Great food
Just go here. You will not regret it. Amazing cocktails! Sumptuous meals! I could eat here every day.
Food was great!
While the bar seems quite solid, the food was unimpressive. The "caesar" salad wasn't made with romaine lettuce and was somehow gritty. The field green salad was not much better, though the blue cheese balls made it more interesting. The smoked chicken and pasta dish was flat out bad. The black pasta was gummy and pasty, the chicken tasted like ham, and it was visually unappealing. I was, however, very happy with the staff. They were, universally, very friendly.
The bartender was very knowledgeable about the cocktails and was very friendly. Oh and he made delicious drinks.
Words can not describe how much I love Breckenridge Distillery.
Food is great but the menu is unique. Plus adding fries to a burger costs $7 which is a little ridiculous. But the food and drinks are awesome. Definitely get the bacon
Attentive and knowledgeable service and the food was fantastic. Best restaurant in Breck!
Great people and a great product!
Delicious unique cocktails and small plates! It's pricey but worth it for a fun night out. The burger was unbelievable. We also had Brussels sprouts and the small charcuterie board, which comes with a ton of meat. Be sure to add your choice of cheeses - I do wish it came with dried fruits and nuts.
Fantastic food and drinks. The outside area is great as well.
Breckenridge Distillery has a nice variety of liquors and a great small plates restaurant. hey have great specials and it is a great place to spend an evening. The Chef is one of the best in Breck.
Samara the barmaid is a superhero!
A short ride from main street, Breckenridge Distillery is a large facility with bar, seated and outside dining. Enquire about their free shuttle to /from hotels. Recommend you take tour & pick up a bottle to take home. Picture attached is their cocktails available ON TAP!
Great food, service & cocktails!! There was a slight mix up with our order, but it was immediately recognized & corrected.
Very cool store and tasting area. Been stopping in every year for a long time & they always have something new. Love their spiced whiskey. Prices seem a bit steep though.
If you happen to be touring the distillery the restaurant does deserve a look. In a sea of upscale restaurants in Breck it's exceptional for sure. There are some caveats though. The space itself is quite chic. Modern, slightly rustic, and avoiding any hipster watering hole stereotypes. The cocktails here are (unsurprisingly) top-notch. And expensive. The fact they are using in-house liquor makes everything all the better for it. The menu is designed by a multiple James Beard nominee. It's got some wonderful dishes. It's also very expensive with small portions. This isn't some rigid fine dining experience with stuffy service & white table cloths but it's still fine dining nonetheless. Entrees are pricey to the point of a $170 steak for two. Keep in mind the full menu is only available after 4pm. A very limited BBQ menu (that isn't anything to write home about) is available before 4. To it's credit despite the high prices & upscale environment the place manages to stay (fairly) unpretentious. Staff are super casual & friendly. Though this is pretty common these days with many mountain restaurants & bars. Casual & relaxed is king. Overall I like the space. Just remember that of you come here expecting bar food you (and your wallet) may leave slightly disappointed.
A must stop in the town of Breck! The food was surprisingly excellent, better than most restaurants in town for sure. Fair prices and excellent service.
Not perfect but very good food with excellent service. We had the empanadas as an appetizer, a bit if a let down, I would not order them again. For main course we had salmon, it was a bit over cooked for my liking but the dish as a whole was very good. Also had the lobster ravioli, the dish was outstanding, without a doubt the best lobster ravioli I have ever tasted.
Fantastic food and atmosphere. The staff are great. Best of all its off the tourist trail (just!)
Best cocktail I've ever had chilli math is fire.
We got the baked alaskamyaska and it was SO good. Definitely recommend for dessert!
Food was amazing and the service was fantastic. The atmosphere is great.
Went with a group for a tour and dinner. The place was disorganized and mixed up the details of our tour reservation. They promised us a round of drinks at dinner to compensate, and then reneged when we went to pay. The Lobster Bisque had a weird floury texture. They forgot one of the entree meals we ordered. After several hundred dollars spent, I'd just say my group and I were not impressed. More hype and pretense than quality.

Awesome place. Do the tour and sample some food too
Nice booze and decent food.
Service was good and the food presentation was also good however my meat was overcooked to the point that I had to vigorously saw through some of the pieces with my knife. Another person in our party had undercooked pasta and when it was remade it was still undercooked. With the prices being as high as a 5 star restaurant, I can't say I liked this place for these reasons.
