This place is horrible! went there with someone for dinner and was subjected a table of drunk patrons swearing and causing such a disruption in front of small children. Police were called. Waiter was over servering alcohol to an already drunk group. Stay away! Not a family environment nor quiet. One customer in this disaster of an establishment was being served alcohol since early afternoon and was completely wasted as of 6:30pm and she started the whole incident. Waiter attested she was pounding drinks for hours that she could not drive home. Don't go here!! Keep your kids safe! Ownership fails to admit in response that one patron was drinking for hours. Ask yourself...is this a responsible business to subject elderly and children to irresponsible violent behavior. All they cared about is money...not your comfort. Go to Tokyo Ii or Soga sushi for a better experience!

Went here with my aunt. I very RARELY give anyone 5 stars but I'm giving 5 stars for the service, the food presentation, taste, and price. The portions in my opinion are way too big so I'd stick with an appetizer as my main course next time and some soup, but I had the teriyaki tofu. It was fantastic. The inside was firm, the outside was browned and crunchy. Just perfect. That teriyaki sauce was perfectly made, not too sweet, not too sour, just the right amount of savory. I thought it was a nice thick sauce too. The miso soup was fantastic, I did feel like it wasn't consistent throughout the whole thing because my aunt got mushrooms and I didn't but that's okay it was still amazing. The salad dressing the ginger dressing is usually super overpowering and tart, this was nice. Really light and sweet. My aunt had this dragon roll, it was so beautiful it was almost hard to eat because the presentation is just so pretty. I'd suggest cutting back on the onions under the tofu and maybe serve it on some beans, or a bed of mixed vegetables, but otherwise everything was really perfect. The fried cheesecake is so cute and tasty! Will be coming back for sure.

Stopped in here randomly because we were super close and it was a great idea! Very easy to find in the B&N strip mall, so that means there's lots of parking. Walked in around noon on Sunday and it wasn't packed. The have really nice decor (and very comfy chairs). Seated and attended to right away and the staff was friendly. We got the pork soup dumplings for our appetizer and they were sooooo good. If you've never had them, eat with caution! The dumplings come out hot, with piping hot liquid in them too so be careful. But again, so delicious. We got the salad with our mains, and while it was a very good dressing, note that the salad was swimming in it. Not. Even. Kidding. My husband got the spicy basil with shrimp for his main, comes with a little rice too. It was very tasty but given how much we like spicy food, I'd say it wasn't spicy enough. Next time we'll ask for extra spice. I had the chicken and broccoli (I asked for it spicy too). Tasted great but will ask for more spice in this one too next time. Overall, great ambiance, great staff, great food. We'll definitely be back.

The best sushi you can get in the area. The server are always there to refill water or fulfill other needs. The time it takes the meals to be prepared are quick and efficiently. The taste itself is the best part of the whole experience with a multitude of options. Lumi has provided a great sushi experience every time.

I've gone to Lumi before, sat down to eat and enjoyed it. This last time I went there for take out with my daughters. They each ordered something which they seemed to enjoy. i bought something hoping it would be enough for others to share. I bought Korean style baby back ribs cause who doesnt like ribs. For $26.00 thought it would be enough. Ribs were these small flat pieces of meat with bone in it and the meat was chewy/ fatty. Don't know if that's just was Korean style ribs are but I didn't like it. It came with a small container of rice and a little salad. Won't be getting that again but I'll probably go back. It's a very nicely decorated restaurant on universal drive, no. haven.

I went to this establishment with positive impressions. And everything was going alright until I started eating my meal & found the meal tasted a bit "OFF". I just chalked it up to it being a different flavored fish. Until me & the wife both got home an hour later & we both ran to the bathrm & basically punished that bowl like it owed us money!! My rectum is still killing me. Now I know about that saying, "recked'em, it nearly killed'em".

Rate: Tasteful and calming restaurant. My girlfriend and I stopped at Lumi Asian Fusion to get a quick bite prior to a movie. If only I had got the name of the front clerk who was very helpful in answering our questions and guiding us through the menu. He also didn't hesitate to offer me the guava candies they have there , which my girlfriend and I were really a fan of. We ordered the Maki Combo A, and it , complimented by the soothing traditional asian melodies playing throughout the restaurant, made for such a peaceful meal and limitless space to connect with one another on a deeper level. The result? We became so absorbed in the atmosphere and conversation that we missed the the beginning of the movie we came to this area to see along with all the exclusive trailers. We didn't care, we hella enjoyed the sushi/miso soup and still enjoyed the movie afterwards.

Eaten here twice for lunch, both times with my 11 year old daughter. The place is immaculately clean. The wait staff is attentive and good looking ...LOL. the selection from the sushi bar is excellent- fresh, beautifully presented and fairly priced. I've had nothing from the kitchen, so I can't speak to the hot dishes from the chef. I will definitely return and I look forward to exploring more of the menu. I've had various roles and a mango spritzer each time I've been. A + - I recommend this restaurant. particularly family-friendly during the lunch hours.

A good place to go for simple and well prepared food. The restaurant is conveniently located in a strip mall for a quick meal. Attentive waitstaff and clean. Although we did not have the sushi/sashimi, they offer a large selection and have cooked as well as uncooked options.
