Came in with a group around midnight on a Saturday (closing time isn't until 2am) - we were told they already announced last call and then we were essentially told to leave. Staff was rude. Horrible service.

Great community bar and restaurant. The food is good and reasonably priced, and the staff is super friendly. Great place for groups as the facility is quite large with arcade and bar games to keep the kids occupied. Only fault is the service can be extremely slow, especially if you go during peak times - the kitchen staff seem to get really overwhelmed.

Eating here is like sitting in the middle of a McDonalds playground. I had a steak which was tasteless and could not talk to my friends due to screaming kids running and chasing each other. The parents, wait staff or management did nothing about it. Don't go unless you want to spend high price for sub standard food and you want to sit in the middle of a playground with screaming kids.

I cannot speak to the quality of the food as I decided to leave. Upon arrival hostess glared at me multiple times before showing us a table. Waitress walked by our table several times and did not speak. She immediately took orders for the table directly next to us, even though they were seated after us. Of note my physical appearance stands out in the homogenous population here.

The food was delicious. We go during happy hour when the appetizers are half off. The prices are so reasonable and the wait people are friendly too! The deep fried mushrooms and the cheese burger sliders with home made potato chips will have you returning to the Copper Rail for more!

I truly hate this restaurant. I have been into this establishment three times and every single time there has been some sort of issue. The first time I was by myself, I am a woman, with just two of my teenage kids. We were seated, and after a 30-minute wait and nobody attending us we left. There were three tables of just men who were seated after us that were taken care of immediately. The second time the food took so long to get out to our table, admittedly there was a large group of eight of us there for a work lunch, the food was cold. The wait staff did not care that we were upset by the fact that our food was cold, nothing was done to fix it. The third time we went, again with work companions as I refuse to go there on my own time, I did not eat anything though I did drink a $2.12 glass of iced tea. When the group of eight of us were finished one of my co-workers paid with cash and the wait staff did not bring the correct change as she did not bring any coins. My co-workers reported this it happened before, that during the lunch hour the wait staff will not bring their change of coins to the table, only dollars. Therefore their return change is always short. Again the wait staff is complacent to this issue.

We’ve ordered dine in and to go several times and usual like the food. Recently I ordered two grilled chicken salads to go as take out. When we got home they were raw. I live 20 min away and told the manager I didn’t want to come in to have them fix it at 9pm at night, I just wanted a refund for the salads I couldn’t eat. The manager didn’t come to the phone but told the hostess I’d have to drive back in to get a refund. Not the most impressive service.

They have the BEST chicken fried steak. Staff is usually pretty nice and the restaurant/bar is kept clean but the bathrooms are usually disgusting. The drinks are 50/50. Sometimes the bartender makes them super good and on point and other times they're gross and mediocre at best.

I called the restaurant and put in an order for pick up. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait but, since my family and I were down the street, we thought we'd just go in and wait at the bar area. When we walked in, my husband walked up to the bar to grab a chair but the bartender snapped at him that the seat was taken. So, we sat at a high top instead. While sitting there waiting, not one single person acknowledged us. No one asked if we wanted a drink or if we needed anything. After sitting there for 30 minutes, I asked my husband to inquire about our order. Unfortunately, the genius host who took our order over the phone, never even put it in. One of the other girls scrambled to put in our order and then had the audacity to tell us it would be another 10 minutes, without even offering any sort of discount for the poor service. After reaming the server and host, my family and I left. I consistently went to this restaurant on weekends for a few years until the service and quality of food began to decline. So, I don't go for a few months, hoping the frequently changing staff will get better. I'm disappointed every time. Needless to say, I'll never be returning. I know there was a tragic death in the family but, that is no excuse for horrible management. There's plenty of other local restaurants that deserve my money much more than Copper Rail.

Awful! Fried pickles came out overly salted and over done. Clearly fried in very old oil. The stew was a soup and the mashed potatoes tasted little made from powder. Filled tator tots had nothing to do with potatoes. And we were battling a herd of flies and if only they had landed on the sticky table we might have been able to kill them.

Pub food is okay. The steak, not so much. Decent prices for food and drinks. Wait staff struggles to keep up, because tables are not managed well. Another server cleared my cocktail before finished. Actually snatched it from my hand on a drive-by and was snarky when confronted. Won't be back, but I'd say it is ok for cheap drinks and some pub food, if you just need something to eat. It's a bar learning restaurant. With a decent management they could make it. Until then... just drink.

This was the first time we had been to this place. It was a Friday before a football game and it was hopping. Super busy and not even a full house yet. Everyone in our party was very impressed by their food. I had a fantastic Philly sandwich, one of the best I've ever had. My daughter had their pizza. The prices for food and beer were fantastic. Very, very reasonable. The impressive thing is that the service was fast, accurate and efficient considering how crowded it was. The only downside is that this place isn't in my hometown but only 45 minutes away.

Amazing staff. Great personalities, awesome service, and very attractive! A warm welcome from Joelene as I first entered made me feel like I definitely went to the right bar in Brighton. Andree and Kari were the waitresses for me and my friend from public radio, and delivered nothing short of a spectacular experience. Very knowledgeable of the menu, and made us feel like we were in good company. Food was out fast and was delicious. I had the Rail Burger, and glad I did.

We had gone in yesterday, and the service was horrible! We got seated and our waitress took forever she got our drinks we ordered and it felt like 45 minutes. There were not many people in there. So we got a little upset but kept it to ourselves, when we finally got our food, the buns were hard the “loaded fries” were cold and old the hamburgers that we had ordered were cold and tasted like the cheap frozen patties you buy in bulk. We didn’t know if our waitress was coming back so, we just ate what we could. When our waitress did come back she hardly asked if our food was okay we couldn’t get two words out. It was a horrible experience and I don’t suggest this place to anyone!

