I have actually have only ordered TAKE OUT (pick up) from here, but considering that take out is never as good as actually eating in the restaurant (in my opinion anyway) it was SO GOOD. Very satisfied, no regrets. I look forward to going to sit down very soon.

Very very tasty but it runs the same risk as all of the other bigger BBQ places in the area, food poisoning. I was lucky enough to not get sick but a friend of mine woke up in the middle of the night and threw up about two or three pounds of brisket. Usually though, it's good, safe, and tasty (though slightly expensive) food. For getting my friend sick they don't get four stars and for being quite pricey with some traditionally cheaper items (like brisket) they don't get five stars.

The meats are fantastic but many of the sides leave a lot to be desired. The "fries" are potato wedges... Which is fine if you like them but they do not in my opinion fall into the category of fries and definitely do not satisfy my craving for fries in the least. Also the flavor of the nachos was great but they came essentially deconstructed. I would have much preferred that the ingredients were all on one plate. All things considered I would recommend this place for the fantastic barbeque.

A nice cozy and friendly atmosphere that is a great place to take that "special" someone. Immaculately clean and pleasant decor will enhance your dining experience. I found the wait staff friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to answer our questions about the menu and help to guide us with our food and drink choices. The food is genuine and terrific with that true slow-smoked flavor that bbq aficionados love. Get there early because parking spaces are limited.

Went for lunch on a Saturday. The decor is very nice. Server came right away. The food unfortunately took quite a ling time, around 40 to 45 minutes. When the food came it was good. My wife had salmon burger, she said it was very good. I had dry rubbed chicken and Cajun shrimp. Chicken was a little dry (probably from taking so long). I didn't care for the shrimp, too much coating. It was more like breaded shrimp. The vinegar slaw was tasty. Overall pretty good, with a few changes could be great.

Solid choice for those who like red meat. I don't eat steak often but it was good here. Brisket was pretty fatty, some love that some don't. Sides are small but good. Overall a good place to eat but during dinner time they get packed so try to go early.

Really great BBQ. Stopped here on our way through to visit friends in Canton and boy was it great. Good smoke flavor and creative menu. Not over-sauced but various flavor sauces are provided on the side. Sides were on point, cooked with fresh ingredients and care. Service was friendly and attentive. Kid friendly.

The Cue catered my backyard wedding in August 2019 and it was fantastic! They helped with planning the set up, designing the menu and so much more. I hired a staff member for the day of and everything worked out beautifully. So, first and foremost, the food was excellent. Secondly, Sue’s help planning and the actual execution of the Big Day was top notch. Sue was really amazing and helped minimize my stress. I highly recommend The Cue for all your catering needs. They listen to what your needs are, what your budget is and plan accordingly. And, the food is great! It was seamless. Thank you!!!!

The Cue was a fun place to go to after 5 of us were at the DanburyMusic Centre's Concert Chorus performance. The website says that Happy Hour is from 10 PM. We were told by a waitress that they no longer do Happy Hours. We asked to speak to the manager and explained to her that the 5 of us had never been there. We came because of the information on the website. The manager was very patient and gracious and gave us a complimentary round of drinks. We ordered food which was very good. Sweet potato French fries looked very dark, but tasted yummy, smoked kielbasa was delicious. We were happy with all the food ordered and had a fun time. We will be back!

Good service, nice atmosphere and fairly reasonable pricing. The food is... Just ok. Truffle Mac and cheese has no truffle, the meat was kinda dry and little to no smoke flavor, all the sauces, which you receive in a "flight" are lackluster. I'll give the place another chance but I'm probably going to have to go by myself since my wife was very clear she hated the place.

Very nice clean BBQ restaurant. Natural wood chairs and tables...food served on wood serving dish...very "authentic" atmosphere. Tons of "main course" food. We had "meal for 4"...ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, sausage. Fresh hot, choices of sauces. Only downside...it comes with 3 sides...all of which was not enough for 4 to share...more like 2 maybe 3. Plenty of meat left over, sides gonzo. Mac & Cheese and slaw both very good. Worth a visit.

