Weinerschnitzel has been here for a long time. You can drive through or order at the front window. Old fashion hot dog goodness. I love their chili dogs and their Chicago Hot dogs. Hubby loves their hamburgers or polish sausage sandwiches.

This is the BEST location I have ever been to! Food is always fresh, hot and tasty. Whenever I need a chili cheese fry fix I come here and they ALWAYS make sure the fries are loaded no matter if it's a regular or large! I have not been disappointed here yet. Great staff and hot food.

I went there last night...ordered two fries, two chili cheese dogs and a burger. Cost me $16 and some change, which seemed high. Never got cheese on my burger that I had to pay extra for. The gal taking my order was rude, never responded to my conversation whatsoever, completely ignored me. Then at 1am until mid day today I've been suffering from stomach cramps and severe diarrhea. If we must pay $3.20 for a simple burger it should be quality meat not just grease packed together to make a patty to tear your guts up for several hours afterwards. Horrible. Never again.

Normally this place is very good but tonight was not one of them. The young man working the drive thru didn't have his headset on and had in fact forgotten all about it. Needless to say we waited several minutes for someone to notice we were even there. But this was not typical and their service is usually very friendly and customer oriented. The food is delicious but fairly pricey.

Now that they serve burgers, chicken, and tamales, it is a great option for fast food. Plus, everyone who works here is incredibly courteous and friendly. I go with my dad who is a retired veteran and they go out of their way to help him. Once when the soda machine was out of Dr Pepper, they gave him a refund, apologized, and called him sir. Now any time I want to take my dad out for lunch, he insists on this Wienerschnitzel.

So let me start by saying I like the food but the rest of my family of four does not. So I felt happy when they let me have my way of letting me eat here. We orderd thw $25 dollar meal deal. We were asked if we wanted our frys regular or with chili and cheese on them and nothing was said about additional charges and we said yes so when our meal cost came out to $34 something we were shocked. So just ask about additional costs if you are on a budget. Other than that our food came out quickly but the attitude of the workera was more of an in a hurry kind rather than smiling kind.

They were really light on the cheese on the chili cheese dog and the chili cheese fries, the drink sucked, and me and my buddy were getting a bunch of food so they checked his ID and his card, as if we had stolen someone's debit card. I hadn't eaten there in a while so is expecting a delicious unhealthy meal but it sort of sucked. Wasn't as good as I remember.

My go-to Chili fries place. Try the bacon ranch chili fries and you will come back over and over again. They do have some specials throughout the year, currently they got the cereal shakes and the pastrami. They also have big group meals that you can choose from. If you like coupons, u can sign up for their Weiner Lovers' Club, you'll get a free chili dog the minute u join, then ur given a special coupon for ur bday and will send u promotions.

It's okay it's not bad it's pretty run-down though and while it's not overly dirty I think the dim lighting and sad strip mall make it seem kind of dingy I think they have a drive-thru and the food's not bad I mean it's nothing to Rave about but it's not gross and I've never had a problem there the staff isn't overly helpful but not overly unhelpful either just a bunch of teenagers behind the counter so I mean what do you expect it's an okay place less than mediocre at best

First time at Wienerschnitzel in GJ. Food was warm at best. Fries were half-cooked. I also was unaware there was a chili and cheese shortage on the western slope. It was like someone lightly dabbed my dog with chilli, then flicked some cheese in it's direction. You may same a couple cents per customer being cheap with the toppings, but you'll also have less customers.

Don't come here often, as I'm not usually a hot dog person. But I live in the area and every once in awhile the mood strikes me. Especially when they serve brats in the wintertime. So I can't say how it is "All the time" but every time I've ever been here, the store has been nice and clean and the service has been super friendly and efficient. I've never had anything wrong with my order. Not a fan of this style of fries, but that's a preference thing, not a quality thing. Overall, consistent and quite satisfactory.

They were slow getting our food to us and the fries and kraut dog was cold. The only woman working there had a bad attitude by the way she talked and looked.. The family of four that ordered after us got their food before us. They remade our fries and a young man was going to give them to us then the woman in charge told him to help the people thru the drive thru first. But he gave us the hot fries anyway ..Thank you young man. We have been to other wienerschnitzels and they have always been friendly and the food has been good. We will not go to this place on 9th East & 7063 So again.

