Food is typical chain food. Tasty enough to get over an Italian food craving, but not anything like real Italian food. Buy one take one is overrated. Only have 4 choices with no variations allowed for the take one. The spaghetti with meat sauce is the only pasta with meat for the take one. Ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with a shrimp add on (Add $3.79 to $12.99 base). They added 6 tiny shrimp on top of the plate. They could have splurged for at least a "medium shrimp" since my pasta was then cut back on the plate, I'm guessing, because I added shrimp. They used med- large shrimp on the Shrimp Scampi and a full plate of angel hair pasta, but then again, add $4.50 to the $12.99 for that option and call it SHRIMP SCAMPI, it would be hard for them to get cheap on the shrimp! LOL

Everything was awesome!! The manager greeted me prior to bridal shower and the wait staff handle 18 guest with expertise. We laugh, hug, ate a good meal, and enjoyed celebrating our Victorine's up coming wedding. Thank you Oliver Garden.

Wow I was so impressed with this location. I tend to have low expectations with Olive Gardens but they did an outstanding job on everything. It was quite busy when we got there but we were seated within minutes. Our waiter was a delight and attentive the entire meal. The breadsticks were always warm and not too crunchy like they tend to be. The salad was great. Ordered a pesto pasta and it was quite flavorful. Ordered stackable lasagna and it too was quite tasty.

alright, i confess.... I'm a closet Olive Garden fan. Salads are really good, dinners are, for the most part, average to very good. Prices are reasonable. I know they get beat up regularly in reviews but i disagree. Service good, food good, prices good. Still get your money's worth from them. one of the better 'Italian' chains.

Picked up takeout last night. Ravioli was so bad I couldn't eat it. Have usually had a decent meal at Olive Gardin but can't believe they would even serve that poor of a product.

We waited over an hour for our food the waitress forgot the meatballs we ordered with our pasta took her 10 minutes and us asking twice to get them. By the time we did our food was cold and none of us wanted to eat till everyone had there food. As for our buy one take one she brought them out and had them wrong and said Iean not sure what your upset about your taking free food. We never asked for free food we simply ordered what we had as a part of your promotion. We asked 5o speak with a manager and she said one was not available to speak with us. The funny thing is we eat at this location probably 2 times a week. Have been doing so since your location opened. We have done two rehearsal dinners here with 62 guests. We have also celebrate our Black Friday family reunion here for many years We do Christmas Eve luncheon here as well. Those are just a few of our many traditional dinners celebrated at this location Most of the wait staff call me mom as I am always with my children and there children. It saddens me how disappointed we were.

I went to this restaurant for my birthday celebration. We arrived and were promptly greeted by the hostess who told us we would be seated. That part was quick. We were guided to a table and shown menus. The lady who led us to the table got the sun out of our eyes with the window curtain. The server came and he had impeccable manners, was courteous and patient, even when we needed a few minutes to peruse the menus. He checked on us frequently throughout the dinner, as salad and bread sticks were brought to the table while we waited for the main course. We'd recommend Justin for a server, as he was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious, and very filling. You even get to-go plates. Great experience overall. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, good location near shopping center. I'd rate it 100% perfect.

Very small portions! The restaurant was not very busy and the service was so slow. We had to get our own silverware, and get up to ask for refills. The manager was fair with compensation but we were there for a special occasion and it was just spoiled. To be honest there are too many options around to settle for a dining experience like that. Olive Garden is a great place for a decent Italian dinner. The portions are generous and the service is quick. Depending on the evening or time of the year, there can be a small wait but a typical weeknight is usually fine. You can order appetizers and desserts from a small machine that sits on the table. You can also pay your bill or play games. The bathrooms are clean and they play soft music. They have separate male and female bathrooms and high chairs for kids.

Last night my husband and I visited Olive Garden in Vero Beach for Date Night. We walked right in and were seated immediately. Our server Tyree was amazing from finish to end. He smiled, was friendly and had great conversation. My salad was super fresh, my husband enjoyed his gnocchi soup tremendously. Our meals were hot and delicious and our drinks refreshing. We decided to take the brownie lasagna home for dessert, it was sinfully delicious and we look forward to having it again very soon. We hope our next visit, we can have Tyree as our server. I am looking forward to trying the beef gorgonzola ! Thanks Vero Beach Olive Garden.

