Food was good, a little on the pricey side for a burger and fries. But at the same time they're not stingy with portions either. Atmosphere was good, a bit on the noisy side, but it was around lunch time so it could quiet down. Definitely worth checking out if you're a fan of good burgers and haven't been there!

Burgers are great, no doubt about it. Service... a different story. I made an online order because of limited lunch time. Got to the store 7 minutes late from when the order was supposed to be ready, again, limited lunch time. Order was not ready, the employees seem to not care or have any sense of urgency, taking her time, came to me and said, “it’ll be a few minutes for your fries to be ready”. All of this over 15 minutes from when the order was made and paid online. It took another 6-8 minutes to get my order.

We had a very warm welcome. The hamburgers are excellent as usual. They have a low carb option of a bacon cheeseburger bowl with extra bacon and veggies for 2 carbs. A bread less option with all the yummy good stuff.

At five guys the food quality is always great, made to order and what I’d expect from five guys, in other words there are no maybes here. The only reason I did not rate five stars has mostly to do with price. A grilled cheese, a plain hotdog with no bun, a cheeseburger No bun, and a small fry/drink rang up for $25, just seems like I could prepare the entire meal plus some and same quality for less than that cost. What are we paying the extra amount for? Convenience!!! While I understand the cost to operate they are again expensive and don’t have or don’t even mention savings opportunities to dine here so my trips will be as less frequent than I’d have otherwise liked them to be. Also one of my photos reflect potatoes harvested out of Idaho! While it’s nice to know farmers are being recognized here I think for the sake of supporting our local farmer- my preference would be sourcing produce locally. I’m not sure what all factors go into the food supplier purchasing, so I won’t critique them as it’s only a suggestion; source locally-specific to potatoes this time of year. I figure if I see them at my local supermarket then that’s what they should be using.

It was delicious but I got my burger "in" lettuce instead of with a bun and it was EXTREMELY messy!! They need to "wrap" it in lettuce rather than just placing lettuce around around the burger.

The biggest issue I have with them is the prices, they are very high for what you get. I dis figure out to order the little burgers and it is basically the same price, so that's nice. If you're looking for a good, plain old burger, I personally think they're one of the best places around. Their fries are real and real good. They're quick and everything is prepared fresh right in front of you. They have that old diner atmosphere going on. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a really good place for burgers fries and shakes.

Burgers are great, no doubt about it. Service... a different story. I made an online order because of limited lunch time. Got to the store 7 minutes late from when the order was supposed to be ready, again, limited lunch time. Order was not ready, the employees seem to not care or have any sense of urgency, taking her time, came to me and said, “it’ll be a few minutes for your fries to be ready”. All of this over 15 minutes from when the order was made and paid online. It took another 6-8 minutes to get my order.

I came in to eat at noon on 5/24 on a Wednesday. I have never seen such a great crew working hard to get food out quickly as possible at any other burger joint. I watched them flawlessly whip up a tasty burger as fast as they could, dumping fresh fries directly into the bag and handing it off to me like some sort of marathon. Their hard work was greatly appreciated for both the freshness of the food and for how hungry I was.

I will admit the burgers are good and I have been going here for years now but with 2 price increases in just the past year I am not sure I can justify it anymore. Cannot get a single party burger, small fries, and drink for less than $14 when it used to be just under $10. If you are going with someone else and can share the fries it is slightly better but still just too expensive in my opinion.

It's great food, and great entertainment when a stoner shows up and orders a burger with SEVEN patties on it (yep, you can do that here). The only thing that takes this place (and all Five Guys outside the DC metro) down a star is that it's too happy/shiny/clean. My memories of Five Guys are absolute dumps with great burgers. You throw the peanut shells on the floor because that's what keeps you from slipping on the burger grease that's prevalent.

Okay... don't get me wrong. I love Five Guys burgers and fries. What I don't love is the price. On my last visit, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with little fries and a regular drink. Total cost of my order; $17.08. I can go to just about any sit down restaurant in town and get a burger, fries and drink for 3 to 5 bucks less than that. Granted those places would expect a tip, but at least they would have earned it. When I lived in Northern Virginia, the home of the first Five Guys, their restaurants routinely won awards for best value and best food. I can still see the best food awards being given... but I for one, will never pay $17 for a burger and fries again. I'm sorry to say my latest visit will be my last visit to Five Guys.

