Simply amazing. Elegant, nice ambiance, and the food was phenomenal. Our server, Cat, was also lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. She recommended a nice wine paring. My girlfriend had the scallops with a nice Chardonnay. I had the lamb shoulder with a Bordeaux. The lamb was tender and delicious and served with some nice sides that really put the dish together. My girlfriend has a diary allergy and they were very accommodating. She loved her scallops. We skipped dessert as most of them were unavoidably diary centric, but the menu left me hungry for a return.

Food was pretty good. They were busy but still friendly to us and our small children. Family friendly- they had high chairs and to go cups with lids and straws for the kids.

Joe Huey

Excellent pastries, pain de chocolate was very light and fluffy, very good flavor, bacon and cheddar quiche was also very good

The food was spectacular, the drinks were inspiring, the service was on point and the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. We will be back, this place is truly a gem. What a wonderful dining experience. The red snapper tartare was a treat. I love the sea bass and scallops. Finally found a restaurant with a wonderful Caesar salad and the floating island dessert is so good it should be illegal. I highly recommend this restaurant for everyday dining or for any occasion.

We recently dined here for the first time this past weekend. It was, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience we have ever had! The service was very poor. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come over to our table to offer water ( it was not busy) & once he finally came around he was passive aggressive and unapologetic about the wait. My order was incorrect twice & instead of an apology the waiter tried to put the blame on me for his lack of listening skills - very odd. His comments throughout our lunch were very rude and we left feeling offended & extremely disappointed. The food was less than mediocre. My avocado toast ( if you can call it that) was two slivers of soggy bread with avocado paste on it ( no seasoning etc) The eggs benedict were on par with the avocado toast - bland! The eggs were not properly poached and the prosciutto that was supposed to come with it, was barely there! I did not want to bring up any of my concerns at the restaurant as we were there for a celebration. It took 3 calls into the manager to get a call back & the response was “ to come try the place out again” Is that a joke? Never again. Wasted our money

Ross took care of us in spectacular form, the atmosphere was bright and modern (can't wait to make use of the cafe tables on the patio), and the food was an utter delight. After reading about this sister team and Rougui's recent move to Denver after a Michelin-starred career in Paris, my expectations were high. The food fired on all cylinders and it was the perfect Birthday brunch. Bon appetit!

The area is new trendy and upcoming and the decor is quite lovely. The issue is the food. We ordered the Ratatouille Omelet. It’s was extremely over powering with too much goat cheese. The vegetables were almost raw and I couldn’t even finish it. The overall presentation of the plate was subpar and wasn’t done well. We order a croissant both were served cold. As far as the service was concerned lacking in everything. I had to ask my waiter for almost everything. He seem to be off in his own world. Did check with us to ask how the food tasted. Had to ask for sugar for coffee, butter for bread, salt and pepper. When you think of a French restaurant thoughts of well plated rich dishes. This is far from that. Highlights are the prices. Very affordable food but after the experience I had for breakfast I wouldn’t spend the extra for dinner. I wish they took more time in care on there food and service. It’s has great potential but it hasn’t realized it as of yet. Need better front of house and back of house managers and quality control for the pass. There is no reason why food coming out should look unpleasant.

Fantastic service by Courtney. Food and coffee, delicious. Highly recommend. Locally owned. Bon appetite!

Really enjoyed our dinner at Le French. I had the Red Snapper Tartare as an opener which was just divine--the beautiful combination of favors and texture left me wishing I had ordered another one! For the main, I had the short ribs that just melted in my mouth. I'm excited to go back for the brunch and try the french onion soup or the mussels. Super excited to have new favorite french dining experience so close to home.

Mary Jenkins

Charming patio which drew me in, over-the-top waiter provided excellent customer service and shared his passion for cooking and serving. The food was delicious and serving size was spot on. Thanks Le French!

Randy Burt

I took Mom here for Mother's day and it was fantastic. Excellent food and the staff are very helpful. I will be returning

Gregory Grubbs

Not really french, more a corporate/conglomerate vibe. Duck was grossly overcooked and flavorless. Apps were good: shared Caesar salad, foie gras. Service was excellent.

This restaurant was absolutely outstanding. From walking in, to walking out. I drove down from the Springs to eat here, and it is definitely worth the drive. My food was so delicious. They even have food that doesn't have gluten, which was a lifesaver. I chose a beautiful salad, which had fresh peaches on it, and the gluten free, vegan option for dinner. The whole meal was a party in my mouth. You can even book a reservation on Open Door!! I will be back. Thank you for this experience, everything is clean, staff is super friendly, food is plated lovely, but the taste...ahhhhh!! Yum!

