No soup bowls or spoons. No dessert plates or ice cream bowls. Chocolate dessert fountain out of order. About 85* outside and 90* in the restaurant. Horrible Experience!! Will NOT Be Returning!!! Same location as the old Hometown Buffet. which was much much better and always loved! We bragged about this place to a bunch of friends who came with us!..TOTALLY EMBARRASSED

We went with a friend last Sunday. The ribs was great. T at the steak Station as friendly and did really good med rare. Fried chicken wasn't bad and 2 types of gravy was already drying in the pan. Food options did not seem as varied as other branches in other states been to. There were 2 salad tables and not much variety. Raspberry or strawberry cake was kinda dry and no chocolate cake option though a plain choco cookie option. The lemon meringue was good. Not much fruit options. Sundae machine only had chocolate working and messy side area table. There was a friendly dude staff who kept ensuring dirty plates were cleared and if we needed drink refills, even if just water. Toilet was dirty. I actually stepped out with some tissue stuck to my shoe from the mess there. Forgot to take pics, was with three kids.

Golden Corral is conveniently located on Powers Blvd. Easy to find. It has lots of parking. The lines of people may get long because it is one of the best buffets around. Two lines to serve you so it goes fast. Food is always fresh. Great salad bar. Good for me because I am a vegetarian. Dessert bar is hard to beat. Many meat dishes. Barbecue and Cajun. Staff is friendly and fast service. Good atmosphere!

I came with my girlfriend on 7.19.19 and we were quite satisfied. Our server Carlos was extremely nice, took all of our plates quickly and gave us plenty of refills. Which sounds like a "well duh" kind of thing but a lot of servers nowadays suck at basic services, so thank you Carlos! And props to the young man running the front when we arrived. He was grabbing drinks and cashing people out and kept the line moving by himself, give these guy a raise! The food was very good. A lot of the negative reviews were throwing me off, and with the whole YouTube videos talking about buffets in a negative light, I was pleasantly surprised. The variety was good for the lunch menu and everything was freshly made. Not sure if it's new management or if the overall company has stepped it up but this was a huge improvement over the last time I came here. Both in food and service. I would just avoid busy periods like Friday dinner or Sunday after church because they probably will be out of the things you want and everyone's little kids are gonna be running amok, ruining your buffet experience.

I've tried to be patient with this establishment as a new business. The stations were basically empty the food was dried up and looked like the food had been their all day. At 4pm they had waffles that were hard as a rock, brunt shrimp and catfish. Watch the cook take old cooked steak from the fridge throw it on the grill and chop it up. I give up and they should too, they are way over their head. Stick to KFC and Taco Bell that seems to be where they're successful at. The best thing I ate tonight was the watermelon. Cleanliness and maintenance is a serious issue. The whole dining area is dirty, splattered food on the walls, splattered food and dust on the blinds, baseboards so dirty they are black, dust and grime on every ledge and corner, carpet extremely worn and dirty, paint pealing everywhere. My guess is this place hasn't had a deep clean in years. Extremely dated compared to other locations I have visited, and had an overall feel of worn down. Food was good, I must admit, but with the condition of the dining area, it brings to question about what the kitchen looks like. Will not return to this location.

It is a decent place. The lines were kept clean and fairly well-stocked. The food is to be expected for a buffet as they are cooking for the masses with that in mind there are still some good selections to choose from. I would recommend and will probably return myself

The apple pie was cold, and that was un American in my eyes. Birthday meal I touched everything I could before I couldn't take anymore. The food was average but I made the best of it. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody that wasn't extremely hungry

Been to dozens of GCs across the country and this one was by far and away the worst. The only reason it didnt get 1 star was the food tasted ok, there just wasn't a level of fully stocked. They had a lot of empty trays.....at dinner time.......

Very bad.i gave it a try 4 times and every time it gets worse..the food was under cooked..place smelled like feet maybe the carpet..we spent good money in that place every time we were there..$61 and all we could stand to eat was one plate..the kids also hated it..i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone..the one in Mass is 100 x better..worth the drive

Everything was terrible. Food was old, greesy, and almost inedible. Didn't get our drinks or silverwear till 15 minutes in and our old dishes remained on the table for the entire duration of our meal. It was 80 degrees outside that day and there was no AC on. Terrible service, food, and atmosphere. It's too bad google doesn't allow a lower rating than one star because this earned a negative two in my book.

Absolutely disgusting! As soon as you walk in, there's food and trash all over the floor. Good luck finding a clean table to sit. Make sure you look at their so called clean plates. I picked up ten dirty ones that had food stuck on them and set them to the side before I found a clean one, only to find a worker place them right back. The only things that tasted edible was the first line as soon as you walk in. They definitely put new food on top of old because there were several items that were layered and cold on the bottom. Stay away from the shrimp. I ate one at the salad bar and immediately had to spit it our because it tasted rotten. No room to walk between the buffet and tables. Waiters are blind. They will straight up come up to you and ask you if you need anything with completely empty cups in front of you not wait for your response and walk away. Horrible! Avoid this place like the plague!

