Awful food, awful service, awful drinks! It was inside but not a/c'd very well, very hot! No cell service either! Atmosphere was loud & annoying. Waitress had a 'tude! Would NOT go back to this location & can say been there, done that when I see another one!

Trash... I gave them my phone number and waited for a booth like normal and they texted me my table was ready, well when I got there a table was not ready and the manager sat us in a table apparently that they were not "using" in a section and I guess never told his staff so we were sitting for 20 min and no one came over and even ask about drinks. Then a server asked if we sat ourselves.. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager who originally sat us came out and I explained to him what going on, then he said he'll take care of us himself. Well out of concern, my family did not want to eat there anymore so we left and went somewhere else.

My first time in Miami for a cruise and the food here was really good and the drinks were great. So much better than on the ship. On the bad side, it was raining today (3/19/19), so I wasn't able to see the city in all it's glory but this bar was a great spot to stop, eat and drink.

I went here a while ago, but I had such a good experience that I decided to review it now. Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is amazing! While visiting Chicago, and after walking around Cloud Gate and Millennium Park, we made our way to Bubba Gump. It was such an interesting and fun experience because we all loved the movie, Forrest Gump so much! They even had an impersonator of Forrest there, handing out free chocolates. The food was delicious, and at the end of our lunch, our waitress quizzed us about the movie, and it was hilariously fun. I totally recommend this place x10!

I grew up in Florida where seafood from the east coast is hard to compete with. Their seafood seemed pretty fresh here and it was good! Hearty serving on the seafood feast. Fast and friendly service. Also, my husband left his wallet in the booth. An employee took it right to the manager where they put it in the safe. I called well after closing and the manager was gracious enough to let us come by and grab it! Thank you!!!

Been coming here for about 4 times. Brought my best friend here for her 21st. AMAZING!!! HANDS DOWN. Only bad thing I could say about this wonderful place is that they do not accept vertical I.ds. not too bad. Our waitress Rachel did an amazing job. Love her passion for Forest Gump, the trivia game she played for us was amazing and made our night. Thank you for an amazing night.

Not a good experience!!! Appetizers never arrived. Drinks are hit & miss. Jasmine Rice was Mushy. "I'm Stuffed" shrimp had shells. Another shrimp dish (can't remember name) had mushy rice & the shrimp weren't clean.. It was changed to chicken sandwich, which was bland and forgot the mayo(comes with mayo). Explanation given was there was a party of 100 people going on in the reserved area. The food was Basic!! For the amount of money charged the experience should be worth it. Gave 2 stars for the Server who tried to accommodate.

It came highly recommended so when they gave me the wrong drink I didn't make much old it but, when my shrimp and fish meal came with 3 measly shrimps and 2 very thin pieces of fish I was past being disappointed. The waitress never once pass by the table to see if we were OK or needed anything. Overpriced and overrated and horrible customer service

We go to Bubba Gump once every year for typically Mother's Day or Father's Day. Over the past years we have seen the prices rise while the portions seem to have gotten smaller. A few years ago I would have given this Place five stars but today it barely earns four. The service is typically good but the food has been slipping in my opinion. The upside is that they do have good accommodations for large parties and many appetizers that are good to share amongst groups of people. Just be sure to make a reservation because tables here can be hard to come by especially on any semi-busy day for Bayside.

I made reservations and took my sister here for her birthday. We we're pleasantly surprised. We had shrimp...if course. Crab legs which were seasoned perfectly. Alcoholic beverages which had us both feeling the effects. The service was great and we did not gave to wait long for anything to come out. Definitely will be returning for the food and the atmosphere.

I’m so angry about the service! The food was nice but the service is worse. We went there they called no seat inside, it was normal,but the waiter got badly attitude and said ask another waitress.when we sat, no one came and asked us as well no menu. We waited for 20 minutes even no water so that we had to buy a coconut beside the restaurant. I got the menu from the front desk by myself. The waiter just lead on the wall! Could you imagine half an hour no servers ask you? I saw some of servers were not busy but they didn’t want to service. So bad to my mood. By the way, we ordered the meal called shrimps heaven, but one of the shrimp they didn’t give us! Just fries in the dishes! I called the waiter, but even no sorry for the meals just said I will give you the grilled shrimp and went away. I was really collapsed!