Georgia Wooten

We were lucky enough to go during the soft opening last night. I had the sea bass and my daughter ordered the short rib entrée. We were both blown away! I can not wait to go back and try their breakfast and lunch offerings!

R Sierre

The food was awesome and service was EXCELLENT!

Louis

Today was the soft opening . Just to tell you the food is 300% delicious. You get the most authentic French food in the area. As a person from French origin the food is as good as home cooked. Go try it out. I'm editing this now to tell you guys more. I have returned many time to Le French, and it is still some of the closest french food you can find. I still love it and it can be considered one of the best go to restaurants in the area.

Brian Lavery

They have only been open three weeks, so will give them benefit of the doubt. All people working there are very pleasant. One of the owners came to check on us. Snapper tartar lacked flavor and needed to add some acid. Sea bass also bland and skin was not crisp at all. Hope they get things together.

Neza Sarkari

Really great atmosphere and location of restaurant. Service was mediocre. They didn’t ask us if we wanted dessert before the check. Duck was really good (probably the best I’ve had.) Cheese plate was average with cold bread. Tuna itself was bland but the salsa was good.

m pr

Denver is very lucky, Rougui is a famous French star chef. I had the chance to discover his cooking at Petrosian in Paris ... pure magic. Le French has to test absolutely. See you soon

Walker Stapleton

The food is good but the service....ce n’est pas bon There are not enough servers and feels very disorganized. I hope they fix.

Jen Ingram

They are still working out the kinks in the kitchen. Are not worth their prices yet. Expensive small dishes. Flavors and textures need better combinations. Scallops (well cooked) were too salty and paired with salty mashed potatoes. Didn't care for the beet salad was bland but liked the lentils nit. The Beef Short ribs were ok but came with mashed potatoes with sliced potatoes on top just weird combo. Did not like the creme brulee, not creamy very thick dry texture was not to my taste but the fruit was very fresh. The atmosphere, decor are just beautiful and food presentation is very well done.

What the restaurant has going for it is ambiance and appearance. It's beautiful and bright in-side and the patio seating is wonderful in the Summer. Food is so bad. I ordered the vegetable omelette with Orange Juice and a Cafe Late. Late is TERRIBLE! It's super hot. Had to wait after my meal to finally be able to drink it. I watched the waiter pour the orange juice from behind the bar. He took a new container of tropicana, opened the seal, and poured my glass - it would have been cheaper to buy the entire tropicana at King Soopers than pay for the OJ. The my omelette came. It was good. It came with two slices of bread. They were completely stale and inedible! I considered ordering a croissant to go. They are $4.00 I lived in France / Luxembourg for 7 years. At most a croissant is 2 Euro.or 2.25USD. How can you justify $4? Lastly, the service is terrible! You're waiting for so long for someone to finally approach you. The waiter was impossible to catch and despite making an effort, all the wait staff just ignored me. Also, I am 9 months pregnant! You would think they would be extra attentive. It's a nice location and spot. I would not go for the food and the price definitely doesn't make it worth going.

WARNING FOOD POISONING. Ordered the quail, was projectile vomiting 2 hours later. Paid almost $40 to get food poisoning from chefs with unwashed hands. On top of that the portions are insanely small here, save your time and health go somewhere else. This may be the most pretentious and worst restaurant in DTC and is clearly beyond salvation, eat here at your own risk. Please note the majority of 5 star reviews here that appear to be paid for since most of them are from the same day 2 months ago and from heavy reviewers. To the owners, most people are aware that SEO marketing companies sell 5-star review packages, put more money into the quality of your food and employees and less into marketing, customers can tell after eating your food that you have paid for positive reviews.

This place is amazing! Wonderful staff, beautiful and delicious food and amazing owners!!!

I’ve not encountered a restaurant like this elsewhere in Denver. Bright, modern decor. Authentic fine, yet very accessible, French cuisine. It has a casual and vibrant energy and a very attentive staff that seems very happy to be there. Considering we dined there on only the day after the grand opening, I expect things to only get better. I recommend anyone try it. We’ll be returning next for Sunday brunch!!!

Clara Gelatt

Delicious! I highly recommend the scallops and all of the desserts looked delicious. (We had the Tarte Tatin it was really good). So happy to have a French restaurant in the neighborhood.

Sammy Smith

So disappointed. Three tries in baking a cappuccino, failed each time. Food order never arrived, gave up and left. If zero star was available would have given a zero.

