Usually eat here with my family and today was the last. I understand people have service dogs but if there's a party of 5 and one has a service dog at least leave the dog in the dining area with someone where you had him and not walk with him where the food is as he's shaking his fur losing hair all over the place! Disgusting!!

Tbh, not the greatest experience. There was misinformation over pricing and the staff handled the situation very poorly! Apparently we were quoted at a cheaper price than time specific, but ended up being charged for a different meal-time. They also took personal shots in trying to insult our intelligence. I do not recommend.

Had to update my review. A server was pink & sweating with fever. She openly coughed over the water pitchers she was bringing out. Other staff wore masks for protection. The owners were there, I told them and left. I can't return.

This place was pretty decent considering it is my first time here. Very relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant service and the food was exceptional. The teriyaki chicken soft and fried dumpling and the creame puffs were to die for. Also there is an abundant selection of food from asain and japanese inspired cultures as well as american-chinese cuisine. There are warning signs of not sharing food or beverages with others who dont pay but that is understandable. Lunch specials. 11.00 per person . 1.99 drink per person with free refills. Very recommended.

I had such an awful experience!!!!! Never again Food was cold, there was hair in the food, stuff floating in the cups, food especially seafood like the shrimp was not cooked all the way. Just a horrible experience and that’s coming from someone in the hospitality and restaurant business. I wish zero stars was an option!!!!

The fried fish was completely pink and gooey on the inside, when we spoke with the manger all she did was grab a new piece of fish that was also pink and said "see its cooked". She never came back to the table after that, so we then went up to her for a 2nd time and she finally acknowledged us. Only bright side is the buffet is kind of cheap and had a variety of options.

Food was adequate but left a little to be desired. Boneless spare ribs had a lot of pieces of bone. Pork dumplings tasted like they had been sitting out too long. Sushi bar was pretty good. No one ever came to refill drinks. Bathroom was kind of gross and smelled like lawn fertilizer. It was very inexpensive though. My first time there so I will give it another shot.

The chef at the grill was very rude and would let me food cook for 20 minutes and sit there and burn and would give everyone else there food even though they came up 10 minutes after me and I know he couldn’t hear me when I asked him to put teriyaki and garlic on my food 6 times because one he didn’t do as asked and he also had earbuds in then he got an attitude with me wondering why I left the plate of food he burned and had no kind a juice to it at the grill he should definitely be replaced with someone who’s more patient and better with people I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon

I was thrown back when the waitress asked for more tips, I never had this happened to me after all of the times I ate here. I have no problem tipping when going out to eat, but I refuse to tip more than 5$ when all I received was a cup of water and for someone to be pushy towards tip. It’s very rude.

Food is okay, just don't go there after 7pm, the staffs start clean up right where your table at and if you try to complain to the front desk, they will give you most 10 minutes and then start again. Honestly, I like the buffet in Milford Mall better, if you go there late, they will come and ask you if you would like them to cook any dish for you.

The worst place to eat at ever. The staff and Walters are extremely rude. Talk about being rushed out of a restaurant without having a chance to digest ya food and talk...The waiter started sweeping while we were eating, he then snatched the plates off the table...there is so much more to stay but I'll keep it to myself..I will never go back

Good food for a good price. The hibachi chef does great work keeping up with everybody and takes the right amount of time to prepare the food. Sushi was super fresh and tasty. The Buffett items could be kept a little hotter but still were good. The whole place could use a face lift

The food is great but the waitresses demand you give them a tip even when they do not attend in anyway. I think these girls need a little training in customer service. Just because you bring in the bill does not mean they deserve a tip.

If I could take away other people's stars I would. I couldn't believe the level of disrespect. I will never eat here again. Had dinner there for my sons graduation. Not only were they rushing us in then out. But they also charged my bank twice for the same meal. When i called to complain he told he he didnt have time for this and then proceeded to put the phone in his pocket and walk around. When I called back he said not to call any more or he would call the cops. !!! Then hung up. What!?!?!?!?!?!?! I was kind when I spoke to the man both times. I couldn't believe his disrespect.

