I was passing by this place during a road trip with my girlfriend and we wouldn’t be happier that we chose this place. We loved it! It has many different dishes of seafood chicken beef and it was hot and fresh, most importantly delicious. Only the crab wasn’t good that day, it tasted very weird, but that’s the only small disappointment. Great service too! And the price man...We were so hungry and we ate like 5 plates not including fruit and dessert, and the bill was 27. You can’t beat it man, really. Overall very pleasing experience especially I was very hungry and tired because of all the driving I did that day lol. I would definitely go again when I travel. By the way I am Chinese, you know the flavor is good when a Chinese-Chinese person actually likes Americanized Chinese buffet lol!

I have been looking for an Asian buffet place for a while, and I keep searching because I would prefer it to be closer to where I live, but this place is very consistent with good quality and the interior is clean. They are friendly and professional and make it well worth the drive. The number of dishes to select from is on the high end of standard, and a hibachi and sushi bar really leaves you lacking nothing. The price is surprisingly great, considering the high cost of operating in CT.

this doesn’t even deserve a star at all. there was barely any food in the pans when we arrived so they should just not accept customers or not even be open at that point. we paid $27 for scraps and barely any food. not to mention my boyfriend literally threw up when we got home. when we complained at the restaurant, the manager and some of the servers ignored us & barely said anything back to us. they know what they’re doing. all they care about is the money and not your satisfaction. plenty of other buffets, don’t go here.

It is not a good place anymore. They did not have enough food to accommodate. We went around 630, which is prime time. I am not expecting to go there again anytime soon. Hibachi server was Mexican, whom asked me if I speak Spanish, like we are expected to speak Spanish in Wallingford area lol. He was also very rude, since I questioned frozen meat that had a shade of green in it. I asked if it was mold, starting to form? He replied it's all fresh and then he muttered something in Spanish, which I definitely think was a bad word. Never again

They charged us for our 2 year old. Yes, they charged $1.99 but the principle is worth much more than that. There is no signage depicting the age for paying for a child nor is there signage regarding a child price. Not to mention, how much can a 2 year old eat? Not as much as the food they throw out that people waste. When I asked the waitress about the charge she went to her boss. She returned and said “My boss say he eat, he pay.” When I asked where their signage was in regards to the rules for paying for children the “boss” looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language. What a terrible way to run a business.

I have eaten at this location several times. Overall I would say to be fair, the food is a three-star experience. From time to time though depending on how busy the place is, food can sit for a while in the buffet trays And lose its appeal. But for the most part it comes out regularly and is fresh. I look forward to the day when they update their menu a little bit. The staff is generally friendly and courteous. They like other dining establishments are feeling the pain of increased costs, as they have raised their prices a few times in the last year. But the pricing is on car with other area Chinese buffet restaurants. But they are bumping up against some of the local establishments that have table service like 99 restaurant which is now less expensive with better food.

Nasty! Shortly after 4 pm and the prices went higher for dinner but nasty, stale, room temp food was all there was. I mostly filled up on sushi and was thankful I didn't get sick. The health department would have likely shut them down if they'd walked in. Service was almost non-existent because it was slow so they just clustered and talked with each other. Our experience here has been up and down, more down than up, but this is the last time we're wasting money; the drive down to Asia Pacific in Wallingford is worth the extra few minutes.
