I tried the octopus which they say is the most seller, it tasted just like rubber so i don’t recommend it. Idk if the sword is one of their most seller but it should be, it tasted really good.

There are many other Chart Houses in 16 other States. This Penn's landing location one is the only one in Pennsylvania. When I first met my husband, I brought him here for the first time to dine (he is from Brooklyn NY) back in summer of 1989 and we still talk about how good food was then and still is.

February 10th 7:15 pm I went there with my friends. I reserved table. I ordered salmon. My friends order something. After my friends order came. My order not coming. She said my order coming soon. After 30 minutes, she said salmon finished. Doesn’t have now salmon. I said why are you saying now? I ordered 30 minutes ago. Why did tell me before? I’m waiting more than 30 minutes. After I order Caesar salad. I waited 20 minutes. Order not coming. After I paid my friends orders and I canceled my order. It’s crazy. Bad night for us. They mess up our night. Before leaving, I told with front desk employees. I explain everything. They didn’t do anything. Just say sorry. No more going there

Normally it is a great experience with excellent service and atmosphere.We went on a busy Christmas day.First when I needed to change my reservation from2 to 4 they told me they couldn't do it,but when my friend called they accommodated her right away.Once we got there our service was slow and inattentive.We saw other waiters and waitresses being much more friendly and helpful.When we inquired where our food was the waiter said it was ready but they were taking extra attention to make sure it was right and it still came out wrong.It wasn't like we had a tricky order,all we wanted was french fries instead of rice and drawn butter on the side.Neither of which came out. Then the waiter proceeded to take the food away instead of leaving the main dish and just bringing out a plate of fries.Since the portions are small ,we were just about done our food by the time the other person's food came out. They we're also out of swordfish very early,we got there at 5 and we had reservations.The purpose of a reservation is so they know how many people to expect.My friend was pretty annoyed by this time,so when the manager came by after our meal was done ,we mentioned it and he stated that we had his best server,which we knew was not true.We had 2 servers from other restaurants eating with us and both stated he must be new.I got a salad 3 shrimp and some scallops a mojito and dessert and my total for me was 70.00.i saw prixe fix menus at other restaurants in Philly for 65.00 and thought that was a bit much.Like I mentioned,I have eaten here before and it is certainly not a bargain,but a special occasion place and since I am paying that much for ambiance and service I expected it to be spectacular.I do not think we will be going there on Christmas day anymore,or for other occasions either because they are no longer anything special for the price Oh,and not that it was their fault,but somebody barfed in the ladies room and we had to use the men' s room,which is always stinky and gross.A perfect end to a perfect night(sigh)

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I don't know if they got new management or maybe they was on vacation but all the staff acted a fool this night. My co workers n I went it was they first time n let's say it will be the last. The free valet tried sending us away before getting out the car. We should've kept going then. We never got acknowledged at the front desk. The bar maid had her back towards us for over ten minutes then after finding a run away waitress she still acted as if we want good enough to be served. We soon found out that everyone in the runaway waitress's section was very unhappy you couldn't finish a sentence let alone a thought before she was gone. All the food was cold. Even after we asked for it not to be!!!! Calamari was cold n chewy! The waitress was fake busy until the check came then thought she was doing us a favor cause she took off the cold soup I didn't eat, my co worker food she didn't eat n I never got to touch my drink cause we was disgusted with the whole experience.

Dinner for a party of just four was a disaster. The service is slow and unprofessional. Drinks took 30mins to arrive, the first appetizer showed up in one hour but the second appetizer did not show up until we were eating dinner two hours later. Called the manager and appreciate that he listened, apologized and tried to smooth things over but there are issues at the Chart House. They need to overhaul their customer experience operation if they want the locals to return. At Chart House price point, better dining experience is expected. Though the service was poor, the food was delicious and the water view was nice.

Went to celebrate. We were seated by the bathroom though plenty of tables. Asked to move. Shortly after, they sat someone else there that also asked to move. Oysters on the half shell very small. Sent back. Waitress very slow in between each and every encounter Had asked before ordering the prime rib for A1, but there was none when food came. Tap water served warm, no ice. There was a chunk of orzo that wouldn't breakup on my plate. Was in the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours. Very disappointed.