I went here not too long ago and I will not go back ever again and here’s why. I’m lactose intolerant so I cannot have cheese. I asked for a bacon burger (which has no cheese, other wise I would have asked for a bacon cheese burger) without no cheese, just to make sure they got the hint. When I got my burger it had cheese on it, so I walked to the front and told them, hey I asked for a bacon burger without cheese and you gave me cheese anyway. They looked at my with a confused face, and the girl who took my order said that I asked for a back cheese burger and that if I didn’t want cheese that I needed to say that. She blamed it on me and almost didn’t remake my burger. Till I told her I was lactose intolerant, then she had no problem with remaking it. So just so you know I could of taken further actions and decided to be nicer than that. So the girl with an accent needs to be talked to about this situation. Because I will not return nor talk good about this store again. Because it’s not my fault for what happened. That was ridiculous.

Do not visit this location!!! We have been eating here for 3 years and used to love coming here. This location has gone down hill a LOT. Restaurant is always seems dirty and not stocked properly. Constant employee turnover=food not prepared correctly. Burger was under cooked, bun was not toasted, missing toppings/bacon and SLATHERED in condiments. Fries were VERY under cooked. They rush through the orders now. Used to love coming here as a family. Try one of the other burger restaurants. We are not spending $50 for a dinner for 3 people when the food/service is this bad.

This is the closest location to me and I've always found it to be worth my time. The food is always great, and honestly the staff is what makes it fun to go back to. They are genuine and helpful without feeling like you are bothering them if you ask for anything. The burgers are great as expected for a Five Guys.

The burgers are pretty good, though the cheese wasn't great . Also, the prices are high and they don't have a combo. $8 for the burger and $3 for a small fry is excessive. I can go to a site down like red robin, which has unlimited fries or salad, and have a much better burger with many more options for $7-$12. They have free peanuts, though, so that makes up for everything. I wish I'd gone to Pei Wei or Mad Greens, nearby, for a better meal at the same price.

I would have expected better hamburger for the price. Too expensive. The credit card machine was down which they complained to us about it happening a lot lately. My hamburger was under cooked. I told them about the soda was tasting like it was colored soda water but they did not fix the soda machine. The staff seemed to just be standing around talking and ignoring customers. It was our first time visiting this place and it will be our last.

This place is a classic burger joint. Burgers, fries, shakes, etc. However, they cook everything with peanut oil, which adds a but of peanut flavor and saltiness that I didn't know I wanted. The one downside to this restaurant was that it's prices were a bit high. I got two cheeseburgers, a single medium fry and a large drink to share, and I spent $26. So if you have a large family, I can see this adding up. And if you are allergic to peanuts, definitely stay away from this place. There are even peanuts in the waiting line going up to the register, which is awesome. Just not if you are allergic to peanuts.

Five Guys came along just when it was needed. Everyone was tired of McDonald’s, and Burger King, and their kind. Worse than tired - people were annoyed, irritated, disgusted even! But there were no other options. No new burger joints that offered better alternatives. Then our heroes arrived. Five of them, of course! The first Five Guys opened on South Parker Road. It was a bit too far for me, although I made it there once in a while. Now there’s this one - on South Colorado Boulevard. So convenient! Before they ever opened in Colorado, good stories about Five Guys were spread by word-of-mouth and online posts. I’m happy to tell you that the rumors were true! That feeling you first had from McDonald’s or Wendy’s a long time ago, but thought had perhaps vanished forever? It’s alive and well at Five Guys. The burgers and fries taste really good - the same way I suppose a Big Mac or a Whopper first tasted to previous burger-buying generations. The Five Guys philosophy has been justly lauded (again, by word-of-mouth and online posts). I can tell you that, in my view, their approach works well. My only advice is to order less than you might think. Even a small order of fries is a lot at this place!

