That was the absolute worst service I have ever had. All of our food came out wrong. Ordered chicken got beef. Ordered cheese dip as an appetizer and it came out after our meals and it wasn't even melted all the way. Our server never asked how the food was. And when she came by she didn't even acknowledge us. Had to grab my own silverwear because when I asked for some, she never came back. I am a server and extremely understanding of situations, but it was not busy.

The food at this location is not consistent at all. One time when we go to eat here the food is great. The next time it is horrible. Since they do not serve freshly brewed iced tea, I get Dr. Pepper usually when I go here but more than one time it has tasted really flat. I recommend going to the other Real De Minas locations for better food, drinks, and service.

Bad service. Waitress wasnt pleasant at all . I felt like if I asked her for something i was inconveniencing her. The waitress passed my table 5+ times and never asked if we were doing okay or if we needed something else. The food was too greasy!

Arrived around 10a.m. Table they sat us at was dirty,hadn't been wiped. I ordered chilequile plate with a margarita. My hubby ordered nachos with a bloody mary. The margarita was disappointing, it tasted more like a cocunut slush. Bloody mary was on point though! I'm sure next time everything will be better!

Had lunch about 1330. service was good and the food was out quickly. The food, (cheese enchiladas) in a word: BLAND. IMO the food tastes of poor quality & had very little real flavor. The salsa had too much onion and (i think) cilantro.

We live close to this restaurant we love to came and eat the bacon wrapped in shrimp me and my husband. It had happen that they gave us the food raw but I had to tell them about they gladly did change it but we had to wait more time that wait already. But now this last time that we went and eat they over cooked it and were really small shrimp. My husband doesn't like to return the food but I went to the manager to let her know about, she told me that I should let her know and they would made the changes. And that could make a plate for me to take but I was already leaving. It was really disappointment because we savor it and we don't get what we were expecting

Food is great! Service is terrible! I came to celebrate my anniversary with my family and my plate had a hair :/ I told the waitress I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager comes up and starts studdering without letting me talk and She acted like customers are not important. First of all I never disrespected the waitress I just told her to call her manager and at the end she brought our receipt charging us the plate that we found the hair and We had to tell her to remove it .So disappointed at this place too bad the food is pretty good.

First time at this location... I arrived an hour before closing and the staff was already preparing to close which affected their rating because they told me there was NO cabbage dip which is traditional at all locations and stared it was put up for the night. I ordered the Pick 4 combo: Cheese and onion enchilada Tamale Chimichanga-extra crispy Chili relleno-extra crispy The enchilada was so hard that I couldn't cut it with a fork and the chimichanga and chili relleno was soggy. There was so much green chili on the plate that you couldn't distinguish what was on it. All in all the Michelada was good but very expensive $8 Message to the owner: Run your business at 100% all the way up to close...

Had the worst experience ever sat for a hour waiting for food when it came only half of it came and we had to wait another ten min before the other half came and when we got it.it was old and was sitting there getting dryed out and crusty and it even tasted worse then it looked.dont ever go there it is horrible!!

The only reason im giving a 1 star is because thats the only way i can leave a comment....Okay he we go...first off we've been there multiple times and with each time the place has just seemed to go more down....tonight was thw last straw never again will i go there. Absolutely disgusting!!! I got a torta yuk!!! First off it was cold 2nd it barley had any meat 3rd the bread tasted funky! Had no beans or quac like most tortas do....overall horrendous!!! My daughter order a carrnita plate it might as well been a childs plater barley and rice and beans the carnitas tasted like chicharrones burnt!! Husband's same thing everything tasted like leftover food that has been sitting out all day! Other daughter the rice was chewy. My husband told the waiter and he completely disregarded our dislike of the food blaming on the lack of cooks they had that the owner was back there cooking. We waited 30 mins for that and no discount! Come on!! I mean the owner could have at least went and said hey were sorry for the inconvenience we'll take something off the bill. Nope! There were 2 other tables that were complaining as well. We over heard as they were on back of us. Same thing everything was cold and the food was gross. So quick tip make sure u go early to not get leftovers and if u go at night and dont like it say something right away maybe just maybe they'll do something. Never again!!! 60 bucks down the drain and im still hungry!!

