ericka had come over to our table to let us know she’d be taking care of us. She was fun, sweet, very personable. We ended up getting sliders, the impossible burger, and a mac and cheese dish. It took a bit of time, but it was a Saturday evening, it’s expected. When another server (or food runner) came out, she had our entree’s. Ericka asked why those were out when our appetizer never came out and apologized to us multiple times about it. We told her it was fine, we didn’t care. She was kind enough to take 15% off of our bill over it, and it was appreciated. She didn’t have to do it, but she did. First times at restaurants are always better when your server rocks, and Ericka definitely was great. :)

We went to Hard Rock Café for the experience and we could smell the amazing food as we walked by. We had the chicken avocado flatbread and southwestern egg rolls for appetizers and they were amazing. The kids both had steak and I had the signature burger with onion rings on it. The food was great but the kids favorite part was the specialty fruity drinks.

I’m not much of a complainer, but I wouldn’t spend my money here again. We had a party of 7, appetizers took forever, of the 3 appetizers, nachos, shrimp, and wings, the nachos were cold, shrimp was nasty, and our wings were charred. I felt the main meals were over priced and about average on taste. Not to mention our waitress was sub par and took 15-20 minutes to fill our drinks and came around a few times for 2 hours. We called ahead for reservations, and the place wasn’t that packed, so not sure what the deal was. The “experience” of the memorabilia was great, But if you’re on ANY kind of budget, and want quality service, I would not recommend this restaurant.

The BBQ Bacon Burger was delicious. Except the last time I ordered this it was last month. The fries were less than half of what they previously had given me. It is now in a metal cup. Had a really poor visit here. Had to wait for a table. That was no worries. We were told to wait at the bar. Went to the bar, here where 3 bar staff. These guys looked busy as they were having a good chat. Asked us to take a seat opposite and someone would come to us. 10 minutes later, a member of your staff noticed we weren't being served and took our drink order. He gave us a bill and said we could pay with our meal. He was great. When we were called to the desk our waitress first and last words were " have you paid for your drinks" I explained her colleague said we could pay for it with our meal. She seated us. Didnt say a word. We waited at least half an hour, and she didn't return. We had our two young children with us. She seemed happy as she was having an in depth conversation with a colleague who was manning the front of house. It must of been important. Again the guy who noticed no one had served us came over to see if we were all good. We left as time was getting on, hungry and really gutted as we had been looking forward to our meal with you all day.

I have gone here 6 times in the past 3 years. So this is based on multiple visits. There is one server that does stink more than others, but I will not mention her name. Just note if she is wearing a wrist strap, you are going to wait much longer for food to come out. My most recent visit finally triggered a negative review. Of the 6 times I have been here, only 2 have been plesant experiences. The last one my wife and I were having trouble keeping the kids occupied and they always place us near the kitchen which is by far the worst place to sit with an infant! Next we waited for over 30 minutes for nachos, a kids meal (chicken tenders), and a strawberry mojito. However, the mojito took about 20 mins to get out. The food after 30 minutes we asked to make it togo, waited 10 minutes for the check and cleared it and another 15 minutes for the food. Then she forgot the kids drink, or so I thought. I got to the car finally, to fine soggy chips, no salsa, dried up cheese and some pinto beans. Sorry to say but a 3 year old could make better nachos than that! The kids meal had I kid you not 5 fries and 3 chicken tenders. Sorry but Hard Rock the other bad visits plus this has made me want to no longer come here! Thanks On a positive note some of the bartenders are really live and awesome. Like on august 8, 2019 there was one dancing around which was pretty awesome!

They gave me a MASSIVE amount of cream cheese with my bagel, I was in heaven. I love cream cheese! We went for breakfast and it was the perfect start to our day. I'm rating the Hard Rock Live from a performer's perspective, as I've spent more time in the back of the house than I have in the front. While relatively little of my performance work is done in traditional proscenium venues, I've seen enough of a range across enough borders to have an idea of how good and how bad they can be. This is my favorite. From the techs who've been there year after year, to the history of a house that's hosted legend upon legend, to LED stage lighting so cool that you can do two hours without intermission and never break a sweat, to the nicest green room I've ever stolen five minutes alone in when I'm supposed to be waiting in the wings, there's just a wonderful energy to this house that makes you feel like a star. And I felt that way the first time I performed there; now, in addition, it feels like home. Long Live Hard Rock!

We popped in quickly to eat before we began our adventure inside the park. Nothing to crazy a typical Hard Rock Cafe. I asked if they had a panthers section but she didn’t know who they were. Went to Hard Rock Cafe Miami right after getting off the plain on my week excursion to miami for some fun. The food was at best a 3 out of 10 stars and it took literally 40 minutes to get food and I went at a slow time, no wait and 1/2 tables were empty. Took additional 20 minutes to get ticket and only got it due to fact manager saw that myself and accompanying party were getting upset. Chicken was rubbery and just very low par for a famous restaurant such as this one. The french fries were good but that was it. Step up your game Hard Rock, just cause you have a famous name doesn't mean you can have bad food and service.

The cafe was great. The food was really good. The band was great but it overpowered the restaurant and you couldn"t have a conversation with anyone. I tried the chicken quesadilla special with corn salsa. It was really good but I would suggest they put the salsa into a small bowl or cup because it was on the plate and made my quesadillas soggy underneath. The firecracker shrimp appetizer is really good too . I also tried a hurricane drink in a take home glass. The drink was very tasty with just the right amount of alcohol. I am looking forward to going back and trying some other menu items. Overall a fun night out.

A little late getting this review from early this year. We had great service from Twon, Nickie, and Greg. We were allowed to sit in an area with no server outside and obtained our own beverages. The bar was very busy and the keg ended up needing replacement when getting our drinks. All three did a great job getting our beverages and comped a round due to the delays. Party if 10 for a birthday dinner, after paying we were told it would be over 2 hours before we could be seated and that would leave only 20 minute to dine. Clean, good food, excellent staff. It is child friendly but it is in the casino. Keep on the flower looking carpet unless they are over 21. Just wish the smoking didn't wander in time to time. My 4 year old kept picking up on it.

We love Hard Rock anyway, but the open air 2nd floor balcony with a view of the Waikiki area was wonderful. The restaurant is about a block from the beach, and is located right in the center of the hottest spot in Waikiki.

Terrible service. Wife’s steak came out raw after asking for we’ll done. The table was done eating before it was brought back out, while the waitress talked and played on her phone. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Got the vegetarian Impossible Burger, with the basil strawberry lemonade. Fun atmosphere, goods options, but that veggie burger patty was just okay. Give me a good spicy bean based patty, add some jalapenos with cheese... now that's good. Still recommend going here. Picked up that Hard Rock glass as a souvenir.

The Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Orlando Resort was awesome as usual. Great atmosphere, staff, and food. Prices were pretty reasonable, especially compared to some of the places at Disney Springs. We spent around $90 for three meals, drinks, and an appetizer. Definitely visiting again!
