Overall good food. Seems like most items are fresh and not processed. The salad is from a bag and u can taste the preservatives. The drinking water is too chlorinated for me to drink. Otherwise great.

A quiet little gem tucked away in Evergreen. Over the past few years I've had a little bit of everything from there ((That I can eat. Food allergies to certain peppers make it difficult.)) and I have yet to find anything I do not enjoy even if some of it reminds me of baby food ((I'm talking to you strange spinach dish)). Their Dahl soup, lamb curry and chicken soups are absolute favorites. The tempura (anything I can eat) is fantastic, their batter is utterly perfect. The Nan bread they make fresh on site is as perfect as you can get (If it's your thing, try the garlic nan first.) I will make this statement though, Always order off their menu, it is a hundred times better fresh. Their buffet is darn good but the menu items just blow it out of the water. If I had the disposable income and time, I would personally go out of my way to eat lunch here every day of the week.

Went for the lunch buffet. Food was good, but not great. Service was inattentive. Price was a bit high, especially given the selection, which was a bit limited. Nothing really good or bad. If someone from my office wanted to go back for lunch, I'd go with them, but it won't be on my regular rotation.

First time trying Indian food, after reading a British mystery novel in which detectives ate (and described!) Indian food ALL the time. Sounded wonderful, so wanted to try. Indeed it was. Very yummy food. Started with the spinach pakora (similar to bhaji) - crispy, batter dipped spinach leaves, if you can believe it!! Yum. Main course was the chicken tiki masala -- sooo tasty. Sauce incredible. Try it!!!

Their all-you-can-eat buffet is amazing. When I worked closer I ate here all the time for lunch. They have a good selection of hot dishes (paneer, masala, tandoori chicken, etc.), as well as a (simple) salad bar. Naan is served at your table, and the waiters are attentive. I've never ordered from the menu but I assume it's good, too. The decor isn't anything to write home about, but it's Himalayan-themed with mountain ranges and pictures of the area, which is a nice touch. They also have a selection of wears for sale at the front of the restaurant (hats, mittens, hoodies, etc.).

We've been coming here for many years. This is an excellent Tibetan Himalayan restaurant we highly recommend it to any & all. Chili Shrimp is remarkable. The Saag is excellent.

Honestly one of the best restaurants in all of Evergreen. Always consistent, always delicious. Some of my favorites are the Saag Paneer, Dal & Bhat, and of course the Chicken Tika Masala. My husband religiously orders the Chicken Vindaloo and garlic Naan. We typically order take-out, but have eaten in a few times. Always great service s well.

This was our go-to choice for Indian food for the past 8 years, but the last 3 visits have been pretty bad. The service is very slow, the food was cold and the recipe has changed for the worse. I really hope they read this and get things back on track. It was an excellent Indian restaurant until a few months ago.

We went there last night for the first time for our anniversary dinner. My wife loves Indian food, but I can take it or leave it - but that has changed, this was a fantastic meal. Food and sauce was very tasty, but not too spicy, wine was great, yet reasonably priced, service was spectacular. This is our new favorite Indian restaurant - very clean, nice decor, beautiful views, friendly, attentive staff, and great food - they have it all!

My husband and I were on our honeymoon during Christmas day and we couldn’t find any restaurants open (yeah we weren’t thinking). We found out that Cuisine of the Himalayas was open and showed up only to find out that they had JUST closed. One of the workers was kind enough to let us order for carry out. We sat and chatted and he was just such a kind person. Not only was the customer service great, the food was too! We ordered the Chicken Korma and Chicken Tikka Masala and they were both wonderful. We will definitely be going back!

The restaurant has quite a expansive menu but less than 10percent is a reflection of the nepalese and tibetan cuisine they claim to represent.we went on a limb and ordered a lamb briyani and chicken rogan josh. To be fair to them the lamb was cooked well but the dish was not a briyani..there were no aromatics, species. Secondly the chicken josh was curdled and horrible. I would strongly encourage the owners and chefs to reflect and reassess what they are providing to the people and visitors of Evergreen. I would not call this an indiam restaurant.

Delicious! Huge fan of the Mish Mash. Essentially chicken tika masala but with veggies (cauliflower, peppers, etc.) never had a fatty piece of chicken and their food is consistently fabulous. I normally only order takeout, the portions are sufficient but not huge. A side of the garlic naan is a must!

We did the lunch buffet. All the food was very tasty, all the dishes fresh and meat was tender. Staff is very friendly, seems like family owned. Decor is also very nice with big windows for a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and nice upbeat Nepalese music. Buffet price was also very reasonable and we hope to go back again soon, maybe bring some friends.

Great buffet includes chicken Tikka masala. I can eat my weight in basmati rice and chicken tikka. Lol Service is friendly but pay attention if you're allergic to nuts. The biryanis all have nuts as does the rice pudding, and some of the servers are unaware.