The dining room was closed during posted open hours the first time I went there then the second time I went I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes not even moving but because of how the drive through is designed you’re stuck there the entire time because you can’t bail last minute anywhere without four wheeling over grass or crashing into the building. Instead you waste your entire 30 minute lunch break waiting in line and don’t even have time to eat. By the time I finally got to order, the cashier was rude and acted as if taking my order was like asking her to bend over backward despite only ordering two things. So basically the customer service was pretty awful too. Thanks weinerschnizel. Although this isn’t necessarily the workers fault, the parking lot is so awfully designed I also almost got hit by two different customers trying to back out of their parking spots so that was also pretty cool. *heavy sarcasm, in case you missed it

I don’t know who has to hear this but your employee that was working the night shift at 5:35, I walked in got two chili dogs, and when I got to my car I looked at how perfect that employee folded them and the part that really tripped me out was that the wrappers were clean no chili spilling on the wrapper or being smashed! They were so perfect, you guys just made my life just that better to keep moving forward, and that there is always hope out in this world after all! Thanks Wienerschnitzel employee for completing a small part of my life and Existence! (the hot dogs were alright, but the presentation was just so on point) that’s why I will give you 5 shiny stars for presentation!

Kinda upset. Got a chicken sandwich combo and asked if I could upgrade fries to chili cheese fries and upgrade my drink to a real fruit lemonade they said yeah when it came time to pay they didn't even do it as a combo and me just paying the little difference they charged me for each thing completely seperate. I am usually very pleased with the service and food from this location, except for my most previous visit. The older woman was very rude and seemed super agitated with her job when taking my order. After paying the woman basically tossed my food into my vehicle and immediately shut the sliding window. Can't remember her name, but she had a very distinctive accent. Used the drive through. They forgot my fries. I noticed after driving 15 minutes home. I called them to ask for a refund for the fries only. They apologized but couldn't credit me back the money unless I came into the store. The absurdity of that can not be overstated. I live 15 minutes from the place and it would cost me more in time and gas than it's worth to go get my refund. They could have just canceled my entire transaction or offered me some sort of free meal as an apology. Keep the $2.69 and I'll just not come back. There is a reason these places are going out of business.

Wiener schnitzel is always a great place to eat at. The employees are always nice and they get everything you need. However my only complaint is the smell. When you walk in it almost smells like a really old restaurant and almost like it just needs a little air freshener. Otherwise this place is great. I got some chili cheese fries one time and completely forgot to grab a fork. After I was done with those fries my hands were covered in chili. But they were good.

Had never eaten at a wienerschnitzel until recently, decided to try it after seeing the fish n chips advertised. The ads looked great and showed a decent sized amount of fries and golden battered fried fish served in a newspaper as you may get in a pub. What we got in the store was a hot dog clamshell container stuffed with a small amount of fries and two thin strips of fish about the size of a string cheese. Pathetic. Also had a regular kraut dog which was mediocre at best. Will not be returning. Could have gotten better fish at Arctic Circle for the same price or way better at Culvers for a little more.

I don't know how a business with so many employees present can be so dysfunctional. By the time I showed up, other customers were already frustrated with the wait time, orders that were given out before they even acknowledged I was there were wrong resulting in a mild confrontation between that customer and staff. The shift manager, rather than addressing the problem and apologizing just yelled from the back to refund the difference. I didn't even manage to get an order in. Staff was standing in place, arguing about timers and who's fault it is. Ultimately I left. I'm hoping this isn't normal for them, but I'm not sure I'll try again for awhile. Never stays open as their posted hours online! always closes 30 to 45 minutes early, just went there at 10:30 and all their lights outside were shut off at the drive-through but there was a guy inside and when I drove up to the window he would not look at me and I even tried calling them from my car and they did not pick up the phone. If you’re closed, that’s OK but make sure your information online is correct and if you don’t know how to change your hours on your Google listing maybe you should Google it or pay someone to fix it for you. This has happened a few times at this location and the first and grand location.

Upon entering the drive thru (Dec 22 about 9pm) I was greeted with a sign that stated: "danger! Entering the fast lane!" Well let me tell you that warning was far from accurate, it should have read, hope your not in a hurry.....I ordered one chili cheese dog, a chili cheese tamale also a strawberry Pinnapple lemonade...... Little did I know id be in the drive thru for just shy of 20 mins!?....I figured with only 2 cars in front of me this wouldn't be possible, maybe that car had a huge order.... No, i only saw one bag delivered to the driver, next car same thing, finally my turn, as I pull up to the window I'm not immediatel greeted, but after almost 2 minds I'm greeted with a less than enthusiastic "I'll be back with your order" after all this time id figured it'd be ready long before I reached the window. As I sorry there with a line building behind me I'm starting to feel like the guy holding up the line... What could possibly be talking so long?.... Finally given my order after what seemed like an eternity only to be told, they are working on your lemonade............. They? How many people does it take to or a drink? And why isn't it made already? Finally get the drink drive away with out so much as being told sorry for the wait, trying to hurry and make up time as I'm supposed to be on my way to pick up my fiance. Finally get to eat only to realize my "drink" is nothing more hardly than ice and some chunks of fruit at the bottom, literally drank about 2 1/2 gulps before there was no more liquid. I can but an entire Bag of ice for less than what I paid for this drink. The tamale was not great.... Just kinda a bad tamale covered in the regular chili and cheese. And the cheese wasnt hardly even melted... Same on the hot dog, usually the dogs are nuclear hot for what seems like forever before they cool down but not this one.... Apparently the chili wasn't even warm enough to melt it and the hot dog was cold, not like it cooled down cold, like the texture was that of never was completely cooked to begin with. As much as I love this franchise I will absolutely go out of my way to not stop at this one ever again and I'll be sure to spread the word as well....