Olive Garden in Clermont FL has been our go-to place for an evening meal of soup and salad. Tonight the soup was too salty, the salad was lettuce with little else and the bread served after my specific request was cold and hard. The waiter was inattentive and expressed an attitude when I pointed out his lack of service. Maybe this chain restaurant is becoming too cost conscience and taking advantage of of it's loyal diners. There is a very fine family Italian restaurant down the street that would like my frequent business.

The manager, Michelle, was great and bartended us the best Irish trashcan I've ever had. I'd definitely recomend asking her to make one if she is on shift. She was also attentive and made sure everything came out the way it was supposed too.

Called in an order to pick up was given a 30 minute wait time. Upon waiting 35 minutes to get there I had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get my to go order. Although the food still tasted excellent.

Pretty busy Sunday night dining. Got sat immediately since we were a party of 4. Our waiter was ok, not over the top, never checked on us during the meal but since everything was 90% we didn't mind being met one to dine. The food was pretty consistent from other times we have visited. From the Zuppa Toscana to the Shrimp Fritta and all the way to the Tiramisu, everything was great.

The staff at this location are so mean!!!! They DO NOT allow you to share any entree’s with anyone! They will charge you for an extra meal if they see you even “try/taste” someone else’s meal. None of the other locations do this! I would never come to this location again and would never recommend anyone to this place!

We sat at the bar because there was an extremely long wait. The service at the bar was phenomenal though. It was a very laid back atmosphere. The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic. There was no wait for the food it drinks either, which both my husband and I found to be extremely impressive! Neither of us could find a single negative thing to say, which is extremely rare. I would 110% recommend this restaurant to anybody without any hesitation! Best Olive garden I've been to, and best reassurance in general that I've been to in YEARS!!!

We could not have been more please with our table service from this restaurant. Our server was bright, very witty, and I would have hired her from work with my company have the opportunity been more conducive! The salads are just my fave and I can eat a ton of it. None of their soups are a real turn-on for me ever, but I always eat them all - just so enthusiastically. I would say the bar service was not good at all. It took forever to order while we waited out front and once I did it took a very long time for the bart to poor and serve. It seems to me that this restaurant could offer better service if they dedicated a server to those on wait.

Stacy was amazing. Absolute best service I've received from a restaurant in years. Extremely kind and fast! Restaurant was slam packed and our drinks and food came out faster than it has when the restaurant is dead. Girl you are awesome! Thank you for making our Mothers Day lunch enjoyable. Spiked pink lemonade was bomb but the watermelon margs were not but hey you win some and you lose some. The giant chicken parmesan was DELICIOUS and bigger than my forearm!

Not being a fan of Italian chain restaurants I want to be fair. We ordered spicy shrimp scampi fritta. To me having the shrimp lightly breaded and deep fried is not the way I would have done. Sauteing would have been my way. The spicy was more like a relish and duck sauce mixture. Not spicy at all. Then my main meal was shrimp and lobster mac and cheese. Again it was just alright. No explosion of flavor. The rigatoni was over cooked and the cheese was more like a liquid. This is why I really try my best to stay out of Italian chain restaurants. At least my date was delicious!

I still enjoy their somewhat healthy options for lunch with their salad and soup combo which is very reasonably priced. However, this is not the healthiest place to eat so I do not go here often. My family and I love olive garden. It's the restaurant of choice for my birthday every year. However, I have a large family. I'm 32, the oldest of13 kids. I have a 2 year old as well. I came in town to visit my family and we decided, of course to dine at Olive garden. It was last minute, not planned, so we didn't call ahead. We expected to wait a while for then to assist such a large group. Instead of courtesy and kindness we got eyerolls and rudeness. They were irritated and unprofessional. I'm sorry my large family offends you. Not only that, but it took 35 mins to get drinks, 45 mins to get an iced coffee I ordered at the same time everyone else ordered, and an hour and 30 to get food. When we got the food, the kids pizzas we ordered (x6) were burnt black, the coffee of warm and in a to go cup without ice, and the breadsticks were so salty we couldn't eat them. It just felt like they were targeting us bc we were a large family. We will be pleased to take our substantial business elsewhere. The kids were well behaved and sat and colored until food came, so it's not as if we were causing chaos or messy or noisy. The whole thing was not necessary.