Beth Johnson

I wish I had a photo of the Gniiri to add but it didn’t last long! We also enjoyed our fresh beet salad and delightful wine. Will definitely return next visit to this area of Denver.

Carl Woszczynski

We had a great meal at Le French with a group of 30! Despite the large group, service and food were amazing. The free bread and butter to start were very nice. I had a nice salmon with tarragon cream sauce that was one of the beat salmon dishes I've ever had. Finished with creme brulee that was great as well. Overall, the perfect meal, and I'd highly recommend visiting!

Everything I thought it would be ... try le Bissap it will give you hibiscus life and then some. They helped curve my Jambon crave, so what more can I say. I love my people and our food <3

Diana Streifel

My French onion soup was over seasoned. It took 15 minutes to set us when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Frites were soggy. Their only saving grace was the chocolat du pain. Save yourself the trouble. Get a pastry and coffee to go.

Le French Denver is a must. Exquisite and very friendly It had the French cafe feel with delicious and flavorful food and service was awesome and very friendly.. With the background of the Sisters Chefs Dia, the food is fabulous and well balanced, Highly recommended for any occasions, whether for breakfast with delicious French pastries , business lunch and romantic or family diner. Can’t wait go back and try the rest of the menu

James Irisawa

Very good for both food and service.

Rachael Lyman

We were lucky enough to go during the soft opening last night. I had the sea bass and my daughter ordered the short rib entrée. We were both blown away! I can not wait to go back and try their breakfast and lunch offerings!

Elizabeth Lizotte-Brown

They’re busy—great, they’ve struck a chord in an area that continues to need good lunch options. I love the gorgeous space and the service at the bar was prompt, friendly and professional. I wanted to love the food but found it meh—the frites were inconsistent in size, resulting in some nice crisp ones and some undercooked, soggy ones. The chicken sandwich featured griddled chicken pieces that were dried out and lacked flavor. I suspect they will hit their stride soon but I missed what all the fuss is about.

Austin Ledbetter

Food, service and atmosphere was fantastic

Melanie Buchanan

Quaint French restaurant in the Tech Center. The french onion soup is AMAZING! The crêpes are a little thicker and a bit bland, but decent. It is a nicer restaurant, so I was surprised to see TVs with sports playing in the corners of the room, which took away from the atmosphere.

Mark Mead

This place is so so. Service is odd. They take themselves a bit too seriously for what it is. And the 2 times we’ve been they’ve been understaffed (by their own admission) and out of some wine, liquor and food. Restaurant scene in Denver is too competitive for them to last.

Alexander Raley

Food was good service a bit slow.

Taken Lord

Great atmosphere and date night dinner. Sea bass and the foie gras appetizer were to die for. Going back soon.

R. Sierre

Food was AMAZING!!!!! I had the scallops. They were so tender ..definitely would recommend...the service also was awesome. Very attentive.

Destiny Grant

Love this place ! However ive noticed the younger gentleman at the coffee station is not very friendly. With customers nor coworkers. I believe his name was Elliot or something of that nature, but I saw a sweet lady working the coffee station just trying to get out coffees and this young lad was not being very curtious or helpful for this girl who was trying her best. If you have people who dont enjoy what they do, or at least act like it maybe they should be working in back.. Other than that the food is wonderful! And the restaurant is beautiful!

Collin Heller

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and delicious food. I was actually surprised by the reasonable prices on the food seeing as how nice the atmosphere is. I'll definitely come back for more dishes in the future.

Sterling Joseph

What an awesome place to eat and the atmosphere is second to none. Please give it a try and you won’t be sorry! Love the friendly staff!!

Mari B

Amazing ambience, foods and friendly staff.

Melissa Hawtof

Good food and service. Have decent gluten free options. Nice atmosphere.

Alison Medina

Le French is a delightful dining experience. I went with my family and enjoyed brunch. The veggie crepe is amazing! Loved the ambiance and outdoor seating option. Adorable sidewalk cafe style, delicious food and great service.

We were originally going to eat at Urban Egg but because our wait time was 45 minutes, we decided to give Le French a try and we were not disappointed! Their coffee is incredible. The black coffee my husband ordered was smooth and nutty. No hint of bitterness at all. My cappuccino was perfect! Smooth, creamy and the perfect amount of foam and sweetness. Our food was incredibly filling and delicious and will hold us over while we get our Saturday shenanigans underway. We ordered their lemon crepe as our breakfast dessert and split it between the 3 of us which was perfect because it’s so savory. The vibe here is very classy but low-key and we were immediately seated which was perfect for a late Saturday breakfast when all the other nearby brunch restaurants had a 45-60 minute wait time. Consider giving this place a shot for your next weekend brunch date! No wait time. Fantastic coffee. And savory food. ✅ Done.

