I love B. Good. However today’s experience was one star worthy. The cashier was on his phone with earbuds in. Usually I wouldn’t mind, but when there’s a huge line at lunchtime behind me, I’d like to order. Then, he proceeded to not reply to my “thank yous” and “have a good days”. What he did say and how he spoke was snarky and rude. The food was good.

I got the kale , Brussels sprouts and beets salad which was great but I kept getting a crunchy/gritty noise like dirt when I was chewing . I hope it was not dirt as I inspected the kale and did see some grit on it. Guess I’ll know if I’m sick later but alittle skeptical to return which is sad as I loved this place.

Good food, but a little pricey for fast food. Worth it to support local farmers though. Buffalo burger and asparagus was quite good. Dining area is very minimalist. I liked the open concept kitchen. Super slow service. We were the only order when we went on a Sunday afternoon and still took a long time for our food to be ready. The ketchup dispenser had mustard in it and the mustard dispenser had barely anything in it. I go on to ask for ketchup to the employee standing behind the counter and she keeps insisting to keep pushing the dispenser even if I kept telling there is no ketchup in it! so no ketchup, soggy fries, okay burger, and an indifferent employee.. Sad I am writing this review as I've been to the Boston location and food and service were really good there.

I had the Spicy Avocado and Lime (at the recommendation of a worker) with super-grain mix and chicken and, even after a long ride home, it was great (although, not very spicy). My 3-year-old kept asking for bites until I had to cut him off after I decided to throw some Sriracha on it to liven it up a little. My wife got a Chicken Sandwich as a West Side with a gluten-free bun and an acai berry smoothie. She said it was very good. We shared the real fries and they could have used a little salt and/or ketchup, but would have been a little less healthy, probably. Maybe some finely chopped salsa should be provided with the fries for a little flavor? The workers weren't the most helpful...as I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to "notice" I was waiting to get a cup of water to go. If they were crazy busy or something, I'd not even mention it...but I was the only person in the restaurant at the time and three different workers were bantering even after I'd made eye contact with two of them once or twice each. If it were much longer, I'd have been a little more forward, but the wait for no reason was a bit of a bad taste. Luckily, the food made up for it!

Had a burger, fries and a smoothie. Bless their hearts, the employees were nice and seemed to be working quite hard, but service was fairly slow and somewhat disorganized. Most restaurants in the US would call their burger a large slider; the patty and bun were of excellent quality, but I do not feel it was large enough to justify the cost. Their fries were not bad, though they seem to expire quickly, and need to be enjoyed immediately out of the oven (where they are finished, instead of in the fryer). The smoothie (strawberry banana) was, essentially, a cup of chilled Greek yogurt, and offered little in the way of palatability. I feel as though I was doing it wrong, and should have ordered differently, however, judged on the merits of the food I did order, this restaurant did not deliver on its promise of being a better alternative to standard fast food offerings.

The service is consistently poor at this location. I frequently have to ask if the food sitting packaged behind the counter is mine, and I’m often met with “uh, yeah. Way overpriced for what you get, very disappointing. I built my own burger, and after being undercooked to my liking and paying extra for bacon, cheese, and avacado, my burger priced in at just about $13 bucks. Sadly I got one peice of bacon broken into two pieces, aprox. 1 tablespoon of mashed avacado, and a burger slightly smaller than my palm. If you charge EXTRA for things, you should probably create fair portions.

I called my order in ahead of time and when I went to pick it up, I paid but wasn't given my food for over 10 mins. The bag with my food in was sitting in the kitchen, in plain view, while 4 members of staff chatted. I asked how long my food would be and they said that they had no orders in. I finally was handed the bag with the contents completely cold, fries were stale and the avocado lime bowl was simply disappointing. Won't be coming back.

I am very disappointed with the current quality of service and food at this B.GOOD location. I used to go here all the time as I loved the food, especially the salads and bowls, and it was always quick and convenient for me. Over the last year it has changed. Every time I call it either gives me a dial tone (no hold option) or rings and rings but nobody picks up. It has been months since I was last able to place a successful phone order. The food quality has gone down significantly. I find wilted/old veggies in my orders now and the last bowl I got was 50% rock hard rice. I thought I was going to break a tooth. Other locations such as Burlington have remained great though.

Went here because I had catering from my office and loved the "spaghetti and meatballs." When I went to the front, a worker was on the phone trying to resolve an issue from a customer while there were 3 other staff waiting for her to finish so they could hear the drama. I waited around 3 minutes before making eye contact with one of the workers and asked if they were closing and got to finally order. Got my food quick and it was delicious. I found a bundle of what looked like nose hair in it though which stopped me from eating it. Sorry if I offended anyone but I wanted to place an order! Needless to say, I will not be going at this location any further.

