It was okay, not really that great, maybe good for bdays because everyone can eat what they want and they had a bday deal if u r a party of 6 bday person eats free. I only ate vegan foods, they had salad bar, rice, vegetable fried rice, veggie lo mein, plantains, tomatoes, fruit etc. My husband said the ribs were undercooked but my daughter liked the Mac and cheese white rice and pizza and many desserts, I have allergies so couldn't try. Worth going to try out.

This restaurant/buffet is one of the best in ffld county. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and on point with their service no complaints what so ever. My fiance and I live here lol. There establishment is very clean and Accomidating with plenty of seating and even a party room. Many many food choices on selection and even a fresh Hibachi bar and grill included with your lunch or dinner, and make sure and save some room for dessert with there full fresh fruit and sweets bar and yes they have ice cream too individually packaged

I have been to a lot of different buffets. Now keep in mind I am not comparing this to a gourmet $50 an entree posh establishment. My first impression was that it was clean, well presented and laid out and that the food was turned over quickly(keeping it fresh). I will say the following. It is very inexpensive at $12 all you can eat. There is a hibachi and sushi stations (the sushi was fresh). If I eat 2 rolls. That alone already paid for the meal. Overall the food is average, but for the price, freshness, variety and friendly service I give it 5 stars.

Great place for a quick meal! Ice cream here is northern ice cream that you scoop by yourself like other buffets. It’s packaged ice cream like what you would find at a grocery store! Best part is that it’s free!! Great food and hibachi! Place is usually packed I the weekends. Great service too! Workers here are very polite! Overall great place! Highly recommend!!

The first visit when it first opened would have gotten 5 stars. I went back last night, and I was still very pleased with the food, but I was let down on my expectations for a great experience like the first. First I found it odd they charged us for water, full price. Second, the BBQ spare ribs were under done as well as the chicken. The chicken was borderline raw. I'm pregnant, so call me paranoid, but it scared me that they would serve that. The staff was rude in the sense of yelling excuse me when they had way more than enough room to get by me (maybe because I'm pregnant?) Multiple times. The food otherwise was delicious and will still go back.

I love this place. I have gone 3-4 times and not once had I have bad experience. The staff is very smiley, kind, and respectful, they are constantly putting out new food if they run out, and the food tastes extremely fresh. The sushi and the hibachi grill are amazing. The sushi tastes very fresh and the sushi chef is always making more when one is running low. The Hibachi is delicious. You make your own plate and give it to the chef to cook. He asks what sauce and cooks it very good. It doesnt take very long. The dessert is pretty good too. They have 3-4 cakes, jello, and all different types of fruit, brownies, and cakes. The ice cream is good. The salad bar is good also. Very fresh. The coconut shrimp is amazing and so is the sushi. I 10/10 recommend.

BEWARE!!!! BUFFETS ARE DANGEROUS my husband and i went there on the whim after leaving BJ's yesterday for a quick food stop before heading home as we didn't eat yet (we have been 2x prior on a Sunday after church) we got some food and i told my husband "they must have a different cook during the week because this tastes off, something isn't right" after getting the hibachi i said the same thing and asked the waitress to take it and i apologized for wasting the food but told her "it doesn't taste right" she smile and said no problem also my husband only had the hibachi & house roll sushi and didn't fall ill - what i ate was the buffet food we paid and left to go home got home and within 20 min i was in excruciating pain - ultimately after hours (4.5 hours to be exact) of the chills, agonizing stomach pains, dry mouth, headache, diarrhea, and fatigue i was diagnosed with food poisoning we will not be returning to this establishment again - I've never been so sick in my LIFE! i wouldn't wish that pain and discomfort on anyone I will not go to another buffet ever again! i pray no patron gets food poison how i did - trust your gut (no pun intended) and don't eat the food if you feel it isn't right

For $12 all you can eat you can't beat it. It is what it is. The spare ribs in this place are quite delicious as well as the traditional Chinese food items. The sushi is larger than most buffet restaurants and the ice cream is now serves as novelty ice cream from good humor. No matter how you slice it The Osaka Hibachi buffet is a good choice!

