Absolutely nothing like it. Every experience I've had at Element 47 has been sublime. Five-star service delivers consistently spectacular food and wine. I went for a special guest chef meal and was blown away by the level of execution in every aspect of the meal. If you are looking for a cosmic dining experience, search no further. Order a bottle of wine and the $95 five-course. It is worth every penny

Best restaurant so far in US. Modern but warm ambiance, excellent service (6 stars. a small example: I ordered for my wife an aperitive that proved not to be in her taste. The waiter took charge of it and substituted without charging the bill as I proposed saying that the important thing was for us to enjoy. GREAT !!!). We took the chef menu for the table and was really top with the peak in the wagyou beef serve. Yes is expensive but for every $ spent you get great value in food and pleasure. It's a must if you're in aspen.

Poor service. Our server had five tables seemed very stressed. She kept going by our table ignoring us. We had to call on others for more water, drinks, dessert and the check. Very disappointing. Also, a manager never came by. I never saw a manager there tonight.

When in Aspen you have to try Element 47. Service is amazing. Food is delicious, big portions and mouth watering textures. They have one of the most extensive wine lists in Colorado ranging from $80 bottles to $48000!!! Ambiance is perfect as well.