To be honest, the peel and eat shrimp was overcooked, but the service was excellent and they took care of us and made it right. Graciously even. It's a great theme restaurant with lots of nostalgia. The service and atmosphere make this place worth it. The food is usually pretty good too. And when it's not, they will take care of you!

We waited 20 mins for our drink order to be taken.. we should have taken that as a sign. But we stuck it out and put our order in with our drink order. Another 20 mins for our drinks to come out. The kids food shortly came hour behind that. We sat and waited another 3o mins for our food and it never came. We gave up asked for the check and left. They were not busy.. it was 330 on a Sunday and there were only 4 of us. Disappointing.

We had 3 people in our group and there were very few people when we arrived for lunch. The service was pretty good and the food was good but it took 47 minutes to get 2 Ceasar salads with chicken and a shrimp po boy. In that 47 minutes, it was fun looking around at the movie memorabilia. Maybe it was an off day for the kitchen.

I never knew that this place was named after the Forest Gump movie until our server started asking us some trivia question's. We ate outside and we didn't have to wait to get seated. The server was very nice made some jokes and refilled water. I ordered the burger since I do not like seafood and my other half ordered some kind of shrimp bowl. I liked my burger the fries was good but she didn't like the bowl so much. Something about having ate better shrimp somewhere else. I enjoyed my burger my friends dish was also good he said. It was a good experience.

My girlfriend and i were looking for something low key for dinner after a big day. Nothing fancy or pricey and Bubba Gump delivered. Lots on the menu to choose from and not stupid expensive. I know its a chain restaurant but theres a reason they work its just good food and good atmosphere. Highlight of the night was Curtis who served us. He was delightful, attentive and put a smile on our face. Exactly what the Doctor ordered after a big day. Food was tasty and perfect serving. Ribs were goooooood and the steak well cooked and tasty. Curtis refilled my drink and came and chatted and gave us some local travel trips on the island which was just awesome. Thanks for making it a perfect night out Curtis. A++ Recommend for an easy night out.

This used to be one of my favorite places, but the last few times have been disappointing. The service is still great, amd they are very accommodating for young children, but the portions seem to be getting smaller and the prices higher. However, my daughter has an egg allergy, and they have several items that are egg free including their mac and cheese and fried shrimp.

We come here maybe once or twice a year. Never been disappointed. Great selection for the family. Tasty food, clean restaurant, kind staff. We have usually been seated quite fast without reservations. Come on a Friday night around 7 pm. Fireworks in Waikiki go off just before 8, and there's a great view from inside the restaurant.

We ate here on the 4th of July. The fireworks looked amazing from this restaurant and our food tasted great! We got to see the sea turtles right out the window. The best part about the whole experience was our waiter, Raymond! He was young and so excited to talk to us about Hawaii and all about our experiences. He got his whole section excited about the fire works that were about to start. He waited on us hand and foot. One of the best, most polite, happy young waiters I've ever had!! Go see Raymond!

I would highly recommend eating here. I’m a coeliac and worry when it comes to dining out. The manager ensured my meal was cooked with only gluten free products, he personally supervised my meal to ensure no cross contamination in the kitchen and delivered it straight to our table. This is a decent seafood location at one of the premier tourist spots in Chicago. You can find better food, and you can find cheaper food, but this is the most convenient and reliable seafood restaurant in the vicinity of Navy Pier. You won't be disappointed going here, but you won't be wowed either.

Food was mediocre at best, hush puppies were definitely something to write home about. The crab legs were over boiled and the meat became dry(almost dehydrated) it’s very hard to ruin crab legs, but somehow they managed to do that! The service was good, they were busy, understandably so due to being a tourist hot spot. It was an awesome homage to the beloved movie, the memorabilia was super cool and it was fun to check out all the pics they had. Oh and their hot sauce you can buy in the gift shop is very delicious!