Christine Shaw

Nice atmosphere, good service, great food!

This place is way under rated. The reviews don't do this place justice. First off, this restaurant opened in April of this year, and it takes time to dial in your menu and get everything right. Trust me when I say this they have dialed in the menu. The executive chef is from France and has a michelin star! Those awards are only given to the best of the best period! This place is a little pricy, but you get way you pay for period. Highly recommended, I will be back.

Mary Katherine Spierings

We had 3 wines, 3 apps, 3 entrees, and 2 desserts between the 2 of us and everything was phenomenal, as was the service. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. So excited for this addition to Belleview Station!

Miriam & Cesar were delightful. Miriam was most gracious, Cesar was purposeful & deliberate in his service, Excellent. Food was absolutely delicious, and perfect amount, nice flavors melding together. I had the vegetarian crepe with aubergine and chevre with greens. Delicious. Lovely place to dine, the acutics was excellent for a lunchtime crowd. We previously were at a coffee shop down the street where we could not hear ourselves think. I highly recommend Le French, comfortable seating and large windows for a surround view. Thank you Jeremy, Miriam & Cesar

Becky Creighton

We went on a Sunday, very popular for brunch. We sat on the patio and the service was well, almost non-existent. I actually don’t fault the server, as he was waiting tables inside, as were the other servers. I fault the management. Why wouldn’t you have a dedicated server for a patio with 10 tables - particularly when you were booked solid with reservations inside? One guy just got up and left because it took so long for someone to acknowledge him. The French onion soup was really good. The patio is cute and inside was very nice. I’ll give it another try in a month or so in hopes the service issues are fixed.

Pretty Sackey

Gorgeous place...food was beuond expectation. Will definitely be back.

vstempfer

Excellent steak tartine. Great Pastis. Excellent place to end a Sunday morning after golf.

Swati Shuter

Wonderful restaurant! The quality of their ingredients really shines. The mussels were amazing! Service was great, everyone was friendly and professional and the atmosphere is bright and fresh but also cozy.

Pamela Kane

Breakfast review: OK so I've given this Le French a few tries and it has definitely improved since opening. Front of house service is much better and friendlier. Food is delicious, but still somehow leaves you wanting more or something else. Citron crepe is absolutely delicious. Coffee drinks have been consistently mediocre; 3 different baristas. For me it is just too formal for the morning. It's not relaxing or comfortable. It's a bummer because I'd love a great French cafe; I'd probably be there daily if they could get better coffee, pastries and lose the attitude.

Media Shakiba

Loved ther restaurant. Such a nice staff and delicious food.

Sharon Smith

Loved it! The service was very good. Our server was very friendly. The coffee and the chocolate croissant were excellent. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend Le French Denver!

Karina Cohen

One of the best meals I’ve had in Colorado. Excellent food. Excellent service. Make a reservation. Val was amazing. Need some curtains to block out the noise other then that awesome. Will be sure to come again!

Lin Dixon

Cute place. Nice staff. Cool menu.

Julie Kim

Cute spot, great service, good food. I'll say this place is a keeper. I love that so many interesting places are starting to pop up more around DTC.

Scottee Meade

The food is delicious; the wine list is great; service is excellent; prices are reasonable.

Darla Sergeant

Delicious! Can't wait to go back.

Michael Shelton

Service and staff we're spot on. The beef was tender and flavorful. The scallops we're outstanding and perfectly cooked..though not much on the plate. Maybe a side could be added? The bundt cake was perfection and a great end to the meal

Cathy McNulty

There is potential but they have a lot of work to do. Front of the house delivered one of the worst dining experiences we have had in Denver for this type of restaurant. Had to ask for water consistently, bread was offered but never delivered until we asked 5 times at least, had to cancel our wine order because we finished our dinner and still hadn’t received it. Bread was not made in house. The server complained about how tired she was throughout the entire dinner. However most but not all of the dishes ordered were good.

Shaun Faulkner

great!!! 2nd to none and going to become a coveted destination. food was wonderful, great atmosphere and hosts. will be going back again and again.

Jasmine Stamm

such a great space, love the design! Staff is so friendly and brunch was excellent. I had a drink special Sangria that was delicious and the Salade Lyonnaise with chicken that was excellent, i loved the poached egg. I finished it off with both their lemon and pistachio macaroons which were also amazing. I can't wait to come back to try everything else on the menu! & they allow dogs on the patio which is a plus!
