As you know, we don't usually bother to place evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...

Great service, fresh and flavorful menu
A nice up scale local eatery. A ggod place of a romantic dinner or a celebration.
The service was excellent and the food was beautiful in presentation and great tasting.
We enjoyed this restaurant on a Wednesday night. We didn't have reservations, but were able to be seated immediately in one of two booths at the bar. I really enjoyed the seared ahi tuna salad. The food was fresh and the flavors unique. My husband had the Buffalo burger (huge!) which he also enjoyed. The only downside to our experience was our server. While relatively proficient, she was not friendly.
Great food, nice ambiance. I had the steak & go at cheese bruschetta and the lobster mac and cheese. Both were fantastic. I will be back.
Nice selection on the menu and really good food
Loved it.. Good food decent prices.. Great service.. Relaxed atmosphere.. NOBL1
We were visiting family for a week. We had the BEST server. His name was Ryan. Absolutely fantastic waiter and the food oh my gosh PERFECT!! thank you for such an amazing experience on our trip. The waiter and cook hands down the best!!
Omg sooo good cant wait to come back
It's the most Gluten Free friendly Restaurant in Denver!!!
The service started out a little slow but the server did a great job and the food is very good.
Good cafe type food. Staff really plesently busting their buts to service a lot of jerky people.
The food here sucks. We went twice, trying to give it a chance, but 4 entrees later and I would have to say their food is pretty bad. Don't waste your time or money.
Never had been but was so impressed They had so many gluten free options ! I had a gf French dip (which I've never seen at a restaurant) and it was amazing. Our server Angelina was very attentive and very kind. I will be back .
Disappointed with my meal. My wife and I treated my wife's mother and sister. Both women had steak dinners which they liked but my wife and I split a steak with blue cheese and noodles. Honestly, we both had two small bites of steak with half a cup of noodles each. The blue cheese flavor was barely decernable. I thought about making a fuss like saying "where's the beef", but I didn't want to embarrass our guest. My wife and I agree that we never eat there again.
Its ok at best. Very pricey. Not really worth it.
Great fresh food. Definitely a popular stop.
Great food priced Right
Nice restaurant to eat at. Service was great, food was delicious, I will be going back soon.
The Buffalo Califlower Bites Were Really A Twist You Have to Try Them I also Had The Rib Eye Sandwich the Service was Excellent I Will be Back
I really like the Bent Fork! The food was prepared well! Awesome steak and wedge salad!
All food and drinks were great a d the service was spot on!!
Meh. Been to many other places that have better food and cost less. Felt like an upscale Dennys. Had drinks that were almost the same price as the meals. Nothing exciting here, find a better spot
Food was great but service was slow, considering how few people were there
Excellent pasta dishes!! I would definitely eat here again
Lots of good Gluten Free options, food was great.
Our waiter assumed because my friend and I were eating the same meal we were sharing a plate somehow? Our food came out at different times and my Brussels were inedible. The drinks were fine but not good. I won't be visiting this location again any time soon. Wait staff needs more training obviously. Also Salmon was not awesome after waiting for the plate an extra 15 min after the first one came, so one plate was cold so we could eat together and the other not cooked well!!! $$$ 120 meal should have left happy!
The spicy tofu tacos are the best I've ever had. So so so good. Only dislike is that it only came with 3. I could have ate 5! Server was really nice and totally gorgeous.
Wide ranging menu, creative dishes. Reasonable wine list and good service. What else could you want?
This place is fabulous! Party of 14th with a different meal & ALL WERE THE BOMB! Gotta admit that I sure didn't expect it to be this nice AND the prices were great!
Had grill beef with salads. I enjoyed the freshness, and the flavor of strawberries sprinkle on it. Love the bent fork grill.
Would be a five except for the waiter blatantly admitting to forgetting about our table before we even ordered. The food was so delicious! My friend and I split a plate of the stroganoff and we loved it! Perfect portion when split, would go again but definitely asking for a different waiter.
Stephanie provided superb service and truly I can say that I've never had a better experience with any server at any restaurant ever. A truly intimate experience, and this woman deserves a raise by the manager truly. 5/5 the meal wasn't bad, but what truly made the experience was the wonderful service we received by Stephanie. Ask for her if you go.
The lobster mac and cheese !!! Best place by far for great food in the area .. lots of gluten and vegetarian options. Even my Keto husband was good to go.