LOVED our dinner here! We were greeted by the friendliest host. As it turned out, we came from the same home town! After we were seated, ww soon met our server who was awesome. I chose my dinner based on his recommendation and it was delicious. I had the trio with Mahi Mahi and two kinds of prawns. I have some dietary restrictions and they made it all work for me. A great experience from start to finish!

The location is beautiful, and the staff very friendly, but the quality of the food has gone down in the last few years. With so many nearby restaurants that serve seafood, the fare served here seems very commercial and plain. A few items seemed overpriced for what is served. If you want a scenic location and a fun time, this would be a nice place to have a meal.

Really nice servers-prpbablynwere understaffed when I went in. The bartenders had to take our orders. The view is beautiful and it's a chain, so take this with a grain of salt. Everyone was friendly and the food was pretty good.

My family and I have been here twice now and will continue to come. Such a family fun atmosphere with great drinks and good service. My kids love that their good is served in boats and my husband and I love to share our entrees because there is so many delicious choices. Rich checked in on us a few times and was very friendly! Chrissy was super attentive and friendly as well even with dealing with a large party too! Also helps to be a laundry’s member and skip the line!

Bubba Gump never really disappoints. Their food is great, the atmosphere enjoyable, and the service is excellent. You won't find the best seafood here, but for as far inland as we are it's likely as good as it gets. Our kids even enjoy coming here. We definitely recommend you give them a chance if in the area.

Overrated and overpriced. We sat down at the bar area for happy hour, but the server didn't give us the happy hour menu until we specifically asked for it. Even with happy hour pricing, the food portions were small and not worth it. Plenty of other options around this area! The only good part was the location, and we had oceanfront seating.

I've been to multiple Bubba Gumps locations (SF, Monterey, Galveston) and while I'd probably go back to those ones I wouldn't go back here. Our server was nice but he forgot to bring us water and the people at the table behind us were his friends so he kept stopping and chatting with them - which would have been fine if we had gotten our water. The food also took Forever to come out, and it wasn't even a full restaurant for a Friday night. It tasted good but I wouldn't go back to this BGs.

We chose to eat at Bubba Gump Shrimp, Ala Moana Boulevard and it was a good choice. The staff, waitress Lovely one day and the next, waiter Sam were very professional and accommodating. Both played Forest Gump trivia with us and we had lots of fun. We had the popcorn shrimp for appetizers, and baby back ribs, which were simply delicious with the meat falling off the bones! We stopped at the Gift Store, and Alexandria was very helpful, we bought a T-Shirt that read: Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Very nice atmosphere, with pleasent and fast service. The food was very nice with good portions for the average appetite. The only 'gripe' I could have was that they were a bit previous with the bill, it arriving before we'd all even finished the main course, let alone discussed desert. They did apologise though. We arrived just after 1pm and had around a 40 minute wait which wasn't too much of a problem with their text updates.

Always great to stop by Bubba Gump. First had it at Orlando, when we found its here in Oahu, we flew for it from Kona. The place has an amazing view on the Ocean and the decor is as usual awesome and follows the forrest gump theme. Food is great, you must try this place.

Once navigating the Oahu concrete jungle, otherwise known as Honolulu you'll encounter a monster of a building. This building is a giant mall that's actually super nice. Inside this mall there is bubba humps, which is also a good restaurant. They have a little shop at the front and the food is pretty good. If your lucky you can get a seat with a really cool view.

First time eating here and it was delicious! We had the Coconut Shrimp, which was perfectly crispy and came with a slightly sweet tasting sauce that complimented well and the Opah fish special, which just melted in the mouth. I think most people come here because of the movie, so do I. The food is pretty fresh, their waitress is very nice. I saw lots of people complain the quantity too small, but to me it’s the right size, just fit in what I need. Their cup for kids is very funny. I had a very good experience. I got the Mozzarella sticks and BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The sticks were perfectly cook and the cheese was perfectly melted. The sandwich was phenomenal. I have never had pork so moist before. The baguette was really good also. The cook delivered my food and he was very nice. I will definitely be returning soon.

