Went there for lunch 3/10. Got my order to go. The hostess clearly didn’t care about what I was saying to her. She wasn’t attentive at all. I order the blackened chicken Cesar salad and added shrimp. I was in a rush so I didn’t think to check my order. I get back to my office and there is no chicken on my salad. I go back and tell the hostess that there was no chicken in my salad. Not being attentive again, she brings me out a plastic box with shrimp in it. I quickly ask for a refund as I was just over it. 3/11 my boss invites me to go with her because she wanted to try the place. Going against my initial thoughts, I decide to give them another chance. Me, my boss, and another employee go. We wait about 5 minutes to be seated (the place was practically empty). After we were seated, the waiter comes about five minutes later (the place is practically empty). He takes our order. I ordered the same salad from the day prior (with no croutons). My coworker orders the same thing. Our food comes and of course one of the salads has croutons. No problem, I just counted it as a loss. I started eating the salad and OF COURSE there is a long black hair on my shrimp! Notified the waiter, he didn’t really care but he did take it off my bill. Oskar Blues should look into getting more attentive employees during lunch hours. There is no excuse for the waiters/hostesses to be messing up orders and not providing the proper service (like keeping water cups full) to guests. Especially when it’s not that busy. I had two VERY BAD visits on back to back days and I would not recommend Oskar Blues to anyone (during lunch hours at least). I absolutely will NOT be back. EVER.

A HUGE indoor area and an outdoor area. Food was incredible. Prices reasonable, especially considering the portions. LOTS of good beers with a huge selection. I had the coconut Porter, OMG, outstanding. I will return here often. My new favorite place in The Springs.

This is usually one of the top places I bring guests to visit Colorado Springs now. They have a beautiful quiet patio outside when they don’t have live music. Downstairs they have a pool table and bocce ball next to their second bar. I have never gotten food that I’ve been unhappy with and they have a wide selection of beer. One of my favorite things to go to pad Thai fries, they are a sweet spicy treat.

Really great food. We tried the catfish and fried chicken and both were fried perfectly without being oily. The slaw was really good with a little bit of a bite. The whiskey flight was the only disappointment as the whiskey we selected was expensive and not good at all. However, I really liked the boozy sparkling water.

This is one of our go to places in the springs. When I bring friends I always tell them that everything is good on the menu and that's not a lie. The beer selection is unparalleled in the springs. My only criticism is how loud the environment can be due to the huge open floor plan.

This place is awesome for a night out! Upstairs and downstairs bars always have professional and experienced bartenders. You will find multiple craft beers as well as a full bar. Always a great selection of craft beers! Also, the food is great too! I recommend the Short Rib!

Awesome place for sure. It's HUGE, I felt like it just kept going on forever. You could have a party of 50 in that place and not even realize it. Looked like they had games down stairs, tons of beers and the food was amazing with enormous portions

Menu items are a bit pricey for what they are, beer selection is plentiful but doesn't vary much. Wait staff is sometimes inattentive and/or seems irritated. Acceptable spot for tourists. I recommend Mother Muff's instead.

Man. Absolutely love this place. Being from New Orleans, I was, of course, a little skeptical about their creole cuisine. I ordered a Dr. John for brunch and it was spot on. The green tomatoes were fried just right, potatoes nicely seasoned, and the crab cake (although it was missing that salt-water tang) was excellent. Great layout, atmosphere and great music. Only tip would be to keep that BLUES, baby - BB King, John Mayall, SRV, Clapton, Hendrix, Buddy Guy, hell even toss in some Robert Johnson every now and then! 5 stars! Excellent joint!

They had live music which was really good. They have a ton of games including pool and shuffleboard. Their drink selection was affordable with the food. It was very spacious, not packed at all and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I've heard great things about this place for a hot minute and finally tried it. I've never tried jambalaya except from Zatarans. I never had crawfish either which it's kind of like tougher, smaller shrimp. It was very delicious. The fried pickles were pretty good. My wife's favorite were the sweet potato wedges, she liked that they were wedges and not skinny fries like most places. The sauces for the chicken fingers came were a bit spicy so not toddler friendly however my wife said the ranch was on point! The servers were very attentive even with a big group!

First time there, the beef brisket was very tasty. The Collard greens wasn't cooked enough, Mac and cheese very tasty topping but wasn't very cheese the inside. I would try them again.

Soggy fries and a cold overcooked burger for $14. They were out of most beers on the menu. It actually took awhile to find something they had. They were also weirdly out of most of the appetizers and some of the main stuff-- they couldn't do wings, fried chicken, or nachos. We got fried dill pickles and poutine. The pickles were actually pretty good. The poutine was also soggy and cold, and had incredibly salty gravy dumped on top. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be but it was objectively pretty gross. It took an hour from when we were seated until we got our food, and another hour to get the check. I think there was only waiter. She looked quite tired and was running very fast from table to table apologizing either for the wait or the for the lack of availability of menu items. This was Father's Day so maybe the management is just totally clueless or something and didn't know it would be busy? But man... the food was really bad.

