Facts: Service: Generally very quick line to order. Staff that brings out your food are friendly. Food: Great flavor. Cooked properly*. Sides are quality. Crunchify Atmosphere: It's a partial cafeteria style diner in the casino... Price: Surprisingly affordable for casino food. The Story: Stumbled upon this place several years ago, and have been coming back almost monthly ever since. The burgers are all very tasty, because the meat that is used has such a great flavor. Like a crunchy burger? Be sure to Crunchify (add potato chips) your burger. *Make sure that you read the burger cooking guide at the register before you order. I ordered my burger rare. When I cut my burger in half I saw mostly raw beef inside. If you order your burger rare, you will receive a very bloody burger with a cool center and about 13 seconds of cooking on each side. YUM! I was shocked at how delicious it was. Standard cut fries are cooked to be crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Really great flavor as well. Vanilla Shake is delicious although it is one of the pricier items. Overall, for a family of 4, it was about $40 for our order. We had 4 burgers and we split an order of fries on most visits. The wait staff really only bring you your food and condiments, but if you need anything else, they tend to be accommodating. It's in Mohegan Sun, so the environment will change based on the crowd of people and the time of day.

Great burgers and shakes. In fact I would much rather have both from here than Shake Shake or Black Tap. Extremely popular is it's only issue as tables fill up and the line can get long. Since it is in the mall (outside access) off times are usually better. Sundays are perfect as the mall is closed. The winning combo for me is a Dallas burger with a Cookies and Cream shake.... Probably the best shake I have ever had.

I love a good burger and Bobby's Burger Palace simply delivers. The menu is reasonably sized catering to a wide range of flavor palettes. The fries and onion rings are great. If you can't make a choice, go for the undecided (half fries half onion rings). Extremely reasonably priced and well worth a visit if you're in Mohegan!

The burgers here are simply amazing. I love barbecue burgers, so of course I got the barbecue burger, crunchified (which means crispy potato chips are placed in the burger). The sides are really great here, too. The fries here are crispy and have a really nice flavor and the onion rings have a good seasoning as well. Get "The Undecided" because you'll want to try both.

My burger was completely raw on one half. I ordered it medium well. not medium raw... Still ate the other half and I didn’t want to complain because the kitchen was just about closing and this was the only problem I’ve ever encountered at Bobby’s. Still love the food generally, would come back. Especially for that burger sauce and the sauce that comes with the fries

Went with a group of my friends and ordered takeout because the restaurant was crowded. A few seats opened up right as our food came out and one of the servers, directly in front of us, started complaining, “why the did you bother to order take out if you were going to eat it here anyway”. The servers are completely unprofessional and it did not seem like that manager cared all too much when I brought up my complaint. Doubt the girl will get so much as a warning. Will not be eating here again. It’s a shame that this place has good food but hires such horrible people.

Cute spot for grab n go eats. The menu is innovative with a little something for everyone. I tried their GF plant based burger served "fit" over greens. Lots of unique ketchup spoke chipotle ketchup on the table.

Burger was okay, the bacon was over salted and with the blue cheese it was extreme salty. The burger was placed off center on my bun so the juices leaked off so when I picked up my burger I had a handful of grease which fell apart. So disappointed. All the orders were also getting mixed up, servers were given orders for numbers that didn't exist! My entire dinner I had to hear servers try to figure out who ordered what.

Whoever designed the serving system should really be moved to another department. On busy days, things get out of hand so fast. Every order gets a number to sit and they just go find any area that has seats. The food came out and at least 10 burgers and other items were sitting at the counter getting cold. The server then had to grab a couple items at a time and find the corresponding number. Instead of filling the entire order on a tray, items were getting sent to the people in the wrong order. Tons of people were just sitting around staring at the 2 young female servers wandering around with a shake in their hand trying to deliver it in a packed room of 100 people. Burger was good when we got out, they gave our fries to people who ordered after us, and by the time we got our replacement we were finished with the burger..

BObby Flay's Burger Palace is exceptional. Tasty, but be consciousness of the "people" at the register. I gave them a hundred dollar bill and was shorted on the change. At first human error until I notice that it happened again. Employee scam see if people over look there change. Other than that great place.

They have an interesting variety of burgers/ toppings, though I think a few of them are overcomplicated. I've tried a few different ones, and they all seem to have toppings on the acidic side (very vinegary) - some sour is good for balance, but for my taste it's too much. Sides are well cooked (if not overly generous). Kids like it, especially with the milkshakes. This location (Paramus) gets very busy at lunch and dinner.

