The food here is very good! Service can be great or bad/frustrating. It's usually hard to find the waiter/waitress for long periods of time. This last visit was excellent! We had an attentive, but not overly attentive waiter and the food was very good. I didn't enjoy the chicken and dumplings, though. It was NOT made the traditional way. It was thin and not flavorful.

This place has the worst service out of everywhere in town. The staff would stare at you when you walk in and not even acknowledge you. I've gotten take out from there before and it took 15 minutes for someone to notice and assist me. Every time I go in to dine, we are neglected. Sometimes it'll take them 35 minutes to just come to our table and greet us! (When it's not even busy!) This place is awful and I would not recommend anybody to dine here. The food is not even good. It is average. Go to McGlynns instead.

First time in Dover and my friend and I chose to try Fraizer's for dinner. I had the crab and shrimp soup because of the great reviews. It was soooooo good I couldn't get enough. I had a cup then a bowl with the crab cakes. I was so full I couldn't eat all the cakes which was delicious. I just reheated it today and it is just as great as yesterday.

I'll give it 3.5 stars for now, i have to go back and give it another try, I had tilapia and it was just ok. This place is right downtown dover and what I liked the most about it was that they have seats outdoor with a beautiful view to a pond, perfect to enjoy spring time!! There was this beautiful cherry blossomed tree and got some nice pics! :)

A single layer of tortilla chips topped with stringy, wet mystery cheese. Followed by a large helping of loose hamburger, canned tomato and uncooked kidney bean, food poisoning chilli, topped with mounds of lettuce, tomato and canned jalepenos to hide the sketchy contents underneath. Yummy thoughts as I run in and out of the bathroom the following day. Thanks for the experience Frazier's.

I’m from Arkansas on vacation and was passing through. Food was great! Really enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger, cooked exactly how I liked it, and the fries were crispy! So good! The reason this got a 3 star was the service. Our waiter took 15 mins to bring a little cup of ranch for our appetizer and by that time our food was getting a little cold. Also he took another 30 mins after we said we needed a few minutes to look over the menu. I wouldn’t complain if I hadn’t been in the food service prior to know how long you should wait to check back in on my customers.

Giving this rating strictly for the bartender on Thursday nights. She always screws up my bar tab and take forever to get a drink from her (if you even get the correct drink). I expect nothing less than to see extra drinks and food I never ordered end up on my tab because she cant do her very simple job and add orders onto the right bar tab. The other bartenders are great though

This establishment has gotten a decade of my service and there is no end in sight. Staff is very respectful and knowledgeable about their craft. I have not been disappointed in any item on the menu ever. Plenty of choices to choose from food and drink wise. Always a great experience.

So disappointed. I should have known when the floor was sticky to turn around. But no, I wanted to give the place a chance. The fish was over-fried so we sent it back. By the time I got a reacement, my family was just about finished. Had them pack up the fish (didn't even bother with the fries). Would have thought a manager would have stopped to apologize and take the meal off the tab. We paid for everything including my meal. Just figured we will show our complete disgust by NEVER going back again.

This is a review that spans over time and my last visit. Went here quite a bit in the past. It has definitely dropped in both quality of food and service. The shady bartender is very well known locally (not in a good way), servers are only moderately attentive, and food is awful. Really. Years ago, the food was pretty good, but now its like a bunch of untrained, uncaring people are just throwing it on a plate. The bar is in need of a deep cleaning and it feels like no one cares anymore. You wont have trouble finding a seat because past customers are moving on. There biggest claim was Thanksgiving Eve and even that is not worth it anymore since they charge a $20 cover charge. No thanks. Owner can be inappropriate as well. I choose to spend my money in a place that is better maintained and run.

Please beware of the carryout food. The multi grain bread is stale. The fish entree is very bad, made from frozen bag of fish. I went to Fraizer's to get reimbursed for thd bad meals. Manager Courtney had to ask the cook if something could be done. The cook offered another side order since I informed the Manager (Courtney) about pork (not advertised) in the butter beans. Manager Courtney, doesn't understand the authority of her position since the cook calls the shots. Also, she needs to learn the online menu since she believed that the menu indicated pork in the butter beans. If you looking for a chicken salad sandwich, or fish dinner don't go to Fraizer's. Fraizer's need to close carryout service altogether. Wow...Fraizer's must be doing "so well" since they can afford to lose customers just to keep twenty dollars ($20).