I arrived at 11:30 and the place was empty. Then I found out why, they had just opened. And though it didnt get crowded for lunch, dont let that fool you. This place is good! The atmosphere is chill, home style comfortable. I had some of the best baja tacos I've ever eaten, which is a lot. Loaded with mahi mahi, and delicious fresh veggies, worth another trip anytime I'm in Aurora.
Food was great. Had ribeye sandwich. Server was friendly and timely
Lobster mac n cheese! ...and other tasty, hearty entrees like bison pot roast and rib eye steaks. Decent beverage offerings from the bar, and the service is pretty quick. Prices were on the high side, but reasonable for quality fare.
Good food, great prices and great service
UPDATE! We come here at least once a month, and when my in laws are in town, we come here then too. We all love this place! Never had bad food or service. I've tried several items on the menu but my favorite is the Buffalo Pot Roast, with mashed potatoes and butternut squash. So stinking delicious. We loved everything about our first experience here. The waitress was super helpful, upbeat and on top of things. EVERYTHING that touched our table was drool worthy. I had the stroganoff and can not wait to return to have it again. Their spinach dip is the absolutely the best we’ve ever had. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Our glasses were never empty. This place has my heart!
Very nice and cozy environment. Love there food. Good place to go for lunch. We go here very often and would recommend.
Thought we would try something different while in Aurora. We were looking for something for lunch. I had no idea that I would be spending $17 for a burger and fries. And a flat cola for $2.50 that the server was not interested in rectifying. She didn't check on us at all. We were abandoned. She didn't offer any condiments or ask if there was anything else we would like. The atmosphere was nice. However that means nothing with poor service, food, and prices. I guess maybe I should have just paid $20 for a pasta plate. Maybe it's better at dinner?
So good!!! Best restaurant in Denver! Everything I've had from here has been more than incredible. Great customer service, great food, you know I'll be back!
Food was good, the Greek meatloaf was a bit small for the cost. Service was also good, but seemed to be in a hurry for us to leave. My husband was not done with his plate and she didn't listen and took it anyway.
Great food. Great wine. Attentive staff. Happy Hour too.
I've been here a few times now. Relaxing yet upbeat atmosphere. Great place to grab a drink and a bite to eat
First time going in there. The the service, and food were absolutely great, as well as the price for four people. Not a better value out there for the quality.
Food and service were outstanding. Great menu with reasonable prices. Upscale atmosphere! Loved it!
If you are claustrophobic, request a booth! Good place if you are interested in experiencing new and different food. Cream of Morel soup needed more Morels and cream, but was tasty. Wild Mushroom Dip sandwich was great. Hubby liked the Beef Short Rib Stroganoff. Mom found the Bison Pot Roast on the tough / dry side.
Price a little much for the quality. Dirty tables nice location. Prime ok could be larger. Food ok nothing out the ordinary. Service was a bit slow.
Great food, I had a perfectly cooked steak and my daughter had what she said was a delicious seafood meal.
Very nice setting for a relaxing meal. I had the spicy pecan salad and it was certainly spicy and very delicious. The wait staff is very helpful and courteous. My friend had the French dip and liked it very much. Great place!
We were seated without a reservation. They asked if we had one so it might be a good idea to to do just that. Plenty of Gluten Free options. I didn't like the daily special for the soup - Bacon, Cheddar, and Potato - it tasted like they used bacon grease for the base. But our server took it off the bill without any problems. We sat and talked for a while when we were finished with dinner and they never rushed us. Pleasant experience!
Needs more seasoning, but the meal was good, the service was good, and the atmosphere was nice
Friendly staff and awesome cream of mushroom soup.
I loved the French dip gluten-free meal. They have a good selection of gluten-free alternatives. The service was excellent as well!
My boyfriend's pork chop was burnt so, the chef saturated it with sauce so not to notice. Went down hill compared to last time we were there, which has been a while.
Our server was fantastic, recommended a great wine and was quick and efficient. From the appetizer to the dessert this place rocks it!
We totally enjoyed our dinner at The Bent Fork. Our server, Sam was very attentive
Upscale joint, a touch pricey but worth every penny. Great ambiance, service and of course the food. I had Short Rib Tacos for my first time. Killer. Great side salad as well. Very fresh.
Food is good. Prepared like an expensive restaurant but prices are reasonable. Raspberry bread pudding is to die for and big enough for sharing.