Yes i enjoy chinese buffets guity as charged.. But as far buffets go this places isnt bad.. they have huge selection of seafood which being so close to the ocean guarentees freshness. These guys also dont half step every possible choice is up for tasting.. its always packed and fresh dishes are brought out every few minutes, so again freshness is key and you can taste it..

Great quality food, good selection. Keep an eye on price per pound if you decide to buy takeout. I was getting food to go which is by the pound. Non seafood products are cheaper(I dont eat seafood) but they charged me for the seafood price until I informed the cashier I had no seafood. I opened my takeout container which they didnt even check. It was $2.80 cheaper after the price adjustment.

Been there many times..latelly the hibachi part have been very dissapointed....food been trown in yor plate and got spill...extreme burn and salty food done for a guy that seems to be angry and dont comunicate even if you ask many times...the meat and seafood along the others things are not to be eating...the waiters arw fine and they do their job. This place was great to enjoy very affordable but becarefull when you order for the hibachi.

I've been going around places within my city and this is one of my fave places to eat. The service here is excellent and always on point. They never let the food run out they make sure all trays are full at all times. Very reasonable pricing and good food.

Food wasn’t that great.. tasted like it was sitting out for hours, the crab was stale, brown, tasted like dirty sea water and My brother got the orange chicken and it smelled like fart, don’t know how but it had a bad odor, i lost my appetite and couldn’t finish the food. It was awfully crowded and also uncomfortable. Could’ve been better, but i mean it’s bridgeport and you can’t expect great.

Only got two stars because food was good but waitresses are horrible!!!!!!!! This isn't even the first time I've had issues with staff here. You better be ready to tip or you will get a horrible reaction had the waitress legit say the tip wasn't enough then proceed to snatch the money away then take back the fortune cookies and tell my daughter no when she wanted one . Mind you these girls do get paid hourly. I used to be a waitress so I get the struggle but never in my life would I EVER tell someone that a tip is not enough it's plain rude and unacceptable owners really need to get new staff

Good selection, allot of quality and tasty food. Good selection of Sushi for a buffet. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies for salads. I have eaten here more than 10 times for lunch, once for dinner. Lost 1 star for the dinner but Lunch has always been perfect.

All you can eat buffet . The food is good . Good selection of seafood and Asian dishes like fried rice noodles etc etc. The only down side was that the waitress yell at us for not giving her a good tip. So if you go make sure you tip your waitress good .

Today was the last time I'm eating there. every time I go there, I feel like I'm being rushed out of the place. the servers always give the check while I'm eating in the middle of my meal, and are walking around the table looking at their watch (very obvious) most bussers and servers have an attitude when you ask for something. People don't just go to a restaurant to eat. your customers go to have a good time, to have a good experience. Your staff does not offer that. I work in the hospitality industry and this restaurant needs some serious training on how to serve its paying guests.

The food here is awesome. There is a lot of variety, there is food for almost anyone, fish, pork, chicken, meat, vegetarian options. Everything is really clean and tidy. All you can eat with great quality. Bathroom is clean and looks great. It also has a fountain with goldfish and koi fish that you can feed. Dessert options are really good for a buffet. I just loved the food here.

One of the best Chinese buffets in Fairfield county! Beautiful inside decor is 5 star and an amazing array of food with almost 10 buffet stations!! (One of the biggest I've been to here in CT in a while!) Price is good as well! Must go if you want a quality buffet experience!

Been here 2-3 times before our very last visit. All those times were fine, you get what you pay for. BUT our last visit was annoying and rude. In the entire place they gave us a booth to the left in a little hall all by ourselves, we were right under a speaker which was blasting music and none of the servers could see us so we never got our refills on drinks. Then when i asked for my bill, the server stood there waiting for me to put my credit card in, then did the same thing while i was writting my tip out. Never going back again.

This place has really great food!!!!There is such a nice selection to choose from!!!! Asian dishes and seafood and meat, great salad and fruit bar, and icecream and sherbert selections. There is also different types of meats and fish. On holidays there are lobster claws, roasted duck and clams. Oh and a nice Sushi bar and Hibachi grill are the main attraction. Always a favorite place!!!!