Was there with family on the 3rd day it was open. The place still had that new carpet smell. The seating areas were very clean. There were 9 warming tables in all, plus the sushi counter (which I did not make it to because I was so fat and full). Overall the selection of food was excellent, and it all tasted good as well. I would definitely go again.

Food was great. Some items could have been better quality. For instance, I noticed that the lo mein was not made with lo mein noodles but with regular spaghetti noodles instead. Which was a big no no for me, since lo mein happens to be one of my favorites. Also I noticed that the drinks happened to be either flat or maybe even perhaps watered down. Either to save on products or maybe even to fill you up faster. Other wise fine.

This is really a good all you can eat buffett that also has an open grill. There is a wider variety of options than other buffets. From vegetarian dishes, sushi, all types of meat and seafood. The food is seasoned to taste.

My go-to sushi place, hands down. Always delicious and consistent. The rolls range from simple to huge and elaborate. The hibachi is fun even if you're not seated at the grill. Prices are reasonable for the quality. I have never found the servers to be rude or slow (a little slower if it's really busy, but understandable), it's always a pleasure to dine here.

A solid 3.5 stars. They have a large selection of food that tastes okay. The restaurant also seems clean and the servers work quickly to remove old plates. Food is refreshed quickly so there are rarely empty trays at the counters. Reasonably priced for a buffet. Just wish they would put less rice in the sushi. A good place to go when your family can't agree on one type of food as there will be something for everyone.

I was absolutely floored. $12 per person, eat all you want (even weekends). It was even really good. My concern was stomach ache afterwards, but it didn't happen. I was even surprised how the desserts weren't filled with sugar overload. Everything had a nice moderate flavor. I assume it's a bit seasonal, but we had Shrimp, Oysters and even crab with legs still attached. Plenty of basic stuff for the kids, along with a large variety of Asian foods, soups, and desserts like pudding, cakes and ice cream. If your still reading about this place, stop and just go, it was fantastic.

Cheap food you get what you pay for! Barely any taste on simple items and overload of sauce on others. The sushi is mostly rice and will fill you up quickly, most of the other food is full of sauce and fried. The deserts are blend and cheap with the exception of the chocolate cake which wasn't too bad! The ice cream is pure ice and sugar or some variant of sugar that makes it taste super bland! Service was good Ambiance was good Bathrooms were clean If you don't mind eating cheap unhealthy food this place is for you! $12 bucks for a meal

It is overall a very good place to eat at, with nice decor, near by the dock, and serves not only Asian cultured food, but American too, like pizza and macaroni and cheese. There is, of course, sushi, of which is great. It has normal sashimi and California rolls to name 2. There are other varieties of sushi too, so definitely try those if your up for it. There is also a hibachi grill, of which is also pretty good. If your hungry and looking for Asian-American culture food, and you want to eat out, then the Osaka Hibachi Buffet is a great place to eat at.

This is by far the best Asian buffet around! Such a tremendous variety of foods, including racks of bbq ribs you cut yourself, lots of seafood & vegetables, and a hibachi grill cook who prepares the ingredients you pick yourself! Plenty of salad, sushi, and desserts too! The foods are kept very hot & restocked quite often so nothing sits out for too long. Very friendly & attentive service. Best of all the prices are reasonable, lunch is less then $10!.Worth traveling to from anywhere.

This is probably the biggest buffet in CT now. I hope they will be in business for a long while. I went at 7pm on the night that was icy, not a very good time; but since I haven't gone to a big buffet in a while, I really did enjoyed the varieties of food. My favorite items are the clams, so glad they have it among other things; the fried plantain, the sweet potatoes, the Apple pies (I like the way they did it, delicious!), Hot and sour soup is not bad, they could do the original ingredients but many Americans probably didn't appreciate it as much. I like that they have edamame. I appreciates the many varieties. I really missed the snow crab legs that big buffet in CT used to have. It probably would operate better if it was busy, of course; the food would be more fresh, then it would be a five star.

I wish I could give them more stars.. one of the nicest cleanest and succulent buffets I have seen in years. I was greeteded immediately and I needed a bib when I saw their offerings... Before I hit the pearly gates.. I'm saying hold everything.. I need one more stop... You need to enjoy this before you do any other dinning experience 2 thumbs up and two large toes.. I usually don't rate this high.. totally impressed.. enjoy.