Good but way too expensive
Anniversary dinner- husband had lobster mac n cheese and I had spare rib stroganoff. The food was delicious, waitress was kind and attentive but the thing that wowed me the most was the restaurant's cleanliness. The floors were spotless (even leading into the kitchen) and the bathroom was immaculate. Even the changing table, which often gets forgotten at other places, was very clean. I appreciated it very much as we had our newborn in tow. We will be returning
Great food, great service and nice atmosphere.
A hidden gem in Aurora. Very nice staff and great food. Went for a casual date night with my girlfriend and loved it. I had the grilled cheese, I know, what!?!? A grilled cheese at a restaurant. GET IT! So good. Cocktails were good and the housemade cheese cake is great. All in all a great little place hidden away.
Service was fantastic a d food was delicious!
My cousin and I came for lunch and had a great time here. There weren't a lot of items on the menu so choosing was quite easy. The food was delicious and the portions were large. I had the Pork chop and stayed absolutely satisfied with its quality and taste. The waitress was kind and attentive. We will definitely be back.
Attention Vegans!!! or other lol I just want everyone to know that they DO have some vegetarian and vegan options even though their online menu does not show them. They are clearly labeled on the menu they have on site. I had the Crispy Tofu Tacos and omg!!!! They were perfect!!! I'm super picky with the texture of tofu but this was crunchy and marinated perfectly. I wouldn't change a thing on this dish. I should have gotten a picture but I ate them too fast lol
Great food, great service, great drinks!
Awesome place to eat. We are from out of town and server answered all our questions about what to see and do
Just had dinner here, ordered the bison burger after the first bite the meat tasted rotten couldn't finish my meal I was concerned to get sick, I told the server nothing was done. Ot even the manager showed up to our table and we laid the full price , will never go back again, if they had -10 stars I will give it to them plus service is unprofessional.
Their short rib tacos - WOW! First time coming here and I will definitely dine here again. Excellent service and delicious food!
Comfortably casual dinner house with a very nice menu and delicious food. And a wonderful martini selection. Want a meal of just appetizers and a drink? Bent Fork’s got it. Craving a great burger? This is the spot. Maybe a delicious steak? You’ve come to the right place. Everything served is prepared fresh daily, so it was easy to assure that there was no MSG in anything one of our guests ordered, which can be a challenge at many restaurants. Well done, Bent Fork! We’ll be back when we return to Denver.
Food is good. The bartender was one of the best. He really belongs in a world class hotel or something. .. very professional! The actual restaurant is surprisingly good for a little neighborhood/plaza location.
SO. GOOD. We ended up here by accident but I think it was fate. Service was excellent and food was better than we were expecting. We had the rib-eye and lobster mac 'n' cheese. Prices were reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend
Salt and pepper shrimp is so delicious. All their vegetables are fresh. Definitely recommend.
My only complaint is the bacon date appetizer was teeny tiny. Couldn't taste the date at all. Super disappointing. Everything else was so spectacular that I didn't even care enough to tell my sever. They have GF pasta & crostinis. So delicious! All other portions we're large other than date app.
The atmosphere was quiet almost intimate. The food portions were both appropriate in size and amazing in taste. I had the Black and Blue pasta and it was well worth the price. Yet the best part of the place was by far the staff. Our waitress, Mary, was both funny and attentive to my groups needs. Overall I would highly recommend the Bent Fork for a quite pleasent evening.
I decided to try this place after seeing so many positive reviews. I tried it and will not return. The server was very nice. The quality of the food was better than average but the prices are way too high and the portions size were silly for the prices paid. There are much better economical places in Aurora but with all the positive reviews I guess somebody likes this place. Good luck!
Great place for business lunch. Salads are fresh and delicious
The buffalo (bison) pot roast was amazing. It fell apart at the touch of the fork, and the salty peppery gravy and the sweetness of the squash played beautifully together. Our server (Marcus) was clever and funny and made great suggestions.
Got the salmon, and it was killer! Great drinks, fast service, and everyone was very friendly. Made a reservation through opentable.
Bent Fork is, hands down, one of the best restaurants my group has been to in this area. Awesome food, attentive, friendly waitstaff, wonderful food. We had Southwest Rolls and Bacon Pecan Dates as appetizers. I had a pomegranate martini, the best one I've ever had. You could actually tell there was pomegranate juice in it! My friend had a Chai martini. Oh my goodness, good stuff! I ate Buffalo pot roast, one friend had meatloaf (not your mother's meat loaf!), one other friend had Stuffed Pork Chops. She couldn't stop moaning, it was that good. Our other friend had Penne Pasta and said it was lackluster. That said, we all tasted each other's food. We immediately agreed the Bent Fork is a keeper! The waiter was very knowledgeable; service was prompt, food was artistically displayed. Soft, modern music was played, and the atmosphere was fairly quiet. 3 friends had the brownie dish for dessert: beware, this dessert feeds 4 people! I had a wonderful Creme Brulle. We will be back many times.
