I came to the Boston Market at Drum Hill in Chelmsford, MA on Saturday, September 28, 2019 for a whole chicken at 2:25 p.m. and the guy that work there told me that I have to wait at least 35 minutes for the whole chicken. Really. How are you going to run a fast food restaurant selling oven roasted chickens and make customers wait at least 35 minutes for it? They should make sure that there would always be whole chickens available for customers especially during the afternoon. Also, some of the people who work there are very unfriendly. Some of them don't even say "hi" when they see customers or they don't even say "thank you" or "have a nice day" to customers when the customers paid them and take their foods.

So me and my fiancee went here to get lunch before she had to go into work, there was only one other customer in the entire place. We walked directly to the counter and waited to at least be acknowledged, as the only guy behind the counter ignored us as we tried to get his attention. Then after we placed our order, which my fiancee ordered a southwest salad, he handed her a Cesar salad and didnt even say anything. They were also very rude when tried to get the issue corrected.

When Looking for comfort food this is the place I go eat. With the staff being incredibly kind & helpful and resturant always clean. There's a great selection of food you could compare to a home cooked meal chicken , meatloaf , turkey , ribs , sandwiches & salads don't forget the sides which are wonderful also !! My favorite part the dessert selection. So if looking for a quick healthy meal pull in the drive through and pick one up and if looking for a nice place to sit down with the family the dinning is comfortable.

New to the area and wanted to try local restaurants. Parking lot full yet no customers inside restaurant. Food was prepared to order, the place was immaculate and all cases were full. Food was hot but chicken wings had a reddish tint. Taste was ok but left a strong aftertaste. Seasoning salt appeared to be in French Fries.

Very good service... I love the Meatloaf from Boston Market its delicious. The only issue that I'd like to point out is that people who don't need a wheelchair accessible table are not told to move.

Decent food when it's available, but often common menu items are out. Their process is really broken, I am often asked again while waiting at the window about details of my order or they're lost and not done right. I know this is a personal pet peev, but they also give you a 2ft long recipe when you order 2 things.

The dining room was gross today. I counted 8 empty but dirty tables. While eating we all heard the employees argue about who was going to clean it up. Before the person who was chosen walked around visibly unhappily cleaning off tables she told other employees, " Do not rush me"... Another issue was they told me there was only white meat available. I seen legs and thighs at the cutting station area. Yes they were probably for a pick up order BUT please do not force me into an up sale and charge me more money because youre unprepared.

I have been a regular Boston Market customer for years. I have generally been happy with their food, prices, and service....until I had the misfortune of visiting the location at Academy and Wyoming in Albuquerque. Food was not ready or looked unpresentable during the busy lunch hour. One cashier was left in front with five or six employees laughing and playing in back while customers waited. I finally left in frustration as did the couple behind me. I will take my business elsewhere. The franchise holder should send a "shopper" in to monitor the very poor product presentation and even worse customer service at this location. The corporate office should know that the Academy and Wyoming location in Albuquerque DOES NOT REPRESENT THE BOSTON MARKET BRAND WELL.

Ordered Thanksgiving turkey dinner for 4 turkey breast was not real breast was processed breast. Mashed potatoes were salty stuffing was salty gravy less salty cranberry sauce was great, the apple pie apples were crunchy and crust was dry. I don't understand because when you go to eat and Boston Market it's pretty good food. Will never order out Thanksgiving dinner again from Boston Market

Good food. Although the last few times we've been here, the chicken pieces look like they're from a small pigeon. AND...There are chicken bones on the floor, that 2 staff members have walked past without bothering to pick up. Make that 3 staff now. They're in plain sight! You can't miss them! They're cleaning off the tables and ignoring the bones on the floor!!!

Boston market is a good place to eat if you're really in for a hot meal that's more than a sandwich. It's sad that Milwaukee doesn't have more than one. But it's a good location tad bit hard to get to if you're headed south because with all of the no left turns or u-turns in this Street Port Washington, you have to go all the way to Walgreens blot in the exit after going through the lot. Staff's not always friendly and the food sides are not always available and you have to wait but overall it's a hot meal that's more than a sandwich. However it does offer sandwiches in a pot pie and soup. Popeyes are good I don't remember if they're only chicken I believe they do only have chicken.they don't stock the chicken pot pies while they're not that many out so you have to catch him when they are otherwise it's a wait. We are tasty with chunks of meat to vegetables of carrots, potatoes. They changed their menu occasionally adding specials to see how they'llso but throws turkey is really good when you want a Thanksgiving meal, and the meatloaf is good true with a red sauce, but they took off Pam which I kind of disappointment because that was a good tasting main dish. Friendliness comes and goes at this restaurant but the place is always clean family friendly.

