Food is good. It's a small place tho.
We had Piglatin cater our reception. It was a backyard BBQ and they just pulled their truck up in our driveway. Our guests loved it! They served a smaller menu so they could serve the 50 guests we had in a timely manner (about 30-40minutes). People could just keep going up for more. The food was amazing and it was just a fun experience. It was all handled professionally. I highly recommend them for any event. I'm still getting compliments weeks later. Thank you Piglatin!!
The food here is fantastic. We tried the Piglatin Plate and the Stacked Arepa and both were amazing. The Arepa was the spicier of the two (not overly so) and the plantains that both came with were the best we've had anywhere. We'll definitely be returning.
The car is a good time
My wife and I happened to be out studying at a coffee shop and didn't realize that there would be a food truck. It sounded interesting, so we decided to give it a shot. We were both blown away. I got the Piglatin Plate and I was very impressed with the quality and presentation. What a perfect take on the simple pork, rice, and beans. The plantains were also incredible and tied the plate together. I will definitely be hunting this truck down in the future.
Great food and excellent service , I would highly recommend this free truck
Pretty good, I think I expected too much before going but was still good
Best latin food i have ever had.
Delicious. Best grilled cheese.
Wonderful. Just heard they opened a restaurant but will be using the truck for catering. "Mexican/Caribbean/Cuban Fusion is how I would describe it. Tortillas are made by them and are magical: super light and crispy blue corn that never seems to fall apart. Not just good. Really, really good. About $20. for two, and worth it. Carnitas or shredded pork is always fantastic. Taco plate is like real Mexican street tacos but have a side of plantains - true Carribean fare. Perfect, right down to the fries. Visit them at their new location.
Out on a Sunday night around 6 at a brewery with this truck outside. He's out of half the items on his menu, treats is like we're a pain in the ____ , gets the order wrong, and delivers lackluster food and cold fries. I'd have a better experience eating fast food.
AMAZINGGG!! LOVE piglatin!! Always delicious consistent and friendly staff ♡
Pork only, and it's all great!

Best tacos in town hands down!
Good food, long wait personally
This place is so good. Great location and I love how they make your food fresh to order. There Old Fashion drinks are delicious!!
Okay first off I want to say the food is amazing! So delicious. Best tacos I've ever had. I love the food. The reason I gave it three stars was that we waited close to an hour for our food. We came here on a break from work because it's close and delicious and we thought it would be fast. I'm not sure what happened but it took way too long today. Everyone else that came with us got their food 20 minutes or so before us and multiple people after us got their food quite a bit before us as well. I'm usually not one to complain because I understand that sometimes it's based on what you order, but waiting close to an hour when everyone around you gets theirs first irked me a little.
Always good eats
I get it, this is a popular food truck. However, the service was slow for a restaurant, let alone a food truck. We were waiting about 20-ish minutes for 2 orders, and we had to wait by sitting on the sidewalk since it seems they don't pick their locations based on outdoor seating either. Small menu, which could be good or bad. Food was all really delicious (though the chicken tacos were HOT -- don't remember seeing this on the menu that they'd be so hot). Prices were pretty steep for the portion size. My guess is the reviews and the featuring of this food truck has made them raise prices up a bit, but I didn't really feel satisfied with the prices. Also, when you go to pay, they automatically include a 20% tip with your order. This seems kinda shady to me, since I would prefer giving a tip if I so feel, but it's like the 20% tip option was a given. If you don't catch it when you sign, you'll end up paying a little bit more.
Awesome food... we've been going to the food truck for years and are so happy there's a restaurant open finally. They've worked hard enough for it. New menu is super fresh and even the classic dishes seem elevated with new flavors and spices. Had a crappy server gotta say. Short hair with tattoos... just acted like we weren't there the whole time. Waters sat empty till well after our food came and then I was handed a jug but got no more ice. Wish we had one of the other obviously enthusiastic ones in the dining room! Still get 5 stars though because we love y'all! We'll be back.
The food is amazing and drinks are delicious too!!
Everything we had was amazing. We tried the pig latin plate, piggy grilled cheese, and the island tacos.