Let me star off with saying that this was the first time I’ve ever been to this restaurant our waiter John was amazing very personable, and knowledgeable of the items on the menu. However as the evening went on I heard in the background one of the employees working at the salad bar singing a song about roaches. And in my mind I’m saying to myself, “ OK we’re at a restaurant people are eating this is not a place or time for that”. So we were ready for dessert and as we received our molten lava cake we spotted a roach running from the salad bar to a crease in one of the walls. now I can understand a pest problem but it went downhill from there. we asked to speak to the manager his name was Wade not only was he rude and inconsiderate but he didn’t even solve the problem made us feel like if we were making up a story. when we told him that we took a photo of the roach crawling he said there’s no need to see the photo so for me and my friends attending this dinner we felt like he already knew the issue. Bottom line the manager was supposed to make it right and at least apologize. the manager left carelessly didn’t even apologize or offered anything off of our bill after seeing that roach I was in complete discuss. I will never return back to this restaurant really because of the past problem but because of how the manager resolve the issue

Awful, avoid. Plates were covered in a film of dirt. There was a kitchen fire that left the entire upper floor filled with smoke. Had to pull shells out of my crab/mango appetizer. Then at the end of our $300 dinner some of the staff member started screaming and cursing at each other. Complete joke and waste of money.

Bad vibe....bar clock running fast so HH was cut short. Couldn't talk to the "bar manager" so no luck in getting a HH drink. Dinner was bizarre with wait staff there then gone then returned at inopportune times. Chart House management needs a reboot of personnel. DISAPPOINTING!!!

Good food! The ambience is everything when you come here! Theres a nice outside deck on the waterfront . The service was extremely slow last night. We only ordered appetizers, mine being a spinach salad took over 45 minutes to arrive. The waiter was polite and friendly, but the wait time was inexcusable!

Went to the Chart House yesterday February 22, I was so disappointed with the food and drinks, first the food was bland. We order 3 glasses of pinot grigio wine, the waitress suggested that we buy a bottle because for 3 glasses it would cost 39.00 and the bottle will be 51.00 we will be getting a little bit more for our buck she says...so ok we get the bottle, when she came back with the bottle,first a small bottle, second with a cap that you unscrew not even a cork. I looked up the wine we just purchased for 51.00 well..you can buy it at the stores for 8.99...come on really, how dare you rip people off like this. At least give a better wine with a cork. Never will we go there again! The only thing nice about this place was the view, and that's why I gave it 1 star.

This place was a great disappointment. I had the chart house cut prime rib ( super dry and tough, no flavor). Also tried the filet mignon ( slightly tender but still no flavor). Mash potatoes were subpar. Green beans and asparagus were just ok. The only good thing was the butter that came with the bread and the fact that the bread was warm. Chart house definitely did not live up to the hype.

So very disappointed Made reservations in December 2018 for graduation June 14 2019 for my daughters graduation from Drexel U They told me the menu would have “ congratulations with our Daughert’s name on it It did not they offered to do it after we already ordered when I asked about it Then the food was sub par at best My snApper was dried out and fishy tasting My mom’s and daughter s stuffed flounder had lots of shells in crab meat. Our Irish coffees had no whipped.cream How as a waitress do you not notice that ? Or bartender making them ? You're definitely paying for the location here, not the food. It was just ok and for what it costs to eat here I'd expect to be fully satisfied. I'd eaten at a seafood restaurant in old city just the night before and the food was perfection. The Olde Bar, used to be bookbinders long ago, still has the sign... Doesn't have to view that Chart House does, but the food was great.

Went on Mothers Day for 8:15pm reservation. The stuffed shrimp were tiny with barely any crabmeat, food came out cold and salad bar ran out of multiple dressings and food. I was here 4 years ago and it was great. Not sure what happened today. Didn't order dessert.

Came for date night and the service was stellar! Our appetizer was taking a little longer than usual, which we didn't even realize since we were enjoying the view, and the manager came out himself to tell us they would be preparing a fresh order for us. Our server was kind and attentive and took the time to ask us about ourselves. The view is amazing. The water is not, however, but that is not the restaurant's fault. The food was wonderful! The fish was prepared perfectly as well as the vegetables. Everything was amazing. The view sets off the experience.