B.Good is consistently a pleasant visit. The quality of the chicken they serve is excellent. I've been here a few times and the staff is always sweet and friendly. The floor and tables are kept clean. Prices are typical for the area. To go meals are wrapped and then placed in a small convenient-sized brown paper bag. B.Good is definitely worth a visit.

Good food. Very expensive (see receipt). $10 rice bowl, $3.00 to add some chicken. $3.00 for a can of flavored sparkling water. Way overpriced in my opinion. And where I sat smelt like some sort of cleaning chemical. Sour sort of smell, like vomit or watered down bleach smell. A little sticky in there. But it's not a dive bar, so they should figure that out.

Well for starters the kitchen was littered with trash and the colors of the walls were tacky. I ordered a buffalo sandwich with chicken plus regular fries and a Caesar salad. When I finally got it after 20 min the salad alright but there was a gross corn kernel that looked like it was dropped in dirt and picked up and shoved in my salad. Then the chicken sandwich was ok but could use a little work. The regular fries were pretty bad and we got a load of sweet potato fries as well, 2 or 3. The logo looks like someone barfed and put a few words on it.

B.Good is among my favorite local spots now to come and eat. The food is great and full of flavor. The best part is that it is healthy and made with quality ingredients from local sources. The staff here also creates a welcoming environment unparallel to any spot in the area. Not even in some of NYC's finest restaurants have I been treated so kind. The staff always says hi and good bye and has a positive upbeat attitude. In addition, I met the owner Matt who very a nice gentlemen and we chatted for quite some time. The only shame is that many people on google complain about the time in which it takes to receive your food here. However, I'm not sure many people take into account the care and quality that goes into every dish here. This isn't McDonalds... things aren't just heated in a microwave and wrapped up. Cons: relatively expensive however, you can’t put a price on Real, Healthy food. you get what you pay for, portions are fair if your a moderate eater. Being a fitness person, I was excited to see this place focusing so much on healthy options. The menu is simple with plenty of options and the calories are listed next to the meal. Unfortunately that's where the positives stop. I ordered a double burger sandwich and a strawberry honey smoothie. The burger was burnt, the buns were too wet and were falling apart, there were barely and condiments/veges on the burger it was basically just burnt meat and wet bread. Because of this it obviously didn't taste great. The strawberry/ honey smoothy was very tart/sour and didn't taste at all like I expected it to be. It was also served in a tiny plastic cup and was $6. The entire price came out to be just shy of $20 for a burnt burger and a tiny sour smoothy. Maybe it was just an unlucky trip but there are plenty of other health-minded places to get food for more realistic prices

They either have to add something so I wait, or its just sitting behind the counter. Food is excellent, high quality, and healthy. I've had the burgers, they're excellent, but I go there for the bowls. The bowls are probably a foot across. They will leave you completely full, but without feeling stuffed. Price with chicken added is about $13. Paired with a 4 Petal cold pressed juice (which I think is the only place you can buy 4 Petal, I recommend the one with coconut milk, pineapple, and mint) comes out to about $18. Not exactly cheap for fast casual, but worth every penny for the fresh ingredients. Wish there were more locations.

I can't believe how bad my experience was at b.good in Ridgewood. First of all the place was nearly empty 6 pm on a Friday. I ordered a burger and fries. The only thing i tasted on that dried out disgusting burger, was the burnt bun. The fries seemed like they were cooked for 10 seconds. They were limp,cold and the taste and consistency of a raw potato. Food was sooo bad I threw out half my burger and 90% of my fries. Good waste of $11 +. You may of thought I was finished but not quite. The staff is awful and dirty. 1 young employee who was sweeping the floor and talking her ass off to another employee, swept with her gloves on and touched food without changing them. There was a african american male that kept coming to the front and grabbing stuff and poping it in his mouth, with gloves on of course. This place has horrible burgers and fries and very unhealthy and lazy employees. I will never return and by how empty it was I bet others aren't and won't.

B. Good at the Fairfield location is the physical definition of all things bad. Highly disappointed with the Southwestern chicken dish I ordered. I have an allergy to tomato’s and gave specific instructions to not place them in my order. This isn't a pros and cons list it was straight up bad! The sign outside isn't appealing! Cost me $14 for a Chicken Sandwich & sweet Potato Fries. Took about 12 minutes maybe longer. I was expecting the fries to be sooooo good. Honestly they taste like feet! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever! The sandwich didn't have any flavor. Wendy's could of given me a better sandwich and that is $2 Well you wont see my beautiful face here again! Sincerely sick to my stomach!

This was my first visit. My experience was wonderful. Alicia has a warm personality and was very knowledgeable of items on the menu. The esthetics were appealing. Nice and spacious seating and clean. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!