Terrible. The absolute worse Olive Garden among all Olive Gardens. When you walk in, the overwhelmingly nasty smell of fetid and unwashed carpet hits you in the face like an argument with a person who's succumbed to halitosis. The staff needs to be trained better for cleaning and serving including menu knowledge. The food (soup and salad and bread sticks) was as disappointing as the smell of stinking carpet wafting through the air. Bread sticks were so salty you had to scrape it off; the salad was soggy and lifeless with no peppers and three olives and three tomatoes slices in the whole family-style serving bowl. The soup chosen was the creamy chicken with gnocchi. It was chickenless and gnochiless. The staff honestly didn't know how to react or even remedy the situation. So sad. The young manager just comped it all. Sorry there's no photos; I didn't feel it was appropriate after bringing up our unhappiness to the staff. Needless to say, I don't recommend this Olive Garden.

I've always loved Olive Garden for 20+ years since I was a kid. I always go for the Ravioli De Potabello. When visiting Olive Garden this last time I discovered they have changed my favorite meal from using a sundried tomato cheese sauce to using a mushroom sauce. I didn't like it, it was mushroom overload, I might as well just be eating a giant mushroom. Sooo disappointed. I dont like there alfredo sauce and the tomato sauce I make myself at home is better then there's in my opinion, which means I now have no reason to go to Olive Garden. Its feels like the end of an era, and I know have no reason to ever return. Man I'm going to miss the Ravioli De Portabello seeing as this was the only place I can find it. All I can do is hope they bring back there original recipes, for everytime the alter a recipe, it's for the worse not the better.

I went to pick up a to-go order. This location was packed. I don't remember what day of the week I went but that place was up to their elbows in patrons eating in and picking up orders. They were pleasant and efficient. The wait was the only reason I rated them 3 stars.

Horrible visit. Wait staff is usually personable. The waiter's first comment upon getting to the table was do we know what we want? We ordered immediately. We noticed a few more tables get sat as we waited. After 40 min one of the tables that sat and ordered after us received their entrees. We asked the manager what's going on since we hadn't seen our waiter in a long time. He came back and said they had to make more lasagna and offered desserts on him for the long wait. Still took 10 minutes longer for the meals to come out. My lasagna roll was not good. Its just a solid ball of cheese wrapped in a single layer or pasta with a dollop of sauce on top. After we were done eatingwe asked for to go containers, a to go meal, and the desserts to go. He came back after 5 min with just the to go containers and bag. Then left and came back in 5 min with just the dessert and to go meal, but no bag for the rolls. Also I said where was the second dessert, He said the manager only said 1 dessert which he did say desserts not dessert but I was sick of being there so didn't argue. He came back after abother 5 min with fresh rolls since it took him so long to bring back everything. He then admitted the orders took so long because he forgot to place our order because he was so busy. Apparently the manger lied to us as to the reason for the delay. I was going to tip a little less because of the issues but the waiter hovered over me "showing me how to process the payment" on the table kiosk. I felt that it was inconsiderate he did that. I hurriedly went with the default tip since he was watching. Lowe and behold Olive Garden now defaults to 25%! I feel that is a very dishonest move for them to do as a company because everyone knows normal tips are 15-20%. They are trying to get more money from their guests. Finally when I got home and checked everything I noticed that the rolls were burnt. What else could go wrong?

We came on a Wednesday around noon for a girl's lunch. The restaurant was very busy but we only waited a few minutes. We liked the lunch menu and one of us enjoyed the never ending stuffed pasta. Service was efficient and friendly.

This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the Olive Garden ToGo, WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW.The first time my food was sitting in a bag At the bar for 20 minutes, The host never checked, my food was cold and break was wasted. This time I Ordered online said it would be ready by 3:30, we show up at 3:30 on the dot to pick up lunch and tell the host, who's talking to her friend more than doing her job,we're here to pick up the food. When I give her our name she says okay I'll tell you when it's ready meanwhile there's a crate of food sitting next to her at the counter (that she didn't check the name on) 10 minutes go by and I ask her should I pay now or when the food is ready, she says "when the food comes out" then 5 minutes after a man comes out, asks what we were waiting for, I say the name on the order and he says it's right here! As in it was SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME! Then the man tried to say it's because the host was "on a phone call" In the 15 minutes we waited she may have gotten 1 phone cal but she was mainly talking with another host or server. Never will I ever eat here or recommend it THEY WASTED OUR WHOLE BREAK, WE GOT COLD FOOD AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE JUST MADE FAKE EXCUSES! We often look for places with lunch menus in the area to go on break, this WILL NOT BE ONE.