Just ate here today. The food was fantastic and the prices were good. The truck was at FH Beerworks grand opening, so it was very busy. Worth the wait.....and they have gluten free selections. Great beer and food....what else could you ask for?
Check their schedule through their Instagram or Twitter account first. Right now they're on a hiatus since August, with great-sounding things to come. This is not who I am with Piglatin, though. When they have a new item on special (which is not an ingredient occurrence), I'm right in line to try it.

Always on point, never had an issue excellent customer service. Also the best street food I've ever had. Entirely unique plates excellent quality food!
Not open when they say they are. Drive across town to find it closed with no one there. Very unprofessional
Good
good food, different - but SLOW service
Wow, the Stacked Arepa is my new favorite thing! You guys have nailed it.
Best food truck in the springs. Exceptional service and top quality food. Staff is great. Short wait times even when they are busy considering the quality of the product that they put out
YUMMY!!!
Speak PigLatin for great food Colorado Springs Food Guy went to the PigLatin food truck at the Curbside Cuisine Downtown located at 225 N Nevada Ave., at the corner of Nevada Avenue and Platte Avenue in Colorado Springs. They are only open weekdays for lunch between 11am-2pm. I tried the Piggy Grilled Cheese and it was delicious. It melts in your mouth. The Piglatin Plate was also sampled. Although the rice and beans were a little bland for my taste, the marinated pork and sweet plantains were fantastic. However, the masterpiece was the Stacked Arepa. The marinated pulled pork was succulent, the corn tortilla was just the right texture to carry the pork and the mozzarella cheese however it was the sweet plantains that caused a flavor explosion. To top it off, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. In the quest for good food, stop at the PigLatin food truck the next time you are downtown for lunch. Great food for a food truck.
very great you showed go
We got their nachos and they were delicious. Great amount of food! The service was super friendly! We will definitely be eating with them at Metric again!
Usualy closed when they stop by the kava bar
Amazing, superbly fresh food and great friendly service. Ask about the bacon ranch cheese fries off the secret menu!
I get it, you're a popular good truck. But showing up late and taking forever to set up isn't the best way to earn a new customer.
Edit: We went a few hours earlier this week, and I am glad we did. We ordered the Pig Latin Plate and Stacked Arepa. The pork in both were amazing, moist, and with just enough seasoning. But the real star of the show was the red beans and rice, perfectly seasoned and spiced. I was surprised how much I loved the red beans and rice more than the meat, but man they really know their stuff/ In regards of my previous review, I am sorry what I said when I was hangry. Took a Lyft to Nano Brewery to try their food for the first time. Arrived at 7:25 and their truck was closed. Take a note, truck does not close at 8pm. I understand running out of food, I'm just a little disappointed.
Friendly staff and great pork that does NOT need to be drowned in BBQ sauce!
I would suggest that they neeed to change their phone number attached above .. several times i couldn't reached them ..
unless they've added something to the menu that I hadn't noticed yet, I've tried everything on this truck. Never had bad food.
I ate at Pig Latin today for the first, and likely last time. Don't get me wrong, the food was VERY good. The bacon they used on the grilled cheese was exceptional. However, the service was sorely lacking. I was there with my boss, and the young lady took our order for 2 grilled cheese. She said it would be a 10-15 minute wait... They ended up serving 4 groups, 11 people before us. When we questioned where our order was, "We don't have an order for that." And "They're making it now." was ALL we received. Not so much as a "I'm sorry" or "Sorry for the wait." Which, in all honesty would have been sufficient. But the truly insulting part is that I watched a gentleman who was working refund one of the customers who was served before us, because they had forgotten a part of her order. I would not have expected a refund, but I would at least expect some recognition of the fact that 50 minutes later, I finally had my grilled cheese. The fact that they refunded someone who waited maybe 5 extra minutes, was truly insulting.
Where are you parking this weekend and do you have a regular parking spot
I thought it'd be funny to take my girlfriend on a half hour drive just for a good truck, but my god... It was the best pulled pork I've ever had. So tender. The plantains were so sweet like ice cream. Easily my favorite restaurant down town.