We were here for a paint night which was awesome, however the table service during the event was one overworked and overwhelmed gentleman who never even approached us for an order. We went to the bar which had two bartenders who only seemed interested in serving regulars. After the event we attempted to get a table to eat, unable to find someone to seat us when we did were told to wait, after 20 minutes we lef and ate somewhere else. I dont know if I would give this place a second chance.

The crab and shrimp bisque soup was really good, the sesame salmon salad was okay way too many sesame seeds. It was overpowering. I got wings to which were good. Slow service yet nice place so it didn't seem that long of a wait yet I was definitely late getting back to work.

Atmosphere is great, servers are very nice and the manager is helpful. Seafood was great but the steak left a lot to be desired and was not cooked to my order (ordered a medium rare and got well). Food also took a long time to come out but I'm attributing that to the large group of people that came in all at once.

Great staff! Stacey and Holly are angels. Your drink is never empty! Chicken salad sandwich is superb! Extra crispy fries wonderful as are the butter beans. Always a great selection of craft beers. The reason for the lack of a 5th star is the restrooms. They need help desperately!!!! I truly hope the kitchen is in better shape.

One of my favorite places to go for a drink and food. They have a very large bar with a great beer selection. The food is pretty good as well, although their menu doesn't change very often. The only thing which can be somewhat frustrating is the amount of people that come here since it is fairly popular. On busy times (weekend nights and football) it can take a minute to get service, but overall a great place.

My family visited this place for my moms 70th birthday dinner. We had a great time. The food was delicious. Service was very good and the pricing was fair. Definitely plan to visit again in the future. My only gripe was we were seated in the back area which was kind of cold. Not much heat given in the area. The view was nice though. Great to see the geese taking dumps all over the place lol.

Walked in to watch the game and country music was playing loud on the speakers. Not a problem. But when I decided to play rap and r&b they started cutting down the speakers and turning up the t.v loud so you couldn't hear the music. I felt very disappointed and discriminated against. Even the waitress we had noticed what was happening. I been going there for years and for that to happen to was a big disappointment. I'll never go back in there again.

Arrived at this place a little after 3:00 PM on a Saturday to watch some college football and have something to eat and drink. Walked in and there was no hostess to greet and/or seat us so we went and sat down at an opened table. After waiting for about ten minutes for a Server, Bartender, Manager, or any Staff person to acknowledge us we made the decision to leave as apparently no one in this place was interested in providing us any customer service whatsoever and frankly I guess, was not interested in our business. This place was not even busy, half empty and no energy in the place at all. My official rating is zero stars. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this Restaurant. Stay far away. This place is a joke.

We went here to eat after attending a memorial for a friend who had passed away. It was very nice. There were big round tables, and the food was very good. There also was a cash bar, but I was able to get a pitcher of tea for myself. I don't know handicap laws, but they could have used a small ramp to get to the bathroom even though there was just one step going down that I remember.

Easily the best meal my wife and I have had in Dover. We only regret that in the three years we’ve been here, we never thought to stop in before tonight! If you like Chili’s Southwestern Eggrolls, then you’ll love the ones here too! Overall the meal was reasonably priced, and the fireplace was nice and warm. My only complaint is the server didn't tell want he for sides so I dropped from 4 to 3 after I visit website that I had a options and they never came by to check if my order was what I wanted and cooked right just came by and gave the bill when we were close to being done and the place was slow on a Saturday noon after that now a 2 star

The food is ok, nothing overly special. Be careful with what you order because if you don't like it they may not take it back. My colleague ordered the salmon, wasn't happy with the taste after a couple of bites and asked to replace it with something else, but was told they wouldn't take it back since nothing was "wrong" with it.

They have a decent pub style menu with good appetizers. Prices are good and service is usually pretty good as well. They have Guinness on tap and some craft beer selections too. Big parking lot, and great place to have a get together with friends and or colleagues. Plenty of spaces for most groups to fit into.
