Went in on a slow Tuesday afternoon, the owner was the only one working there. He was friendly and funny, and whipped me up a delicious sandwich in no time while managing two other orders completely by himself. Lovely place.

My #1 go to spot for chicken wings! Their wings are a little pricey but absolutely DELICIOUS! I love the fact that they’re normal sized wings instead of the humongous steroid wings that are being sold at other restaurants. Service is always good, staff are always kind and polite. I LOVE this place!!!

The food is good but the customer service can be improved.. I called to place an order at 9:45pm, the first thing the women told me when I asked to place an order for wings is “it depends on how many wings because we close at 10” I proceeded to order since I didn’t have a big order to begin with.. I also asked for a house salad and she told me that they were out of two items included in the salad which I was okay with but she said that she can’t make the salad without those two items.. Sounds like someone wants to leave work quickly.. Highly disappointed..

How is this place in business? Two 7 piece chicken tenders, two small mac and cheese sides (because they had no french fries at 12:10 in the afternoon), and two sodas somehow cost $42.

Their all white meat "boneless wings" are not wings at all but flattened chicken breast. They were alright but I would not order them again. I personally don't like these and would rather have wings however I didn't try their "bone-in-wings" because the smallest size they offer on ubereats is 35 pieces and you can only get one flavor. We would have ordered that since there was a few of us but because we could only get one flavor we decided not to. Their fish sandwich was really good, it's a real piece of fish not a fish pattie. The food arrived on time and was hot.

The wings are pretty darn good, priced at $1 a wing and never really gets cheaper the more you buy. I would reccomend to others and let them decide if the price is steep.

Food is really good and service is quick. Ordered the bayou cajun and buffalo combo. Girl at the counter told us she accidentally dropped our fries but was kind enough to make us a fresh batch.

Foods not all that great. But what the heck who goes here for their food anyway. Panorama is amazing if you know what I mean. Friendly staff great for sports and events. All you can eat wings Tuesdays and Thursday is a plus! Fun times!

I've been going to Wing Madness for 4 years. The wings are amazing, perfectly seasoned crispy and delicious. I used to go there when I lived in East Hartford, then Hartford, and now that I live 40 minutes away I still only go to wing madness. I won't sacrifice quality for convience. Well worth the drive.

wing madness sold me some chickens that was Raw, I only asked wing madness to replace my food, or give me my money back. They wouldn't, I even brought all of the wings back to them and they still wouldn't refund me my money or replace my food. I will never buy any food from them ever again. I wasted $40.

I was riding along burnside ave when I came across Wing madness, the funny thing is I was in search for dinner at the time and was on the phone with a restaurant when I saw the sign and I hung up the phone and went right in. These wings are AWESOME!!!! I had never been here and I did not know what flavors to choose from. I chose two randomly and I asked the gentleman for his opinion on the third choice! they where all incredible.. But let me tell you about there mac and cheese! that was surprisingly great as well.. Usually I don't like to order mac and cheese because I have such high expectations. Im glad I went with this choice. The service was great and I must admit the food came out pretty quick and was still hot by the time I reached my home. My only hope is they start a delivery option because I would surely order from them more often.

I use to live in the neighborhood and frequently ordered food from the wing madness on Burnside avenue in East Hartford. I called to place an order at 8:16pm on Friday July 6th. The woman who took my order was VERY rude and unprofessional. I know the man who runs this place since it has opened he knows me and my fiance well. He calls him MY Angel. I get the SAME thing EVERY time. A Wing Madness signature salad, extra toppings AND dressing. I was told I couldn't get extra toppings. I was also told I got the last dressing for the salad. And when I said okay that's fine, I continued to order. I ordered a 10 piece wings w/ tropical mango FLATS ONLY. I was then told she couldn't do FLATS ONLY.. TERRIBLE customer service and clearly lazy. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes for her to even acknowledge me. It must've been because I interrupted her with a phone conversation completely unrelated to work. I hope I'm contacted by the person who originally runs this place because you know me and I NEVER give anyone a hard time! Please email me.

Excellent food! Everything on the menu is made to order using fresh ingredients. My favorites include the mac and cheese topped with a little spicy Cajun seasoning, the signature salad a great meld of flavors, the crispy chicken sandwich with spicy mango sauce, or the hand cut seasoned French fries. Always worth the trip!
