Stacey was the waitress, said she worked there 16 years and never had a bad review on the prime rib. This was my 2nd worst prime rib ever (the other was here in 2011) we will not be back. Sad, as a native that they let this one go to the dogs. I would rate 0 stars, but that was not an option.

Not a bad spot, though seems to have your typical bar fare for food. Seems to have the larger brews on tap. My girlfriend and I ordered the cheesesticks for an appetizer and a couple burgers for lunch. The Jimmy Beam burger had an excellent whiskey pepper sauce on it...I ended up asking for a side of the sauce to dip my fries into. It was delicious! The inside had an old-timey saloon look to it. Pretty cool. You wouldn't think that from outside as it's in a brick factory-style building in the middle of an industrial part of Denver.

That was the worst steak ever! It was a bad cut that they would not acknowledge because I had already sent the first steak back, rare this time (rather that the first medium well steak) because they don't know when it's medium rare so now I probably have mad cow disease, and I had to put every piece I chewed on back on the plate and it was hell to cut through each due to texture, and vanes, then they were insulted by my pointing out their incompetence. Salty SOB too. Stacy was great, a true pro server! Clearly, this wasn't her first rodeo, so to say ; )

Jesus runs this place. He has done this for years. Alot of the time he runs it by himself. Even when he's busy he does it all. Waits on Tables,Bartends and Cooks. One hell of a guy. Go and and see him and have a beer get something to eat and Tip the Man well. Well worth the time.

Maybe we just ordered the wrong food but we thought this place was mediocre. We ordered the Rocky Mountain Oysters which were alright, but it was the Green Chile soup that kept us scratching our heads. We knew it was going to be spicy, as we have had plenty of green chile from New Mexico, but this was insanely spicy. Quite literally after two bites I had to drink two, 32 oz cups of water to try and cool off my tongue. I have no idea how anyone could eat that and enjoy it. Our waiter also didn't really seem to care that we had only taken a couple of bites out of it, but that wasn't the least of my concern. Like I said, I really don't know how anyone could eat that dish. You may think I'm exaggerating, but I'm being serious.

Originally went here in 1980 and then again in 1992. Great steaks. Back in the day you could get a moderately priced large bowl (1-lbs) of shrimp as an appetizer. Neat location instead of strip malls, etc.

I love this place, so close if you work in or around Globeville. The food is incredible and portion sizes are generous. Great place to stop by for a beer. Feels like an old-time saloon that cowboys would frequent, because it is! Located at the National Western Complex.

Solid food options. This is a great place to stop by for lunch if you work in the area or if your catching a game/event downtown and dont want to mess with the downtown crowd. It has your typical bar fare with burgers and sandwiches. It is all pretty good and reasonably priced. They also have a large bar with a variety of beers and liquors.

Went there during snowmobile expo, service was so bad, waited 45 minutes just to see a menu then another 45 minutes to get our food and drink. Went back later to get a beverage and could not get waited on at the bar. Finally walked out without a beverage. Next year I'll eat hot dogs in the venue and have my beverages in the parking lot. I don't plan to darken their door again..

A special place during the Stock Show. Take in all the powerful cattle people making deals here during the first week of the stock show! Millions of dollars worth of cattle are bought and sold here over lumch, dinner or drinks here. Fun!

The food was pretty good, but the ambiance and service could use some work. We had a big group and at the end of our meal the server brought the check and we were all figuring out what we owed. When we tried to pay, the server said they were too busy to split up the check. Thankfully one of our party was able to put the full check on a card, but it was really inconvenient and we felt it would've been better to inform us of this limitation at the start. Also, the women's bath room was VERY cold and only had cold water (and it was ICY cold water). Probably won't be going back again.