We have been to a number of Chart House locations, so I was expecting a 5 star experience. We took a group of 10 for a celebration. We wanted it to be special. It was not busy, but the service was very slow. They were out of a number of menu items. (Including their signature lava cake!) And to top it off, one of our party guest did not get their entree or dessert with the rest of the group. The waitress told us they were busy on Saturday but are restocking for Valentine's day. Great, but that doesn't help when we are here on Sunday. They ended up not charging us for a number of the desserts which was fine, but I would have preferred a better experience and a choice of all menu items. I expected better. Very disappointing. Will think twice before coming back or recommending.

Came here for the new year's eve event because the menu was quite enticing. There was an extended wait for our table, which was somewhat out of their control but hearing the staff scream at each other on the floor didn't do them any favors for the wait. Our waiter once we got seated was very nice, though we did have a little trouble getting our water refilled and the time between courses got a little ridiculous as the night went on (especially considering the limited menu). The soups and apps were good, I'd definitely recommend the clam chowder. My steak tasted pretty bland, and there was an obscene amount of salt in the vegetables. Our dinner was supposed to include a champagne toast that we never recieved, and by the end of the meal we'd been there so long it wasn't worth the effort to bring it up. I'm not in any hurry to go back, especially with the great selection of restaurants in philly with better food and service at more competitive prices

The Chart House gets 1 star simply because of its location on the River. There's some really great views here. Beyond that, we had a small gathering of family (about 10 of us) get together for Brunch this past Sunday. While the staff was friendly, the service was extremely slow and food was not good. We arrived around 12:45PM, so maybe there had been a larger crowd earlier, but we were basically alone. The salad bar had a number of empty bins, whether it be fruit or bacon bits or salad dressing, it was not properly restocked. We've been to other Charter House locations and found the food to be much better. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but I don't think so. There just seemed to be a lack of effort here....just everyone going through the motions. I can't recommend them.

Recently visited chart house with the family for a birthday dinner. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. The wait was super long for our food even though the place appeared to be rather empty. The food however made up for the wait. I had the stuffed shrimp which was served with pilaf rice topped with asparagus and I really enjoyed the meal. The adverage meal price is about $30 but it's worth it. If your in the area stop in you eont regret it.

If you plan to order the cioppino, the garlic bread that comes with it is very good. But it's not enough to scoop up all that delicious sauce, so get another order of their garlic bread side because that bread is the money. Super buttery, garlicy and holds well with anything you dip it in. That's the perfect meal to end my trip at Philadelphia!

Terrible service at the Philadelphia Chart House. Went on a Saturday night 7pm. Did not get seated until a half hour later. Did not have any service until 8pm ? One hour total wait time. We had to ask for service. Other tables around us were served. There was nobody assigned to table we were seated at when questioned. Food was good not great. You could make something just as good at home if need be. Not worth the money or time. Manager came over at some point to ask how things are and gave an excuse that they get busy at this time and walked away. ??? The service was very bad and I would not consider ever coming back unless some changes were made. Jim

Been here before, food was excellent as always. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Filet - exactly as ordered. Serving staff was awesome. Dessert was a failure. Both the cheesecake and key lime pie tasted either freezer burnt or chemically. My daughter's ey limes whipped cream had a huge black hair in it, she's blonde. They did replace her pie with a slice from another pie, so all was good. Bottom line: from now on we'll skip dessert.

We were in town for a concert, staying with family. They suggested The Chart House for dinner our first night and it didn't disappoint. Our party had crab cakes, salmon, stuffed flounder, and baked shrimp. The appetizer was a crab, shrimp, avacado, and mango stack that was amazing. The waitress was very attentive and made good suggestions from the menu. The entire meal was delicious. We will definitely come back!

I chose Chart House because of the view for Valentine's Day. This was the best dining experience of my entire life. The drinks were strong and visually appealing, the appetizer was quick and hands down the tastiest calimari I've had. My swordfish was cooked perfectly, my girlfriend loved the harvest scallops and the house salad (yes the house salad) BLEW MY MIND. Amazing service on their busiest night of the year and we will be back again as soon as possible!

