First time at Goodies yesterday. Burgers were tasty.Real beef flavor. Fries were large and crispy, not overcooked or dark in color.lettuce crisp and onions fresh. Place was immaculate! Staff crew were friendly and polite. Manager takes pride in the restaurant and is friendly with her public. Try them, you'll like them! Stopped back December 3rd and feasted on the most delicious, tender and golden fried whole bellies clams I have ever tasted in this area. I AM a "clam freak" and love them Folks,no grit, no shell pieces, just tender clams. I ate all of them and had some to take home. The order was huge.

The customer service was excellent. The food was cooked with no love. The seafood platter was not fried right cause the breading fell off as soon as you picked it up. They didn't season the breading at all. Not for nothing but these places grab workers that except cheap pay which changes the whole dynamic of their restaurant. There are to many good cooks out there looking for work but yet places like this make it hard for the average hard worker to get work.

Have been going here for years sadly I always go for an original meal of a cheeseburger and fries or some chicken strips but they are to die for. I've never had any problems with goodies and I don't think I will.

Goodies really wasn't so good. There is a whole lot of bun and extra toppings covering a skinny hotdog. With the A/C blasting ice cold, My food wasn't even warm when I'm half way done eating. & Also the lady behind the counter, well, I'll just call her StoneFace! She don't even try. Short story, This is a great place to grab a tasty meal. It is a very casual place that looks like it has been around 50 years but is clean as a whistle. food is served on paper plates with plastic utensils. The menu reminds me of a duchess but the food is much better. Great staff, and lots of regulars make for a very friendly environment. I got the corned beef hash and two scrambled eggs. The eggs were rich and the hash was good. It seemed like canned hash but high quality and flavorful.

The foods good. Burgers taste exactly like Duchess and I’ll challenge anyone on that. Been going here ever since the Greeks and I have to say I’ve never seen one person here happy. Ever. They look like they are all slaves and are crazy rude to you. I just don’t get it. Sometimes when I go I say to myself “let’s be overly nice and see what happens”. Nothing. Maybe even meaner. But I can’t give one star and be a hypocrite because I will still always eat here. Especially the beach location. Just wish y’all were nicer and happier :(

The food is HORRIBLE!!!! I purchased a foot long hot dog with chili. The hot dog was hard. The bun was hard and the chili was disgusting. It look that MUD! Then I went to return it and get a generic hotdog with cheese, mustard and ketchup and I got the same muddy hotdog. Plus, the person at the window had the nerve to give me an attitude I stopped by for lunch and I will NEVER stop by again. You should not either. Goodies should be renamed Baddies. Bad food. Bad service. *V*

This place is so great! I've stopped getting seafood from captains catch in milford. The clam chowder at Goodies is so much better than captain's catch, which is just kind of sad to say. Captain's catch is more like clam soup with a weird taste...hardly any potatoes or clams. Goodies clam chowder is always loaded with potatoes, etc..just finishing up my chowder from friday along with a huge serving of fried shrimp side...so good !