Comfort food to the max! Green beans, squash, spinach, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, and a nice salad bar. There is a seafood section, most selections are fried in this area, there are lots of chicken options, fried, bourbon, etc. Also pulled pork and steak with mushrooms. Ice cream, cakes, and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows and fresh fruit. Adding that my server was attentive and friendly. The food...everything was basically cooked to perfection, warm, and well stocked. Although a little pricey at $18 for one person.

I have never in my life been treated this way. I can say one good thing about this restaurant. The only food that was good was the desserts. The customer service was great to. I have been to many Golden Corrals this was the worst one I ever been to. The food was terrible customers was shoving everyone. I will never go back there again. The worst part that I experienced was. Customers was cutting in the double doors. Then they had the nerve to look at me like I did something wrong. I told the manager what had happened and he blew me off. I am going to just stick to eating at the Golden Corral that is in my neighborhood.

Good as ever. My steak was really cooked medium well at my request. I've stopped ordering steak at similarly priced restaurants because they never get it right. The bread pudding was undercooked, thus the 4 rating. This is a great place to eat when you can't decide what you want, or members of your party have different tastes. BTW, there's an abandoned Country Buffet at Quebec Square in Stapleton. Great location for a Golden Corral... just sayin'

When I went in at the height of dinner time. The place was busy as expected.However, I was able to get in, select several different dishes, and get out quickly. I was surprised at how many different selection they had. All delicious and all hot. I couldn't try all the dishes, but I will be going back very soon to see what I missed.

Food is always excellent here. Always fresh and delicious and wait staff is friendly and funny. Dessert was underwhelming as it seemed no one paid any attention to it. It has few desserts and empty plates of cakes and pies left out, zero ice cream as the machine wasn't set up, and the chocolate waterfall wasn't even turned on but the strawberries were out for it... Every other station was booming though.

Oh man. Everyone says that golden corral is not good. This had kept me from going to this restaurant. However my friend insisted we go and I cant tell you how GOOD it was. I have a sweet tooth so the dessert bar met all my needs. PSA- golden corral has fresh spun cotton candy. I tried a little bit of everything I could and only 2 things where not great. Everything else was delicious! It was a busy Friday night and the food was hot, I particularly liked the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Everything was good and this was a 9/10 restaurant for me.

I always have an awesome experience but yesterday gave me a bad taste in my mouth. I and a few others were waiting at the desert area patiently for more cotton candy to be made. The woman behind the counter did not acknowledge us at all and when I asked will she be making more cotton candy soon she just looked at me and poured sugar into the machine and started making it without even answering me. To make it worse when I said Thank you after I grabbed one she didn't acknowledge that either. Just turned away and walked off. I Know it's busy but if you hate your job then don't work there. Your job is to serve the customer with respect and at least pretend you're not having a terrible time.

Visited on a Tuesday, early for dinner, 4 30. Everything was fresh and delicious. They had nice thick sirloin steaks char grilled, cooked to order, very good. You have to try their potato casserole, it had cheese and jalapeno peppers in it, so yummy. The cornbread was excellent with a lot of fresh corn in it. The salad bar was stocked and had a huge selection to choose from. Very good experience, definitely going back again. Staff was awesome, very attentive.

This location is where Home Town Buffet was. From my experience it is a bit better. You still get that cafeteria food feel here but with some improvements. I'm a picky eater & so you do get the occasional items that just don't taste well to me. So far I haven't run into the occasional food with some of that green stuff if you know what I mean. Something that I ran into several times at Home Town. I still get that feeling of Home Town Buffet and forget lol. Instill looking for the ice cream topping section with the sprinkles. This visit I saw no sprinkles. I'm not complaining though... When I go here I make sure I down my 5 plates of food as I try to taste everything they have at the times. Some things I don't mess with just due to my own stomach quirks I now have. But they do have something there for everyone so if your a vegan or whatever... you'll find something even is it means offering a dish. I haven't done that yet here and typing this is reminding me of it so I'll try next visit. I will update as things go....

The food is generally good, however, today was a "zoo" and the overcrowding really lessened our overall enjoyment. One thing that caused a full star lower rating was the "Grillmaster" told a prep cook to "...get another ham out...watch out because it'll be f*ckin' hot..." Now we aren't prudes, and we know that the F-Bomb is more widely used, however, yelling it so customers and kids can plainly hear it, well, it didn't "float our boat".

Typical buffet items. Very good quality. Always fresh. Tonight the chef, Steve, really went out of his way to make sure our daughter was able to have as much vaeiety as the rest. She has a dairy allergy and he went through every item being offered to check. He even made her a special dessert. He checked on us quite often. I cannot thank him enough. The management team has always been so kind and willing to accommodate where it was possible.