The person behind the counter took the pans out of the steamers with dripping water they been sitting in and put it on the cutting board and without wiping it cut my chicken on the board. Ok food, service fair, watch what sides you order making sure they look fresh. Chicken is the best you can get here, the ribs are only OK, Turkey is OK. It is not the best Boston Market I have been to but not horrible either. If you are in the mood for Chicken you could do worse. I eat here about once a month and it has always been fine.

Boston market doesn't have a great variety on their menu in regards to main courses, although they do have plenty of options for the side dishes. The food is great and very consistent! I absolutely love the meatloaf and the people behind the counter are usually pretty friendly. The only reason I gave a four star rather than a five star rating is because the dining area has the feel of being at a fast food restaurant. Other than that, can't go wrong eating at this place. I would definitely recommend!

Great place for chicken, meatloaf, turkey and I guess now they serve prime rib (my bar on this is pretty high, so I don't want to be disappointed). It is nice that you have a selection of 15 - 20 sides to choose from. Their desserts are fairly first rate also.

Haven't been in a long while and decided to pick up To Go on the way home from work. While in line, I overheard the staff tell the customer in front of me they were out of 2 of the sides he wanted to order and it would be 10 mins. I then placed my order and was told it would be another 15 to 20 mins for the meatloaf. The young man working just offered an excuse of, "we can't serve raw meat." Poor planning and poor customer service. Very disappointed.

For the 2nd time, Boston Market did not have enough chicken to accomadate a large order. I will never again be ordering from any of their locations ever again. Order was put in and I was called 5 minutes later to be told they were not going to be able to accomadate our order. Then was told she wanted to refund me back into my card which would take the 3 to 5 business days. This order was for my daughters birthday dinner and I needed the money back immediately so that we could take her elsewhere. It wouldnt have been an issue if it was any other day. Regardless, I got my refund and will never return.

Took about 20 minutes to get my food, poor communication between cashier and prep team. Ended up having to rush eating instead of enjoying. While waiting at the counter for my food, another staff member almost threw away my drink and napkins on my table. I have been going to this Boston Market for around 10 years now and every time I step in the door I feel comfortable like I am at home. The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. They serve their food on real plates with actual utensils and even clean up after you are finished, which is different from most restaurants like this. The only problem I have is that the food is pricey for what it is but nothing absurd.

I am a cook to my bones and customer service is also a major factor in my life. This Boston Market gets both. I will always go to this site, as long as it maintains its integrity. Truth be told, this location and Waltham changed my perception of Boston Market. My early experiences were always bland chicken and bland sides. However, these 2 sites know how to...as they say in the South: "Put Their Foot In It". The food and the customer service is top notch, every time. Hoorayyyy!!!!

I ordered our take out Christmas dinner at 9:30 am, to be picked up at 3:15 pm. When we arrived at 3:00 pm, SIX HOURS AFTER ORDERING, nothing was ready. The staff was constantly taking and filling orders from people just walking in off the street, WHILE MAKING US WAIT EVEN LONGER. We were given our order 30 minutes after waiting, and the gravy was missing. It's one thing to have to wait for an order, but it was placed over 6 hours before pickup, then made to wait another 30 minutes while walk-ins were out the door before us. Absolutely no excuses. Thank you Boston Market for making our Christmas dinner late, that was going to be shared with my mom in a nursing home.

Grossest location I’ve been to. The man who served us was touching the inside of the bowls with no gloves on. The man cutting chicken had long hair just dangling over the food (again no gloves). 3/6 of the fountain drinks were empty. The tables were dirty and wobbly. I have been here before but this is the worst the food has been. It was all cold and didn't even look appealing. The chicken was bland, the mac was watery, the cornbread was mushy. The staff seemed lost and moving slow. Idk what's happened here but I've been coming here for some time as I stay quite a bit at the hotel across the street. I came in March and the food and service was good. Idk what has happened but I won't be back.