It’s okay, not the greatest. First time eating here I had ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, mustard ketchup, grilled onions & an order of Cajun fries. Cajun fries... couldn’t taste the fry it was all Cajun seasoning. Lukewarm burger, was soggy. My guess is because I ordered grilled onions and that made it soggy, who knows. The shake was the best part. I enjoyed it very much (strawberry) will definitely go back for a shake!

I am familiar with the 5 Guys in Amity. I gave this new one a couple of weeks to get some practice before I checked it out today. I found the same food and service I have been getting for years at the Amity location, which is everything I was hoping for. If anything the service was even better! I was there at lunch time on a Saturday and it was quite busy. My burger was great (as expected). The "small" fries would have been a large anywhere else but that was no surprise. My wife has never had 5 Guys before but the burger I brought home had her enthusiastic endorsement. If I had to nit-pick, I would say the fries had more salt than I like. As this location is two miles and five minutes away, rather than ten miles and twenty minutes to Amity, this is a welcome addition to the rather limited local choices. Good job! Looking back at this some five months (and many visits) later all I have to add is Thank You for coming to Oxford!

Always good food and fast service. The staff is nice but you don't interact very much with them. This location is always pretty packed because it is a good location but you always seem to find a seat. They have a good area for sitting outdoors when it's warm but the parking is not the best. I seem to find that when we visit, it's always the busiest and relatively dirty inside because of the high volume of people. I wouldn't call it dirty as in not wanting to eat there but just convoluted messy. Delicious food though so you can't go wrong.

Five Guys is an amazing burger joint, I absolutely love their potatoes, and peanuts! The atmosphere is clean, you will find the occasional peanut shell on the ground, but the staff is on point when it comes to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I really enjoyed the soda machine by Coca Cola, it’s very technologically advanced and I enjoy the plethora of flavors. The food is done at the time of ordering and to the clients specifications. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Side note, the staff is fairly young, seems to me like they are High School students and or High School graduates. Not that there is anything wrong with that however, I would like to see and a ray of age difference. My opinion.

I'm losing my taste for 5 guys. Getting too pricey for burgers coming from fast food. I can get a better deal at Red Robbin or Applebee's that comes with more comfortable seats and service. I think a better option in Colorado Springs is Larkburger which has more variety and definitely less demanding from your wallet

It’s okay, not the greatest. First time eating here I had ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, mustard ketchup, grilled onions & an order of Cajun fries. Cajun fries... couldn’t taste the fry it was all Cajun seasoning. Lukewarm burger, was soggy. My guess is because I ordered grilled onions and that made it soggy, who knows. The shake was the best part. I enjoyed it very much (strawberry) will definitely go back for a shake!

Great burgers that taste like real beef, perfectly cooked and topped with all the normal stuff plus grilled mushrooms if you want them. Really good fries. I love this place! (And now they have shakes--haven't tried one yet but how can they go wrong when everything else is so right?) I think it's a great value, too, when you care about how food tastes. Highly recommend.

Best place to have a simple burger anyway you like. The place is clean and very nice people. They have lots of parking as well. Their fries are AMAZING! My grandma loves spicy and their cajun fries are her favorite. I get the regular fries.

They will make your burger EXACTLY how you ask. So really five guys is only as good as the person thats ordering. It would be nice if they had predetermined choices (give me a #1 or a big sally or something). Im always so high it becomes a chore to order but super satisfying if you do it right. Be sure to get your fries "cajun" and a small will feed a large family!

Super overpriced for what you get. Got 2 cheeseburgers and two hot dogs w/ketchup. They don't offer kids size drinks so you're forced to go with a large size cup for everyone. For just those couple of food items... it cost nearly $50!! (And nope.. they didn't double charge us for anything). Could have gone to Red Robin and had a sitdown experience for the same price. The place was messy and loud. Tables dirty and wobbly. Don't plan to go back anytime soon.

The burgers were large and very delicious. I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was outstanding. Something in the sandwich made it taste just a little sweet. Loved it! Everyone in our party loved everything they ordered. The food arrived in a timely manner and was hot when it arrived. It doesn't get any better than this. You have to give them a try. You'll be glad you did. Will go back the next time we are in town.