I was shamed for asking for my money back. We arrived at 10:30 expected to have breakfast item still on the bar. We were told by the staff that they’ve been out for a few hours. I asked for my money back and the person that I interacted with was the manager Mr Roach. I think his first name was Matt not too sure. However, instead of applying great customer service and getting my money back he basically shamed me in front of all the other guests and kept asking me why it is I wanted to leave. I had to calm him down by assuring him that we be back next weekend. I will never be back. I paid with my debt card. Instead of refunding me in cash in a very snide and disrespectful way he said that it will be there in 3 to 5 days. I smiled wished him well and left. Matt needs some serious coaching counseling and management classes if he’s going to deal with the public going forward. He obviously took it personally and instead of doing the right thing he did everything wrong here

This place has that certain nostalgic factor that a lot of folks can relate to, especially my wife who really likes this place...so for that alone I'll give it a 4. Golden Corral is pretty much a "what you see is what you get" kind of place. At this particular location, the servers were always friendly and attentive despite having to deal with a ton of other people. The food was ok, and so was the dessert - the variety makes it a little easier to find something to enjoy there. It stays pretty busy there too, so a lot of folks like this place also.

I have been to many Golden Corral and for the most part I very much enjoyed them the service at this particular one in Milford Connecticut was terrible most Golden Corrals are very crowded but they maintain the line they keep it moving services always been very good this particular one was half empty and from the time we walked in to a very short line and waited about 15 minutes then finally got out table what is drinks didn't get them till we were almost finished our meal

I love buffets, that said this was my first time at this chain. The dining room was relatively clean and the staff was great as far as meeting the needs of customers. The food however was terrible in that a lot of it was left on too long or looked as if it was left in a bag and sat on by someone. The salad bar was fresh but many of the hot items were hard(had sat under heat lamps too long) or just bland. The fried chicken was good as were the commonly grabbed items. I would not go back again though because of how spotty the food was.

My waitresses was pretty Toni very rude my family didn't deserve to be treated poorly because we're black and didn't look as if we paid to get in, after telling him that we was told to find a table and come back and pay because we had a large amount of kids he comes back and asked again, At this point am angry very uncomfortable I explained that I just finished paying and would like a manager, he never went to get one and keep trying to ez it over with small talk. Won't be returning $300 wasted for poor service.

No air conditioning, empty trays on buffet, no hot fudge or caramel, no chocolate fountain. Food was lukewarm, to hot for slicing meats at smokehouse, management was clueless and unresponsive. Been to this chain all over the country, never been so disappointed, save your money or go to McDonald's, the food and service there would be the equivalent of a 3 star step up.

Horrible! Gross experience! Too many dirty adults leaning under the glass to speak spraying saliva all over the uncovered food. Most children were unattended, too short for the protective glass speaking to each other and wandering freely about touching the food and desserts with their bare dirty hands. The last straw and possibly worse cross contamination came from the steak cook using his glove in one hand which he used to grab the raw meat to place on the grill but used both hands on the utensils and smeared the bloody glove all over the carving station turkey and ham. I never saw him change gloves the entire time that I was there. I will NEVER return! I couldn't eat a thing. Worst Thanksgiving giving dinner ever!!!! I do not recommend unless you are keen on catching something.

The waiter we got was very nice but the food wasn't all that great. When I looked up Golden Corral I was excited by the picture I saw, when we went in side though I was sadly disappointed. There was no seafood and the steak when I asked for rare it was mostly just a big piece of fat. The chocolate fountain doesnt work. The nacho/taco meet did not look appetizing and it didnt taste the best ethier. The only thing that I really liked was the Mac and Cheese, it was very creamy and delicious.

Very disappointed, my husband called the restaurant last night and asked if they had the little quiche on the breakfast buffet. The woman on the phone told him yes they would. Well we went there for Mother's day. VERY DISAPPOINTED, they did not have them. I actually felt like the woman on the phone lied to him just to get us in there. Not what I had wanted. Both my mother and I got sick. Was just not tasty food at all. Things were stuck on pans and just too dry and crunchy. Very disappointed in the breakfast. Will not be going back in anytime soon.

So I travel and am a avid golden corral customer. This is one of the worst ones I've visited. It starts off in the line when my husband orders chocolate milk and is handed a kids cup. Then she proceeds to ask if we are seniors. Im 47 hes 51. Ok no biggie but the display of food was terrible. Broccoli and cauliflower were brown, most items were cold. To top it off the girl at the sald bar was not wearing gloves and spilled watermelon on the counter and picked it up with her hands and put it back in the bowl. Service was mediocre. I had to ask for a refill and left with plates on my table. Any other golden corral ive ever been to the manager was always visible, yet I never seen one during my visit. Guess that speaks to the order of the restaurant. I will not be returning and pray I dont get sick after this visit.

I love buffets. Their food is so great. I love the cheeseburgers, the fries, the nachos, and the Mac and cheese. I love the deserts to. I love the chocolate fountain and the ice cream sundaes. You can have as much as you want and you can make stuff the way you want. Great business and great food and great service and great staff.

