I ordered from uber eats yesterday 12/07/2018 around 7pm. My wife and I just got home from work hungry as heck.. I was searching for wings that's what's we wanted! Found this restaurant Sliders Bar and Grill which had really good reviews and the food looked good too. I'm waiting for my food, I always follow the car in the app to make sure I'm outside looking for the car, I noticed she was right in the corner, I text her and call no answer. She replies with I arrived. I'm outside I don't see a car just pitch black. I try contacting her again when I look at the map she is going further and further from my house and still no reply. I call the restaurant of course they can't really do much because it was ordered through uber I call uber and they giving me the run around. They didn't even say they were going to do anything about the uber driver or my money ! I seen on my account I was charged

Good food. The wings here are WAY BETTER than J. Timothy's. Way better. Burger was good, cooked right. Sliders also were good. Brought the children, kid's menu was decent, food was good. Only complaint I have, was the dessert was lame.

Food was good had the BBQ Burger and loaded potato skins. Drink was good could actually taste the alcohol in my mixed drink. Service was friendly but not attentive. I was the only guest in the place for lunch that wasn't an employee or friend of the bartender.... short responses, no menu suggestions, feels really dark. Looks like they are trying to be family friendly but still give off a dive bar vibe. Over all a good experience, may stop in again.

Love the food here and a decent happy hour. But the last 2xs my husband and I were there the service has been terrible! The last time we walked in for happy hour were quickly seated I'm the bar area given menus and then proceeded to wait over 12 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us! No I'll be right with you thanks for waiting....nothing so we walked out. I really wish the hostess was at her post so I could tell her or a manager about our experience. The place wasn't even busy so I do not understand the problem. Will think twice before we give this place another chance.

I GAVE THIS RESTAURANT A 5 STAR BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY THING IT ALLOWS ME TO GIVE BUT I WISH I CAN GIVE IT SO MANY MORE STARS BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT. LAST NIGHT MY WIFE AND I ORDERED FROM UBER EATS. WE CAME OUT OF WORK EXHAUSTED AND SUPER HUNGRY. WE WERE LOOKING FOR A RESTAURANT WITH GOOD WINGS AND HAD NO LUCK. WE FINALLY FOUND SLIDERS GRILL & BAR AND DECIDED TO ORDER FROM THEIR RESTAURANT THROUGH UBER EATS. IT WAS THE WORST DECISION AND EXPERIENCE EVER. THE UBER DRIVER TOOK OUR FOOD AND WE NEVER RECEIVED IT AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. WE CALLED UBER SUPPORT LINE TWICE AND NOTHING GOT SOLVED. NO JUSTICE. WE WERE ANGRY AND HUNGRY AS THE DRIVER GOT TO EAT OUR FOOD BEFORE WE DID. WE CALLED THE RESTAURANT TWICE TO INFORM THEM AND THEY NOTIFIED US THAT THE DRIVER DID INDEED LEAVE WITH OUR FOOD AND TWO HOURS LATER, THEY NEVER RETURNED WITH OUR FOOD. THE RESTAURANT WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE TO US. THEY FELT BAD ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH UBER'S BAD SERVICE AND WELCOMED US TO THEIR RESTAURANT AND OFFERED A GREAT DISCOUNT ON OUR FOOD. WE INFORMED THEM WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO GO EAT IN. WHEN WE ARRIVED, THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHO WE WERE AND QUICKLY APPOLOGIZED THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD. THEY SEATED US IMMEDIATELY AS THEY ALREADY HAD A TABLE FOR US. AS SOON AS WE SAT DOWN, A FEW SECONDS LATER THEY ARRIVED WITH OUR FOOD. WE FELT SO WELCOME! WE ATE OUR FOOD AND THEY CHECKED ON US PERIODICALLY. THEY HAD CONVERSATIONS WITH US AND AGAIN APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HAPPENED. THEY INFORMED US THAT UNFORTUNATELY IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY WIFE AND I FEEL COMFORTABLE AND HELPING US WIND DOWN FOR THE NIGHT AFTER THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY ALSO GAVE US A REWARDS CARD AND WENT THROUGH WITH THEIR WORD. WE RECEIVED THE DISCOUNT EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T EVEN THEIR FAULT. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT AND WE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. THE FOOD WAS EXTREMELY DELICIOUS AND GREAT ATMOSPHERE. THE WORKERS ARE VERY HUMBLE AND DEDICATED TO MAKING EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE MANAGER WAS SUPER GREAT. HE TOOK CARE OF US AND WE APPRECIATE IT MORE THAN WORDS CAN EXPLAIN. I have to admit I didn't really go for the food I want to have a drink and have a small meeting. I always get the same thing when I go out and have a drink Tito on the rocks with lemon. Well the bartender made a recommendation of adding some fresh raspberries to my drink. Hands up to her. It added a twist still not a whole bunch of extra sugar and it was very enjoyable. Good food, nice ambiance. Family style wing bar. However, (insert pause here), the liquor is seriously watered down. We ordered wings, two beers, and two lemon drops. I make MIXED drinks at home that have more of a vodka taste to then than these two "shots" of straight liquor. Seriously watered down. And $8.00 a shot! No fooling. Someone should call the state liquor commission and have the permittee's license pulled.

