Miserably slow. Took quite literally twenty five minutes to get through the drive through for three items. They got 2/3 of the orders wrong as well. Good food though

This is my favorite Duchess Restaurant location hands down. Yes sometime they get a little busy, it's still fast and it always tastes better then other locations. Love it and I totally recommend.

There's is plenty of parking. Your choice to eat in or go thru the drive-up. Food is good not frozen first. They have salads & plenty of other choices in sandwiches. A much better choice than a McDonald's or Burger King.

I know that food is normally very good very fresh I'm finding lately it's depends on what you're ordering like I've had eggplant twice in the last couple weeks and it was a little tough I did have their spaghetti dinner and there was no meatballs in it I thought I was going to be spaghetti and meatballs and it was eggplant and it was very tough and the food was not that hot it was a little bit lukewarm and it's been freezing cold in there I don't know why they're keeping their air conditioning on cuz the humidity is gone. However when I go in the morning and I have breakfast that seems to be the better meals of anything and their coffee is very good and very fresh all the time your pancakes and eggs are very good and sausage I guess it all depends on what you order. All thier soups atey tasty.Of course they are famous for their hot dogs which they're very good but lately they're buns have been all mushy and wet they should tell their cook to toast the buns and then don't slap so much mustard and relish and sauerkraut on there they should give it to you on the side and you should be able to put it on your hotdog yourself cuz it's been very very mushy the bun literally breaks apart when you go take a bite out of your hot dog. come on. Duchess you been good for years don't start slipping your reputation now. Thanks

Choose Wendy's or McDonald's! This is a a hot dog and fries right out of the bag. I think they would have thrown it through the take out window if my hand wasn't out reached. This isn't edible, and I don't think Duchess has the management chops of the main brands to maintain quality.

Very disappointed with this restaurant! I ordered a dinner that came with a soup. I have certain allergies so I asked what the ingredients were in the soup. They checked with everyone in the place, and could not tell me if one ingredient was used. There is all kinds of advertising that boasts the soups are made "fresh daily". Yet, there is no ingredient list available. The staff could not care less! I was also disappointed with the fish dinner as it appears that Duchess isn't doing so well. So, they have to give you the thinnist, tastless fish pieces for the dinner. The quality has gone so down hill at Duchess that I would think twice before chosing to eat there again. This is NOT the Duchess that we all remember!

This one is the best one!!! Everyone is friendly they don't act like your interrupting thier time. Drive through is quick. Girl I think her name is Cindy at the pick up window is always up beat and cheery .not like ansonia don't bother with that one. You don't even get the food made correctly. Wraps from this one are perfect!!!!!

Waited for my order for at least 15 min with no one else in line. Staff members standing around talking to each other never knowledgin us at all totally ignoning us... when I asked for my order a very rude male employee told me that I have only been waiting 6 min. He got in my face in front of manager who did nothing at all got my $$ back and left..it was so bad that his own co- workers had to hold him back "Rude employees" don't go there unless you want to wait. And don't dare to ask for you order if it takes to long. I would give ZERO STAR.

My experience here one December night. I worked a long day and was short about a dollar. The Manager had still let me purchase my meal. It was very kind and generous of her. Earlier this month I worked a double shift on St. Patrick's Day and made my order in the Drive Thru. I had a burger combo and long chili dog. When I got home my meal was NOT to mine or anyone's liking. This was due to the burgers being completely overcooked dry. I called back very upset but kept my cool. I wasn't angry at who was on the phone. I asked for the Manager and she stated it was she. I told her of my unfortunate meal. She apologized profusely and even set aside my order on the copy receipt to be remade upon my next visit. O asked for her name. She responded my name is Evelyn. I indeed returned picked up my meal and was even given a free drink. This Duchess has "CLASS"! They care about The Customer! Unlike some of the other Duchess Restaurants. I will always return to this one. THANK YOU EVELYN!

Takes forever when going through the drive thru, they have like four different people talking and trying to take your order, have to repeat your order sometimes because one of the people did not hear it. they gave me a completely different sandwich than what I ordered, probably because they were too lazy to put together a burger without tomatoes and onions. Almost every time I go, I have to pull up to the door because the food isn’t ready, and they have to walk it out.

As far as fast food goes they are great, especially for breakfast. Better breakfast sandwiches than the big chains as they make them fresh. Lunch is solid too. Chili dogs and real onion rings are among the many things you won't find at the big guys.

I may not be going back to this duchess. I ordered a long dog combo and asked for CHILLI AND CHEESE, which sounds nothing like sour crout and relish but thats what was on my hot dog. I didnt check my bag of course until i got home. The server at the window gave me a receipt without my order even on it. On top of that we got an abundance of stares when we pulled up to the window, for whatever reason. My fries were cold as well. I do not recommend!

I ordered a fairly simple sandwich but they messed up the order twice. They also forgot to give me a shake I'd ordered. Luckily I was eating in and these issues were easily resolved. I ordered a piece of chocolate cream pie and it was still delicious and fresh a few days later. Staff were friendly and helpful.