Was a cool tour. No where to really hang out while waiting for the tour.
Sat at the bar and watched the bar tenders work like crazy making all the mixed drinks was good entertainment. They were talented and it was a fun experience!
Great service and delicious food and drinks.
What an awesome place and amazing story behind it
Great food, the tour is free and fun. Good stop!
Great service... good food too. Tastings were unexpected.
Great meal. Exceptional service from Natalie and her recommendations were on point
Fantastic! What more can I say?
The food is amazing. If the mac and cheese is available, definitely give it a try! Not your typical bar food.
The food is some of the best that Breckenridge has to offer and the drinks are top notch. Prices are reasonable for the food but a little on the expensive side for the drinks. However, the quality of their spirits offsets the cost. I had the Old fashioned and the Manhatten and they were both among the best I've had. The atmosphere is awesome as well. Overall I highly recommend Breck Distillery for food and drink. Just be prepared to have a decent sized check it you're with more than 2 people. Our server, Autumn, was attentive and very friendly and Jack is probably their best employee. I'll be back for sure!
Great tasting experience!
BBQ was good. Old Fashion was one of the best I've ever had!
Loved this restaurant. The food was creative and amazing. It was also much more expensive than you would think, so prepare your wallet. But if you're a true foodie, it's worth it! Try the Bacon On a Clothesline and the duck!
Really love this place, it has an amazing atmosphere that no other restaurant in the County has bothered to aspire to. Great small plates. It's expensive but you're going to eat good food. Those plates, though, yeah the actual odd-shaped plates, are the bane of my existence.
Great food and service
Great cocktails. Nice atmosphere.
Recently enjoyed dinner at Breckenridge distillery and has made my reservations prior to arrival. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the small plates menu. The two concerns were that we were placed a cook station with high bar stools. I informed the hostess that i could not get on stool due to having an artificial knee. She stated, that she could not seat us at a table ,and I should of mentioned my artificial knee at booking reservations. I never had to disclose my health issues to before to book a reservation. Another concern is that at the cook station there is no hand washing station. Observed two different cooks where neither one washed their hands over a the period we were there. Saw them touch their face, nose and wipe hands on dirty rag. Oh yes the hostess did give us a 10% discount of buying something.
From the description that stated that this was American food, we thought that this was going to be perfect! My husband wanted a burger (like always!) and I was only mildly hungry. Upon walking in (through the gift shop) we were unsure as to if they were still serving food since it was 30 minutes till closing. The gal that was going to seat us told us to come on in and to not feel rushed. After being seated, I asked if there was something special that people really enjoyed. She told us that it was a tapas style menu and that there several things that she could recommend. At that point our server came up to the table. I had started to peruse the menu and could immediately see that for someone with simple tastes this menu was going to be a challenge. There were things on it that I had no idea what they were (you know, simple!)! We were considering leaving and our waitress (Abbie) was describing some of the items that were things that she thought that might be appealing to us. From her very detailed description we chose to stay and ordered deviled eggs, slightly toasted very mild sourdough bread with a small cast iron pan full of a warm toasted ricotta with honey that was bubbling hot on top of it and a bowl of pork brisket chunks in a delicious Korean BBQ sauce. Everything was very, very good and we would have been fine with just that until I saw another table getting ice cream (my weakness!) So we asked for a dessert menu only to find that the ice cream was Vanilla Homemade topped with caramel (also homemade!) Wow! What a great finale to an unexpectedly yummy late night meal. Abbie was terrific, taking care of our every need! We would (and will)recommend to everyone that will be up here and we will definitely be back ourselves! Sometimes, stepping out of the box is a great thing!
This place is absolutely fantastic. It’s a wonderful environment, the art and decor is amazing and you can really vibe with it. The food is 5 stars most definitely! The drink was fanatic as well! They also have pretty cool merch for sale. I’m so glad we stopped here to eat and drink. I reccomend this place to anyone!
A must stop while in town. great tour, food and drinks
Great food, cocktails and atmosphere. Highly recommended
I love whiskey. They also make vodka and gin if you like those things. Great ambiance at the facility. Restaurant and bar inside. The tumor was great. Love seeing the process. I thought people I Used to Know I lived in Breck for 6 years. They run their business off of volunteer basis with incentives of course, volunteers welcome.