We were staying at a hotel that was immediately next door to the Olive Garden so it was convenient and that's why we first ate there. However, we ended up eating there every night. The menu was varied, the service was friendly and attentive (even when they were very busy), the food was well prepared and presented - and, most importantly, delicious.

I love Olive Garden- so much I worked there for a long time in Florida and could STILL eat it daily. Food has always been good, but the service is just..... so "new" feeling. I'm always very gracious when eating out because I spent 10 years in the food service industry, but I've been here 5 times now, and each time was almost worse than the last. We've been during peak and non peak times. One time my entre and my sons never came out- when asked about it after my husband was finished (35 mins later) I was told "oh the kitchen must still be working on it". Most recently I never recieved a refill on my drink, or our to-go boxes and we were one of 4 tables in the whole restaurant. It's hard for me to be gracious when 5 visits and the only positive thing is the food. No managers ever checked on our tables at any of the visits either- which used to be company policy (may not be any more).

We went for the endless stuffed pasta specials. Our server was attentive and thorough. He took notes when we ordered additional plates, which is more impressive than those who attempt to remember everything. He was generous with the grated cheese on every dish, which we all liked. Dessert was cheesecake and tiramisu. Both were good and a nice finish to our meal.

The salad and breadsticks were the best part of the meal. We had seafood stuffed mushrooms and calamari for starters, nothing special. The calamari was tiny crumbs with about 3 actual rings. I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara, the chicken was awful but the shrimp were good. I did not take a to go box. Our waitress was exceptional, she was polite and professional and checked in appropriately. 5 stars for the service. 1 star for the food. Not worth the money, in my opinion.

Didn't eat here this time. Walked past about a dozen or more people waiting in the lobby. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait for my party of 2. Literally half the restaurant was empty. From the hostess desk, there was not one single occupied table within my view. Four people just standing behind the hostess table looking confused. I took my business across the street to chedders where we were seated immediately, recieved great customer service, great food and a less expensive bill to boot.

On a Saturday evening, with no one in the waiting area and about 1/3 of the parking spots empty, we weren’t greeted by the hostess. We walked up to the hostess stand and she finally looked up. When asked how many were in our party, we told her 5. She said, “Um, all our tables for 5 are filled up.” That’s it. My husband said, “Ok?” She said she was sorry. That’s it! We turned to leave and she said “Have a nice evening.” She successfully turned away about $80 worth of food sales and a generous gratuity for the server. So disappointing for Olive Garden. We drove to Cracker Barrel where we had a very different reception.

The staff is amazing as well as the food. It is it your authentic Italian it’s Americanized obviously BUT sometimes that is exactly what you want! Soup salad and breadsticks is delicious and so is the blush sauce with ravioli and garlic shrimp! We just left this location in Tifton, GA. Our waitress was sweet seemed tired since she mentioned there were only a few servers working. They were out of kids cups lids, grapes, Mac and cheese. I ordered the chicken giradino and the chicken tasted like it was freshly microwaved. My husband ordered the 6oz with Alfredo cooked medium. His steak was raw. When I told the manager about the issues, she simply offered a dessert. Quite a disappoint for spending $72 to eat with our kids.

We waited over an hour for our food the waitress forgot the meatballs we ordered with our pasta took her 10 minutes and us asking twice to get them. By the time we did our food was cold and none of us wanted to eat till everyone had there food. As for our buy one take one she brought them out and had them wrong and said Iean not sure what your upset about your taking free food. We never asked for free food we simply ordered what we had as a part of your promotion. We asked 5o speak with a manager and she said one was not available to speak with us. The funny thing is we eat at this location probably 2 times a week. Have been doing so since your location opened. We have done two rehearsal dinners here with 62 guests. We have also celebrate our Black Friday family reunion here for many years We do Christmas Eve luncheon here as well. Those are just a few of our many traditional dinners celebrated at this location Most of the wait staff call me mom as I am always with my children and there children. It saddens me how disappointed we were.