Restaurant was almost empty and yet we were not offered a seat by the window. Please know that we did not have reservation so they may had had reservations for those tables (although not all of them filled up). Again, the place was not busy and it took a long time to get our drink order in, to receive our drinks and take our order. The check came super fast. The place really needs to be renovated or at least reupholster the chairs as they look dated and for the price of admission it shouldn't be the case. The steak was amazing. The shrimp was amazing. Although their signature lava cake did not gush lava, was over cooked and, ...why am I giving them three stars....oh it was our anniversary and we had a nice time regardless.

Used to love coming here. But last experience was awful and will not return. Not busy and couldn't even get seated for 20 minutes. Then sat with no server to offer drinks or even water for awhile. The clam chowder was a 5. It was a slide down from there. Blue Point oysters looked like they were shucked the day before. The stuffed flounder was mush. Thank God they can make coffee. Grossly over priced diner food.

The Chart House needs to be updated. The restaurant is old and the carpet needs to go. It’s in need of a renovation, especially for the price of the dinner. My husband and I normally go to New York for restaurants however we wanted to try the Chart House in Philadelphia. Will never do that again, not until they get that place renovated!!!! The lower level had a bad oder. I was disappointed with the way the place looked. Our food was okay.

This place is a very nice venue off of the water with lots of nice boats. there's tons of things to look at at this venue including large ships.the ships near you are allowed to eat on like a restaurant but they are not a part of this. This place had a drink that was cool and use dry ice and look like a science experiment but was around$35. The food was pretty good I got the salmon

The food was fantastic as always! Right before molten lava cake was served, we spotted an coch roach crawling on the floor from the salad bar to underneath the panel wall on the other side of the salad bar. I was shocked, apalled and down right disgusted! We proceeded to tell the manager and I think he thought we made up the story to get money off our $200.00 food bill. So to add insult to injury he said ok and he would take care of it! We said we had the camera up to take the picture of the roach scurrying across the floor to get into hiding but he said "no need" like he had know of this issue. Needless to say he didn't give us anything off the check and walked away carelessly. I will never eat here again unless they can restore the Chart House to it's original glory and get rid of the manager Wade and staff. They can keep our waiter John though.

Visually it is a nice place. Appreciate the free parking. Overall the service was pretty slow. It cost me $161 on a prime rib, new york strip, 5 coconut shrimp and 3 alcohol beverages, the salad bar was a little messy and not well kept. Atmosphere wasn't cozy. I had better meat at a chain restaurant. Basically not worth the money at all. Sorry.

Fantastic food, gotta try the Spiced Ahi. Great drinks, I loved their torched Manhattan served in an oak or cedar smoked glass. Awsome views of the river and the battleship NJ. They also have friendly staff and free parking, what more can I say. Oh you gotta get the landry select club card. Its essentially free and they end up treating you like your some VIP, you definitely get more perks than they let on. All in all it's a great spot to bring a date or get together with the family.

Went to the Chart House for a special birthday dinner with friends. Overall it was a disappointing experience. The location is amazing. However, the restaurant itself needs a complete renovation, or at the very least a good cleaning. It is dark and dingy inside, with threadbare carpeting, scuffed paint and tired wallpaper. The lighting fixtures appear to be from the 70s. What a shame for such a prime location. Our food was pretty good, but not consistent. While the fish we ordered was great, the sides were lukewarm. My soup had a rice noodle floating on the top. Not a typical ingredient for New England Clam Chowder. My friend's salad had a hair on the plate and we didn't even get apology from the staff when she sent it back. My husband and I ordered their signature Chocolate Lava Cake for dessert. While the flavor was great, there was not a molten center. It was very over cooked. On top of all of this, the service was terrible. For a restaurant that was not even close to full on a Friday night, we would expect more attentiveness from the staff. It will be a long time before I think about visiting the Chart House again.