This is the worse location to go to for your Thanksgiving dinner. They are not organized at all. The food is great though. The best thing is to get the food the night before and you can get more side dishes and meat choices. You only have a choice of chicken and turkey for Thanksgiving if you are ordering that day. Ripoff as well because what you pay for a family meal of 3 on Thanksgiving day you can get a family meal of 6 for just a couple bucks more on a daily basis.

What a disaster! If I could rate 0 stars I would. This was my first visit to Boston Market in years. I was craving a "home cooked" meal, but didn't have the energy to cook and thought about how it was always a treat as a kid when my mom got us Boston Market. My fiancé and I ordered online - one 1/4 chicken all white meat plate, one 3 piece dark meat plate, 1 side of corn and 1 large side of mac and cheese. Supposedly it would be ready in 40 minutes. So we waited 20 mins, then headed out for our 20 minute drive to the restaurant. My fiancé headed inside to pick up our online, pre-paid order 5 minutes AFTER the pick up time. He proceeded to the "online pick up' area and was ignored by all staff members for about 7-8 minutes as they served people in the regular line and drive thru. How hard is it to hand a bag of pre-made, pre-paid for food to someone? Apparently very difficult! We soon found out it was so difficult and he was being ignored due to the fact that our food had not even been made yet! DESPITE PLACING THE ORDER OVER 50 MINUTES PRIOR AT THIS POINT!!!! Not long after, I was out of the car and in the restaurant with my partner trying to figure out what was going on. After asking WTF where's our food?! Our order was hastily thrown together without even a hint of an apology from the manager, who completely ignored us and left a young, teenaged casher to deal with things. (BTW no apology from him either) We got home to "enjoy" our food, and it was practically inedible. The chicken on the White Meat plate was bone dry and tasteless. The size of the chicken on the 3 piece dark plate was laughable, the meat fatty and the skin soggy and limp. The mac and cheese (which we ordered extra of, remembering how amazing it used to be!) was watery, the sweet potato casserole was sickeningly sweet and as a result inedible. Both the mashed potatoes and corn lacked any real flavor or spice. And to top it all off, there was NO GRAVY. So we had dry chicken and flavorless mashed potatoes, with not even gravy to redeem it. Thankfully I had a can of gravy in the pantry so that I could at least eat my dinner, although even that couldn't redeem my fiancé's meal, which ended up in the trash. We went back and forth between here and Five Guys with Boston Market winning out. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! We spent over $30 on inedible food and disgusting "customer service" (if you can even pretend to call what we experienced "service"). Going to Five Guys would have saved us $10 and about an hour of driving/waiting/dealing with nonsense time. I now understand why Boston Market is fighting for its life in the marketplace and will personally never be going back. If what we experienced is normal, then honestly they deserve to go out of business. It's just a shame that this has managed to also ruin my childhood memories of family chicken dinners.

Had a horrible experience here. My order was made incorrectly so I called and spoke with management. He offered to replace my entire meal for free. I asked would there be an issue and was told know. But when I came in the manager said that I couldn't get it. I felt completely embarrassed and I didn't ask for the entire meal to be replaced. It did ruin dinner for my family because the kids didn't like or eat the sides that we received. The management staff seems to want to embarrass the customer when there is an issue. My wife likes Boston Market, I find it too bland. Anyway, we've been to others and know what to expect. Stopped to get a pot pie. "Would you like a Chicken or Turkey pot pie?" - "Turkey" - "We don't have any turkey" - "Well, I guess chicken then." Crust has been changed, and not for the better. I am so unhappy first-time ordering a heat and serve meal website says you need to place the order 2 hours in advance and I place the order 5 days in advance because I didn't want anything to go wrong I arrive to pick up my order and there no spiral ham for my order on Christmas Eve very nice then they refund the ham and after they do the refund she tells me it be a couple of days before the credit shows up I paid with debit card she could have just gave me back cash again on Christmas Eve like I didn't have last minute things to get and I said that to her and she says to me it was only $60. ONLY $60 DOLLARS HOW DARE HER LIKE IF MONEY GREW ON TREES. ANY WAY NEVER NEVER EVER WILL BOSTON MARKET COME BE A PART OF MY HOUSEHOLD AGAIN. Which by the way was a dinner party for 16 people that would have spread the word if it would have turned out to be a good experience.

