The Best Mexican restaurant❤ Great food and excellent customer service. Interior is beautiful and the music is wonderful. Love it!
Have been going here since I was a kid. Service and food are very good. Disappointed that they removed the Pineapple Carmel dessert. Been enjoying it since a kid.
First off, everyone in our table had gotten their food way before us. Halfway through there meal ours shows up. Only after we reminded him 2 times prior. Our food was disgusting, no seasoning whatsoever tortillas where cold as well forgotting the other 2 for our meal. We where never helped by the gentlman after getting our food. The last time we saw him is when he handed us our check, however refused to have us charged on the spot. We saw other tables getting helped a lot better by a nice gentlman! He was very attentive and he ended up taking our table only after the guy forgot about us! He never asked us if the food was good or if we wanted a refill. Unfortunately never coming back. Wish we couldve left a better tip for the second waiter. Would never recommend this place to anybody!
My favorite place for Mexican Food!
It was very good food with excellent service!
Love this place. Great food and a unique menu
Having recently lived in New Mexico, was looking for some authentic New Mexican food, and hadn't found it in Denver. Los Arcos isn't perfect, but is pretty close to New Mexico cuisine. Very good prices, and not usually busy.
Best Mexican restaurant I have been to in a long time.
Wow Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant delicious smothered burrito and chips with salsa delicious and sweet rice horchata delicious Im Going Back To Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant With My Family And Great Customer Service
Food was okay, service was horrible w our waiter. Was no where to be found most of the time
The mole a chili sauce will knock your socks off! And fabulous fresh chips and salsa. Love this family icon!
The food was good, margaritas were good. It was clean and quick.
Man the owner is cool and the food taste great! The cost is low and a good time
GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE
Okay.. The food is sometimes good, BUT I was just there, and I ordered the fried fish. Let me tell you. It tasted like a frozen fishstick, it had no seasoning, it was not attractive in any possible way. I was very disappointed.
Probably the worst Mexican food I've had in a while. Rellenos were frozen, egg roll, bland, uncheesy. Chips-bagged. Salsa-watered down. Husband's meal tasted like soap. Then we overheard they were having trouble keeping up with dishes in kitchen. Watched bartender make drinks, sad to see everything was premixed. Beans were pretty ok. Go down the road to Brewery Bar.
Bad guacamole. Real bad guacamole
My favorite Mexican restaraunt. Live the enchilada dinner, chips and dip, and service. Highly recommend
Best Spanish Food EVER!!!
It took the waitress 30 minutes to ask us if we wanted drinks. Terrible service. Waitress never came and checked on us. Never go to this location again.
Overprised and the barbacoa tasted funny.
This is an authentic Mexican restaurant. Family owned and operated. Very clean and everyone is so friendly.
The food is average at best and prices are quite high. I came here a few years ago and it was really affordable, not anymore. The salsa is watery and flavorless, wouldn't stick to a chip . My margarita was syrupy sweet. The ambient temperature was very warm. The green chilie was pasty and weird. Do not recommend. Service was good.
Food was okay at best. Service was okay at best. Drinks are way over priced. Would probably not eat here again.
Not the s azad me as it used to be! WDak
Hardy, delicious and affordable!! Family style and very welcoming! Happy hour 3pm-6pm.
Service was very slow even though there was only 3 groups in the restaurant. Lunch menu items were not available during lunch time. Food was very good though.
Zero star if i could, but I have to leave a star in order to leave a review. I will say the server was on it but the manager is not a business person. Tried to order whats on the menu and manager said he couldn't make the plate. so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE WASTED OF TIME. NOT FRIENDLY MANAGER or business person if it was me I would have made plate and make the restaurant money but not this youngster!!!!!!!!
It was a great place to eat top-notch knock tacos brake service
The melted cheese tasted like rubber. love the parking lot lots of spaces. Better than in 88th ave.
Love their food. First time at this location because it's near a hospital. No utensils, no side of salsa was my only complaint
Not the best, food tastes microwaved and not fresh. Service is good and so is the salsa
Overpriced and not authentic tasting at all.
Great green chili
A HUGE menu with something for everyone. Decent pricing. A nice place to take the family for a special night out. Easy access to main thoroughfare and ample parking.
Authentic Mexican atmosphere and food. Good service but restaurant was a little understaffed. Nice patio area. Menus showed pictures of the meals.
It was tough to get cheese, salad, and sour cream for the fajitas. Which at most places is pretty common fare. I cant stand it when they bring my tortillas out after the bring the hot food. Its like smelling food you want to eat but you cant because no tortillas. The steak fajitas were bland and lacked much flavor.
Great Mexican food! They even have low carb options for my diet!
Nice atmosphere, good food, great prices.
Absolutely delicious mexican food! Fresh, delectable and flavorsome food. Pricing is reasonable and the menu is expansive. Will definitely be return customers.
Strong chemical/cleaning odor. One of 3 tables being used in the large restaurant yet they put everyone right next to each other. Took almost 20 minutes to have my order taken. Food came out very fast. Quality was more like being at a fast food chain.
Had a short and disappointing experience when my uncle and myself entered to no host/hostess we patiently sat for 15 or so minutes when another couple walks in to be greeted and seated by a host that had been waiting to greet a customer we thought maybe he had just skimmed over us when he came back around to help another group of lady's now I hate to say it (hate even more to feel it) but there seemed to be a racial divide not in our favor very discouraging and upsetting.
I was very disappointed in the food. The cheese dip was awful and inedible and also a choking hazard. Overpriced terrible food.
Very good food and friendly service. We'll be back.
Great people and food here.
Always delicious. Fast service.
Always great food great service.
Great food and great service. We know what to expect when we eat here.