We ordered the Coconut Shrimp and it was not good. The batter on the shrimp was tasteless. The shrimp was very dry and tasteless as well. The coconut shrimp sauce that came seperated was barely enough to dip all the shrimps; although the coconut sauce was good. The fries that came with the plate were okay. We also had mozzarella sticks and those were amazing. The mazerrella sticks were bigger than expected and tasted very good and fresh. The service was excellent and food came out quick. If you like coconut shrimp, I would avoid this spot.

Hubby and I are fans of this place in Orlando so took our family and friends there in Miami. Service was TERRIBLE! It wasnt busy yet it took our server quite some time to come to our table. Food was okay (definitely not the same as Orlando's) and our server completely forgot about one order. When we inquired our server gave us attitude and actually said "relax guys!" As a family we eat together so our food was cold by the time we received the last item. We had 3 kids with us and will never go back there! Horrible service!!

This was my first time visiting Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. They over cooked my steak (waitress agreed) so I only ate my mashed potatoes from my meal. Those were the most expensive mashed potatoes I have ever eaten. They only took $8 off my meal. So I guess the steak worth that. I didn't want anything else because my friends were almost done eating their meals and I didn't want them to have to wait on me to get something else made. My friends enjoyed their meals and I like the trivia game the waitress played with us. The visit was fun just disappointed in how they handled my meal.

I ordered the basic fish and chips and the food was good but it was lunch time so service was slow. We were told if we took a bar seat would would get faster service. The Bubba Gump in Orlando was 10 times better in food quality, no offense. Not sure if it was that particular cook or cooks. But I will continue to go to the one in Orlando when I'm down there. You can skip this one. Some pretty obvious inefficiencies regarding the staff and their ability to work as a team (probably a management issue). Food wasn’t bad, just felt mislead by the pictures on the menu. Shrimp looks jumbo and great in the pictures, however, once it arrives you need a magnifying glass just to make sure what you are eating is actually shrimp. My wife complained about her food being under seasoned (a first on the island). If you’re really into the Forest Gump movie, you might not care that the food was just “o.k”.

Came here for dinner with friends. Was clearly not busy. Took 15 minutes for the server to even get drinks. On top of that she didn’t even know the prices of the drinks! When we got our food the order was incorrect, and it took 10 more minutes to get the right food. When we checked out we asked for the manager, who decided to ARGUE with us on our service. We asked that the incorrect order be taken off our bill, and the manager said under her breathe “you just can’t afford it”. Rude and I’ll never find myself here again.

I notice that negative reviews seem to have increased recently. I have vacationed in Hawaii frequently over the past 45 years. My wife and I had lunch at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Sunday, July 21, and my meal was probably the worst ever! I had a bowl of clam chowder, which was OK, then We both ordered different versions of broiled ono with rice and papaya-mango salsa. The fish was so severely over-cooked that a fork could not penetrate it, and the rice must have been sitting in a pan in the kitchen for more than a day; it was a gummy, crusted mass. I would have fared better at some cheap fast food restaurant. It was shocking to see that the kitchen of a supposed high-end sea food restaurant had no idea how to cook fish, not did they care about the quality of the other ingredients.

Took 2 hours to get food. When they are out of ingredients they substitute without asking your preference. We had great service at Bubba Gump! Our waiter knew the menu well, the specials, and was very accommodating with our special requests. The shrimp scampi had plenty of large shrimp, and the noodles were delicious. The fried shrimp were a little overcooked, but were still good. This place was awesome. We went there for Father's Day dinner and made reservations. We showed up 30 mins early and they were able to seat us almost immediately. The drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic were great. The appetizers were delicious and of decent portion too. Dinner was next to come and I cannot say enough on how good the food was. The only issue we had was the salad came out with the dinner instead of beforehand or with the appetizer. Will be going back!!!

Atmosphere is fun, especially for fans of the movie. Food is not good. We've been twice and both times have been expensive and not worth the effort. Hushpuppies are awful and I am a huge fan of hushpuppies. Entrees are mainly fried and just feel rushed and cheap. I will not return for a third time.