Completely overrated for quite a few reasons. Let's first discuss the customer service and atmosphere. The servers have absolutely no finesse or bed side manner for a place that tries to come across as a high end dining experience. When we walked in, the hostess at the front told us the wouldn't be seating until 8pm, and it was 5pm when we arrived, plus there were many empty tables. Even if that were true, she didn't even offer to take our names, which indicates she really didn't want us to dine there. We decided to sit down in the bar area, and our waitress had the demeanor of a rough diner waitress. She looked unkept to be honest, and untrustworthy to handle my food from the kitchen to the table. Also, the area we sat had windows, and unfortunately they look like they hadn't been cleaned recently, which was annoying because looking out the window to see the view was the best part of the whole experience. Oh yeah the waitress was also super rude to us, even though it was Father's day. She rolled her eyes and stormed off when she came to take our order and we weren't ready yet. I think maybe 10 minutes had passed between the first and second time she came to us. I remember her rolling the eyes and storming off while saying "I guess I'll come back later" or something, then she went over to the bartender and said something funny, which I'm assuming was about us, which is why I guess we got watered down drinks (more on that later). Now on to the food. We ordered the calamari. It was surprisingly better than I thought it would be, but still much worse than a supposed 4 or 5 restaurant should be. Honestly, I've had better food from Cheesecake factory for almost half the price. The drinks, Lord have mercy, were so bad and watered down that we had to return them directly back to the bartender. We exchanged the drinks for water... Lemon water. The place might of just had an off night, but don't expect me to give 5 star ratings for subpar service and food quality.

Waited for over an hour for soup and a salad that I did not get. Other tables that came in after our party got served food. We walked out after speaking with the manager. The restaurant was not even busy, there was not a valid excuse for the bad service and long wait. I have never written a bad review before, guess there is a first for everything.

They have there own parking lot. A view by the water. A great selection of alcohol, wine, and sweet drinks. The food is amazing. The waiters are very helpful. The lighting is perfect for a romantic evening. Bathrooms are clean. Multiple floors so you could bring a big party or have a table for two. Prices are definitely reasonable.

Great Delaware River views, including the Battleship New Jersey. Variety of dishes (both land and seafood) prepared and presented with an upscale flair. Large salmon portion is a nice feature. The prices are a bit more than I expected. High cost of real estate?

Food was OK! For the HIGH pedestal people put you guys on I was expecting REALLY GREAT QUALITY FOOD.. I WOULD GIVE IT A 6 OUT OF 10. The view was absolutely amazing I GUESS THATS WHAT YOU REALLY PAY FOR.. ON TOP OF THAT THEY OVER CHARGED US. I HAD TO DISPUTE IT TO MY BANK BC THE WAITER ADDED A $40 TIP & forged our signature and when we showed up to the restaurant to speak to a manager the signature was definitely not my husband handwriting I have to say she did a good job !! There were definitly differences but the manager didn't seem to think so ..This is unbelievably sad that people really do this to others; he works very hard for his money to take care of our family EVERY PENNY COUNTS ...BUT THATS ALRIGHT WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.. KARMA WILL COME..WE WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!

This was truly a great resturant. We were not rushed at all. Actually got to sit down take our time enjoy an appetizer and some good conversation without our meal being dropped on us immediately or before apps were done. Staff was very polite, professional and informative. Couldn't ask for more food was great as well good portion sizes not too much to be bloated just enough to be full and comfortable. Will definitly revisit and recommend.

We had dinner here one night recently and I have to say the worst meal I've had in Philly in years. Judging by all the recent comments here the kitchen is not run by a true executive chef. To get to the point, my wife ordered fresh mahi and was served the toughest pice of fish I've ever tasted. We sent it back and they brought out another terrible piece of overcooked fish. Both pieces of fish were actually tougher than an overcooked chicken breast, hard to even tell it was fish, let alone a delicate fish like mahi. The manager apologized and told us it was fresh fish, but I just can't imagine that it was not frozen. Having eaten fresh fish literally around the world this was just not possibly fresh, and beyond overcooked. My swordfish was edible, but way over cooked as well. It was at least recognizable as fish. That's the best I can say. I hope the ownership stops just apologizing on here and beings in capable kitchen staff.

Went to chart house March 16 to celebrate our anniversary. For being a high-end restaurant the experience wasn’t so great. We ordered our food and food took quite a while for it to arrive. A couple hours later my fiancé started experience stomach pain, started vomiting, and not to sound graphic had diarrhea as well. Spoke to a manager the next day to bring it to their attention only for him to tell me that it can’t be food poisoning because it takes up to 12 hours before it hits your system which is not true because we were told by a doctor, depending on the bacteria, it can take as quick as 6 hours to take affect on the body. Long story short, the following day my fiancé was experiencing fatigue, sweats, vomiting, and diarrhea. She was experiencing so much pain that it brought her to tears only for the manager to tell me what he said and “sorry” for experiencing that. This is not we wanted to experience at a “high-end” restaurant. We will not be visiting the chart house in the future again!!