I have gotten taken quite a few times and have dined in too over the course of a few years. The quality of the food various greatly night to night. Sometimes it's the best BBQ ever, other times it's fatty brisket that tastes likes it was microwaved, with a side watery mac and cheese. The quality of the food is just too hit or miss to justify the high prices. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and attentive. There's a few good beers on tap and there appears to be a good whiskey selection too.

Tonight my wife who is 34 weeks pregnant decided she was in the mood for BBQ. We have never been to The Cue but wanted to try it! We dont get out often because our 2 yr old doesnt like to always cooperate in restaurants lol. When we got to the restaurant our daughter was passed out sleeping! We looked at eachother and said wow a date night! We had a big jogging stroller to lay her in and hoped we could make it work. When we got into the entrance it was a little tight, I think the staff could see the desperation in our eyes to have a nice date night in quiet lol. So they gave us there private dining room that was nice quiet and away from the band that was going to be playing. From that point on we were so impressed with not only the hospitality and service (mimi) the food was top notch BBQ! I've never had beef brisket that you could pull apart with a knife! We will definitely be returning but without the jogging stroller next time lol. Thanks again for a nice night

As someone who has been to Hill Country and Blue Smoke and Mighty Quinns and Dinosaur BBQ and numerous other BBQ spots, I can vouch that The Cue is fantastic. Lots of appetizers, all the BBQ is terrific, and the one time we had room to make it to dessert that didnt disappoint either. The atmosphere is friendly and clean, and soon as you walk in your nose is flooded with amazing smells. This is BBQ done right.

I visited this place during its soft opening. Wow is the only word I had in mind when it comes to the meats, service, and the sides. I was wasn't expecting to have the awesome experience and delight that I did when during a soft opening to a new restaurant and eating the food from this place. The meats are seasoned and smoked perfectly. The brisket was like butter in its softened state; it melts in your mouth. I could taste either truffle oil or salt as part of the seasoning for the macaroni and cheese, exquisite! The corn bread was nice and buttery, full of flavor along with the hush puppies .To top everything off the home made sauces form Chef Joe was so delicious that I could have drank each in an 8 ounce cup and have asked for a second serving. The place was filled with life when we went. My only recommendation is sound attenuation panels to help keep down all the fun people are having. My hat goes off to the founding family member and Chef Joe as well as the staff: very pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves BBQ and a good time. Simply put, this is not only good eating; it's fantastic eating experience. It also has a nice full bar with excellent beer selections too! I definitely give CUE BBQ five stars and then some. I'll be back!

We went there when it first opened and swore we would not go back. We went today for lunch and what a difference. My wife had a burger and I had the 5 kinds of pork. Visited today for a wedding catering tasting. Didnt know what to expect when we scheduled it but we were blown away. They sat us down like patrons and shortly after Sue came over to greet us and get information about our wedding. After giving her the details of the menu we were looking for and the food allergies of a couple people that are attending we were then given course after course of appetizers, salads, and entrees. Every course we received made us more excited for the next. The food was excellent and we will certainly be checking out this place for dinner. They had a nice selection of craft beers and the decor inside was rustic. If you're in the area and are looking for good BBQ, or are looking for great catering food for your needs this is the spot.

Poor service, I wasn't even offered some drinking water for the 1/2hr I sat & waited for my meal, the bar tenders/wait staff all stood around talking to each other & some formula guess. The food was just the same I ordered chicken and Waffles and when I got my order, there was no lettuce no tomato no mayonnaise no sauce no knives nor Fork's just a bag with fried potatoes, waffles and fried chicken breast that was over cooked. I had looked forward to stopping and eating at there and I am truly disappointed overall.

What a great bbq place. We went for the brunch, which was outstanding. I was a bit hesitant to have brunch with friends at a bbq restaurant, but I would return in a heartbeat. The selection and quality of food were fantastic. The service was efficient and friendly. The unlimited drinks were very well made and easy to get a refill if wanted.