My waitress forgot my drink order from the bar but seemed to remember everyone else's. That was very disappointing. My friend sitting right next to me ordered two which she received but the waitress couldn't remember my one. It took soooooooo long for their drink orders to come out that I was just like... forget about it. My friend ended up giving me her 2nd one and we just put it on my bill. I tipped anyway because at least I managed to get a refill on my raspberry lemonade. And we were there for an engagement party and there were a few of us there so I figured she may have been a bit overwhelmed... even tho she had another waiter helping. I rarely come here and maybe I'll give it another try. My shrimp and chicken Carbonara was really good. Breadsticks on the other hand... entirely too salty. Disappointing.

Have not eaten in the Olive Garden in about 4 years. We went there for lunch to celebrate a birthday. We received the worst service and food I can ever remember there or in any other eatery. Management should be fired. We went at 2pm on a Tues. so this was not a busy time. First, we had no eating utensils, no napkins. We were served watery broth which was supposed to be Zuppa Toscana and a spoon was put on plate. We had nothing to eat our salad with. Had to ask the woman working the bar for silverware. No napkins. Our hands were dripping in grease from picking up a breadstick. The waiter was so inept have no idea how he kept his job. He forgot our appetizer for seafood stuffed mushrooms which we were served at end of meal. There was no seafood in them, just a congealed mess of undercooked goo . The salmon we ordered was not edible. Not once did waiter check on us to see if everything was ok. We had to ask barmaid to get our waiter if we needed something. This will NEVER happen again because we will never set foot in this place again!!!

We were there during the romaine lettuce recall so the salad was made of just iceberg lettuce. My husband and I both had the soup and salad lunch special. The soup was good but our waitress was not. I was there May 2nd I ordered salmon. I sent it back because of a off taste and smell. Brocolli was tough like it was microwaved and had no flavor. They did cook another not much better but didn't have the off smell. The other dish which was braised beef ihad very little beef in it but I was told it had flavor. The childrens pasta and butter was dry and brocolli tough. By the time my remade meal came out the other person and 2 kids were finished. They did offer free desserts for the 2 adults as compensation and the waitress was very good. But I will not return

Olive Garden is a great place for a decent Italian dinner. The portions are generous and the service is quick. Depending on the evening or time of the year, there can be a small wait but a typical weeknight is usually fine. You can order appetizers and desserts from a small machine that sits on the table. You can also pay your bill or play games. The bathrooms are clean and they play soft music. They have separate male and female bathrooms and high chairs for kids.

Not to be harsh but I thought I’d warn most travelers when staying at nearby hotels. I went in and this is an old Restaurant with a mature crowd. Ignored when sat at the bar and ended up leaving. Ordered build your own pasta with meatballs. The pasta was swimming in water. There was a little glop of sauce in the middle, and none on the meatballs. I tried to dry out the pasta by using napkins to absorb the water. The pasta was gross. I asked for sauce for my spaghetti. That took 20 minutes. Finally a tiny amount of sauce came out in a small plastic container. By this time the meatballs were room temperature, and the watery pasta was turning into pasta soup. Worst service ever. Worst Italian food ever. Worst dining experience ever.

Ordered take out server starting bagging and thought she didn’t bring out utensils then manager goes to kitchen to get plastic utensils and realized it’s extra because the server had the utensils and all that shuffling around they ended up forgetting to put utensils in the bag. Edited, July 2019: I returned to this Olive Garden because I had a gift card. To be honest, after my last experience I probably won't have chosen to return without the gift card. This time, 4 of us met there for a 12:30 lunch on a Saturday. The servers were cheerful and friendly, but the food was extremely slow again even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I added one star to my last review because at least this time the food was as expected and the service while still slow was at least friendly and competent. I still stand by my previous summation though: "Management needs to step up their game: train, hire better employees, and put the failing employees on an improvement plan." May 2019: This Olive Garden is struggling. The service is consistently slow: I arrived a few minutes early for our 6:30 reservation on a weeknight when business was steady but not packed. It still took them 10 minutes past our reservation time to seat us even though the tables were empty. The server was confused: she failed to give all of the party members flatware, forgot one person's entree, and forgot to take one person's order. The food was inconsistent at best: three of us ordered the stuffed Chicken Marsala. It arrived with the potatoes very cold, like refrigerator cold. She took away our plates, microwaved them, and brought them back to us all stirred up and funky looking. I'm not convinced that I even got my own plate back. Management needs to step up their game: train, hire better employees, and put the failing employees on an improvement plan.

