The food was disgusting no flavor it was definitely not Mexican it tasted like white food and the hamburger meat tasted like it was bad. Service was nice but the food was sick.

Our previous stops in at Corine's were great this one however was not. Took our order quickly but waited 45 minutes for a burger which was delicious ( the only reason for the 2 stars) huevos rancheros and enchiladas. Never once filled our drinks or even asked if we needed them refilled. Had to ask if we were going to get our food. After the waitress was very rude. Brought half of our order out and when the rest came out it was cold and everyone else was done eating. The rancheros were awful. AWFUL. will not return.

Doing a casino show in Walsenberg and stopped there to eat. Dinner was delicious and filling. Young waitress was bright and cheerful and did a great job.

Will not be coming back to this place, ordered fried mushrooms and they tasted old and looked burnt. Also ordered the chicken fried steak meal with mashed potatoes, the chicken fried steak was not fresh made it was a frozen one from tge box, the mashed potatoes tasted like box potatoes made with just water!!

Took 45 minutes to get tacos and a taco salad. The guacamole on the salad had already turned brown from sitting so long. Worst service ever.

Our waitness gave my food to another customer, then she realize her mistake, she took it and put it on counter for 15 min and gave to me, COLD and touch by another customer. After I complain and wanted a new plate, the cook smart off! I will never eat there again!

Absolutely terrible. I've never ever reviewed a restaurant before, but I had to review this one because they LITERALLY served me RAW CHICKEN. I bit into it and the inside was still raw. Showed the waitress, she looked disgusted as well but didnt apologize. My other friend that ate her food spent the night throwing up. Avoid this place at all cost!

Very sweet staff and that's the only good thing about this place. If you are not from here, don't eat here. If you don't know any better, I guess you won't know how bad it is. This is not actual Mexican food. Yellow "cheese" is used but I'm unsure of what kind. Chile sauce is dumped on your plate and it tastes like a farm dog smells. I feel rude leaving such a poor review but also feel the need to warn those traveling to avoid this place.

Burrito Supreme and Taco Tuesday. The burrito was amazing with green chilies. The tacos were good with the white corn shells. We have stopped in for breakfast and lunch. Melissa was front of house and always pleasant. Our go to place when in Walsenburg

Authentic Mexican restaurant with a splash of Tex Mex. Great food, perfectly seasoned meats. As well as fresh produce including lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, avocados, and cilantro. Even the chilis were great, I had the hot (green,) and it was delicious as a salsa on my steak tacos. I will recommend this restaurant, thanks for the good meal.

This was a place that was recommended by the locals. Right before we walked in a group of workers of 30 came In. The waitress did an amazing job about getting our order in before the large group came in. There was a local that helped them out by letting know what the special is and other food recommendations. This was the first Mexican food restaurant I have been to that didn't offer complementary chips and salsa, and I did feel it was a little pricey for what it was.

Gross! Felt like we were imposing on the waitress who kept walking off. Terrible service. Tasteless nachos or should I say disgusting nacho cheese soup with some chips, tomatoes, beans, and chicken that I couldn’t find but surely paid for. Where was the guacamole??? Overpriced bowling alley food at best. Will never go there again.

Nice waitress, but after waiting an hour, we had to leave without ever getting served---she said it would be another 1/2 hour! For a quesadillla, beef burrito and soapapilla with beans and beef, nothing complicated. Yikes! Cannot recommend, if you value your time.

I can't speak on the food because I never had the chance to eat it. We walked in and the first lady asked if we minded a booth (my husband and I had 3 small children with us). We said we didn't mind. A second lady comes up and says "we don't have anything, you can wait, or go somewhere else." When asked how long it would be, she snapped, "I don't know". We might have waited had we not been looking at the empty booth and had she been polite. But we were, and she was, so we left. We went down the road to Tina's Family Cafe where the food was excellent and the service was incredible.

The food isn't terrible, the cooks are good at their job, but their ingredients itself are not up to par. Very fatty, chewy steak, and off tasting meals. Service is decent, and they do have excellent sopapillas, but I would advise to drive to a nearby town and try out other Mexican resturaunts in the area.

Great American food..I mean Mexican food but let's be honest it was disguised. Its local flair and the locals love this place. I recommend not getting the enchiladas. The cheese wasn't melted and felt like something I could make at home.

Corine's has been in Walsenburg since I was a child and that was a long time ago. The food is good homemade mexican with a local flavor. Some items, this is the only place you can find them.