Burger cooked perfect I watched my food sit for almost 20 before I asked when I would get it my fries were cold I told the server guy fries were cold then I watched him take them away and bring the same col fries back NOT COOL BURGER WAS WARM NOT HOT BUT BY THE TIME I got it I didn't care cooks are on point some servers only like serving a particular race. I have eaten here a few times before over the course of the last few years and I was never really blown away by the whole trip until yesterday when I stopped by with my sister on Mother's Day and pretty much figured that I was going to be customarily underwhelmed when I ordered a Philly Burger with double beef cooked medium and an order of onion rings along with some Cherry Coke to drink and my sister had her usual turkey burger and the Undecided on the side. Apparently my preconceived notions and lukewarm attitude were way off base this time around because my burger was absolutely delicious and juicy and perfectly cooked to order, not to mention the fact that the onion rings were most definitely on point as well. Whoever they've got cooking back there really knows how to throw down some seriously good fresh food with love and pride and if I was somewhat neutral about Bobby's Burger Palace due to my unimpressive experiences on previous occasions, I can now honestly say that I have done a 360 degree turn and will be a faithful return customer from now on. This is the most convenient place to eat in the casino. No long lines, no long wait for your food to be served. If you want a quick delicious bite as you're pining to get back to the blackjack and craps tables, you can't do better than Bobby's. I always go for the green chili burger and cheese fries.

Satisfies burger craving! Tasty burgers. Shakes are really good too. Did not wait long for food. Iced Tea was a good beverage option. Freshly brewed. Disappointing to find out the the restaurant's rewards card is discontinued. & sat at counter, had quik view into kitchen whenever door swung open, & saw that floor was filthy, & while I was there it was not addressed, almost killed my appetite. Very loud and echoey. Food presentation was poor like McDonalds bad. Wait staff seemed more interested in joking with other staff than providing a quality experiance for the guests. The food came out and was not as tasty as you would think. When you pay for an expensive burger you expect the food to be good and the staff attentive. Hadn’t been here in a couple of years and went on March 14, 2019. Staff was great but burger was tasteless. I’ve been here a number of times and thoroughly enjoyed the burger. I think the burger was reheated and was dry and tasteless. Condiments seemed watered down. Very disappointed with the food.

Awesome service and presentation, the food tasted great and it was open on a Tuesday night when majority of the restaurants at Mohegan Sun were closed. The food was good, more variety than your typical burger restaurant, moderately priced and everything we ordered was fresh and cooked to our specifications.

Not only were the burgers delicious, they were presented well. They actually looked like the pictures posted on instigram and the website by the organization. That is care in the kitchen. Burgers prepared perfectly to order with a great combination of flavors. The Mulberry Street Burger (May burger of the month) was fabulous. The green chili burger from the main menu had pickled onions along with the green chilies, just a great flavor. Had to have fries and onion rings, both well cooked. Service is feindly and knowledgeable. A must try!

Went there last week and had. LA Burger with avocado and chicken excellent. The parking could be little rough. Because she have Whole Foods there and all the stores there too. The service was excellent. When the food came out. It was nice and hot. The onion rings was awesome to came out with this source dipping sauce. That was great to. And the price wasn't too bad. They have different varieties I love hamburgers they got turkey, chicken, and beef .. the chicken was so tasty.

This is a restaurant that's between a fast food chain like McDonald's and an elite burger place like Emily's. The burgers are amazing. They have so many options to choose from and you can do all types of customizations to your order. (It doesn't state it in the menu but they are completely cool with it). Burger of the month is also a great concept they have, those burgers never disappoint. The rewards program is also great, customers receive $10 off of their next purchase everytime they reach 100%, which only takes a few weeks for me. The staff is very friendly, and talkative. However, the tables, chairs, and the bathrooms definitely could be much cleaner. And the fries could be better with slight cooking or ingredient improvements.

Best burgers anywhere! BBP is our go to eatery whenever we are in the area. The Mulberry Street burger is my fave when it's the burger of the month. Otherwise the crunchified classic is always a good choice, I get medium. The fries are awesome and the sweet potato fries are delicious. You can't go wrong and the prices are wallet friendly.

Very disappointed!!! This used to be our favorite, but last 4 times the burgers have been subpar..dry and seems like they are precooked and reheated and fries are stale..today my egg on burger was ice cold and bacon cold. My husband's burger was so cold the cheese was not even melted all the way and bacon burnt and cold! Manager came over and his response was he had just got there and did not know why our food was cold. To be honest it does not matter when you arrive to work you come to a customer for a problem dont make excuses. Make it right. This place definitely does not cook the food fresh to order .

We loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. For those that haven't been here, you stand in line (and there was quite a line the entire time we were there), order/pay, then get seated. All group seating, but with enough space for yourself. The food was very unique and tasty. Only negative is that the food was a bit salty. Overall, we enjoyed and would go back!

Great burger spot. Always spot on with how I want my burger cooked. To date I have never had a bad bite here. Only thing about this place that hurts it is the seating. Space is waisted everywhere with the zig zag design of things. Place is usually packed so you have to get there at 12 or wait till after 1. This is a go to burger spot for me. I will return as usual

This place is a pretty good stop over if you're in the area, the food is prepared fresh, the sauces are phenomenal and the French fries are addictive! I don't really have any complaints, as everything was solidly good, but I didn't find the burgers mind blowing. That being said, compared to many of the other more casual options in the area this is a real winner. If you want something sort of fast, filling and that won't leave your wallet devoid of the green paper that drives so many of our decisions, I can recommend stopping by. I wouldn't lose any sleep if you've been missing out on the experience though.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with Avocado and lettuce, they forgot the lettuce. I also ordered a crunch salad they forgot the tortilla chips. The chicken burger had too much pepper.

