Chicken was good but we called in and told our order would be ready for pick up in 20 min. We waited close to 50 min. They didn't offer us a bag to carry 16 piece and sides out if the building with. Great chicken...poor customer service.

Very nice buffet style dining, focusing mainly on pizza and fried chicken with all the trimmings. Extensive salad bar with wide selection of veggies to select from. Service us great and the prices seem comparable to other "all you can eat" establishments! Will bring the grandkids here again because they loved the chocolate pizza at the dessert bar.

Everything was good i didnt have a problem With any of the food. Only thing it is just as expensive to go to golden corral. Golden corral has a bigger selection and make the price feel worth it........ Sorry got off track point is food is good at pizza ranch! I recomend going if you have never been.

We really enjoyed our meal here! Great buffet to take the kids too, nice salad bar, plenty of the Staples without going overboard, chicken was amazing, plenty of pizza toppings to discover. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a better system for identifying pizza types, cards were hard to see, or useless when they started combining partial pizzas to one plate, the biscuits with potatoes were so rock hard it was sad, and never saw fresh ones out, and the dessert pizza area was always empty :(. But all in all, great value for the cost, very friendly staff, and some pretty tasty choices for a buffet type place. Definitely recommend, will be going again for sure, can't believe it's taken me this long to try them!

Small selection of food but it sure is tasty! They have multiple kinds of fresh pizzas each fill with flavor, and they're actually decent thickness not like your typical buffet style of stale pizza. They also have a wonderful clean dining, western atmosphere.

I had horabale night people Touching Food with there Hands, people standing in the way of walk way & the Bathroom someone got sick all over the Bathroom. I told staff they said they would clean it up.. I guess it was just a bad night. I have had better EXPERIENCES at this place just not Tonight. I talked to the Manager just didn't seem to care. O well just won't go for awhile....

The all you can eat buffet is good. The salad bar is not the best, but they do have the best friend chicken anywhere. It's always moist and flavorful. They will make you any kind of pizza you want. Don't miss the soft serve it's great.

Cheap buffet, beverages and dessert included. Alot of pizza variety, best fried chicken hands down. Salad bar. And more. Something for everyone. They will even make one with toppings you want for free. Pueblo green chili added to any pizza. The only bummer is that they will not deliver to bessemer area, or east side. Depends on your address and zip code. But it's worth the trip inside.

The food is consistently tasty and 9 times out of 10 very fresh. The chicken is amazing and will remind you of old time southern family recipes for fried chicken. The only drawback is sometimes longer wait times for pizza requests you may have or waiting for more dessert pizzas to be set out. I highly recommend them and I believe the prices are reasonable for a buffet.

Everything is amazing. The fried chicken and cactus bread are the absolute best. Even the soft serve ice cream was smooth and creamy. They are also very supportive of the community. A local youth softball team was helping clear plates, get refills and clean tables to earn money for their team.

No complaints. Decent price for buffet with drink included, especially with the free kid's buffet coupon I had. Pretty decent, upper-end-of-average food, a couple of interesting, unique varieties of pizza, a small-ish salad bar, some fried chicken, various side dishes and a couple of dessert options (though, all I had was salad and a couple of small slices of pizza, so I can't comment on any of the other food). Didn't wow me but wasn't bad. Polite, attentive service, which is an increasingly rare thing these days, so that's a plus. Would be inclined to support them just because they're locally, veteran-owned and employ seniors.

The variety is good. The food is average. I think they could pay someone full time to vacuum the carpet. They get a lot of little kids and the floor shows it. There are some nice banquet rooms and it's a good place to take small groups.

Great chicken! Good pizza. They offer a buffet and you can request any pizza you can think of, but it usually takes a while to get it. In the meantime, they tend to only put out a couple-three different kind of pizzas at once at a buffet that will hold six different pizzas at least, so... The chicken part of the buffet is pretty good. Great fried chicken and good sides like mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuits, etc. There's even a decent salad bar and some interesting "dessert pizza" options. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful, which is a plus compared to other buffet-type places where they tend to be rather non-arrentive or just plain rude. My only real complaint is... While, I know the chain is owned by a Christian-based company, nonetheless the Christian Rock music on the PA is rather off-putting, even for actual Christians. We go for the pizza and chicken, not to be converted.

I go to Pizza Ranch not for the pizza, which I think is ordinary, but for the fried chicken. Their fried chicken is simply incredible. Pizza Ranch does a very good job of consistency from store to store. The food us great no matter what location you go to. They have a decent variety of foods on the buffet. The employees were friendly and efficient. My only fault with Pizza Ranch is the prices. THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE! Even their rewards program is chintzy. The buffet is nearly $14. I would eat at Pizza Ranch more often it it wasn't so expensive.

Seven of us..pizza was less than 25% refilled on buffet. Salad and soup were partially full. Older lady wandering around looking for who ordered pizza for 10 minutes. Tops were all dirty...no one cleaning very messy bars Food was below average. At 12$ a plate for lunch...I cant find a positive. Sorry. Hope this was a fluke.

Pizza Ranch has great fried chicken (funny thing to say about a pizza place!) and a pretty awesome salad bar--even though I couldn't find any blue cheese dressing. You can eat pizza off the buffet, or if you want a particular kind of pizza, you can order it and they'll bring it to your table. Servers are always friendly and available and efficient, and if you're lucky, you'll be there on a night when they have one of the local schools or organizations doing a fund-raiser, so the waitstaff are the kids or the people from the organization, and they receive a percentage of the night's profits--great community involvement by Pizza Ranch! And their pizza's not bad, so give them a try!

This place is not Service dog friendly. My daughter has a service dog that has to be with her at all times he alerts for seizures. The restaurant manager acted very arrogantly and humiliated and kicked my daughter out of the restaurant. They have no regard for federal law.

I don't much like the pizza, but that chicken is absolutely worth coming for alone. Ask for them to make some sauced chicken (BBQ, spicy) it's a great addition.