Amazing food and drinks. It's pricey, but the way the food is prepared is close to perfection. Sometimes when I'm sitting at my desk at work, I begin to daydream of the thick, juicy cuts of Maple Pepper Bacon ...
The food was excellent, the staff, and service was so great. I had a great time here and would reccomend it to anyone
Great Old Fashion, however food prices were the most expensive in all of Breckenridge.
Nice atmosphere, free samples and good drinks. The restaurant only serves dinner after like 4pm or so.
We went on a Thursday night during mud season. We arrived early and were seated right away. The place was full within the hour. Get a reservation! The space is industrial and hip. Lots of hard surfaces, and a bit chilly. Comfortable enough. We ordered several small plates and a few cocktails. The plates were inventive and delicious. The cocktails were good. Our dessert was the bourbon float. Delicious! We will be back but we'll have a reservation!
Delicious food, attentive staff, and fantastic ambience.
Great food and drink. Also our waitress was excellent

What goes better with Whiskey than food? The Distillery has that. You wouldn't necessarily think that you'd find such a diverse menu in a Distillery but they do provide that and you should give it a try. We selected the Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, apple, hazelnuts and Breckenridge Bourbon maple, the Maple Pepper Bacon on the clothesline, Hipster fries and the angry Octopus. The Sprouts and Maple Pepper Bacon where absolutely to die for over the top dishes. Service is personal and more than accommodating even though they were extremely busy.
It's nice to see a place in Breckenridge doing some manufacturing and not relying solely on tourism for income. This place is doing it right. Everything they served us was good. Staff was very nice and professional. We took a few bottles home with us. It's also nice that they have their own parking lot, unlike the places in town.
Good alcohol, food was unique and tasty
The BEDT chicken dish I have ever had in my life! Salad was delicious good and yummy drinks!
We signed up for the tasting and tour. The tastings were good but they could have spread it out more. They pour a ton of samples back to back and my girlfriend was unable to try everything. Tour was okay, it doesnt seem like this is the main facility that produces their liquors, as almost no one was working. We sat at the bar for drinks after and the staff was very friendly and quick. Drinks were good. Bottom line is that there are much better distillary tours in CO, but the actual liquor is good and the people were very friendly.
Delicious cocktails and food by highly regarded mixologist and chef. My only complaint would be that it is not cheap. Well worth a splurge though. Will definitely return to try out more of the menu.
Great food, great atmosphere and the service is even better.
Arrived 30 minutes early to our Reservation and had a fantastic drink at the bar, then we were sat at the Chef’s table to our surprise
The whole outside was closed for a wedding. The staff wasn't really friendly. Sat and didn't realize we had go order from the bar, and they only had bbq.
great food, great whiskey, great service
Did the tasting and dinner. Awesome food.
One my favorite places to treat myself in Breck. Great booze even better foods.
Breckenridge needed a place like this.. amazing food and cocktails. Staff is friendly and ambiance is delightful.
Fun place. Have a drink or two.
Food and drinks were AMAZING. Best restaurant in Breck.
Tour isnt as great as it used to be, but they still make excellent bourbon!
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent products and reasonable prices.
Amazing!
Excellent. Place
Super amazing facility, great tour nice people tour guide good prices for great product.
Just had an incredible meal here. Our impulsive stop on the way back from Beaver Creek was rewarded with gourmet food, artful drink, and staff that really cared about our dinner. Sarah was a super attentive server (it's a small plate menu, so that makes a big difference), Chef Daniel talked food with us, and the GM commiserated about parking (they're gonna need more). Artful cocktail menu with in-house bourbon, vodka, and gin. Eat these things and you won't be sorry: the poutine, anything with house-made pasta, brussel sprouts, the dutch baby, and house vanilla ice cream with caramel/fois gras topping. I withheld a star because we had one dish that was a bit under done. It was a special and we were eating early, so the kitchen hadn't much experience with it at that point. But, still.
Fine Bourbon! to the pallet of a raised Kentuckian.
Perfect mule is amazing! Food is delicious! Loved the pork belly brisket. $10 tour is very interesting. Sad they're not open for cocktails on Sundays, just tours.
Pretty good food and atmosphere.