My husband and I use to go here every month when it was Mojo's. Then years ago it got bought out and the menu and everything changed. The food is still good, I just don't think the menu has changed since they opened. Now we tend to only go there 1-2 times a year. The service has really gone downhill. The only thing still pulling us there is the good food. We have 2 kids & it just takes too long (the wait for food). We even order our kids their food first and it always comes out with all the rest of the food. This past visit we went and waited an hour for our food from the time we got there. It is just way too long and it wasn't anything big. Av's wrap, rapidswitch and chicken tenders with fries. It is like this every visit and isn't worth it anymore. About a year ago a family member watched our kids so my husband and I could go on a "date" and we went and sat on the patio to grab a drink and the waitress passes us about 5-6 times and never took our order or acknowledged us and there as only 1 other couple on the patio. After waiting about 20 minutes we left and went elsewhere.

Slow service. Ordered a beer, waitress asked what size I wanted. I never got the beer. Ordered appetizers, came out with our meal. Ordered 2 fish and chips and Pizza. They said pizza wouldd be ready about 45 minutes before the fish and chips. 1 Fish and chips got there way before the pizza. I asked where the other fish and chips were. We only ordered 1. Then the pizza came. Nothing was said about the other fish and chips. Needless to say an argument broke out between my family. I left and will never go back. Maybe if they would write something down and repeat the order this wouldn't happen.

Great pizza buffet and salad bar. The pizza toppings are better then fast-food type pizza joints, and had a decent selection of pies at all times. The salad bar could have a few more selections but not worth complaining about for $9! The bar looked cool with many beers on tap, billards, video games, vaulted ceilings, TVs everywhere and great waitresses in everyway ;)... but I only came in for lunch.

Cool atmosphere and service. I like the old building and the decor. It's simple, but classic. Only been for lunch and dinner, so couldn't tell you what it's like later when the bar is more active. Definitely the best wings in town... Maybe in most of the Denver metro area; especially if, like me, you prefer more traditional buffalo wings. Quite a variety on the menu and everything seems to be pretty decent at fair prices.

If you want the most bang for your buck look no further. This is the absolute best place in Brighton by far when it comes to tasty eats and sudsy drinks! Daily drink specials are unmatched and their food is amazing across the menu. If you are looking for yummy meal look no further than than getting a buddy to split the chicken wings and a calzone with. I've never had a disappointing visit.

Restraunt was dirty, floor had food on the floor, booth seats weren’t wiped (food remnants all over them). Wait staff were rude! Asked for a hot tea and got a cup, half full of hot water and no sugar or honey. Ice water tasted like the ice machine - yuk! The food - I order a grilled shrimp ceasar salad, shrimp was pungent smelling, was bad and the shrimp was not grilled! My husband ordered a calzone - a lot of dough and not much stuffing! Terrible place!!!!

The food is ok. The wait for anything is super long. They never notice that our drinks are empty and I had to flag someone down. I got fish and chips, the coleslaw confused me! I love coleslaw, but this one has mustard in it? I hate mustard so it was pretty gross to me. The thing that saves this place is the bar. We have gone here a couple of nights and the bar staff was super friendly and nice! They have a lot of locals and they had a cute game when the train goes by, you'll have to ask them like I did!

I have lived in Brighton for years and Copper Rail has always been a go to for me. However, lately I cannot get over the appearance and the lack of caring that seems to go into the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant. The carpet and floors are filthy . The menus are filthy and falling apart. Even the concrete floors are looking pretty bad . The tables are sticky and the napkin holder had food on it and no one had wiped it off. Sad to say but I am feeling like their are better options now than to go to the Copper Rail. Word to the owners REMODEL ITS OVERDUE.

Went for brunch and they stated that brunch started at 10, stopped at 11. No brunch for us. Ordered coffee, they had none. Ordered a mimosa which was an ice filled glass of tang. The menu touted their world famous stew. I got that and finished about 5 bites as the meat was dry and the sauce was black and like pure salt. 10 minutes into the drive home I was violently ill. I continued to vomit the pitch black remnants of the stew for the rest of the day. Respect your health, never go here.

Hostess didn't want to seat us. We're told something happened in kitchen and 45+min before any food was cooked. Had to find a waitress to get info on the pizza bar, which was cooking pizza not that anyone told us. Pizza was OK, definitely not going back with the attitude of the waitstaff

While the food we ordered was good, the awful service lost 2 stars. After being seated, 3 different servers stopped to take our drink order. We only gave it to the first one, who it turns out was NOT our server. (Number 3 was ours.) After 10 minutes, yet another server stopped by to check on us. I told her we've been waiting on our drinks for a while and seeing tables around us getting service. Another 5 minutes go by and I found our actual server at the end of the bar and I inquire about our drinks. It's now coming up on 20 minutes since we were seated. "Yeah, you're waiting," she said. "But it's not my fault. I'm waiting on the bartender." Minus ⭐⭐

Really? 5 stars? The place wasn't busy. Sunday night. We ordered the fried pickles $7 and got pickles with batter on the side. How hard is it to batter pickles? And you are ok serving it that way? The place was not busy. Sunday night at 7. We got our pizzas around 7:45. They were room temperature. Limited toppings and I thought they were dry. The waitress wasn't the greatest. Forgot to bring water when asked, forgot the ranch dressing, and chatting at the bar. Enjoy the 20%. My bf is way too generous. I did enjoy my margarita.