Worst Olive Garden on Earth. The Coconut Point location is 1000 times better. The service here is like McDonald's. The food is bad. Sauces here are usually watery, and your pasta and sauce looks like a bowl of soup. It is worth the 35 minute drive to Coconut Point to eat real Olive Garden food.

I asked her about this dish and she told me that they didn't have it anymore. So, when I'm reading the menu I noticed that they did have the never-end dish! I love olive garden! However the service we experienced here was not up to olive garden standards. With a party of 5, it took over an hour to get our food after being seated. No drink refills, rarely saw our waitress and they weren't all that busy. We were seated in just a couple minutes. Probably won't be returning here any time soon.

Chris was a fantastic server for my mom, my aunt and myself. The party started with just my mom and I sitting for 15 minutes with no one attending to us. Chris M. was serving a completely different section/table and attended to our orders and not only memorized but brought our appetizer, drinks, salad & bread sticks all within a 5 minute time span. He did a great job with checking in and when my aunt joined us about 40 minutes later he was right there to attend to her order. First the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The sangria they were featuring which was a berry blend was amazing. It was actually better than the one similar in Red lobster( theirs was overwhelmed with ice and had no flavor at all). Everything was wonderful except the shrimp scampi which was the driest it could of possibly been. There was no sauce present and I had to ask for extra, which at that point took so long to get it I never ate it. Took it home to try and enjoy the next day and it tasted like grease. I just thru it away. The Sangria and service earned the 3 stars.

We got there at the lunch hour so we had a twenty five minute wait that wasn't bad. We got seated and was waited on in about 2 minutes. Our lunch was ordered and it arrived 10 minutes later. The meal was very good and we had great service. The place was very clean, the tables and floor. They did a good job for it was very busy. The only down side was my salad. There wasn't a lot of dressing I think there was only a tablespoon of dressing. It would be nice if they upgraded there salads. Some people don't care for iceberg. Just a thought.

The smell is horrible like old dirty carpet. There was a roach I killed crawling on the wall. Food was barely eatable. There was a spilled plate on the floor next to us for over a hour that was never touched. Took 45 minutes to serve a table of 3. I love olive garden but this one is horrible. I didn't eat but a few bites left and went to burger king and had a better experience. Only gets one star because I cant give it a zero. The smell was unreal.

My wife and I just went in for a late lunch. Looked to be 12-15 people inside. Not busy at all. Was there for maybe 10 mins and hadn’t seen a server yet. We got up and walked out. This Albany location is the worst Olive Garden I’ve ever been to. We actually loved Olive Garden before it came to Albany Ga. It has to be poor management. The food was delicious but the steak I ordered was under cooked, the waiter said that's the way I ordered but I told him I asked for it to be medium well. OMG the worst service ever. We walked on and asked for a table for 2. We were told we were next, the table was being wiped. Another party was already there and they were actually next and we had a 10 min wait. Our server Anthony was horrible. I ALWAYS tip and if I had paid I would not have left anything. He arrived quickly to take our drink order. My wine came quick and my wife ordered water. He never brought it, she had to remind him, and then it took another 10 to 15 mins to get at which time he brought salad and bread with dirty plates. I ate the salad out of the bowl. We placed our order after he brought my wine. My wife had an entree seafood and I had an appetizer as my meal. A family of 4 that came after us got their food and we almost done before our food arrived. 2 other tables who came after us got their food before us. We literally waited half hr for food. We were on the verge of getting up and leaving. Once the food finally came we asked for to go containers and the check because of how long it took to get the food. We asked for 3 containers and got 2. We weren't given any bags to put the food in. He never checked on our table. When we requested a bag after 4 mins no bag. We just took our stuff to the front and asked for a bag. Now it was the 4th of July but this places closes at 10 and we left at almost if not a little after 9. It was not packed.

