If you have food allergies this is the place to go I spoke on behalf of a friend with food allergies to the manager/owner and he took the time to go through the entirety of all questions I asked to make sure the food was safe for my friend with the allergy he definitely went above and beyond. All in all I hardly ever give a 5-star review but because he took the time make sure that my dining experience with friends was safe first of all you're delicious this restaurant gets a five-star I would definitely recommend it good job out there customer service very pleased

It's bad food that's precook and not even heated all the way through before it's given to you. If you have limited funds and cannot be picky about taste, go here for a bite to eat.

Used to love this place..now? They charge $3 for a drink and you can't even get a refill?? How sad is that? Spent $50 on 2 people and my steak was dry and couldn't even get a refill on my drink?! Couldn't even get water without paying for it..this place has gone down the tubes

Great price, awful food. Walked in and was confused. Stood in the front of the resteraunt for about 2 minutes before I realized you serve and seat yourself with a number cafeterias style. Ordered a bacon cheese burger medium rare. It's obviously a frozen patty because the outside had a heavy char and the inside was very raw. It was only $4 for the burger, but it was inedible. The bacon was alright, it's the only part I ate, sadly. Cheese not even melted just thrown on top after. It's called American steakhouse but everything at the salad bar was HEAVILY covered in cilantro which I personally can't stand in large amounts and has NO relation to American food in any way. Maybe they do steaks better than burgers, but I probably wouldn't go back after that. Salad bar doesn't have simple items like carrots or ceasar dressing. I went here to avoid going to a fast food joint, but that's exactly what it felt like I got.

We went there and ordered two medium steaks. When the food was brought to our table, we noticed the steak was overcooked and most of the meat became carbon. We asked the manager to come and take and look and told him we can't eat this carbon meat. The manager said it was supposed to be like that. We didn't eat the steaks for the sake that we didn't want to risk get cancer. We never went there again.

Steak was overcooked, teriyaki chicken was bland chicken with sauce on top, obviously not marinated, and to top it off I was forced to pull off the highway on the way home to find a restroom. Will never be returning to this place. Friendly staff though.

This was a find on a road trip. My spouse and I saw it when we'd pulled off for gas and as it was the day before our anniversary we thought it would be nice to have a steakhouse experience. That was not what we found. They had all the makings of a steakhouse but weird. It was like fast food steak. You walk in and instead of being sat at a table and handed a menu you walked up to a counter and ordered your steak and potato or sweet potato, paid for it and were given a number to set on the table. You then could get soup and salad from the salad bar (mostly unlabeled). The food came and it was good but the entire experience felt rushed. They did have people to bus tables but the whole thing was very odd.

Food was good for price, ordered a #1 $8.99 (8 oz. sirloin, baked potato and garlic bread). Was excited to enjoy all you can eat salad bar. However, was let down when I found out they do not have Ranch or Caesar dressing. Was VERY disgusted when I saw people going back to the salad bar to refill their dirty plates. THIS IS NOT SANITARY!!! There were no additional plates or bowls at the salad bar. Maybe they randomly fall from the sky or something. Got frustrated when food was delivered because I had to carry my plate up to the nasty salad bar to get sour cream for baked potato. The garlic bread was half of a sandwich roll. Finally, was also enraged after realizing they don’t give free refills for soda. Would only suggest this place to someone if they were insanely craving steak and broke.

I have came here on many different occasions because my wife likes the salad bar, I on the other hand hate this place!! They always mess up my order, if I ask for rare they give me burnt. The cuts of meat are always different some days there smaller than what one remembers and others they’re unimpressive. They’re shrimp are old and stiff, like much of the side orders I’ve asked for. My experience with this place is not good, I will not be coming back.

Great food at a great price. You get to choose your food from the wall above the counter and it is not only limited to steak. They also serve ribs, chicken and shrimp. Though I never seem to get anything besides the 24 ounce porterhouse. You grab a tray, place your order, slide down, grab any extra sides, desserts or drinks (additional cost). They will give you your food or a number and deliver it to your table when it is ready. You pay and go find a table. All the meals include the buffet. The buffet includes a fully stocked salad bar and a warm section of one or two soups and some extra sides. You never leave hungry.

I would give them NO stars! But the only way people would see this if I put the five stars cause it will be put on the top! Be careful when you eat the salad! We found a bug, two bugs at that! And we told them, we didn't ask for a refund or nothing! We just told them they should change their salad cause there is bugs in it and all the do is put the new salad on top of the old bug salad !

Their food is great at the given peice. If u order a steak, they let u use salad bar(not sure for other menus and lunches). The only concern i had with the food is that i asked for 'medium' but it didnt came out as 'medium' it was more of 'well done'. But other than that food was good and liked the no rush atmoshpere. So u can enjoy a steak with side+drink+salad bar for under $20.