I'm giving this place 5 stars as an Uber Eats Driver. It's always clean and staff are always nice. I usually wait around 5 minutes after arriving for my delivery order. The food is piping hot and smells amazing, might I add. These deliveries tend to be my longer routes so around ten minutes later when I pull the bag out of my case, it's still hot!!

Went here for a quick bite at dinnertime. The line went quickly and we got our food fast. My wife and I split a large fry and we still had lots leftover. Next time we'll probably get a regular size. Food was correctly assembled, hot, and tasty.

Loud. How was it? LOUD! It was 1pm on a Sunday and pretty full. Perhaps they're using the trick of loud music to encourage the patrons not to linger. All it did for us was encourage us to rethink going back to that 5 Guys. Oh, and our order was messed up too.

As soon as we entered the establishment we were greeted with their high energy staff. Menu is very straightforward. Ordering was easy. I was confused about their numbering system. Even if you ordered first they will call a number after you because their order was easier to make? I am not sure about the shouting part as well. This place can be crowded and noisy so I hope they have a microphone instead. Their fries is overflowing and I was confused again with the burger. I ordered a cheeseburger all the way and my husband ordered bacon burger which is a bit more expensive than mine but my burger was way bigger and his was really small. In terms of taste, nothing really special. Having said that price could be lower.

If you love burgers this is the place for you! Some of the best we have ever had The French fries are freshly made and are outstanding. While you wait for your order there are peanuts to help pass the time. Then there is our favorite coke machine with dozens of favors! The service was efficient and friendly. And the food was stellar!!!! The burgers were juicy and the fries were super hot and fresh! Definitely will go back for more!!!

I just think that five guys is over-priced for a burger and fries. I've been in a few times and each time I say to myself that I paid way too much to eat here. The food is decent. I've never had an issue with staff. No problem orders. Place is usually clean or at least decent, but the food to value is not for me.

Messy and the quality is not on par with the cost. At $8-9 a burger I expect it to not fall apart from excessive sauce. I would also expect other small touches that can make a big difference, such as a toasted bun. I would equivelate the burger quality to Burger King. The fries were excellent though.

Haven't been to a Five Guys in a long time. It was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and I was able to order easily. Price wise, it's really expensive and everything is a separate charge. I wasn't a fan, but the food made up for it as it was all cooked to order and the sheer amount of Cajun fries I got was enough to make you want to diet for a week. The burger was well cooked and juicy. Will eat there again. Didn't know they were open late night.

It's a rather amazing restaurant, it feels like fast food however. I got the feeling that it was more of a typical restaurant when I walked in but then when they had all our food out in under 10 min I realized that this delicious burger and shake and I had just devoured were from a fast food chain. I liked it however it was a little pricey and the place was rather dirty. If you have a problem with dirty places dont eat here.

Burgers are not bad. I feel like the quality has gone downhill at fine guys in general. The bacon is borderline burnt and just little shards and the fries are never crispy anymore... Just kinda soft and soggy. I still eat here once a month but it really doesn't excite me anymore and I can't recommend it as something special any longer. It's trending downward towards a McDonald's. Sigh.......

This location is extremely busy but very quick. They had a goof up on our order but fixed it very quickly and allowed us to keep the goof as well. Parking is very difficult at peak hours so be aware of this.

Good stuff! Remember: a regular hamburger is always 2x patties. If appetite is under control, then order the "JR" line of burgers which are only 1 patty. Same with fries; order a "small" for a smaller portion, or they may default you to a medium. Also know that the fries are available with Cajun seasonings, which I enjoyed.

Oh My God!!! Now I want to mention ahead of time that I have never been to any other location to really compare this exact location. Though I can say that this location is always clean, the employees are always very nice and upbeat when talking to you. They also do seem to get you your food pretty fast as well. When customers finish and leave they are quick at cleaning the tables for the next customers. I do also have to mention that it's the best burger EVER, but... Five Guys in general is extremely expensive for a burger and fries!
