There were 3 adults in my party. We were seated at a table for 4. The tables are small and we were very crowded and uncomfortable while trying to eat. We arrived about 4:45pm. The food was cold and dried out. While there, they did add hot food, but they put the remainder of the cold food right on top....which defeated the purpose of hot food. The waitresses were nice enough but, the food wasn't good and seating sucked! Would never go back and would never recommend it to others.

I love the food. You serve yourself, and eat as much delicious food as you can eat or want to eat. So many meat options. It is delicious and unique. There are some "If you don't try it, how would you know if you like it or not?". They have different recipes that they can't always fit in the food trays/tables. They have some items that they always keep on the table, and some that are new or interchanging. I try to go eat there whenever I can. I absolutely love the food, and polite waiters. P.S. Try the Dim Sum!

If I could give no stars I would. I used to come here all of the time. Food was great, the restaurant was clean. Now though is a different story. The Food selection was poor. The Quality was worse. My step son found a mosquito in his general Tao chicken which turned him off from eating anything else and he was on his second plate. We asked if the back door was open and the manager if that's what you would call her, said no and she took half of his meal price off. When we left we drove around back and the door was open. The rest of the food was either over cooked or not cooked enough and soggy. We will not be going here again. Completely disappointed in how bad things turned.

Don't understand why people don't like this place. It is a great value. It's not authentic chinese food so if you're expecting that then don't bother. It's your typical chinese american food like Fried rice, Wonton Soup, General Tso Chicken with some American food like Fried Chicken and some random stuff like Flavored Pork chops etc. The food is solid and tastes fine by me. Honey Chicken is the best though. The best part about this place is its value. It's a lot cheaper than other buffets. $8.75 for a lunch buffet ( including tax) which I ate like 3 plates so I feel that it is well worth it.

The food sucks here. Everything has a "fishy" odor or aftertaste to it and the service was less than courteous. We went on a Friday night and there was plenty of seating which goes to show you I'm not alone.

Great place for a quick and filling meal. It's an oriental buffet of course, but in addition to the regular oriental offerings, they have quite tasty shrimp and steak to carve during dinner time, meaning, after 3:00 or 3:30. Dinner for 2 with hot tea ran me $25 the last time I was there.

Infinity Palace always has a nice variety of Chinese dishes and most of them are quite tasty. The best item to eat is the crab Rangoon. Most of the time it is generously filled, is nice and crunchy, is freshly made, and is hot. They don't charge extra for hot, Jasmine tea. It is a family run establishment that is always clean. You can bring in groups of people for special occasions with no problem.

Everything you'd expect from a Chinese Buffet. Fresh food and ample seating. They also carry the best coconut glazed chicken I've had anywhere on the East Coast. I didnt give it 5 stars because the dinning room is lit with Daylight bulbs (Ruins the atmosphere) and the furniture is getting warn out.

This is my favorite chinese restaurant. It's also one of of the few that are safe for me to take my mom too, since she has severe food allergies, including peanut oil. They have a large variety of menu and buffet items that are safe for her to eat. Their buffet is reasonably priced, and replenished frequently so it's fresh and hot. The restaurant is spacious and tastefully decorated. I order take-out here about once a month. The only negatives I've experienced relate to customer service. They don't have wonderful telephone service, and sometimes don't answer the phone. Some of their greeters/check-out staff that wait at the front desk, can come across as a bit-more-than-standoffish. It doesn't matter what time I order; it's never ready within the 15 minutes I'm told. I easily overlook this, since the food is always so fresh. I have sampled crab rangoon from many restaurants across the city, but I quit once I had them at Infinity Palace. They have been the best consistently since I started eating here. I love their fried rice too; it's loaded with all the extras that make make fried rice what it is. The seasoning on the rice isn't always consistent, but has never been bad, and just reinforces the idea that it's made fresh. There is a gentleman that is frequently up front at the check-out podium, (he may be an owner?,) that I enjoy seeing when I visit. We don't know each others names, but he does recognize me, and has never failed to be gracious and attentive. Since I order so much take-out and usually have at least one child with me when picking up my order, there is almost always extra dessert added to my bag for no charge.

if this buffet is the best Norwich has to offer go the extra 2+ miles to the willimantic shopping plaza off 32 on WMain St. wayyyyy better more choices(sushi bar habachi alcohol etc)

I have never been to a less appealing or satisfying restaurant in my life. The food options were limited, cold, greasy, and inauthentic. There are signs everywhere telling you not to waste their food- probably because everyone takes food expecting to like it, becomes disgusted, and leaves it as "waste." This is your sign. The food is garbage.

They do a pay by weight takeout option here which is awesome. Its 6.50 per pound which I think is slightly steep but so worth it. I really like the setup of the buffet here and recommend it to anyone looking for some good Chinese food

Bathroom was marked C.they we're making food in the corner of the buffet with no gloves.I wanted regular salt and the shaker was gross so I took the top off and sticky stuff all over it...that does happen but I left the top of the salt shaker off so who ever was going to wipe off the table could wipe the top but no she looks at it and doesn't clean it....she then walked away from the table and then I went back over took the top off again and when she came back.. again she doesn't wipe it off.my boyfriend goes to pay and the lady short changed him!!!OMG not going back...oh ya the food not worth the headache.

We stopped over for an early lunch on the way to Foxwoods casino with 2 of my friends who are restaurant owners. We were shocked at the quality for the price we were paying. Everything was so good and authentic from the egg soup , the black pepper chicken, fried rice, the roasted boneless chicken was amazing and vegetables were cooked perfectly crisp. You can tell that this place is managed with a lot of heart! We couldn't believe that it was even possible to eat this well for only 8.50 per person. All weekend we had high end meals at Foxwoods that costed $50-$200 per person but unfortunately were all flavourless and disappointing just with nice decor. We should have just gone back to Infinity Palace for a few more meals! Just writing this review is making me hungry again!

It has been a number of years since I have been here and I had enjoyed it in the past but it has become run down since I was last here. Going through the doors and on the glass partitions by the tables there were fingerprints and smudges everywhere. The ladies room had a very full garbage can. Granted, it was toward the end of the day so they may only clean it in the morning but it was something that probably should have been checked. The food in the buffet was kept hot but seemed very generic. Most buffets have some items a little spicier than others or a variety of flavors to give contrast. There seemed to be none with any spice or heat at all. Most items were fried or in a buttery sauce. There also was very little vegetable choice. One dish that I have always enjoyed at Chinese buffets has been the seafood or crab casserole with cheese. Their version was crab or imitation crab? ( Not entirely sure what kind of seafood it was), celery and onion in a mayonnaise base with cheese on top. I have always enjoyed this at other buffets but I couldn't even eat this with all the taste of mayonnaise. I've never had it with mayo. It's unfortunate but I don't believe I'll be back.

I grew up in norwich, especially on the chinese food and this buffet is one of the best, i live in Cali now but cant wait to go back home for the hoildays (which is soon!!) and go to this buffet! They are so nice and love my daughter and family and food is excellent, i do miss it....

Like the bean curd snd vegetables. Food was cold and not super fresh. Better experience in past. Wish they had green beans. Also miss shrimp of any kind. Dishes were pretty bland. Restaurant is cozy, but pretty empty at noon. Need to refresh the menu and keep food fresh and hot.
