This place is exactly what I needed. I am training at Rational Acoustics and the hotel breakfast was the pits. The waitstaff is made up of strong, friendly women that understand both the quick breakfast-then- run AND the leisurely slow breakfast. Sunnyside eggs perfect, crisp bacon. It reminds me of everything good about small towns in America.

Slow, poor, service. Waited for breakfast, while my group had theirs. English muffins were forgotten, beside my overpriced $12 omelet. My pancake was forgotten. Eventually arrived cool to the touch. Received apologies from overwhelmed, but pleasant waitress. Left feeling hungry and disappointed. Never again.

Save your time, money and health and go to The Shire 2 seconds down the road. Bills has changed. The breakfast used to be great, the past 5 times my S/O and I went there our breakfast was cold, egg whites runny and hash browns wet and greyish. I understand that there are rough days but it is consistent now, i decided to compromise and just get egg and cheese on a bagel with a little hash browns instead of meat and the waitresses act like im speaking another language and the cooks made it clear they do not like orders like that. It was a last resort until I went to a company breakfast at bills and we all ended up sick later in the day. Not worth it.

After a bad experience here I have never come here again and actually have blown people off when they said they were going there. Horrible service and I make a better breakfast myself than they make.

The cockroach's are atrocious!! If you sit at the bar long enough you will see one or two skitter across the bar top and across the towels that never get redipped in cleaning solution. The muffins are always handled by people who don't wear gloves at all and handle the dirty money and dirty dishes. I've heard the owner/manager yelling more than a handful of times at his workers and making comments about customers as well. The food always makes me sick even after they re hire the same cooks that they fired after they come back from jail. very unprofessional and quite frankly, how is it that easy to mess up Sysco food?! I only gave this place 1 star because the owner deserves the pity.

I was not impressed with the food here. My husband ordered a pastry and hash browns, I had the Irish eggs benedict. I'm used to getting this on a crisp english muffin from other places - here it was served on something like a soft white bread (ick). The hash and sauce were only ok, the eggs were cooked as ordered (soft poached). My husbands pastry could have come from the grocery store and the hash browns were muchy. Coffee, again, was just okay. Wont be back soon.Cost was $20 plus tip.

One of the best if not the best breakfast places in town. A huge inventory of handmade breads and pastries, friendly staff and delicious foods scores this establishment 5 stars across the board. It is very popular for the young and old so do not be suprised that it is busy and you have to wait for a table. Everything is freshly made to order and pact with a lot of flavor.

My family and I have been coming here for years. It's probably our favorite breakfast spot. Its always cozy, nice spot to just eat and talk with family and friends. I always order their veggie omelette but decided to go with the classic eggs Benedict and a blueberry pancake. My dad ordered a bagel, home fries, and eggs. Both orders were so good. The bagel and pancake are made there and taste so fresh. The eggs Benedict was really good. The blueberries in the pancake were do delicious and the coffee is good. I've also bought some of their muffins as well and those are so yummy. The service is good here too, the waitresses are always attentive and nice.

Well i dont even know where to start. This is by far my absolute favorite breakfast place! Yes they get VERY busy and yes Iv waited 30mins for setting before but its WORTH the wait, if there is one. They bake their own breads, muffins, cakes and pastries and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND u buy some to take home. They offer sausage patties or links and their links are by far the best iv had. The staff are always busy and rushed but yet very nice and pleasant. Iv never had a bad meal here. I truly love this place so much!!

Great breakfast and lunch! Spend a little time reading which vegetables are included and you may change your mind before you order! Fruit pancakes, omelettes, sandwiches, burgers and wraps, with a host of sides. Most items are under $10, so try something new to you from the Specials Menu! Two entrances lead into the main dining area from the surrounding parking lot. There is a serving counter near the dessert display, and adjacent to the secondary dining area with the coffee pots. I believe you may respectfully self serve coffee, but I continued walking to greet some friends.

We have been coming here for 5 years now. Awesome service. Same staff members. Food is consistent. We always sit in the large booths in the back half of the restaurant. Everyone is very accommodating. You will get everything you expect and then some. I tried numerous things, from the omelets, blt, pancakes, muffin, steak, home fries, hash brown, and everything was delicious. Everything is made to order so it comes out really fresh. My kids love it. The servers are good at what they do and make sure you have everything you need. Sad to say I’m moving to NYC soon, but I will do my best to return when I come back to Putnam to visit.

Me and my partner were in the area and decided to give this place a try due to the ratings, well it was worth it! We love finding mom and pop places and this one is going on our list. The food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. But what makes this place stand out is they make their own English muffins! Not to mention all the food that is made from scratch like the hash! The prices are really good as well. I recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely go back regularly.

They bake all their own bread products and have a special english muffin of the month and coffee of the month. Last month I had blueberry coffeecake coffee and it was heavenly. Their english muffins are perfect (never again will I buy Thomas's when I can stop by Bill's down the street), and their muffins are amazing. Half of them have flavored fillings. I'm not much of a breakfast person but even I look forward to Bill's breakfast. The place itself is small and plain, but the food and coffee (hot or iced!) totally makes up for the lack of atmosphere.

Just ate there with my daughter and grandson 35$ check....my eggs had to go back because they were raw ..sent back 3 eggs over easy got 2 back but still paid for 3 ....my daughter had chocolate chip pancakes 1 st one good and one raw in middle smh who ever is cooking for them isn't very good.....