They were changing over from lunch to dinner so many things were unavailable such as the salad bar, many vegetables, white rice and more. My wife and I had to wait 45 minutes for these foods to be replenished. Once they started bringing out the food it was good, however you shouldn't have to wait this long. There was some sort of plumbing leak in the men's room, puddles of water in there and lightly into the hall leading to the restrooms. Damien the man doing the grilling was very pleasant and doing a great job on those steaks. I had two which were delicious! Most of the customers returned his kindness except one man who seem to keep changing the way he wanted his steak cooked, the size and how many pieces he wanted. Some of the customers became impatient with the other customer however, Damien did his best to satisfy this customer. I think there should be a tip container at the grill for the cook similar to that of the West Springfield Golden Corral that my wife and I visit periodically. We give it 3 stars due to the needless long wait for refills to most of the food containers.

Chrystal is the epitome of customer service. This woman leads with a great vibe. I was just there for first time. Food was really good and hot. Surprisingly big selection of meats, side dishes, salads and desserts. Could have been little bit colder inside and some fresh air, but overall great experience. And our waitress Theolinda (sorry if messed up your name) was great from beginning till desserts. I attended dinner with family on Wednesday August 21st. Generally, happy staff, good service. However, the manager was something else.. Short, maybe Spanish or Asian, with glasses. She was standing with the cashier but could barely keep her eyes open yet looked like a bug said my son... My children asked what was wrong with her and I brushed it off. I could tell the cashier was embarrassed. I will be pursuing this further for this is family restaurant.. she was clearly under the influence of something!!

My family and I go here pretty often, I enjoy the food and the staff most of the time... Today however when we came in to eat, you pay at front and get your drinks at the same time. We we're ignored for a bit til I got an attitude with the lady at the register. This happens pretty often to us. I wish it wasn't such a social hour for the employees up front... Good buffet style food. Just like most buffets, there are some really good items and some that are less than spectacular. Kids love it because they can be picky and get what they want. There's even a chocolate fountain at the dessert bar.

Horrible. Food was not a right temperature. Dessert station was a disaster with expired food. I felt like nothing was fresh and that theybwere already closing for the day at 7pm. My husband, a kitchen manager, told multiple staff and none seemed to care or understand. Quite disappointing that the manager didnt even know how to temp the food correctly. Salad bar was completly depleted for the entirety of the visit and i love salads. There was a lot of expired food sitting out.

If that wasn't bad enough, the air conditioning was operating imadequately. Liked the wide variety and selections of food. Need to have more vegetables that do not have meat in them, so that vegetarians have a larger selection to choose from. Also need to list kinds of fish available. Staff were friendly and helpful and see to be able to manage crowds well. The food selection is limited. The quality of meat in the grill section is inferior although the two types of baby back ribs are good, not very good...just good. They lack the smokey flavor O associate with barbecue baby back ribs. The soups (chicken noodle soup and clam chowder) didn't taste quite right and very salty. I didn't try any other food since they didn't look appetizing to me. The dining area is crowded with the tables too close to each other. The mens room can be a lot cleaner. The silver lining was our server, a middle aged Asian (Korean probably) woman. She always has a smile on her face and mindful of our needs and prompt in delivering what we needed and in removing empty plates on our table. Well, you get what you pay for.

I have been here many times since it opened. That first month the place was incredible! Food was plenty, service staff always asking if you need more to drink or just clear the dishes. Tonight, food was always running out. If you wanted steak you were in line with 15 people with a wait of 10+ minutes. We saw Prime rib when we first arrived, but it was gone in 10 minutes. We were there for 35 minutes before they brought more out. The dessert station when we first came in was stocked. When it was time for dessert, just about everything was out. There was jello, whipcream and marshmallows for dipping. Chocolate fountain was either broke, or they ran out of chocolate. Our server was nice, but had to ask for refills even when she walked by many times seeing glasses were empty. I understand they cut back on staff to save money, but weekends are always busy. Please Golden Corral, on weekends please have enough staff!

We had decided to walk 3 miles in the snow (on purpose, instead of driving) for exercise, heading to the store planning to go back home to make breakfast and watch GOT, when we walked past and realized that golden corral is open for breakfast. We were so surprised. And excited. And were not disappointed! The omlet bar is truly fantastic... I recommend that you start there.

Try to avoid the dinner rush which begins at 6 p.m. during dinner rush often have to wait for food to come from the kitchen. Table space can be limited and the staff can be stretched pretty thin at getting you drinks another items. Food is consistently good and there's plenty of it. Not a bad value for the dollar. Let me start by saying, I know why we go to buffet’s. Lots of food, small price. Got it. However, most people, like myself, expect the food to be half-decent. It was horrible, no seasoning, the meat was room temperature, the drinks tasted like they came out of the dishwasher, the service was atrocious(besides one gentleman in a maroon/burgundy shirt. He was awesome!). My wife and I had to break every traffic law Colorado has so we could find a gas station and release the demons that Golden Corral unleashed into our stomach (in terms of a very uncomfortable bowel movement). This may have been an off day for this establishment. But, this was my experience today. 0/10, would not recommend.

