If you enjoy this food and think it to be Mexican you are deluded. This in no way taste like food from Mexico. It comes kind of close. Looks similar. But they water down ALL their sauces. Their beans are not fresh rice is hard and cold. Service is awful. The wait staff seems to not know what they are doing. Stay away. Instead head up to Elizabeth @ Abuelos or Adrian’s @ Franktown. There you will find out what true Mexican Food is!

My wife and I enjoyed Casa Mariachi. It has a pleasant family atmosphere. I ate the chili rellenos and my wife ate the pollo relleno. Both dishes were plentiful and tasted good. The chips, salsa, and refried beans were a good before meal snack. Our waiter was friendly and he was fast to replace our drinks and get empty dishes out of our way. I would definately recommend Casa Mariachi to my family and friends.

We came in yesterday on Father’s Day morning knowing it would be busy but a hostess helped to accommodate our 12 person party size in a timely manner which we really appreciated. She was a hostess we had haven’t ever seen there before and she was blonde (if that helps) she was extremely kind and smiley and we will have to ask her name next time in order to properly compliment her! And to top it off the food was great, our whole party had an amazing time!

Honestly I normally love this place but tonight was a different story. First off we tried to order a beer for a while and when we finally got someone it was 5:32 so she wouldn’t honor happy hour. There were barely any people in the restaurant so not sure why it took so long. Then our waitress forgot our beers and lied that they had to change the tap. I got a bottled beer

Have enjoyed Casa Mariachi's main restaurant many times. In fact, it's probably our favorite Mexican food in Parker. The atmosphere is always lively, happy and festive and the wait staff is friendly, quick and happy to make recommendations. Food comes out fast and fresh, every time we've been. Great chips and salsa to start, especially if you enjoy alongside a margarita! The good is very flavorful and plentiful! We love the chile rellenos and my husband says you can't top their molcajete! Today we tried the Casa Mariachi food truck for the first time. Their 'Breakfast on the Go' option was great! They are open from 6-11am and serve wonderful breakfast burritos, made to your liking. Service is fast and super friendly, just like their main restaurant. And what a hit the breakfast burritos were with the family! We enjoyed the Mariachi Loco which came loaded with egg, potato, bacon, chorizo and green chile...delicious!!! They also serve breakfast tacos and tortas. Prices are great, I believe burritos started at $3 and went to $4.50 loaded. We really enjoyed the breakfast treat and will definitely return!

I've been here twice now. The first time I suspected I ordered poorly so I decided to try again. Both meals were mediocre. Not bad, not great, just kind of so-so. I love the decor and the staff is very friendly. This is a very popular place, and it can be hard to get a table on Friday night. If only the food were better.

Everything about this place was way above expectation. The food was amazing, even my kids loved the food. I honestly could go on and on about how amazing the food was. I definitely ate way more than intended, because I could not stop myself. The mood and atmosphere were lively, very welcoming, and comfortable. From the moment you enter you know your in for a treat. Great atmosphere, and the service was top notch. I had a plate that had 1 tamale, 1 enchilada ( your choice) 1 chile relleno ( your choice)beans & rice. This plate was the largest I have ever seen. I was only able to eat the tamale, half my enchilada, a few bites of my relleno, and part of my beans & rice. Everything had great flavor, and the service never ended. If I could give this 10 stars I would.

A friend and I went to Casa Mariachi. We walked in and put our name on the list to be seated with the hostess. She gave us the buzzer and said it would be a 20 minute wait. Once we had been waiting for about 30 minutes we went back up to check and make sure they hadn’t forgotten about us. The hostess had a terrible attitude with us and said “there are several more people ahead of you so it’ll be a while longer!” We should’ve left then! It was 55 minutes before we were even seated!! Ridiculous! No food is worth that. The food was disgusting! I ordered a burrito smothered with “Chile con queso”. It was like concession stand nacho cheese! Absolutely disgusting! Do NOT recommend this place at all!

Would give 10 stars if I could! This place is always awesome! Food is always absolutely delicious! Several folks have complained because they had to wait. Yeah, they get busy after 5pm. I look at it as it must be good and business is booming if that many folks are willing to wait. Have never had an issue with service anytime I’ve been. Everyone is always extremely friendly. The margaritas are always delicious as well!

Recently Casa Mariachi opened a mornong food truck with breakfast burritos and tacos. The burritos are really good, but be prepared to not get what you ordered. Ive been there three times in the past month and they have only gotten my order right once. (Btw, its not a complicated order, its the casa mariachi with cheese and potato). So if you are up for a mystery order, give them a try as the food is good, but be aware you are likely not to get what you asked for.

Cute family Mexican place. Super colorful interior but no bar. A super yummy bean dip is served with the Nachos. Excellent margaritas - $10 but made correctly - no industrial sludge mix and well tequila. (those margaritas are gross) At least the ones we got were great. Recommend.

I wish I remember the food more, the place was so hot I just couldn't wait to get that hot plate out of my face. We came for a family gathering but we all felt so nauseous from the heat that we could hardly talk or think enough to talk. The kids were turning red and a few of us ran outside to get air. From what I remember, the food was good, unfortunately had to take it home and reheating was not the same.

This trip was very disappointing, usually we have a wonderful experience all around from service to food but this time food was good but the service was disappointing. We have been in several times when it is busy and have felt like we were the only customer the service was so good. This time we were overlooked, hardly checked on as we watched the waiter stopped at ever table around us. Our food wasn't put in and we waited long after others around us were seated and had their food. I finally was able to stop a different waiter to ask about our food. Our waiter came to the table and said oh I will put it in right now and you will have it soon. We will be back and hoping for the wonderful service we are used to getting from Casa Mariachi.

Not sure where to even begin. Besides being in a crumbled location, the place is pretty dirty, water has a weird taste, and food is terrible. While the food was cooked perfectly, the steak was expired and probably not properly stored. The rest of the food had no flavor, and the beans and salsa tasted like tuna fish.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Parker and the surrounding area. Family friendly, gluten free options, amazing food especially the fajitas, try the "Skinny" Margarita. The portions are large and we always leave satisfied with lunch leftovers for the next day. Our favorite part is the great service we receive every time we come in. Saul is the BEST and remembers us every time we visit. He makes us feel so welcome and even remembers our orders. Casa Mariachi is our go-to and he is a huge part of the reason why.

I didn't even have the opportunity to try my favorite food. I called several days in advance to see if they could accommodate a large party on a Friday night, they said it would be no problem. When we called that day, they said no problem. When a member of my party showed up, they said they could not accommodate us. This left our group without a place to eat. Had I known, we would have picked a different place from the beginning.

I ordered to go. I got a soft taco, an enchilada, a burrito, all with chicken, and 3 street tacos all with beef. I was terribly disappointed with the quality of the food. However, their service and speed was great! If you are looking for authentic Mexican food and not Tex mex, might I suggest a taco truck.