The tour was awesome. Very informative and tasting the best they have to offer for only $12 each was a great way to sample the higher end goods. Definitely coming back.
Fantastic food and drinks! Had the Manhattan, burger (top 5 I've ever had), and bacon appetizer. All amazing. Will come back again.
This place isn't a place that I would recommend. Staff wasn't friendly at all. High prices not worth it at all
Some of the best food in town. And the shuttle service is awesome. Wish they served beer and wine though, I'm not always in the mood for a cocktail

Beautiful place, but the food is not amazing.
Stop by the distillery for a free tour at the top and bottom of the hour until 530p with a free tasting!
We had lunch and tried the BBQ. This was lunch for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bartender billed the ribs as “not spicy at all and out of this world”. After spending $68 for 3 orders of ribs and an order of tacos (which were good), our ribs came: spicy and over cooked to the point of inedible. My two kids each took a bite and put them back. To the manager’s credit, when he heard the ribs were too spicy, he brought us some pulled pork (dry, tough). I love their bourbon, but I don’t ever need to go back for the food. Such terrible BBQ.
Must do!!! Great tour and products
Excellent waitress, the bone marrow was absolutely phenomenal. Cocktails on point!
Excellent service with the tasting but the bartender was rude and abrupt, more so than a typical bartender.
Great dinner. Have the flight.
One of the best places to eat it Breck!
This was my 'go to' place most of the summer. The bar staff were especially great to us. Next summer I hope to see them all again and my favs on the menu. The steaks are great ... when they dont run our and be sure to try their burgers with a boubon float dessert!!
Wow talk about waking up your taste buds!! From salad to dessert - everything had great seasonings. Service was Awesome - Ashley was Great!!
Awesome food (loved the sprouts, angry octopus) and drinks. Wes Anderson/Star wars decor theme an excellent conversation starter. Portions were pretty generous and service spot on.
One of the best places to eat in Summit County, I grew up raising cattle and am very particular about steaks and this place is top of the line. Do yourself a favor and stop by for excellent food and atmosphere!
Brussel sprouts were excellent arugula salad initially salty but they made it right. High point is the liquor. No beer or wine.
The menu was amazing and we tried a lot of different items and they were all good, you have to try the Hasselback duck poutine, a delicious twist on the classic.
Good food good whiskey! What else do you want???
Cool spot
Don’t miss this place. Excellent attentive service, truly great cuisine, amazing cocktails and enjoyable atmosphere. Very accommodating to vegetarian diners. We’ll be back!
Good food
The distillery is an excellent place to stop while visiting breckenridge. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere and in house liquors combined with great eats, what more could you ask for.
Let me start with the water. The snowmelt water cascades down your palate, quenching the thirst you brought with you. Vodka, bourbon, whiskey and gin are all made on site. OMG. Coming back again.
Super cute restaurant and excellent service!
Wonderful cocktails and great bartender
Very cool place
Best.
So if I could give 4.5 stars I would. We had a somewhat mixed bag of drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert. Drinks were excellent. As for the appetizers, the octopus was amazing. Great flavor and very tender. The maple pepper bacon was a little pricey for 3 slices but the taste made up for it... crazy good. Pork rinds also lived up to expectations. The entrees for us tonight were the mixed bag. The barrel charred rotini was spot on. Pasta was perfectly cooked and the chevre sauce was just right. The short rib was hit and miss. The short rib itself was bland and dry but the truffle ravioli was truly the best thing I tasted all night. Shame that there were only two. The creme brulee for dessert was gone in seconds and the kids said it was great. Service was spot on and I'd definitely make a reurn trip.
its all tapas but theyre really good, solid drink menu also. they have some really dope cocktails
Great place! Great food!
Tour was awesome. Very open to photography. I recorded the entire thing.
What an awesome time. The tour was fun and the dinner was amazing!!!
Brilliant, friendly and wonderful tour of the highest and driest distillery in America. Take a tour of their lovely distillery and savor the flights of their delicious Bourbons, whiskeys, vodka and gin. Be sure to try the whiskey flight, and sober up with some BBQ at their attached restaurant (where you can try out some of their delicious signature drinks). Do not miss this place!
Beautiful place, but the food is not amazing.

Wow talk about waking up your taste buds!! From salad to dessert - everything had great seasonings. Service was Awesome - Ashley was Great!!