I have had breakfast at Golden Corral before and this definitely was not the best they can do, the eggs were watery, the sausage...not sure what kind it was, but had a funny flavor to it, even the bacon tasted funny. The blueberry pancakes looked like they had used muffin mix to make them, really out of the 2 plates of food that I had the only redeeming thing I ate was the banana nut french toast and cinnamon roll.

Worst buffet experience ever. The weekday dinner was $14.99, when the sign said $13.99, which is probably 3 times the value of what it should actually cost, and $3 more than the price of the surrounding buffets in the area, which have much MUCH better service. I have been to several buffets across the state in the past but this is the most abysmal one yet. The food was either bland, or incredibly salty. Not to mention that there was NO chocolate fountain. Despite this, the desert station was an absolute mess. The steak was tough and most likely the lowest consumer grade beef used. The slow cooked roast beef was mostly fat and gristle. There were no serving cups for the sauces. The service was non existent. No one led us to a table, and we had to spend 5 minutes looking for a single clean table. We had to wait 10 minutes before a server came to the table to ask us about drinks. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get our drinks and to get something as simple as silverware. Afterwards, we had to flag down the server multiple times, as they would either ignore us or forget about a refill that we had requested. TL;DR Overpriced, disgusting food, and the absolute minimal in food service I have ever witnessed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

There were random barrels with writing all over them for different food prep items, the floor was dirty, the area behind the counters were not just one day dirty. The shrimp was in its name sake, so small it was like tiny nuggets.

Went there for the first time today with my fiance and son but it'll be the last. The servers were pretty nice, but the food was not good at all and cold. My fiance ordered a steak off the grill and asked for it well done because I'm pregnant and can't have undercooked meat but it was very undercooked in the middle, he went back a second time and the cook did the same thing. I don't think making the meat well done is that hard to do... There was also a hair in the macaroni and cheese, very disgusting. I was very disappointed going here and wish we'd read other reveiws beforehand, I would not recommend this place and hope they do better as far as sanitation and their staff.

So I'm giving this place Five stars based on service alone. I was recently in to help celebrate family members birthday and unfortunately I was eating and there was a piece of glass in my food that a customer broke a plate earlier but the management and servers were so professional and helpful I will definitely come back outstanding way to handle things they refunded my whole table and we're just great.

Ate there a few weeks ago on a Monday. Had fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. Going to report them to health department for an emergency review of their food handling practices. Came down with food poisoning that late evening. Was sick, vomiting for 2 days. Since I ate nowhere else or anything else that day, food poisoning was from contaminated chicken where raw chicken touched cooked meat. I STRONGLY suggest you avoid this place unless you want to take the chance of getting sick as well. Shame they advertise so much but their cooking procedures are unsanitary. Will NEVER eat at any Golden Corral again and suggest you do not either.

This place was probably the best place to eat. I've been to the ones in Denver and Aurora and the people here we're very nice and noticed us when we walked in. Their food at every hot station was hot. Not just warm. Their desserts were very colorful. Gonna be my favorite spot!!!

Thanksgiving at Golden Corral was a great choice. Yes the line was crazy, but it went by really quick. Our server, Mrs. Judy, was fantastic. I know she was super busy but she kept our plates cleared off, our drinks filled, and still had time to joke around with our family. Thank you Mrs. Judy for being a part of our family while we were there. Thank you Golden Corral for the great food today and the warm holiday feeling. Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Good: Food was great asked for a medium rare stake wasnt one so he threw a couple on and even brought it to us when it was done best steak I have ever had at a golden corral. Bad: our waitress was so slow took her 15 min to clean a table and it wasnt even clean when she was done she never asked us if we needed anything had to wave her down for refills and u could totally tell our cups where empty that's the only issue we had or would of gave 5 stars. Will definitely go back as long as we dont have that waitress.

Food was good until another customer and I found a long hair in the chocolate pie serving. That wasn't too good. Very busy but they set tables for all 11 of us to be able to sit together. That was great. Maybe they should go back to wearing hairnets then I would probably give them five stars.

No, no, and hell no. The only bright spot was the young woman that served our table, Tadu. Other than that it was messy. The food was poorly positioned and things were not clean. Several of the icecream bowls still had chocolate sauce crusted on them. I saw a worker leave the bathroom without washing her hands. This was my first visit in years. I remember why now.

The weekend breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. You must try it out. However, I brought a group of people from my place of employment, the staff was very accommodating and made sure that everyone in our group was taken care of. The items on the buffet were fresh and very tasty. They offer senior citizens discounts and military discounts with valid ID.