Its unfortunate That I am giving this place a bad review, grew up loving this place. My grandmother and I visited there not to long ago, and we got horrible service and a screwed up order. I told the cashier that we didn't want any onions on our Chili Cheese fries, not only did the cashier forget to tell the cooks that, they also OVER LOADED them with onions. Knowing that they mess up from time to time, I checked before we even left the parking lot. Of course, the fries had onions on them. So I walked in, explained to them the problem and the fixed it. They were all pretty apologetic about the situation. What grosses me out the most is that one of the cooks wasn't wearing any type of gloves. She was making food with long fingernails that were dirty, kept scratching her arms, and touching her face!!!!! She even looked to be one of the managers. Then a younger employee kept saying "hahaha you messed up their food". over and over again!!! Not sure if we will ever go to this location. It just seems really nasty!!

The Manager who was a female is so inappropriate also the other assistant manager Eddie act belligerent towards you if you go in and try to fix an error that’s their fault they lie wile customers are present and they tend to have bad days, very moody and hostile toward customers. If you have concerns they refuse to give any information and make you leave this place is not clean nor profession on top of that they don’t wear hair nets. The tell you never to come to the store again unless if it’s their way because they got a manager position and can lie and tell a lie to make them have a good rep. I don’t recommend going here. Very rude kids working here. It took forever to get our food and while we were waiting I observed some extremely disgusting things. The place was a mess, the employees would touch dirty counters, dirty brooms, dirty computer screens and then prepare food without washing there hands or putting gloves on. One of the employees grabbed someone's food to serve it (after eating some of the fries) and her hair fell into there French fries. The kid preparing the food grabbed a hotdog bun with his bare hands and prepared it. If you want food poisoning then defanitly visit this place, otherwise stay away.....

The food is great! But when it comes to using credit cards the don’t know peoples right. I went to go get food there the other night with my mothers card because she was unable to and they wouldn’t let me. My mom was in law enforcerment for a very long time and she cared to tell me that you have a right to use your parents credit card with their permission, but they obviously don’t know that. I can definitely say that I won’t be coming back to this Wienerschnitzel.

If I could leave negative stars I would this place is a freaking joke watching them make food I watched the lady walk in the back come back grab chicken bare hands grabs some nasty looking tongs comes back to the registar for some reason and then proceeds to try and stick her nasty hands with no glove on and try to put that on my fries. Oooo that is when i lost it and told her she needs to remake it and put some gloves on and she said she just washed he hands when I watched her. I love Weinerschnitzel, and was very excited when my boyfriend said that's what he wanted for dinner tonight. I went to this particular location to pick up our order, and was very displeased with my overall experience, which was honestly probably my fault, because we have had negative experiences here before. First off, They had gotten rid of something that he wanted me to order for him. Which, I get it. It happens. And usually, it's a company thing, not a store thing. It was just frustrating when I had to sit there and figure out what else he would have wanted. I proceeded to order something else I thought he would want, and when I got to my order, I decided I wanted one of the new Nutter Butter shakes they were advertising all over the building. I asked for one, and was told they were out... Okay, I get that too. I've worked several customer service jobs, and you run out of stuff. Whatever. I ordered something else that I wanted, and when I got to the window, they took my money and then kept me waiting for about ten minutes when I was the only one there. However, after time, cars started lining up behind me. I'm sure that they were getting frustrated as well. At this point, I was starting to get upset. But finally, they got my food to me, and I brought it home. We sat down for dinner, and I realised, they had messed up my order after all that. I specifically asked for "no mustard", and they had smothered it in mustard. It's literally all I could smell, and mustard is probably the mildest scent of all of those ingredients on this particular menu item. I was so upset that I didn't even feel like eating it at that point. All I ate were my fries, which also weren't very good, because the cheese that was on them wasn't even melted because it was so stale. After spending over thirty bucks on two "fast food" meals, I could barely eat any of mine. I don't think I'll be going back to this location.