Wowza! This place us top-notch. I have an inflammatory problem so I have been sticking to salads. HIGHLY recommend their beet salad. By far one of the best I've had. A must try. Atmosphere is awesome and interior design is ON-POINT.

The typical service at the bar is horrible. When you sit down the bartenders will ignore you for the first 5 minutes and when they finally acknowledge your presence and take your order they will offer to buy your first round of beer and give a BS excuse for their poor service. Then you will have to wait another 5 minutes for them to actually pour your beer. After experiencing this pattern for the second visit in a row we walked out and dropped $125 at the Rabbit Hole where the food and service were excellent.

I think the thing that sets this place apart is the atmosphere. Very lively crowd and energy. Food is good but it's overpriced. 15 bucks for a burger that you could get anywhere. Service was fast and good and drink menu was diverse. I think it's a safe place to go to grab a beer and food. Just don't expect to get a lot of bang for your buck.

Very good! Atmosphere is clean and open. Lots of seating. Our waiter was super friendly. We had 2 orders of the tenders, fries. I had mine with a side salad. The ranch should be bottled bc it was fantastic. My husband opted for a waffle with his tenders. The nachos were plenty piled high with a great portion of toppings. The cornbread with honey butter is cake like and worth trying. The cheesy mac is also scratch made with a crunchy panko topping. I'm not even a mac and cheese person but theirs is pretty tasty. Would definitely go again if in the area.

We went there for the first time on our visit there. Our server, Karah was amazing. She was attentive, made sure we were okay, and very nice. My boyfriend and I ordered the catfish and chips. It was very delicious. The coleslaw was also very good.

It's bigger on the inside. This place is massive, I mean much bigger than you think from just looking on the outside. The beers are microbrew and local mixed in with the normal beers. The food is delicious and cheep. The atmosphere if friendly and welcoming. Overall a very nice place to hang out.

If you love a sports bar atmosphere that has really loud music and loud talking and lots of TVs, this is your place. The salads were great, the cooked vegetables were good, the fries sounded great but were overly sweet compared to my understanding of the description. I’m sure a lot of people would give this place 5 stars, and that’s probably fair. My three stars are in comparison to the fact that google rated this place high for me and it was mostly slightly above average. To be fair, everyone’s rating is personal. They did a pretty good job.

Great atmosphere. Came here as part of a work event. They were very attentive, informative and helpful to a non craft brew connoisseur. I found their in-house brews delicious. I'm not going to attempt to make this a review on the beer itself, but it was good. I also had an old fashioned and I was a fan. I definitely recommend checking it out. Side note, pokestops nearby if that's your thing

I say down at the bar and when I went to order I leaned forward to speak and put my arms in what I assumed was a spilt margarita from the stickiness and salt. I then asked her for a rag and then washed off my arms. It wasn't busy she could've wiped down the bar I'm guessing. Poor service imo and if I go back I will watch for a dirty bar and keep my arms off of it.

First time there and the staff was friendly and outgoing. The food was great, and they had a wide selection of beers on tap. The manager came over asked us how our meal was and we had no complaints. I highly recommend getting the corn bread. I don't think I can go in there without ordering that. Looking forward to coming back again!

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Oskar Blues since they opened a few years ago but today that stops. We ordered a hamburger and a side salad. The hamburger was supposed to be cooked medium. It was overcooked and a 3rd of it seemed to have broken off. We paid $12.99 for a "partial hamburger." We were both hugely disappointed that we were not able to order from their regular menu and could only order from their brunch menu. Also, when I walked in to use the restroom, the restaurant had a horrible odor. Just smelled so unappealing. Don't want to eat here again especially since I felt horrible the instant I walked out the patio.

Stumbled across this place after going to Pike’s Peak. It’s about what you would expect from a midwestern seafood restaurant. Fish is obviously not fresh, but still prepared in a good way. However, food and drink were very reasonably priced.

This is my first time at an Oskar Blues. The atmosphere is great and it was a great bar to kill some time in. My Basil Haden drink was proper. I was no overly impressed with the boudin balls but I was trying to eat cajun food in CO! The gumbo and catfish bites were great.

Great food, good drinks and fantastic atmosphere. I was there with friends to watch the football game. The restaurant consists of a main floor and a basement. We were in the basement. The staff were really kind and attentive and the service was really fast. I had the chub burger with fries and cole slaw and it was a great burger.