Charges a premium price for a pedestrian product. Ordinary shaved rib sandwich a jus. Baked beans out of a can. Pickle is good, but you can get the same at a deli. Service was slow. Music was loud. Generally the food is worth the price. Not a great dining experience. Won't repeat.

Hate to be the bearer of bad new but this place definitely cuts corners during the weekdays. It is the only conclusion I can come to based off the rest of the amazing reviews. I was in the area on a Tuesday and came here based off the amazing reviews and was deeply disappointed. The only thing that came out hot was the mac and cheese (which was awesome and earned this place two stars instead of one). Everything else was lukewarm or hot on the outside and cold on the inside. You could tell is wasn't fresh but I was so hungry I forced myself to eat the warm parts. I can tell the flavors were there so it would have been great if was was fresh and hot. Mentioned this to the waiter but only got a nervous laugh and an apology but no solution/remedy. Wish that I paid was worth it but it wasn't. Go on the weekend, definitely not a weekday and I'm sure your experience will be better.

I ordered a triple sampler plate on Saturday night for take out. As well as the shaved rib eye sandwich. The only qualm I had was with the pulled pork from the sampler. There was a good bit of fat that hadn't cooked down, so it was kind of stringy and chewy. The rib eye, brisket, and baby back ribs were great, though. The smoke on the brisket was really nice, excellent smoked flavor. A little bit of a wait to pick up the food, but good service otherwise.

Tom, the bussboy, was the light of the night. We had a party of six and were put into a small side room with one big table. Two in our party arrived about 20 minutes before out reservation and were seated. All of us then waited 20 minutes more before even getting water (thank you Tom). We wait about 10 minutes more and Tom then brings us some cornbread and butter. (Note that Tom isn't actually our server) Our waitress finally arrives and says that "there was some confusion". Okay, I understand that we are a larger party, and that we were put at a table that probably isn't used a lot. But I wish her excuse was a bit more detailed. Aside from the extremely long waiting time for someone to come serve us, the food was good. But I need to recognize Tom. He helped us when no one else did. He had a smile the whole time and was very considerate. I'm not saying our waitress wasn't, but Tom made the night feel worth it. Overall, the experience was decent, but it started off not too great. So I will admit I'm probably not remembering completely straight. But I felt that Tom needed to be recognized.

Great place for meat lovers. They specialize in smoked barbeque. Excellent brisket and beef short ribs. They also have steaks and hamburgers. Prices range from $13 for a hamburger to $19 for a selection of smoked meats to the high $20s for steaks and short ribs. The vegetable side dishes are obviously very fresh. They also have music on the weekends. Parking can be tight but they now have a valet. And be prepared to wait.

Cocktails were made perfectly. Bartenders were extremely attentive because my glass was never empty. Food was incredible! The menu is huge. Can't wait to go back and try something new. Highly recommend to everyone whether you are looking for drinks and apps or you want a great dinner. Wonderful atmosphere.

We have passed this restaurant so many times, finally decided to go. We took my husband here today for his birthday and it was excellent! There were so many options on the menu. We decided to get the table for 4 - so much food!! We brought home a lot of leftovers! The food was delicious and the service was terrific; thanks to our wonderful server, Jake.

Excellent service and delicious food. Never had such a delicious Fried Calamari around the area. Great place if you are looking for comfort food to eat at a quite place. Of course it is little expensive but worth it.

You simply cannot go wrong here! I see the owners stoking the outdoor BBQ pit fire early every morning - that and their attention to detail results in the perfect smoke ring on the meat that you only get when you "low-and-slow" it just right. This place is a little bit pricey but everything from ribs to pulled pork to brisket is cooked perfectly. There is a wide variety of sides and the chef shows a bit of creativity such as truffle oil on the fries or icebox cake for dessert. This isn't your BBQ in a basket with picnic table seating, which makes it perfect for special occasions or an upscale night out.
