My order took over an hour to get to me. Wasn't too irritated about that. What really got me was how terrible your wings taste. Your Garlic Parm flavor is by far the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. Mild buffalo was ok at best but the meat was also so dry it felt like I was chewing cloth. 1/10 would not recommend.

the wings i ordered were very dried even though they were dipped in sauce. they were OVERPRICED also. the hamburger was pretty big for the price but the meat not so much tasety. over all the place is nice but too expensive for the poor quality

These wings are PHENOMENAL! Naked and with sauce (BBQ). First time eating at this place as it is a little hidden gem at Central CT State University. These wings are on par with the likes of Buffalo Wild Wings. I think a tiny bit smaller in size but plenty of meat on them, the classic wings that is. The fries disappointed tho, a bit soft and soggy tasting, and wayy too much seasoning flavoring. Definitely will be back over and over anddddd over again. Also ordering and speed of service was fast

Terrible service. No one picks up the phone, i placed my order 2 hours ago and i am still waiting. It first told me 130 AM delivery, and now its saying 327am. (Update) I received my order 330. So basically i had to stay up an extra 2 hrs to get wings that didnt really taste that good.

This is what's cold a joke. 12 wings that looked like a left over after my cat had dinner. Most of them were bone with stinky on them The rest was bone with sauce. 25$ for 24 wings that looked like they survived eating competition. Way to go with this kind of business

I had to wait around an hour and 10 minutes for wings I ordered for delivery. I got a heads up on the website saying it'd be 45 minutes and that's not at all how it turned out. This also isn't the first time it's taken a decent amount of time more than I was told. I would expect that if there were some kind of delay that there would be a heads up given to me. Also the garlic parmesan wings are pretty bad. I would not force them upon my worst enemy, even if they tortured me.

This place sucks. Ordered from here twice and waited 2 hours for delivery both times. The wings are good but not worth waiting two hours for. When I called to let them know how long it's been all I got was an "ok bye" then got hung up on. Very rude and disrespectful.

Halal, went for Dine-in. Ordered wings and boneless wings and fries (with classic seasoning) and Oreo milkshake. I’ll rate it a 10/10 because: - clean and friendly environment - hot food - mouth watering sauces As informed by the owner (very friendly), we tried the Hot Buffalo sauce and had it with the Ranch dipping sauce and i can still taste the flavors, it was so good! Oreo milkshake was spot on! A must try. I would definitely go again!

I ordered $30 worth of tenders and I'm really regretting giving my money to this place now. Every one of these tenders is tough and really tasteless. The dipping sauces are good but it tastes like the fryer oil hasn't been changed in a few months. Really disappointed.

If I could give a no stars I would. I placed an order on 3/24/2019 around 10:30 p.m. 6 shogun bone in and 5 shogun boneless and 6 hot buffalo. I got cold food naked wings and no sauce(blue cheese or ranch). When I called the lady who picked up kept hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. The girl who picked up the phone sounded like the lady I've spoken to before while in the restaurant. She was confrontational with me as soon as she saw me (to make matters worse that day she jumped in a conversation when I was not even speaking to her. Then to follow up with being disrespectful. ) I watched her interaction with other customers and it was not the same. She might as well been wearing a whites only t-shirt. I'm done with this restaurant. People save your money or go else where. There is a restaurant with better food and customer service called NTA. I would have ordered from them if they weren't closed already.

I went to Wing It On at 4:45 pm on a Saturday. The website and the sign on the door says opens at 12. I walk in and the lights are off but a cook it in the back and a waitress behind the register. I can clearly hear the woman taking an order. So in the middle of the conversation she tells me the store doesn't open until 5pm. Instead of taking my order like she was doing over the phone she ignored me and continued her conversation. As i walked out i called to see if i could place an order and of course she was ready to take my order over the phone and explained how the restaurant opened late despite the sign. I doubt i would ever go to this place again. What a way to make a first impression

Garlic parmesan wings tasted like tapioca, worst order of wings I've ever had. The buffalo wings were eh. The fried pickles were good. They have a pool table, a digital jukebox, and some arcade games. which is cool. Good for hanging out, not so much for good food.

They had the upmost terrible customer service I had ordered wings and fries 3 minutes before I saw the food the fries was so soggy still moisture all in the box so I decided to call and let them know but their line was busy I called a couple times so I decided to the Wait it out to give them a chance to take care of their other customers but finally I got through and later they tell me that there’s nothing they can do about it because it’s been and hr since my order like that wasn’t my fault I have never met a business that doesn’t tAke care of their customers I haven’t even touched the fries and I will never order from them again

I ordered through Doordash, after I placed the order I received a call saying they were of of waffle fries. It was no big deal, we just changed to curly. Within no time at all, my order arrived, at that point I noticed I was missing part of my order. I contacted the store and explained what happened. First I received no apology (bad mistake) I was given the option to A) if I want to leave my info and ever order from them i will have a credit. B) I had to contact Doordash, as they were the 3rd party, and the store had no drivers, wasn't their fault, etc.. I asked why this falls on me as they are the ones who filled the order, not the delivery company. Sadly, it was a less then good first experience, though I will say, food arrived hot, very timely, and was good. I think more time with checking the orders needs to be taken before sending out for delivery, and have a better reactions and action plan if this happens, as the consumer is ultimately the one getting screwed.

went in with my wife for the first time after a coworker recommended. I went to their website and downloaded the app as it recommended to get 3 free boneless wings. we ordered two combo meals and the free wings and were told that they no longer do that. 'too many people abusing it'. I told them I could understand that but it was right on their own website and they should have taken it down if they were not honoring it anymore. I even showed him but he just said sorry. we left without our food and I will be telling everyone I know about their crap customer service.

Oreo milk shake was really good. Fresh, not frozen chicken is a good selling point to bring people through the door. However, I rather drive to the chain restaurant a few towns over than pay the high price tag for dry, skimpy wings again.

Food is made to order and tastes delicious. The only downsides are that delivery requires UberEats, you get less flavor choices than competitors for large orders of wings, and they ask for a tip automatically on their Ipad before you even get the chance to eat when you eat in (you also clean up after yourself, so the tip is really just to be generous). I love the food, but don't eat here as much due to the UberEats delivery system (they used to charge $2 and do it themselves). I still recommend it to friends and go whenever I'm in the area and can afford it.

He went home and I didn't get my free tenders when I asked about it,the girl took my phone and said it was not downloaded which I know I did. I'm one who enjoy hot Buffalo wing, and so far Wing It On has provided me with a great Buffalo Wing experience. Their Wings Of Prey Buffalo Wings are excellent, and are what I specifically go there for. The service is great, and the wait time short. The restaurant is very clean and it has TV, pool table, and a few arcade games for entertainment.

Ordered for the Football games today, Delivery was super fast, food was hot when the driver got here. He was very pleasant. I highly recommend to anyone who likes wings or burgers. we got a 50 piece wing, and 3 burgers, def try the man-gun wings, or the chipotle ranch wings! Will def be ordering next week too!

This is by far the best wing spot i have been to in my life. The staff is incredible and the food is always 100% on point. I myself own a restaurant and have learned most bad reviews you read are competitors trying to drag your business down. I would not believe any bad reviews unless you give it a try. You wont be disappointed i promise.
