Went there for breakfast and had the gyro breakfast plate and it was amazing. The gyro meat was very flavorful, the tzaziki is fresh and homemade and honestly the best I've ever had. I lived in Phoenix for 25 years and have had authentic Greek and Lebanese gyros and this place beats them hands down. Their coffee is quite good, the girl who seated us was very friendly and Sara, our server, was absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic. Probably the best family restaurant in Greeley. I had the biscuits and gravy eggs Benedict and it was yummy. The regular eggs Benedict hollandaise sauce is not that good and I would stay away from that but go with the biscuits and gravy. The pancakes are great and so are the waffles. Overall really nice and we will be back!

If you like wonderful home cooked meals you will love this restaurant. I worked for Sam, Momma and George, his parents would get up very early and have the potatoes on to boil. I had such respect for that hard working Greek Family, I wish they were open at night but they have a huge business for breakfast and lunch. I do not have a personal or business relationship with the current restaurant.

They do use a very old menu that doesn't look very professional and uses word art and doesn't clearly communicate or portray the food they are serving. Also they call hash browns American fries. Overall good place, good food, and good service

Decided to try something new and was disappointed in the food. Most of it had no taste to it. My French toast however just tasted sour. I took 2 bites and left my food. Waiter was friendly and price is decent but food was not so that's why I gave it a 3.

I really enjoy this breakfast spot. Easy, no thrills, hearty breakfast. Just started eating from their lunch menu as well. Their cook knows how to cook crispy bacon (fellow crispy eaters, you know what I mean). I enjoy their pancakes, as well as their croissant turkey sandwich. Excellent fries too!

The Paragon has wonderful comfort food breakfasts. My personal favorite is the "waffle combo" 2 eggs, choice of meat and a nice sized golden brown waffle. Service is prompt and considerate. I ALWAYS LEAVE FEELING THAT I GOT MY MONEY'S WORTH!

Best food I've had in Greeley. I've been here 3 times and each time the food blows my mind. I will be coming back here when I do decide to go out to eat. The customer service was okay, but let's be honest. Most of us don't go out to eat for the customer service . The only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is because each time I've been here I've had to ask for a different set of silverware because they were filthy. Sometimes chunks of what ever food might of been in the wash? Gross. They serve their menu all day long, weather it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Keep up the good work guys!

This is a great spot for breakfast. They have an extensive menu, and their servings are generous. On this trip, I had the steak and eggs special, which were both cooked to order perfectly. Their breakfast potatoes are also quite tasty, and the service was great. I definitely recommend checking out The Paragon.

The server was extremely friendly. Coffee was fresh and hot which is why I like going here. For the money, the best thing to have for breakfast is the chicken fried Benedict. Its chicken fried steak on top of eggs, biscuits, bacon, fried potatoes, all covered in gravy! It's very filling haha. And only around 3000 calories

Been here for breakfast several times and I just keep coming back! Chicken fried steak, steak and eggs, and omlets are the best in the area. Staff is always friendly and prices are more than reasonable. Parking can be a little tight, especially during the peak periods.

They have shortened their hours from the last time I was here which was several years ago. However, their food is as good as ever. Had the Denver omlet - it had a good amount of ingredients and tasted great with a generous helping of hash browns and toast. Great breakfast.