It was my first visit to this business and they set a good impression. Despite having a rush of business of 2 bus loads just before we arrived, we were seated in about 10 minutes! All of the food I sampled was fresh and tasty. The place is really large and it was easy to get food even though there was a lot of people dining. The price was a bit of a let down as the drinks charged separately and not self serve (though only one charge, and you can ask for refills at no additional charge). Also, just because it was Sunday, I was charged for dinner price during lunch hours. For some reason, Sunday's they charge 50% more for lunch. Oh, and the chocolate fountain is also really good once you go in for the deserts. The chocolate was delish! Overall it was a pleasant visit and I would go back. It's a good spot to fill up!

As a whole, I think buffets are disgusting. Not from a food perspective but because kids are allowed to run around unsupervised. They are allowed to help themselves after playing, scratching and doing God knows what. Some adults are no difference. But none of these things can be helped by the establishment. That being said I enjoyed my dining experience. I went for breakfast and it was everything I wanted. The food was delicious. Hope to return soon.

20.00 I won't get back. Won't ever go again. Food mislabeled. Spaghetti, etc.. no, dried out pizza. The fried okra was squishy; hush puppies dense & cool to the touch. Mexican section set up backward (no nachos?) Salads barely chilled; no butter or sour cream anywhere near the baked potatoes. Green bean casserole, horrible (seriously, how do you foul up green bean casserole)? It was bitter. Best? the ribs, though like warm and the diet coke. No manager in site. 3 young men up front, two goofing off, the other running the register (and getting his lazy co workers drinks and ice cream) Plates stacked in the oddest place. Would love a refund

This place is a disaster. TO START THERE IS NO AC IN THIS PLACE it was 100 degrees outside and maybe a 20 degree difference inside. We had 7 kids. the guy that was our waiter said they ran out of child cup lids (I went to the other waiters station and got some from another waitress) then I realized my two of my kids didnt have drinks after waiting 30 minutes because I couldn't find the guy. I was like we are missing two lemonades our waiter was like we dont have anymore children's cups( they did at the other waiters station he was just to lazy to get them) so he decided to just not give us drinks for our kids it was 100 degrees outside and probably 80 something degrees inside because there was no AC. I told him that was totally unacceptable.

Well. I've never liked the idea of Golden corral. But I went to this one for lunch. The lady at the counter was sloww she didn't know what she was doing. I watched her flat out refuse seniors a coupon for their drinks. Then, I went to get my first plate. Hair in the noodles. Gross. I proceeded to get pizza thinking how could they mess it up. Well there was plastic on my pizza. Half melted into the cheese. The waiter, Gary. Laughed and wouldn't get the manager. So we went and found a manager ourselves. Manager gave us a refund. Thank God. This place smelled like funky over-eating people. I mean seriously, nobody gets dressed anymore? It was like a free -for-all. One weirdo got up from his table and came and stood behind my kids at our table. He was staring off into the sky looked around and then went back to his table. The only one that I will go to at this point is in Littleton. My 10 year old loved the meatloaf in Littleton.(She doesn't even like mestloaf) And was looking forward to it here in Aurora. And she said it was one of the nastiest things she's ever eaten. Never again!!

I've eaten at Golden Corral in Tucson, and now lately in Denver. This is a great buffet style chain. Food quality is great at both stores. My main problem is using some restraint and not pigging out because I want to try a little of everything but the human digestive system cant handle that on one visit. So visit again on another occasion and try something different. Prices are reasonable.

alot of the food was dry beyond reason. i had jalapenos on my plate and was dying but couldn't get a refill on my drink. Ended up stealing all my family's drinks. I went on 7/7/2019 at 6:00pm, I sat right at the area where you waited to Be seated by the soda machine. Who ever was the girl that was our waitress was honestly HORRIBLE!! She was so unprofessional, and rude. She spoke to to her with attitude and not wanting to do her job. She was upset I asked for my utensils since there weren’t any at our table. She rudely told a little boy who asked for soda and replied “ didn’t they tell you I wasn’t getting your coke”. I so badly wanted to enjoy my visit since I’ve never been to a Golden Corral before but honestly would never recommend this location because of the servers. Other servers were loud and conversing about stuff we didn’t need to hear. One lady tried to speak to me in Spanish terms just cause I was Spanish. I’m sorry but servers make the place and this place gets 2 stars because yea food was good but service was trash!!!!! Fire and hire better people please!!! Or give them proper training. It’s a work place not a chill spot.

430 and the food was not stocked. Staff were hanging out at the counter and the one cashier was yelling to an employee across the restaurant. The front area smelled so bad of cleaning solution our eyes were watering. The waitress was rude when we asked for a larger table for our party of 5 than the small table for 4 she had picked out. No bowls. Desserts were all half full and picked over. No vanilla ice cream. Floors were not swept under, the tables around us all had food still under them. The only good thing was the rolls, and the guy cooking in the steak/bbq area. He was very polite when I walked by with a "good afternoon ma'am." (Didnt catch his name but he was a very large guy.)