My favorite burger place hands down. If you like a rare burger, this is the place. My favorite is the Philly Burger. Cherry peppers make it a little spicy. The fries are what every perfect food should have, crunchy on the outside and a little soft on the inside.

They messed up my wife's order three times and she left without eating. Wanted well done and the meat came back rare each time. Will not return since so many other burger joints are available in the area

Wonderful turkey burger, it had avocado relish cheddar cheese and watercress. It was hot and wonderful just only had a smudge of avocado relish

Burgers were ok, sweet potato fries were delicious. Expected a knockout burger from Bobby Flay's restaurant but it just tasted like a regular burger. Maybe will try a different combination next time.

A little confusing as if it was a restaurant but turned out to be more of a grab and go fast food service. Food was incredible, worker morale was bleh...seating was limited if you have a group. Overall was very impressed with food would go back!!

Amazing burgers!! Seriously the best place to eat in all of Mohegan Sun. Seems crazy but it's true. Probably the best burgers I have ever eaten. The sauces are also pretty awesome. Great flavor. If you have overlooked this place when gambling, don't. Your taste buds can't afford to miss out on this one!

Great burgers. Very tasty , and you can tell the beef is fresh, not frozen. Delicious milk shakes. The onion rings are amazing. Crispy and light. Clean, friendly staff. Alittle pricey but well worth it when in the mood for a burger

I have a feeling they went downhill lately. The last couple of times I had to send back the burgers. I noticed they also changed the crew. Either the burger was over or under cooked. When ordered fries, they sat on the kitchen counter waiting the burgers to catch up and reached the table cold. And then there’s the bacon scenario: when I didn’t get it as an add first and asked for it, it was served totally cold. I spoke to the manager ( Peter Baron) and was told that their policy is to pre-cook in the morning and keep bacons on trays. Which is fine. But they should be pre-heated and served warm, like I had it numerous times before when store opened and they did pay attention to quality.

I would like to think that the cashier dark hair pale girl (Samant) is a germaphobe but I truly feel she has a problem with African Americans. I watched her deal with 2 customers after me 1 black couple and 1 white family and she uses the tips of her fingers (almost as if she is grossed out) to pass receipt and change to black people. The white family she had no problem with contact. This is unacceptable! I’ve come here several times the service was always good hence my 3 star review. Making a customer feel uncomfortable is not good for business. The manager of this establishment should keep an eye on her!

It's burgers done right. Cooked to temperature of liking (medium rare) and served on a Martin's roll with sesame seed (the only bun a burger should be served on). Pistachio milkshake is delectable.

Several visits this burger tasted terrible and had a big hard chunk and flap of something indescribable inside. Money refunded no issue with that but ruined appetite it was totally disgusting and no clue what was in the burger!

There is not a Bobby’s Burger Palace near where my party is from but we have watched Bobby Flays shows and could not wait to try this place. We passed through on vacation and got there for dinner Friday and lunch today, which is Sunday. I see many comments about service. All the servers were great and friendly except the cashier on Friday. Perhaps he was just busy because it was dinner time but we told him we were from out of town and rather than help us figure out what we want, he just stood there almost as if we were bothering him. Anyways, as I said, the servers were great. In fact, Sunday, the cashier took the time to suggest food to us and even provided suggestions on what to take home. The food was outstanding because of the way it was arranged with the toppings and textures. The flavors were on point. The fries I had Friday and the onion rings I had Sunday were probably the best cooked that I’ve ever had in that they were perfectly crispy and I was once a Five Guys manager. Also, the milkshakes were creamy and full of flavor. I definitely hope they open up a Bobby’s Burger Palace near Pittsburgh! Thank you for a great experience!

Philadelphia and Dallas are my favorites. Food is great, service is a wonder. Ask for extra pickes and they will give a plate of pickles. With sweet potatoes fries and vanilla milkshake as desserts, you wont need to go anywhere else.

Disappointing! Bobby FAILl! Ordered the LA burger. The gimmick potato chips on the burger were "grocery store level". The stars were the sweet potato fries and lemonade. I think burgers from 5 Guys and In and Out Burger(west coast) are better and cheaper!

Burgers and fries are always Yum! Today the customer service was also quite exceptional. There was a young man by the name of Bob who was greeting everyone with a smile and then later asking how their meal was and whether they needed anything else. I had to ask him whether he was the manager and to my surprise he said no. This gentleman is definitely going above and beyond. Thank You for making our visit pleasant

Great place for a good burger. I don’t normally eat the roll but like to order it normally so the roll can absorb some of the grease. Have to say it was cooked perfectly the way I ordered it and it was pretty darn deliciousness. Wouldn’t mind coming again. Didn’t order the pistachio shake cause they were out so I settled for water. Plus the burger sauce... whatever it is ... it’s pretty good!