I took my sister and brother here, we haven’t all been together for 10 years now so it was a special occasion. Food and drinks were fantastic! We got the restaurant week special and all the courses were great! My brother got a burger with goat cheese and said it was fabulous. I got the brisket and pulled pork that was good, and my sister got the restaurant week special of Korean sticky ribs and a great chowder to start. We also got the crab cake and fried green tomatoes and bacon wrapped jalapeños - both delicious and got a discount because of happy hour. Bianca, our server was amazing and friendly as well! We also had a few beers, death by coconut was amazing too. Overall, wonderful first experience - we will be back!

This was our first time visiting, and we were thoroughly impressed with the food. Very reasonable prices too.M husband ordered the Oink and Moo plate, and the brisket was so tender and flavorful. I order the Dixie chicken sandwich and I was blown away by the yummy flavor! So good! Our server was new but very friendly, and the rest of the staff we encountered were also very nice and knowledgeable of the beers. Will definitely be going back with friends! Highly recommend!

Then it turns out they were having a "f cancer" fundraiser. My hubby is an esophageal cancer survivor! Love this place! Go there!!

I attended this restaurant for a military function. It is very large and has outdoor and downstairs seating, which is great to accommodate large groups. The staff were very pleasant even though we had such a big group. The food was delicious and I would definitely return again. I had the cornbread, which comes in a skillet. It is enough to share with 4 people. Sooooooo goooooddd! We also ordered the salmon plate, don't recall exactly what it was, but it was battered and fried and surprisingly very good. Lively place with trivia speaker later in the evening. The place is welcome to families and groups alike.

Great beer selection, love the Oskar Blues brand and am always discovering other beers I like there. We have found the bar staff very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. The only drawbacks I would say is the limited amount of patio seating and the food is overpriced. The food we have had has been good but not worth the $15+ dollars for the menu items. Overall we always stop by here for a beer or two but eat someplace else.

We came here for a weaving... thingy? We ordered some of their great selection of beers and only ordered appetizers, but everything was delicious! The service for whatever reason was a little helter skelter but I think because of the class we were participating in was a lil large. I believe this was just a one off coincidence and definitely not par for the course. The apps were well prepared and tasted great and we enjoyed them very much. My wife and I will definitely go here again.

I hadn't been to Oskar Blues for some time. We decided to check it out over our lunch hour. Bad decision. I had the Chop Chop Salad, which was decent, but not remarkable in any way. Coworkers both had the Blackened Caesar Salad with added shrimp. Both ordered the salad with no croutons. One salad still came with croutons. One coworker found a long black hair in his salad--no one in our party has long black hair. The other coworker ordered a side of hush puppies. The order is very small--3 hush puppies. When they arrived they were dry and practically inedible. When brought to the waiter's attentive n, he took the small bowl away. When it appeared on her bill, my coworker asked about having the charge removed. He spoke with the manager and came back and said that since there was only one left, they would not refund the charge. When we pointed out that there was 3/4 of a hush puppy on a plate on the table, the waiter said it didn't matter--the charge remained. The corn bread is amazing, but that's about it. So, if you go, watch out for hairs in your food and avoid the nasty dried up hush puppies. Very disappointed in the food and how the problems were handled by the manager.

Great place to hang out in downtown Colorado Springs. Alot of seating - upstairs, downstairs and outside. Beet salad was fresh and excellent. Not as many beers on tap as I would have expected but a decent variety and I enjoyed the three that I ordered. They do not do flights if that is your thing.

If you like a well done (temperature not taste) burger this is the place for you. I went with two friends and we each ordered a burger mid rare. Our waiter was friendly and personable, but apparently the kitchen crew don't understand that mid rare should have a decent amount of pink in it. Sent them back to get fixed and when they came out again, they were cooked essentially the same way. The meat was grey the burgers were sloppily thrown together. When our poor waiter took the food back we could hear the kitchen talking bad about us. Shooting us nasty looks and saying some ridiculous stuff. I get it. I work in this industry too. But if you're not allowed to cook below medium, that's fine. Just tell us before we order and waste all of our time. Genuinely disappointed.

My husband picked this place because he drinks their beer and wanted to give it a try. It had basic bar food I love and specialty things he loved, so it is a fit for everyone. The only thing I didn't like was the location. It is hard parking downtown with pay to park. My husband had to run out and put more money in the meter. The variety of beers they have is great. I was happy they carried beers from all over Colorado.

Fantastic layout, with two full bars and 40 taps that are always rotating. I love the basement, it features one of the aforementioned bars and a game room with a few video game options, pool tables, and bocce ball! The stage is rad, too, offering open mic, comedy, music. The menu is excellent, especially for the price point! I love smoked meats, and they have several options. Very much recommended!