Delicious food, hot and the staff has been nice and checked on us regularly. The tamales are smaller than average. We have tried enough of the menu to say that everything is quite good. The fried ice cream is tasty and huge!
Not worth it. Velveeta "queso". Cheap af everything.
One of my favorite places, almost as good as the original
The food was not terrible, but not anything special. We had burritos and chimis. The staff was great however which added a star to this review.
This is my family's favorite Mexican food in the Highlands Ranch area. It's family run, locally owned, and the food is delicious. On Tuesdays (maybe Thursdays? I always get confused) they have an actual Mariachi band that comes in - my kids love it. Kid friendly, great food, and conveniently located. What more do you want?
Good food and fast service
Great food and excellent inviting staff. Lots of food, that doesn't break the bank.
Had the Adelina’s tacos, or something like that. They were very tasty. Service was great to begin with. I noticed two other tables asking/ looking for their waiter to order or pay the bill. One physically getting up and looking around. By the way there were only 3-4 parties of 2 there. Then same thing happened when we were ready for our bill. Waited patiently, for quite a while, and then finally my friend stood up and wondered around trying to get someone’s attention. It was so weird, since they weren’t super busy. It was just an odd situation.
They have a great Happy hour. 2.25 draft beer.
Best Chimchanga I have ever had in my Life!!! My wife and I are very critical when it comes to going out. We want a meal that is better than we can make at home. Los Arcos exceeded our expectations and the service was friendly and quick. Even when we showed up less than a hour until the closed. We owned our own Restaurant before we moved to Colorado, and missed eating quality food everyday. This place makes you feel like home.
It sucked. Chicharrones were rock hard. Coffee was like water. Prices outrageous for Mexican food.
Not a fan. Chimichangas were soggy even though we requested fried crispy. They were very salty. Frozen margarita was super thick, like too thick for the straw.
Best Mexican food i have ever had. Me anx my boyfriend have made this our anniversary plce to go.
The food was aweful. I ordered a taco salad that was not good at all. The staff could or would not answer a question about their red and green sauces which looked and tasted identically gross. The wait or said the "green" sauce was red.
Food was good. Instead of this get the marg with a draft. Better deal. Good prices on draft beers.
Worst mexican food ever. The flavor was so plain. Will not be back.
Good food and service.
If you are expecting Tex-Mex, go else where. This is authentic Mexican food with all the savory, wonderful smells of Mexico City. The service is gracious and attentive. The guacamole is authentic, the main courses are spot on and the desserts are a surprise. Enjoy. We will be back!!!!
Very disappointed with the food. Beans tasted funny and our server never checked back to see how the food was. So at the end I just mentioned that the beans tasted a little funky and then the I guess manager and he asked me about the beans and he’s like I tasted them and they were fine and it’s the same recipe as always. Well apparently the Mexican restaurants do not understand the customer is always right and you don’t argue with the costumer. This the second time I will no longer be a repeat customer.
Bad food. Every entre came with minimal toppings if any and every topping was like a $2-$3 upcharge. We got served the "queso" we ordered, it was literally white shredded cheese that had been melted, some big chunks of peppers thrown in and they couldnt even be bothered to mix in or dump off the pool of grease covering the entire top. We left immediately after. Won't be back.
Food was just ok. I have had better for the prices that they charge.
Great Mexican restaurant...Food is served fast and HOT...so if your in the mood to sip a margarita (or two)..wait staff is happy to time your meal perfectly !! Lunch specials are very reasonably priced ...and as always...fresh "spicy" salsa and homemade nachos to start your mexican fiesta !! Had the pleasure of listening to a live "Mariachi Band" in the house. 5⭐ all the way.
Here is where to find the best crispy chili rellanos!
We have been coming here for years, never a had bad meal. Our server tonight, Mariah, was absolutely fabulous.
Good food & quick service
Great food, great service in a fun and clean environment.
Good Food, Excellent Service, Friendly, too !!!!
Food is good. Staff is friendly. The servers tend to get frantic and distracted when it gets busy though.
Food was horrible, lunch special for $10, but then get it for it is $19, charged for chips and salsa, waitress had a bad attitude, and never explained the extra charge, tacos were cold and soggy. Charge over $4 for al a carte items. Never returning there.
The last visit was not as good as previous ones. The food seems to be less flavorful. I hope this was just an off day and they get back to what I have become accustomed to.
I only recently found this little gem of a restaurant. The food is the most authentic I have had since moving to Colorado, 2 years ago. My husband and 3 kids also love the food. The Menudo is sooo good! Can't wait until our next meal with them.
Love this place!
Good quality food and a big selection of food for a decent price!
Love this spot for weekend lunches! Any number of menu selections are delicious!
Friendly staff, clean, prompt service, and great food! I've been eating here for years and never been disappointed once.
Great food, great price, and fast service!
Decent food at a decent price
14.00 $ combo huge and awesome. Sister liked the steak taco salad. I had to start eating and forgot to get pictures of the food. seating area was clean. And the employee's were helpful with us (first time customers) Bathrooms are clean too.
They have the best staff. We were to celebrate my daughter's bday. We were running late and they accommodated us and stayed 30 me nutes after closing. With out rushing us. Thank you!!!
We were visiting from out of town, and found this restaurant online. The reviews were good for service, food, etc. However, we were very disappointed. It took about 6 minutes to get a server over for drinks, which I get because they were busy. She took our order, we got our food in a very timely manner, but it was not what we expected. The food does not get seasoned, therefore it is lacking in flavor. I ordered Chilaquiles, which I have always had made with chicken, and they had nothing but loads of their red chile on them. I ordered eggs over medium, and received eggs with an almost solid yolk. We are from southeastern Colorado, which is known for its authentic Mexican food, but we thought we were going to have the same experience at Los Arcos, we were sadly disappointed.