I went to the milford location with my wife and I was not happy. The service was not very friendly. My wife discovered a bug in her glass of water and asked the server for another. The server was very callous and without saying a word went to get us another glass without showing any concern. No apologies! To make matters worse she left the glass with the bug on the table!! Living down in Florida, there are Golden restaurant's all over. Alot of them have extremely large selections of food. We had arrived there on a Saturday afternoon, after breakfast. The selection at this location didn't seem to be that large in comparison. I know I haven't been at that location in a while but it seems that the previous restaurant, HomeTown Buffet, had a larger selection of food. They did a great job and remodeling them place. The quality of the food, I must say, is always consistent for the most part, no matter which location I've been to. The only problem I have with the company as a whole, are there deserts. There's just something missing. It's probably due to the fact they don't use butter when they make their cakes, cookies or other desserts. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for good meal at a reasonable price.

Don't waste your money! I hadn't been to Golden Corral in years, but I went frequently when my girls were young and free or really cheap. The North location near us closed a few years ago. This is the one we frequented. We just happened to be near this location the other day and were hungry. Online showed a deal where the kids were only $0.99 so we decided to go. Turns out there was some kind of error that GC is aware of, but unable to fix? Lame, but didn't realize it until I was rung up and it was higher than expected so we stayed anyway. It was terrible! The place was dirty any the food was awful. I mean seriously awful; all of it. The only edible item was the ice cream! I don't know if it's just gone down hill in recent years or if this location was always this terrible, but we definitely won't be back. Even the kids complained about the pizza, Mac and cheese, etc.

I came here Saturday Feb 2nd 2:40pm. They said seat yourself. There were plenty of empty tables. Every single empty table was full of dirty dishes. There was absolutely no where to sit, and there seemed to be nobody clearing tables. I was shocked!! After standing looking for someone to clear a table I ended up clearing my own table because there seemed to be no one working there. By this point I was extremely mad. Food was bland and half of the trays were empty for awhile, very slow getting food out. The server came to our table one time for drinks. The rest of the time we were there we not only didn’t get any other drinks from our server, there was no other server to ask. The place is filthy and clearly under staffed. I’ve never had such an experience. I’ve been to several Golden Corral’s down south and they were awesome!! This place is small, dirty, understaffed and slow. I won’t be coming back And I won’t recommend!!

Was looking forward to trying this buffet since I heard they we're coming to the area. I was sadly disspaointed. Food was either luke warm or dry like it was sitting out too long. The selection was sub-par for a buffet. Nearly all the dishes were NOT labeled. I didn't like that drinks were given by the waitstaff - sometimes I want to change up or want my drink now, not once theyre available; which can be a while during a rush. The smokehouse area was the best part but couldn't keep enough food to avoid a line forming. The bathrooms were both sopping wet and the only measure taken was some wet floor signs. The one positive was the staff were all very nice. But I came. I saw. I won't be coming back.

Let's just say the commercials are misleading because nothing there looked or tasted good. Asked for a medium rare steak for it well done. Got a replacement and it was purple red. Nothing good to say about this place other than the server was nice.

It's your typical buffet. The food is well prepared and good! The steak they cook is just as good as Texas Road House in my opinion. The only thing I don't care for is the noise. Very load but I guess that expected. If you don't like big crowds I don't recommend it.

Went and got my plate as the food looked great. I sit down take my first bite and as i pulled the fork out of my mouth i felt hard left over food stuck to the silverware. YUCK! It wasnt just a crumb it was caked on crud. I of course immediately lost my appetite. The manager came and issued a refund as well as an apology. So kiddos for that. I will always be checking my silverware before eating from now on. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their meal. As i sit there not eating i tend to notice how much this place needs to be cleaned. So food is good and management is reputable but not cleanly.

This Golden Corral is great the food is fresh and never runs out the cooking staff is on top of it 100% the servers are so friendly and on top of it too! Even though they are so busy. I will recommend. We live closer to the one in Thornton but this one is worth your time money and the drive. Keep up the good work everybody you're great!!!

The food years ago was very dry and yuck but now that steve works there it is so very delicious !!!! Key things: go during the week days around 2 or 3 pm outta cheaper and not so crowded also say you are a senior they are not allowed to ask for i.d. or say fifteen year olds are 12 it's cheaper !

I was bit afraid that I had brought my family to bad place after reading several bad reviews. We had been on the road back to NY. Food was good. Place was clean. Staff was very friendly. The outside smells like pee, the inside does as well. The food was so bad that its actually funny. The lady that takes your money before you sit was so rude! Definitely a matter of time before this place is shut down. Also if you eat here check your receipt as we were charged for 8 people when we had 7.

As always the buffet aspect drew us in. The staff wasn't that talkative which came off as unfriendly and some of the food had been out too long but overall the restaurant was well taken care of and was satisfying enough. I would recommend this location to a friend. They should just take care to be more friendly. it is a self serve restaurant so the staff has a short window for impression. I suggest they take advantage of it.

Got seated right away. Although the tea bag was broken and the silverware wasn’t clean the staff were quick to make changes and had a very polite and friendly demeanor. The quality of the food was amazing! I’m actually impressed. The salad bar was fresh and the bourbon chicken was fantastic! Food was nicely seasoned and presented.

