Loved it!! We went for our 20th wedding anniversary and had an exceptionally time. In fact, It was absolutely, positively perfect! Exactly what we hoped for; a gorgeous location, romantic mountain charm with an elegant and intimate atmosphere, soft music playing, linen tables cloths and napkins and a small candle on the table. An in honor of our anniversary (and two other couples celebrating theirs as well) there were rose petals sprinkled on the table. The food was divinely delicious! The service was outstanding. We can't wait to go back! We won't be waiting another year though! Highly recommend this lovely little treasure.

This is my Mom and Dads favorite restaurant, I took them there for Father’s Day brunch and it was able to see why they love it so much. Fun little drive there, with an amazing view the restaurant is a house that’s beautifully laid out and the staff makes you feel welcome and like you’re at your friends place. The Food is amazing! You can tell that everything from the choosing of ingredients to the preparation of the food is handle with care and love.

Our son and family just bought a beautiful home in the Conifer mountains. We helped them move and wanted to find a nice place to celebrate our Anniversary. After asking around The Bistro came highly recommended. They had rose petals on the table, the service was amazing (KC and all the others) and the food was beyond delicious. I ordered a chocolate martini and just mentioned what I wanted in it and it was exactly how I hoped!! Thanks so much for making our evening very special.

The food was decent but the prices are way overpriced for the food. Not worth what your going to spend here and the outside could be nicer for the atmosphere there trying to achieve. Decent food just way over rated,too expensive. Our waitress was awesome though. We wanted to try this place while we were here on vacation in pine.

I grew up in Evergreen and the Bistro wasn't consistently great. Went last night to celebrate my new job and everything was perfect. Great food, great martini, great wine, awesome waitress. It's also a nice change up to dining in Urban settings.

Came here for a good friends birthday. Other than being a little cold the atmosphere was amazing. Old style rustic feel with a fireplace piano and wood furniture. George was our waiter and he was amazing. He went above and beyond for the birthday girl and our party to make it a night to remember. Quality drink choices. Every one of our dishes was cooked to perfection. One of the best restaurants of the foothills.

Nestled between Evergreen and Conifer is this rustic and yet elegant restaurant. The Bistro at Marshdale has been one of my favorite places to eat for quite a while. They offer seasonal menus with nightly specials for dinner as well as one of the best sit down Sunday brunches anywhere, The staff is friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is charming with a large fireplace to help keep you warm on a cold evening. During the daylight hours, their glassed in porch has amazing views of the snow capped peaks. I particularly love their Aussie Benedict for brunch and the duck confit for dinner. The food is always fresh and delicious and the wine list is exquisitely selected. They also have a happy hour and an impressive selection of spirits. Their Bloody Marys are among the best I've had. Great place to take a date or gather with friends.

The food was really good, but the reason to visit would definitely be the ambiance. There is a log fire on one end, and the roof is a facade of logs. It feels like a mix of Victorian decor and a log cabin. Evergreen is also really beautiful, and the drive to get to the Bistro is amazing.

Good food, we were there for brunch, and you can tell they use all quality ingredients in all their meals. The prices were rather reasonable too. I hope to make it back for dinner sometime.