I chose chart house for my birthday dinner. the valet service, view, and waitress was the best part.... the salad had browning in my appetizer... I ordered the Filet Mignon which was cooked to perfection but poorly seasoned. The garlic mash was dry and cold when the main course arrived. My date’s main course was a 14oz prime rib which half the cut was entirely fat. I also ordered a crab cake which was cooked well and loaded with crab but extremely salty. Our waitress was the star of the show. She sang me happy birthday with a lava cake (love the personal touch with the menu as well with my name on it) I wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately. I had such high hopes for the food especially while I saved my appetite to the main course . P.s best water I ever had

Upon entering the Chart House with a reservation for dinner, the hostess did not greet us, despite standing at the hostess stand waiting to be greeted & seated. Instead, the hostess answered the telephone and left us standing there while she made a reservation with whom she was on the phone with. After this call which took approx 3 mins, she then acknowledged us and seated us. The atmosphere/scenery doesn’t even compare to other high end restaurants, yet they charge the same premium prices. Noticeable water damage on the ceiling and below the stairs, wrinkled tablecloths, out dated carpet and chairs. The waiter was nice & professional, dinner was “good.” Attempted to give the manager some constructive feedback when he asked how was the dinner, his response “We are doing a million dollar renovation in about two weeks.” Then he abruptly walked away. Will not be returning or referring anyone to go to the Chart House. A renovation and better customer service is greatly needed!

My husband made dinner reservations for our wedding anniversary here and we were enjoying our drinks while we waiting for our appetizer when I see my husband staring at something behind me. As I turn around to see what he's looking at, I see a large cockroach crawling around the table behind me. The cockroach was crawling over the linen and the silverware. I called for our server, who did not seem surprised by this at all! As we left, I did notify the manager. This is the last thing that we anticipated at an establishment that claims to be high end.

Service was far below fine dining standards. Waitress wasn’t pleasant, and dismissive at times. Only ordered appetizers , food was flavorful however it was cold. Took a long time for food to arrive and the establishment was empty. Prices were great for happy hour specials and drinks were surprisingly delicious. The over all attitude wasn’t welcoming and this caused me not stay for full dinner service. I’ve been to other Chart House locations and experienced exceptional service. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and has tarnished the chart house name.

Restaurant has great views but service wasn’t that great. They require a reservation even if the restaurant is half empty. Food was just ok. Nothing to wow about. Oh and not to mention that when my wife received her glass of wine, one of the other servers must have realized it and pointed it out to our server, they actually took it back and I watched them physically pour the excess back into the bottle! Mind blown! Thanks but no thanks lol.

I would not recommend this restaurant. I ordered a vegan "Chinatown stir fry" it was absolutely horrible. The chef must have emptied the entire bottle of soy sauce on my dish. The dish did not contain any other herbs or spices, just soy sauce. At my request the chef tried to make the dish again, unfortunately the dish arrived a lot smaller than the first one. In addition, my group was finished eating when the second dish arrived. As a result, I was unable to eat my food and had to wrap it as a "take out dish". Completely dissatisfied!

Besides the fact that the manager spent a lot of time with his whit guests over the non-white patrons, I call myself being nice to DonnaMarie our mediocre waitress, I left a 20% tip of $30 in cash, my credit was charged an additional $30, which I discovered the next day. I would NOT recommend the Chat House, unfortunately their greatness ended in the early 2000s. Go to the Capital Grill, better service and better food. The manager Wade is a rude person. I suggest you pay cash because tbey charge your card gratuity and fo not disclose that they do so. Boderline suspicious I think so.

The dinner and drinks were fine, however, the service was not the best. I have been to Chart House restaurants all up and down the east coast and this one has been the least enjoyable experience. We waited about 20 minutes before the waiter addressed us and then waiting another 15 for drinks. This was on a Sunday so the place was not crowded at all. Also, the valet guy played too much in my car, just pull up and park that is all. No need to play in people vehicles.

Went there to celebrate our anniversary and it was delightful. We took advantage of the Restaurant Week special dinner, with crab stuffed shrimp and salmon entrees. Delicious! We were even given a anniversary card when we arrived. Very thoughtful.