This is for the one in Colorado Springs, Co.. Your place totally turned me off of the whole chain. The tables are too close together. No room! You move your chair to get up and you bump the person behind you. The worse was a Mother's Day dinner. While we were eating, the manager came out and announced to the whole restaurant, "We have a long line of people waiting to get in, could you hurry up and eat, so others may have a chance..?!" Mother's Day should be a day that mothers can relax and enjoy their meals, "out". Not to be rushed and pushed to hurry like she's working. That was the worst Mother's Day for me, that I told my husband, no more going out to eat on that day. I looked around at other families. They were upset, too. Not right!

Afternoon buffet followers! The whole time I was there they never replenished the potroast or blueberry pie, just left the empty pans sitting there for an hour. Steak was good, but really there aren't any great buffet options in Colorado Springs at this time. Didn't get a single refill for the first 50 minutes, then 2 in the last 10 minutes?! Oh well.

Went in at 11 am and that seemed to be the perfect time to get in. Both breakfast and lunch we're being served. Our waitress, Adrianne, was the model employee. Restaurant was clean, food was served hot. In the center or the buffet is a grill section where you can normally get steak cooked to order, but today was only burgers. Apparently they do brisket only on the weekends. Cost for breakfast and lunch was $9.99 for an adult. Extra charge for drinks. They so offer senior discount.

Incredibly disgusted. I just went in for dinner. More then half of my tables food was cold as if it wasn't even heated. Meats that were not cooked on the grill were undercooked (pulled pork, fish and beef with vegetables and potatoes). The pies we're freezing cold. When a friend and I went to get some of the steak we watched the woman make the onions and peppers, she added the seasoning and said out loud that she messed up by putting cinnamon instead of the proper seasonings, then proceeded to cover it up with the seasonings she was supposed to use in the first place.. To top things off two of our plates, one dinner and one desert (which all come from the same spot) had a small bug on each one. When my table requested to speak to the manager he approached our table and seemed as if he had been drinking, slurred his words and could barely keep his eyes open. I personally took an up close picture of the plate and when he examined it he made my table feel grossed out by the second. First he questioned it as if we put it there, then said "in all my years of being here I've never seen a bug on a dessert plate". He then went further by saying that all of their produce is fresh and they cannot control what he called "flies" being in them. So did that mean you don't wash your produce before serving or that you are not in control of what insects are in your establishment? Going a step further with tables on both sides of my booth he then called over his whole team loudly (as we were trying to be discrete with other customers being around) to show them the plate making what seemed to be a joke out of it saying that the plate was over 15 minutes old. Needless to say after we had asked for a refund he said that he could only give me a $20 gift card to a restaurant I wish to never eat at again. What good does that do? All in all if you like rude service with cold food and bugs in your plate by all means to to Golden Corral.

Very good. This place is popular. Staff is very courteous. Our waiter, Drew, was very attentive and nice. Steak was great! Baked potato was very good! Fresh food consistently. Therfore the food stayed hot. One of the best Golden Corals I've ever been to. Period.

The lack of English speaking workers caused some confusion. The bowls and plates were not properly stocked. When asking about them, or the lack of icecream cones we were met with frustration because of the lack of basic communication skills. The food was acceptable but again the staff was the worst that I have ever experienced at a Golden Corral. The meat station was unattended more than not, causing unnecessarily long lines. And the bathroom were filthy. My wife waited to go somewhere else.

They have 2 long buffet tables for the salad alone, also can't forget the day I was there the chef was grilling steaks to order.there is so much to try can't try it all. Hadn't been here in years because Country Buffet was our go to and the price and food were always good but they shut down so we thought we'd try it again with all the changes being made. We were not disappointed, so much variety, the food is flavorful and juicy and just what youd expect in a home cook meal! We've been back several times now, and this is now our spot! Kids love the cotton candy machine, and chocolate fountain!

The tables were dirty and it was hard to get any assistance and the ones who were at the food area they would ignore you and a lot of them couldn't even understand what you were saying they spoke another language and only understood another language and the price was out rageous The stakes were so low quality You have to beat them and then grind them to try to eat them that's how badly they were and the vegetables were so overcooked they just were like sucking water that's how bout it was found lettuce with mold on it tomatoes with a worm in it and mold and the glass that they gave me was dirty in it took about 8 plates to go through before I found one that was clean so I just went to a different rack and there was no plates in then I asked somebody and it took them about 8 minutes to get me a plate and the desert side was such a disaster I would not even allow my guest that I brought there to event touch the desert us Very disorganized completely very dissatisfied completely...

We were getting ready to start Lent where we were fasting from meat. I wanted to make sure that I got a chance to eat fried chicken and brisket. The chicken was just being put out which meant it was hot and fresh and I could get some wings. The brisket was tender and well worth the wait. I really enjoyed it with the sides.
