Food is excellent but take-out is an absolute joke. The smug girl that works the takeout counter is unbearable to deal with and, unfortunately, I think she was training a new kid last time I picked up so that kid is doomed to be awful as well. Honestly, the food here is fantastic. I can't wait to visit again and eat in the restaurant but after the fourth terrible experience with takeout I will never do that again.

One of the best restaurants in town. Hostess remembered us from our last visit. Our server Melody was attentive and knowledgeable, and made several helpful recommendations including a wonderful cold sake called "Snow Maiden." The sushi was perfect in both taste and presentation. Pictures are the sushi sampler and the "Hopmeadow" House Roll. Both were excellent.

not one of...but THE best green curry I have had in CT and maybe ever. Very flavorful. A good mix of sushi and Thai food as well as some unique twists to fusion. Great sake and beer selection. Must try fire cracker appetizer if you like sushi.

Second time here. Sat at the bar for happy hour both times. They have happy hour specials (food and drink) 7 days a week 3-6. Food is great. We love the crab rangoons. The bao buns are quite tasty. The chicken wings were a big surprise - crispy (nice crunch when you bite into them) and juicy! So good I didn't even use the dipping sauce. The white wine sangria was good, and the Moscow mule was the best I have had in the area.

Call for reservations. Place is packed but with reservations they get you right in. The parking lot is small but you can park either next door or across the street. My one criticism is that the server rushed us in and tried to get us out, which by the looks of how quickly the tables turned is standard here. There is great selection on the menu with options for those who have food allergies. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was new and clean.

Went for lunch with my wife for the first, and last time. There wasn't a lot of people, maybe 2 other tables so se expected the service to be a little faster however it was very slow. We ordered some pan seared dumplings that were good as an appetizer. My wife ordered 2 sushi rolls & I ordered a seafood noodle bowl. I didn't like how it tasted however I was hungry and continued to eat. I should have followed my initial instinct because within the hour I was home with bad diarrhea as a result of food poisoning. I think they used old fish cakes in the soup. I will NEVER go back to that restaurant & strongly discourage anyone from going either.

Good happy hour apps. Decent sushi. Only 4 stars because the idea of Asian Fusion bothers me. Sushi is one thing but standard Chinese or Thai takeout sold at a high price because it's put on a plate just bothers me. Nothing against this particular restaurant as it is pretty good just Asian Fusion in general. My advice get the apps and the sushi and stick to your local takeout for anything else on the menu. However if you want to feel "fancy" while you eat standard takeout fare go for the other menu items. It's up to you.

Been going here since it opened as green tea. Food is just as good as it always has been, but the price reflects the super upscale interior. There is better sushi in town, but if you're going here, you're not ordering the sushi. The rice dishes and entrees are all incredible, if a bit pricy.

Went at lunch time. Atmosphere wasn't great. It felt like they were in the middle of cleaning/stocking the place. Bar area was messy and highly visible from where we sat. Food was good, but not outstanding. Utensils were dirty. We felt rushed at the end, even though we hadn't been there that long and they were open, with others still seated and eating, but plenty of tables open and no one waiting. Don't plan to go back. Our server was very friendly, sweet & attentive-- the highlight.

Food was great as usual. Service on the other hand was dismal, our server was behind all night. The manager was attentive, but only after you flagged him over to ask for something. This is not the norm there, but will make me second guess my choice in restaurant.

Cannot give any more than completely average reviews. Food is unexceptional, and no specialty dishes or preparations stand out whatsoever. Decor is tired, cliche, and frankly dark and uninviting. Noise from the bar (nearly empty, but sports games on the televisions blare to a vacant room) is obtrusive. If not for the low cost appeal to less discerning patrons, I wouldn't see this place stay open.

Just a really good place to dine. They offer food selections from many different styles of asian cooking. Their dumplings are delicious...as well as their bountiful sushi selections. They also offer Asain beers and alcoholic drinks!! Atmosphere is clean and modern with a touch of ethnic pride. Staff is always very kind and service is always very good. They also have different areas of dinning...a sushi bar..a relaxed more sophisticated lounge area...and more of a modern bar setting with high stools and long wood tables with darker lighting. Love this place.

Came here on a date with my girlfriend and just stopped here randomly and had a really good night. The drink called Samurai is awesome and highly recommended. We got sushi and it was not that expensive and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend for a great date night, or to chill at the bar with the homies.

We have gone here many times and have always enjoyed the food but the waitstaff not so much.. There is one waiter that is down right rude to us EVERY TIME !! Tonight was no exception he was ruder than ever and made us feel like we were putting him out every time we asked for something. When we asked for some sauce for our bone dry "Chicken with Garlic Sauce" (that's usually abundant with sauce) he told us "the kitchen was too busy" and we were the only ones in the restaurant ! I mentioned it to the woman that worked there as we were leaving and she said "oh he had a bad day today"..Maybe its time for him to get a new profession because obviously being a waiter is not his cup of tea, no pun intended.

A friendly upscale restaurant with menu prices to match. However, don't let the menu prices deter you. The cuisine quality and the astute staff are well worth the investment. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable; water glasses were full, plates were cleared and placed with adept hands and polite menu suggestions were given without hesitation, all during the dinner rush. Generous portions on scrupulously clean dinnerware completed the experience.

Even though we live in east Granby, we always get Chinese and Thai at green tea because the food is so good. We r vegetarians and everything we order is the best. Don't miss the general Tso tofu, drunken noodle, vegetable dumplings, and Thai curries