Went to have lunch there, waitress diddnt bring my husbands drink and we seen it sitting in the window for at least 10 min. My chicken alfredo came out with no chicken in it so they took it back and clearly microwaved the chicken because it was so rubbery I couldnt eat it.The table at the other side of the restaurant was being very loud and annoying and cussing several times it felt like we was at a bar rather than a restaurant I've always liked olive garden and always had a good experience there but this time was negative. Oh and to top it off the staff told the waitress my husband was being difficult which we heard the next day.

Ordered build your own pasta with meatballs. The pasta was swimming in water. There was a little glop of sauce in the middle, and none on the meatballs. I tried to dry out the pasta by using napkins to absorb the water. The pasta was gross. I asked for sauce for my spaghetti. That took 20 minutes. Finally a tiny amount of sauce came out in a small plastic container. By this time the meatballs were room temperature, and the watery pasta was turning into pasta soup. Worst service ever. Worst Italian food ever. Worst dining experience ever.

Honestly, the best meal I ever had at Olive Garden... Was a really busy night but got a booth in 10 minutes... Server was new, but did a fairly good job, was a bit slow getting out the salad and bread sticks, but both were tasty when they got to the table... Had one issue with the bar order, but our server made it right and I felt well compensated... Had the Build Your Pasta and the Creamy Pesto with Italian Sausage was very yummy... Excellent Pesto that was not just an Alfredo with basil in it, an excellent option from the OG kitchen... Had the Chocolate Lasagna for dessert and it was cold and rich and a total taste treat... Definitely a good dining experience... Only complaint I can really mention is the booths are a bit small..Our party had husky frames and the seating was a but tight... Very enjoyable meal regardless....

Edited, July 2019: I returned to this Olive Garden because I had a gift card. To be honest, after my last experience I probably won't have chosen to return without the gift card. This time, 4 of us met there for a 12:30 lunch on a Saturday. The servers were cheerful and friendly, but the food was extremely slow again even though the restaurant wasn't busy. I added one star to my last review because at least this time the food was as expected and the service while still slow was at least friendly and competent. I still stand by my previous summation though: "Management needs to step up their game: train, hire better employees, and put the failing employees on an improvement plan." May 2019: This Olive Garden is struggling. The service is consistently slow: I arrived a few minutes early for our 6:30 reservation on a weeknight when business was steady but not packed. It still took them 10 minutes past our reservation time to seat us even though the tables were empty. The server was confused: she failed to give all of the party members flatware, forgot one person's entree, and forgot to take one person's order. The food was inconsistent at best: three of us ordered the stuffed Chicken Marsala. It arrived with the potatoes very cold, like refrigerator cold. She took away our plates, microwaved them, and brought them back to us all stirred up and funky looking. I'm not convinced that I even got my own plate back. Management needs to step up their game: train, hire better employees, and put the failing employees on an improvement plan.

Worst Olive Garden on Earth. The Coconut Point location is 1000 times better. The service here is like McDonald's. The food is bad. Sauces here are usually watery, and your pasta and sauce looks like a bowl of soup. It is worth the 35 minute drive to Coconut Point to eat real Olive Garden food.

I know it's not 5 star dining, but the food was good despite forgetting the name of the entree I had. Bonus points for not turning the AC up to sub arctic levels which a lot of restaurants like to do in this area making sit down meals miserable. There were five in our party. I ordered pasta with olive oil, garlic, and veggies. It came with minimal veggies. My meal was tasteless, as was another. Two thought theirs was okay(ravioli and pasta with marinara). One was a children's pizza with broccoli and she liked it. Our waitperson was a little abrupt and not super friendly. The free wine tasting they gave us when we sat down was like a mouthful of sugar, but it was free. We just took a sip and left the rest.

The early bird special day run Monday through Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. is really quite a deal. All you can eat salad and bread sticks and an entree for $8.99. If you like a house salad you'll love it here at Olive garden. And you'll probably fill up on just that and the bread sticks so you can take the entree home and eat it for lunch the next day. The food is OK but not great. The service is a little less than average probably because they're so busy. We were one of three different tables that got their food served with no silverware. It's unacceptable to sit there with food in front of you waiting for the waitress to come by again so you can ask for silverware. Only because the salad and price are so good does it rate three out of five stars for me.
