Just had a great first experience at Boston Market. The food tasted great. It was ready right away. But the best part was I'm not sure if I'm going to spell her name right but Antonella. She was just simply lovely from the moment I walked in until I left.

Purchased turkey meal with green beans and sweet potato. All was tasty, the turkey isn't a fresh bird like the chicken. I believe it's more of a processed turkey with the same type of texture. Sweet potatoes are a premium side and cost extra not sure why. Green beans were fresh and not over cooked.

This it’s my favorite restaurant. I love chicken and have been going to Boston Market for many years. Even when I move to Texas that was the first thing I look a Boston Market and I found one were I used to live I was very happy.

Tasty chicken and other entrees are served hot and fresh. The service inside is ok, but the drive in tends to be slow. They will try to suggest some new items like brisket , ribs or even prime rib. I'm sure they are also tasty, but these items will bring the price up significantly. Like home cooking, but easier. If the service was better it would get another star.

Our family loves Boston Market because the chicken is always moist and juicy. Unfortuntely when we tried the one in Milford, CT that was not the case. My husband ordered the rib and chicken combo and he didn't care for the ribs at all and said the chicken was dry. The person who put our order together didn't follow instructions as we asked for BBQ sauce on the side and the put it on the chicken. Lastly, there were no utensils and we were staying at a hotel so obviously not ideal. We were able to get utensils from the hotel so we could eat but the food was almost cold by the time we ate it. Boston Market delivered new chicken without BBQ and supplied us with utensils but it was too late for some of us.

Food is always great and service was good. We went on Thanksgiving and the customer crowd was kind of down. Me and my dad were the liveliest people there LOL. You can tell the staff had a long day but it didn't affect their customer service, their performance or their cooking skills. I give the team that was working that mid-afternoon 10 Stars! Between the pickups the dine ins and the catering they were definitely holding it down!