Seating at the bar and bar was sticky, bar tender was cleaning out the sink then picked up three pieces of lime for our drinks with his fingers, without washing his hands (no tongs). Well, as many say, the food has NO flavor, it is like eating public school cafeteria food with a decimal one place off... charging $25 for an item that taste and quality wise could have been grabbed from the nearest public high school for $2.25... the 2 star was for the staff’s ability to keep the drinks coming, and the acting to present the tasteless food to you without batting an eye. They might have what it takes to work at Ed Debevics for the acting they do. Otherwise, the birds outdoors come to your table, make you feel like Sleeping Beauty, little birds circling, they don’t pester to much, but they aren’t shy either.

Good service, awful food We ordered the sampler appetizer. The dip was awful. We then ordered crab legs and the forest feast. The fries were cold and the crab legs were so salty that neither of us could finish them. We were so disappointed in the food. However our server was very sweet.

The thing I love about bubba gumps is that unlike so many places it knows exactly what it is and does it right, it's a comfortable place where you can relax, get some proper down home food and just enjoy the hospitality. It's not a fancy restaurant it's not trying to be revolutionary or try to cash in on being in Hawaii and that is what makes it so good.

Huge variety of shrimp meals that taste great. Affordable, and fun location, which has put in an incredible effort to feel like a restaurant dedicated to Forrest Gump. From pictures, paraphernalia and stories across the restaurant, it really feels like a dedicated shrine to one of best movies every made. My only negative was towards the music/atmosphere, which was playing modern pop. It should play music from the movies era.

The food was great. The wait to be seated was minimal.... The waitress circled the portion of the receipt where the tip percentages were noted, which was very rude and totally unnecessary. I am very familiar with restaurant etiquette and I always tip, and felt offended that someone would feel the need to do that. I still tipped as planned after seeing that distasteful gesture. However, for this reason and this reason only, I'll go elsewhere in the future.

Surprisingly good for a chain place! The fish and chips were great, and our waiter was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was that almost all of the drinks came with a glass, so they charged a lot more for them. Beers were twice as expensive as normal, and I didn't really want the glass.

Went with a visiting relative who had gone to the Bubba Gump in Maryland and had rave reviews so he suggested going. The gumbo was very good and I wished I had ordered the medium instead of the small. So many shrimps served in the medium bucket that are more than enough for two. Drinks were tasty and nicely presented in glasses. The young lady who served was pleasant and very attentive. What a big difference between this restaurant and my previous experience at Crab Shack on Miami Beach

The shrimp itself was delicious, but I got full too fast from all the grease. Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and it just put the cherry on top for this whole visit.

A great seafood evening! Outstanding service, great menu and it was close.. we were staying just across the street at the Hyatt Regency. Appreciated the complementary glasses with our drinks. Reasonably priced shirts, etc in the gift shop for those that couldn't make it. Our non-seafood member was pleasantly surprised with the menu. Don't worry about leaving room for dessert...just go ahead and do it anyway! Will do this again when in Denver.

I’ve been to this location through the years; though food quality is going downhill. For the price I paid for my family; I rather ate the food court at Navy Pier. The fish and shrimp tasted like old cooking oil and spice on batter was not at all edible. The hush puppies were gross really undercooked with corn inside. The only reason I give it 2 stars because service was great. Food just terrible maybe a one star quality at the best, though I ate it because pricey.

After a long day of traveling through Chicago, my friend and I sat down for dinner at Bubba Gump's. This was the first time either of us had eaten here, but the quality was pretty decent. Pros: Great atmosphere, attentive service, tasty food, and GREAT bread pudding. Cons: Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer was a bit chewy, and very expensive for the amount of shrimp you receive. Mahi was rather small, probably about 4 oz if I were to guess. Prices, of course, were a bit high.

We eat at this Bubba Gumps every few months when we go to the mall. We always sit at the bar as the games are going on. The bartenders have been there along time and are friendly. The food tastes good. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is majority of meals are high calories( 1000 +} If you are gluten and dairy free this is a hard restaurant to eat at. My fish without butter took forever and was rubber and the broccoli was cold.