Their burgers are good - better than a lot of the others. But their service just stinks. One time, i placed an online order. They claim they never got it and suggested I never pressed submit. Never got my burger and emails/calls to them about the 16 bucks on my card were never responded to. I decided to give them a try several months later hoping that things would be better as I do enjoy their burgers (and their brussel sprouts were really good when that was on the menu). But their service is not good. Most recently, we called in an order. I get there before it's ready. I watch them prepare my order (and it's not like I'm not sitting right there - they see me too) and they then take my bag and put it on the shelf and was about to go off and do something else. Care to announce that my order is ready or are we just sitting there for our pleasure? Had I been an introvert, I might have sat there while my food got cold. Also, for whatever reason, their milkshakes are a lot more like milk than shake - prehaps they premake them or something but 9 out of ten times it's like a chocolate milk. Get the burger, skip the shake, and keep an eye on these guys because they really don't care much about the service.

Seaport Online app never works. Order is always wrong and needs to be fixed at counter. Always forget something in the salad - good luck getting your egg and avocado in the salad. - Ordered 10 times - been right one time.

It's like waiting for potatoes to grow...Pressed Cafe around the corner was jammed with no open tables so we decided to try b.good again. There is a reason this place is always empty. There was one other table with 2 customers. We sat there waiting and waiting and waiting and honestly, it's hard to imagine 5 people that move slower in a kitchen. Our food took an unduly long time. The local source concept and the menu is great. Food quality very good. But the execution and service is awful. This place takes the "fast" out of "fast casual". My wife went back up to order fries right after we sat down. The fries came almost 25 minutes later after we were all done eating and half of them were not fully cooked. I don't see any reason we'll ever return. We'll get to Pressed Cafe earlier next time for a table.

Had a decent salad. A little annoyed it listed no cheese but came covered in it (please don't omit ingredients from menu!). Didn't find out until I was home and had to pick all off. Make sure to ask if your looking for a vegan item. Nice selection of healthy items though. Will try again.

I ordered the Mediterranean Chicken Greens and Grains Bowl. After undergoing bariatric surgery, I am only able to eat tiny amounts at a time, so I ended up taking most of it home. The portion sizes are good! Food was delicious. I really like the hummus that comes in the bowl. I will be coming back.

Yesterday was my first visit to B.GOOD. I wanted to try something different to eat and I was actually delighted that their menu listed all ingredients under each item. So, that helped me pick exactly what I wanted without having to ask questions about what I was ordering. But then as I was ordering a chicken ceasar salad wrap, the cashier said that they don't have meals. If I wanted a side and drink, I would have to order separately. Okay. So I order the wrap, fries, and a drink. My total comes to $15.01 which is a bit much. But okay, it's all about trying new things. I head over to their drink station which sported mostly almost empty lemonades and flavored drinks and a soda machine that had quickly been wiped down and smeared with sticky surfaces everywhere. After that I look for a place to sit, and even though the place is mostly empty from customers, the floors were dirty and tables too. But we found a table that wasn't too dirty, and we could just brush some crumbs off. So, I'm ready to try this food, and it was ready fairly quickly. So the whole idea of B.GOOD is to eat healthy and locally, take pride in their ingredients for fresh and delicious food. Right? Tell me why my chicken ceasar wrap contained SO MUCH wilted and brown salad greens? It was such a huge disappointment because while the chicken was GREAT, the wrap overall was not delicious and fresh at all because the lettuce was so bad. At first glance, it looked good. But I ended up having to take the wrap apart just to take most of the lettuce out of the wrap. $8.49 for the wrap alone. I can't believe that I was even served anything that looks like this, honestly. If It were me working here, I would have never served food that was rotted. Anyway, $3.29 for a small cup of fries that were hot, fresh, and seasoned nicely. Probably the best thing I ate were the fries. However, the fries won't have me running back any time soon.

We went here yesterday evening and I thought the food was great. And the portions were perfect. I got the butternut squash salad with chicken and every bite was so delicious! My son and his wife got burgers and they both really enjoyed them. The babies got a hotdog and grilled cheese from the kids menu and they loved the broccoli most of all. If I lived closer I would eat here all the time! The only complaint I have is that every single table was sticky and gross. They need to do a deep cleaning on them.

Took 20 minutes to get our food after ordering. Buns were burnt so I had them replace them and not toast them, but the new buns were cold and wet like they had been frozen. I hadn't noticed the fries until I got to the table. The fries were limp and soggy. And, their wifi did not work. For nearly $30 for two burgers, fries and drinks, I expect much better. Also, the burgers are tiny, dry and overcooked.

I go to B Good pretty often. Always a good and healthy choice. The staff is friendly and food is good quality. I’m very picky with food but I enjoy this place. There are plenty of locations around north jersey. I used to get the el guapo burger but they changed the menu now I get the chipotle chicken sandwich and sweet potosi fries well done. The shakes are great too.