Very mediocre food. Extremely overpriced for what we got. Definitely leaving here unsatisfied. Their BBQ has some. Unusual spices on it that basically ruined what might have been decent food. The beer was good but also overpriced. I wouldn't go back because I could make a better burger at home for much less money.

Food was just ok. I feel like the quality of the food was not what it was when it opened. Service was not so great. From the minute we walked in it didn't feel welcoming, the hostess did not seem very engaged. I would have thought with this being St Patrick's day weekend would have been a more fun environment. Then once we were seated service was just plain slow. Unfortunately do not think we will be going back any time soon with all of the choices available downtown these days

I had ordered the moo and oink, side of brisket and pulled pork, with two side options. The pork and brisket deffinetly tasted pre- frozen, then reheated to order. Very watery on my plate, tough in texture. Coleslaw had no flavor. Fries were hot and crispy. 3 others at my table raved and raved about their dishes being excellent. Great wait staff, great drinks, great appetizers. Just a bit underwhelmed with my bbq, which is predominant on their menu.

Went on for Sunday brunch and was not disappointed. The Old Chub beer is pretty good and the Biscuits and gravy were good. Our server was very laid back and made jokes while still being prefectly attentive the entire time we were there.

the food was great but the service wasn't good. we had a party of 10 and were there for 2 hours and only received 1 drink and the waitress forgot half of the food. We had planned our night there but decided to leave due to being ignored and the waitress could've definitely made out with great tips. but left us. super disappointed

If you are a dasher, I would decline all orders from this restaurant. I’ve been here approximately 5 times to pick up orders and the order has NEVER once been ready although I was told it was. When I attempted to call & speak to a manager about it I was hung up on 3 times. Not a good look. Just wanted other dashers to be aware so they don’t have to go through what I have.

Jorrell was the best server we have ever had. He was very knowledgeable! We are new in town and this was our first visit to Oskar Blues. He told us about the weekly events and nightly specials. When we first arrived, my mom mentioned that it was my sons birthday. At the end of our meal he surprised my son with a dessert. It was such a nice surprise, completely unexpected. It is very apparent that he loves his job. We will be back just for the service alone.

Since frequenting downtown, Oskar blues is a close walk that definitely caters to some amazing beer and delicious southern flair comfort food. Every time I go, it’s fun and enjoyable with a rustic atmosphere with modern accents. The staff are all kind and helpful and the prices are fair.

Stopped by for a really good bite today with some friends. Oskar Co Springs is nice enough to call it a splendid bar/grill/taphouse that caters to families, couples, buddies. This place reminds me of Cherry Cricket in Denver. The atmosphere was chill and clean, well adorned with beer memorabilia. 5/5 My Slow Hand burger of 7 oz. was delicious and done with a fair amount of seasoning. Topped with pieces of bacon and fried onions. Excellent with side of sauteed brussel sprouts. 5/5 The beer was a one off Key Lime kolsch from Elizabeth CO. Keys to the EBC. Fairly good and tart-like.

The beet salad was INCREDIBLE and so were the truffle parmesan fries. So good. So so good. Just wish we could have gotten a tish more service when we sat with empty glasses for a bit. Regardless I would go back again in a heartbeat. So good!

Reaaallllyyy put off by the lack of professionalism by the bartenders in the game area on the bottom level. The woman wearing the cigar city shirt, and the African American wearing the Bob Marley shirt. Asked for change to play the arcade games from the bar since the change machine wasn’t working. I could hear them talking amongst themselves that it was a hassle to change anything, and said it wasn’t convenient for them. When I was handed my change by the African American gentlemen, he slammed it in my hand, and gave me the worst look. I told him sorry for the inconvenience and left.

My favorite bar downtown this summer and they have the best open mic in town (Tuesday nights). Also consistently good music in the basement, where there are lots of games. Patio out back as well. Consistently stocked with great drinks and the food is good.

Disappointing evening. Got the meatballs which were dry and hard. Tasted like they’d been made for another table, sat on the counter for an hour and were served to us. Extremely over seasoned. The shrimp and grits were ok... the only edible thing were the shrimp. The grits were again over seasoned and were swimming in spicy as hell sauce. The pork belly was nothing but chunks of fat without any meat on it. Absolutely none. I’ve ordered these exact things before during the day and they were amazing. We spent $55 on inedible food. Half a meatball was eaten, and the shrimp. The waitress was clueless.... didn't even bothers to ask is anything was wrong. I very much doubt I’ll ever go back. Came here every week. Done.

This place is legit! Awesome staff, phenomenal staff, and great food. Amazing environment! Had a work event/farewell for 40+ people there on October 11, 2018. The guest of honor and all in attendance had an awesome time! Vonni was understanding and very supportive when we had to change the date due to a scheduling conflict with work. Will definitely look to this establishment for future events. Check this place out. Definitely worthy of 10 stars!!!