Didn't like the creamy sauce, but refused to send it back. The drink was good, not too strong, spiked ice tea. I paid extra for the cup. I'd return again, maybe trying something fried next time. Oh the garlic bread was awesome.

We came with kids from suburbs Drove over hour for especially Bubba gump food. Food is delicious here however service is horrible. We were told 1:30 minutes wait, waited almost 2 hours and still waiting. We called management and they said they can’t do anything. They should know how to manage wait time. Hope they resolve their wait time issues. As I said earlier food is excellent if you love shrimp. New Orleans shrimp and catch of the day are out favorite.

The servers up at the bar literally ignored me. I waited for a while and I grabbed a menu from a neighboring patron. Then waited for a long time in hopes someone would take my order. Located by the main entrance to navy pier. Nice and cozy inside. Great food, good service and the price are reasonable. I consider this as my "cheat day" after a week long and hard work out at the gym. Paid parking. To make it more exciting there is an all day free parking by Fullerton and Cannon Dr. Then, enjoy a walk 3.5 miles by the beach to navy pier(one way) to burn more calories.

Such a fun iconic place to eat. Our large group had dinner here after a day at the beach swimming and relaxing and working up an appetite. This restaurant has a great vibe and the food is delicious. The menus is extensive and varied. Something for everyone, the kids really enjoyed eating here as well. Great customer service. Good cocktails for us grownups. It's hard for me to give Bubba Gumps a bad rating.. But honestly, this is the worst one I've been to. The server was annoying and very touchy. There was another server walking around with a man bun or lack there of whom reminded me of someone I'd see in a trailer park alongside my server. There was a cat box in the womens restroom that hadn't been cleaned and my wife had to hold her breath the entire time she was in the restroom... Wait! Did I just say a there was a cat's litter box in a restaurant bathroom?!?! I sure did! WTH?!?! I hope this is a franchise and not corporate owned.... Otherwise I am assuming someone's going to have to answer for that. The restaurant was not well ventilated (not enough fans). The food was mediocre at best... And I was so done with the experience that I didn't even stop at the gift shop, which stunned my wife. The best part was being seaside watching the sealife. Hawaii didn't impress me and frankly neither did my expereince at Bubba Gumps. :(

We normally get great service and good hot food. This time we got good service and COLD FOOD. We were so hungry that we didn't say anything till after. Didn't want to wait any longer for the food.

I’ve wanted to visit this restaurant for quite a while considering I loved Forest Gump and it didn’t disappoint me! They really went all out with the theme. The shrimp itself was delicious, but I got full too fast from all the grease. Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and it just put the cherry on top for this whole visit.

Friendly staff and plenty of seating. Food was decent with good size portions. Large drink menu. The hostess stand was sort of difficult to see and and you have to walk through a gift shop first. Otherwise it's was a good place to eat on the pier.

She played trivia about the movie throughout their visit. Our waitress did none of that! For a $100 bill for only two people we left there still hungry!

This place would get a 5 star because the food was awesome, our main waiter was an absolute treat to deal with, but their front of house staff treated us like a real inconvenience when we first got there. Super rude and didnt bother looking at the dynamics of our group to see what kind of seating might suit us (we had a pram and a baby with us), instead the girl just put us in a tiny table and when we asked if we could sit in a area that wasn't so crammed for us, she sighed and said, "I guess so." Thankfully we got a really nice waiter in the end.

Bubba Gump's is a fun place to eat for the entire ohana. It has great food, shrimp with numerous preparations (my husband's favorite is their new bacon wrapped shrimp), delightful and attentive staff and a fantastic view of the beautiful ocean. They are always very accommodating with my dietary restrictions. The mahi mahi I typically eat there tasted very fresh and was prepared exactly as I ordered. We go there every time we are in Lahaina.

