Food was great, I had the jerk chicken meal. However the person taking the order was very rude to customers. She acted like everyone was disrupting her day. The cooks came out from the back to check on the customers. Sparsely decorated, only 3 tables. I'm glad to say I enjoyed the food, but doubt I'll be back.

Great location, easily accessible from a moving traffic, and plenty of parking space. The jerk chicken and sauce was well seasoned, and spicy to my liking. Like other Jamaican restaurant they always go light on the gravy, even though I asked for extra gravy

If like jerk pork or jerk chicken. This is place to go! Anything else I dont reccomend to eat. Their dishes doesnt have an authentic Jamaican taste. Also their brown stew pork use to be the one their best dishes. But I guess the cook have changed up. No longer tasteful.

Last time I went the food was ok and the service terrible. Staff is rude and unwelcoming jamaican ladies who could really use customer service training skills that should start applying ASAP. This is a good place to grab something harty after a night of partying seeing they are one of the few places open after hours. Honestly wouldn't come here if it wasn't for that seeing that you also never know when might or might not have roti. Countless amounts of Jamaican spots in the area so feel free to try different places during normal business hours.

Rode a bicycle across town at 2am for some jerk chicken after Grubhub screwed us over... totally worth it, this chicken is legit! The veggies and rice are as good as I’ve had anywhere in the Caribbean. Eat here!

The food smelled delicious and there was a line out the door, but my order was either misplaced or not made yet. I'm an Uber Eats driver and time is money. The order had to have been placed through the app, synced to a driver, travel time and I still waited another 15-20 minutes after I arrived. Although, the staff was very nice. C+ to a B-, at best.

Service is very slow, waited too long to be served, when there was only four of us in the line, it took me 45 minutes to buy one small jerk pork in box and a large jerk pork in box. But the food is great that's why I really tolerate with the waiting and I told the gentleman who served me.

The food is pretty good here. They are open very late which is always a plus. They are very clean and even have a rest room available for customers. The wait is usually a little lengthy but the portions are quite generous. They offer a wide variety of menu options as well as multiple beverages and tons desert choices.

They did a better job when they had the food truck. The food is subpar. I had cut hair in my food. Couldn't eat it and they wouldn't take it back. The wait is extremely long. The servers seem to not give a care. Also be careful with the pork most times it's under cooked.

I pass one or two other Jamaican food restaurants on my way to The Jerk Pit. I will not go anywhere else. They are never out of ingredients, their hours are great...especially when you are getting out of a concert at 2am on the weekends, and if their delicious food is not enough, when they make a mistake...which is extremely rare...they provide excellent customer service in correcting it. I am a customer for life!

They had me there waiting almost 45 minutes for food only ones inside for oxtails then I order a large only get 8 oxtails and they are dry no flavor and ask for extra gravy that didn't have any flavor the rice no flavor what so ever the lady was rude when asking a question and how they not going have no white meat nor fish that my hubby wanted never again I spend my cash there

One of the cleanest restaurants. My personal favorite are the pepper steak, stew pork, fried chicken and plantains. What I love is if you call ahead and do a personal request, they do their best to accommodate your wishes.

biggest surprise compared to the firat impression from the outer appearance & location is that this place has an A rating sticker in the window, and when u walk in there is distinctly no disagreeing whatsoever, immaculately clean--which i love. very nice. the ppl r nice as well, and the food is amazing. what more could u want? ...when ur in the mood food for some good Jamaican, definitely add this place to ur list of favorites!!! :)