Since I live not too far from this place, I eat here pretty regularly and I haven't been disappointed yet. Great food, atmosphere, service, and reasonable prices; you really can't go wrong with that combination. I've eaten at their other locations too, all of them are good but this one is my favorite. Thy even threw in some chips and salsa with some take out we ordered once; I'm not sure if they do that for all of their orders, but it was really nice of them. They even have a couple of dishes on the menu marked as vegetarian, if that's your thing. "Carne Tampiqena" is probably my favorite dish on the menu... I've also had their lengua tacos, pretty much all of their "combination" items, etc. and it has all been great. They've got a full bar, too... so they can make you whatever you want to drink, too.

This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Denver. There are several locations, and the food does vary a bit per location, but it's always delicious and pretty fast. The menu is extensive with everything from hamburgers to truly authentic Mexican food that isn't always easy to find elsewhere. They almost always give you an extra dip along with your chips and salsa (there's a black bean dip on some days, and a ceviche type of dip on others) which is a nice extra. Some of the locations even have Mariachi bands on the weekends that add to the ambience and fun factor!

This was my wife and I's first time to visit this restaurant. We actually never heard of it before today, but saw it and thought we'd give it a try for lunch today. The location is convenient, there was ample parking, the outside of the building looked interesting enough, and the inside of the restaurant was also interesting. We were greeted by several Mexican looking people, promptly seated, a waitress waited on us for beverages right away, though another waitress had to come over because the first waitress couldn't understand English well enough, the menu was well done and had many food choices (though my wife and I both felt like the food was over-priced), our burrito supreme was a large portion and my wife and I split it, the table was not clean, the men's and women's restrooms were gross, and the plate the waitress gave my wife was dirty! Yuck!

I ordered the shrimp fajitas .. Shrip taste like the shrimp you would buy at the store .. already cooked no taste! And the bell peepers and the onions were not fully cooked at all! The pan in which it’s served was not HOT. ! This is a 25 dollar plate .. not meeting the standards! Also the beans tasted like they came from a can... very disappointed to say the least.... not going again.

E 44th Ave location - This is one of the few Mexican restaurants I enjoy. However, I've noticed a declined in the service. The food is really good but the service is not what it used to be. Each of the last few times we've gone, we've had to wait to get drink a order, ask for silverware, ask for drink refills, ask for chip refill. Each of these times the restaurant was not busy. Again, food still good, service needs improvement.

We usually like this place but the waiter's social life with her friends at the bar trumped our experience. It was Wed 3/14 at 4PM and the special was Tacos. She didn't get the order correct and didn't deliver our entire meal to the table and the taco meat was mushy and terrible don't ever order it! Waiter was so busy laughing and carrying on with her friends that I had to approach the bar to get a drink refill, which was then delivered by one of her friends that was a bar customer. No class! Most likely need to find a Mexican food restaurant that likes their customers better.

I have been to this location plenty of times and have had a pleasant experience,until today I felt so disappointed and disrespected, I am a Hispanic I dont speak much Spanish,so I ask for a red beer but since I didn't say it the way the waitress would "understand" she'd said they didn't have no more red beers. I look over and she brings a custom a red beer. So I then go to bar and order my own. And owner say she didn't understand.. I pointed at the other customers "red beer" and she says no we are out. I mean she apologized in English I heard her speak English just real sad people are so racist against out own kind just because my mom didn't teach me Spanish. How sad this world is.

Food came out and right as the server put down the plate I noticed there was a huge hair on it. I let the server know about it and she looked at me like I was the one that put it there. She then took the plate didn't say anything. She came back and said they were making me another one and I told her I didn't want to eat anymore. She proceed to look at me like I was at fault. The manager never came to discuss what happened and the server came back with the bill and she said she removed my order from it. Still no apology from anyone. I just got back to the office and called to speak to the manager and of course nobody wanted to speak to me and they hung up on me. Terrible service!!! Never again!!!

NOPE DON’T GO HERE. The staff was really nice and the food was good, but within half an hour of finishing our meal, my mother and I got the worst food poisoning we’ve ever had. We threw up almost every half hour all night. Obviously this isn’t most people’s experience here- but just do yourself a favor and don’t risk it.