The only good things the were the view & our really cool waiter! Ive been to several other Bubba Gump restaurants and expected similar quality. We ordered several items only to be told they were out. Then after changing our order 3 times, they came back and said they would make the item we first ordered. By the time the food came- I had forgotten which plate I had ordered due to all the confusion and menu swapping!! The food was fair at best. I still tipped the waiter because he was the most entertaining guy ever!

Amazing dinner with my girlfriend on a Saturday night at Navy Pier! The food was great, but what made the experience really personal was our server Malcolm. Very overpriced. Food quality and quantity is incredibly disappointing. I ordered the seafood platter, the deep fried fish was slightly off, had a distinct frozen seafood taste. Not what you expect from a $19 entrée. The service, however, is very good. Friendly waiter and front desk.

We just went through the most horrible experience ever in this place, everything since the beginning started bad, we waited to be sitted for one hr. We didnt mind the wait since we figured the food was good, first we were trying to oder ribs and they were out, so we ordered steak and they were out too, so my uncle asked to speak to the manager, the manager comes and was verry unprofesional, and bothered, he was verry careless and rude, manager tells my uncle "well this is a shrimp place not a meat place" i laught i couldn't believe thats what the manager would say to make his customers happy. He was literally treating my uncle like if we were stupid or something, Then two guys sitting next to us who are friends with the waiters were laughing at us, saying stupid comments about us, we told the manager to which he kicked the guys out of the restaurant. A waitress there got verry upset that her friends got kicked out so she starts screaming bad words and harrassing our minor kids ages 5 to 11 years , she told them the f word so Many times and the kids got verry scared, i wish i got Her name but after all the anger it totally passed By me To Get her name, she was verry ghetto and just wanted to fight us, i have seen videos of waitresses fighting customers but i never thought it would happend to us, the manager wouldnt do nothing about waitress so we just ended up leaving the restaurant, from the out side we could see waittress just going crazy with everyone in there cousing a big scene and just flipping us out , saying harrasing words and just wanting to fight, how can this happend, our kids were so scared of seeing this, i really hope they fired her, the way the manager handled everything was just a big shame. We felt very harrassed. We did pay for the food but didn't get to eat. I have video of waitress but i cant post video but i will post pictures

The shrimp mac and cheese is really good but the shrimp po' boy was not good at all. The bread was plain and nearly stale. The breaded shrimp had no flavor and the entire sandwich needed more mayo or something. Staff was nice and my mango margarita was excellent and that's why this isn't 2 stars.

This place do not only serve food, but an entire experience inspired to the famous Forrest Gump movie. Everything recalls the movie, from the furniture to the pictures on the wall. It mostly serves shrimps, prepared in all the possible ways, but you can also find some fish dishes. We got shrimp dishes, of course, and they were all tasty, balanced and delicious. Staff kind and friendly. Quite expensive, but worth the price.

For a restaurant you’d think would be honestly average like a TGI Friday’s, this place actually has some of the best food I’ve ever tasted. All of the employees are extremely sweet and nice as well. Definitely go if you don’t have one back home, it’s a must (especially if you love the movie lol!)

Here you get unlimited seafood for a fixed price. Eat as much as you can. There is also great variety offered, so there is something for every taste and diet. Parking is available and it is just on the road of Florida keys. I recommend stopping here for brunch or dinner, it is worth.

I went there to try their snaow crab and shrimp, and it was DISGUSTING. The shrimp was not fresh at all and i got sick off of it. The crab was okay but it was salty so ended up throwing it away. The service is all right but the food was terrible.

I go specifically for the stuffed shrimp and it never fails me. The calamari wasn't all that great, but the long island was on point! Staff was good. I sat at the bar while it was busy, so I think the bartender gave me as much attention as she could. Definitely going back!

The coconut shrimp tasted like frozen shrimp and the fried zucchini had no flavor even with ranch. The batter tasted bland on the zucchini. The beer machine also had bubbly beer. The food overall had low quality.

I've been to one in Cali and it was really cool bc they had multiple TVs throughout playing Forest Gump. This one however didn't which was disappointing, but they did have a ping pong table which was pretty food. The food was good but nothing spectacular and seemed a little overpriced for wh as f you were getting.