Service wonderful, kid’s meals solid. My boneless wings were cooked to perfection but has no taste. I went with half garlic Parmesan and half honey bbq and neither of them had any flavor, which was disappointing. My older daughter loved her cheese quesadilla and the portion was generous for a children’s meal. My younger daughter enjoyed her hot dog, too. Husband thought the steak and cheese sandwich was tasty and finished the whole thing. Our server was kind, attentive and thoughtful, offering to bring the kids’ food out first, etc. I might return for another quick bite, but will stick to J. Timothy’s Taverne and Wings Over Newington for my wings.

Attended Sliders for a little birthday surprise party not too long ago. Not a bad place. Beer was great and the food was good. If you're into watching sports then this is definitely your kind of spot, I'm not unless it's boxing, but to go and hang out with friends I'm always down.

Great wings. Good restaurant. Went for lunch. The lemon pepper wings were very good. Wings can be ordered regular, well done, or extra well. Good selection of sandwiches. The buffalo chicken wrap was good. Great selection of beers. TV's around the bar. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've been to sliders before but quite some time ago and not at this location. I'm so glad that I found this wonderful restaurant again. We are certainly wings fans and their selection and quality is wonderful. It puts the other restaurant that is nearby to this location, that is supposed to be famous for their wings, to shame. The wait staff was extremely friendly and so were the other patrons. So glad to have found this place again after so long.

What happened, Plainville? I've come since 99 and the last couple years, the boneless wings have been so unimpressive. Plantsville is worth the extra drive. They have big juicy pieces of chicken while Plainville has crusty small garbage in comparison. Im giving 3 stars for the service only. They deserve 5 but the product a zero. I've avoided plainville for this reason lately, but gave it another chance. Bad idea. I was at plantsville exactly a week prior and left very happy with my wings, as always. Plainville bombed. The wings sucked. Ill either drive the extra distance or do wings over bristol. I had to return a few days later to plantsville to restore my faith. It's the same company, do you not use the same supplier? This wasn't a one time thing. Find out how your sister restaurant has usurped the crown and do as they do. Until then, you will not see me at plainville sliders

A pretty traditional bar and grill with a broad menu and lots of wing sauce options. Food was good, atmosphere was good, lots of TVs with sports on, and a broad beer selection. Late on weekends it is good for hanging out, but also can be a place you bring the family during earlier hours.

The buffalo chicken sandwich was really good. The fries however barely existed. It should have came with a pile of fries but instead came with a handful. Beer choices choices are lacking. Atmosphere is ok. I would get another chicken sandwich or two but I wouldn’t bother with the fries.

My husband & I went to Sliders last night for dinner & drinks. The hostess sat us at a table but never told anyone we were seated. We sat there for 20 minutes before I flagged someone down to see what the hold up was, I can't imagine how long we would have sat there unnoticed. About 5 minutes prior, a party of 4 or 5 had just gotten seated & a waitress went right over to their table. That waitress came to our table & I explained what had happened, we were pretty annoyed by this point & contemplated walking out. No one ever came to our table to say, your server will be right with you...no eye contact from anyone..nothing. We decided to stay, our server was Courtney...she was wonderful! Very accommodating & very apologetic...if it wasn't for her we definitely would have left. We were happy with our food as well. We were told they were short staffed...the servers also bus the tables...I will say every one of them was hustling. Not sure I can say we'll be back, there is no excuse anyone should have to flag someone down after 20 minutes.

The perfect sports bar. The food is totally predictable and good enough. It's a sports bar - anyone could write the menu. The place is blanketed in wide screen TVs so you can monitor multiple events simultaneously or focus on just one. Very good beer selection and the final check always feels like good value.