Every time I go in here for prime rib it is always cooked well done. I ordered it medium-rare at one time and I was told after they made the meal they didn't have medium rare. So I decided just to get meatloaf. All the pictures they show in the restaurant of the prime rib I cooked medium rare. They just don't cook it that way for some reason.

First we went there for the Prime Rib arrived at 6:15 the prime rib starts at 5 p.m. they were already out of it the price is 1795 which we thought was a little pricey for Boston market we had to settle for chicken the chicken was dry the vegetables luke warm the cornbread so so after a bad experience a few years back I swore I would never go to Boston market again. The tables were all sticky there was no place to put your dirty dishes all the tables had dirty dishes stacked on them went to use the restroom the handle was broken on the restroom door it was just a very bad experience

Very poor customer service. Upon entering the restaurant I asked "why was it so cold" a women from behind the counter responded that's because 'Im trying to keep the people away ' After placing my order, which I asked for a 3 piece dark, what turned out to be some very small ends of the chicken. The same women twisted her neck while speaking saying "that's what you ordered. That's what you get!" I was very shocked! I have been a customer of Boston Market since I was a Child, and I have never received that level of unprofessionalism. Ok I calmly stood there as she finished my order and asked for the check to be split, and that the carrot cake on the counter has no frosting, she continued in the same manner as she has prior, responding short and very unprofessionally. I had to walk away and let my co worker continue with the transaction. I must say I was worried that if I asked for he manager she would say she is.. I don't think I will be back to that location. I would encourage others to not visit as well.

Disappointed with their lack of customer service. Ordered for delivery and received incomplete order as well as an incorrect sandwich. Upon calling them was promptly told that I ordered via a third party and that order must have been sent to the restaurant incorrectly . Note: did not receive a receipt and was told by man on phone that he did not have one either, but could text me on my phone. When you order online it automatically directs you to Hungry Rhodi to place the order. Food was "o.k." But the blame game and lack of attempt to remedy the order was disappointing. Will not be ordering there again.

The heavy set girl that was serving the food was very rude and very unhelpful told her it was our first time there and she had no suggestions on what to try. Face was bent up like she hated her job.hubby veggies were undercooked chicken was way to salty BBQ ribs were.bold and smothered in BBQ sauce. Not a good experience at all best thing was the fountain drinks. We will not be visiting a Boston market again oh cornbread cold and dry. Awful restaurant!!!!!

We show up at 8:15 they close at 9. First off the food display had almost nothing and the food that was there was dried up and nasty, the lady tells us that all they have is chicken and meatloaf, she seemed bothered that we were there, and when we asked for mashed potatoes she made it known that they would have to warm it up and it will take 5 min, then she asked"so do you wanna wait?" And we said ya there isnt anything else to choose from. I find it awful that they are displeased if anyone shows up 45min before they close, i would never show up 10min before i work in food industry. All the employees were unfriendly and put off that we were there. We will never come back. They could at least have presentable food for thier guests and not be put off that we ask for a fresh side, the food was gross and dry btw...

Tried this place for the first time and was pleased. It's about what you'd expect. Better than KFC but it's still fast food of sorts. We had chicken, meatloaf, mixed veggies, sweet potato casserole and Mac and cheese. It was all pretty good. The chicken and sweet potatoes were especially good. The rest was just decent. Probably won't come here often but I could see an occasional craving for it's food.

Ordered online. "Skip the line. Order online." It should be "Order online and watch the line skip you!" I showed up to pick up my order and waited another 10 minutes. Not less than 4 people came in, ordered and then left while I was waiting. And, what happened to the beef gravy? Poultry gravy and meatloaf just doesn't do it for me. I think my yearly visit to Boston Market isn't going well this time.

we stayed at the Hilton Express inn on the 8400 block of 36th Street in Doral Florida we arrived late the staff recommended the Boston market down the street for a quick bite. We walked to the door we were greeted everything that we requested was met with a smile and we were even treated to couple of extra desserts after we told him we had driven 400 miles to get there nice people great food highly recommended.