Have been wanting to come here for over a year, finally went for my birthday we both got pasta it was good we were hoping the sauce would be thicker and creamier it was a little watery but ok. Artichoke dip was great though. Our server was friendly but not very quick we waited for long periods of time between every point of the meal service. For the money i would probably go somewhere else next time.
This place struck me as a little hoity toity when I walked in. Some of the ingredients smacked of the same. Maybe it's just a little hoity toity, but that's OK, because the base of the food is serious and can be un-hoitied with little effort. Pulled pork sliders were just about full sized samwiches, and might have even had Cole slaw on them, but I can't be sure, I inhaled mine, it was delicious. Bruschetta (did I even spell that hoity toity word right?) with little pieces of steak and a glop of goat cheese! WTH? Delicious. Then came my French dip. Let's keep it real, a French dip is just a hoity toity Italian beef. Being from the greater Chicagoland area, I'm well versed in beefs n dogs. This thing killed, easily the best French dip in recent memory. All the while, our waiter also killed, he was on point with everything. The experience cost my company dearly, but we landed an account, so the CFO hopefully won't be doing any killing.
Enjoyed the lobster Mac and Cheese! The "mock" wings made with cauliflower were delicious!
Delicious pastas, quick and diverse appetizers, extensive wine menu and skilled 'tenders for cocktails. Bring a date here and expect to spend $70 for an experience that is well worth the money.
We visited here as a last minute lunch choice since we live nearby but have never been inside. It was pretty empty, probably just because we were there a little before most places have their lunch rush and they had just recently opened at 11. The woman who seated us was very nice as was our waiter. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. My husband ordered the cauliflower wings which he really liked. Fair warning, it is a bit pricey, especially for lunch.
Delicious food and great service
This place is right around the corner from our house and let me tell you...it’s great. There has only been one time where I didn’t receive amazing service. The lady had a very heavy Hispanic accent and she was just not pleasant. Luckily, she wasn’t my first, second, or third experience. With that being said, service is usually exceptional all the way through. The cauliflower bites and tomatoe soup is great! And my go to is the Indio salad.
Service was slow for a Monday night with a mostly empty dining room. Fish tacos had basically no flavor. They also had lettuce on top, & paired with hot fish made the lettuce wilt. Server was nice. All said, not a good first impression that would make me want to come back a second time.
This is a great little spot with awesome food! I've been here twice and have nothing but great things to say about it to my friends!
Like to thank the waitress for the great service, will be back.
Very contemporary concept and menu, with decent execution. The restaurant tries very hard to be an upscale, posh experience, and for the most part they succeed. The service is a bit of a step down from what they're trying to achieve, I think, and the menu is good, but is just short of excellent. Still, we enjoyed our visit, and will probably be back to give them another shot. Standouts of our meal included a decent wine selection and the appetizers. Dessert was also good, and everything was a decent sized portion.
We had a party of 18. Called ahead to make sure they could accommodate all of us. They sat us almost immediately. The waitress Samantha was wonderful, and the food was great!
The staff are very nice, good menu choices though this visit my samon was left on the grill too long
The drinks and food were all delicious and well priced. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed the Moscow Mule and the French 75 drinks, and the mushroom soup, lobster mac n cheese and the beef stroganoff.
Amazing, as usual. The food is fantastic. Wait staff is the best. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Very pleasant experience. I highly recommend.
The Restaurant was almost empty and the service was very slow, which surprised me. It even seemed to me that the waitress was ignoring me, after I called her several times to send back my overcooked steak. Overall it's not worth the time and money for the low quality food and service I received.
Great food. Had my first Colorado Bulldog. It kind of took a bite out of me.
We have devoured many dishes and beverages at Bent Fork. It is a fantastic little hidden gem and it's what my wife and I think of if we're feeling a little fancy but want to stay local. So far my favorites are the stuffed pork chop and the balsamic brussel sprouts. The key lime martini is also a fantastic choice! Definitely check this place out. Always very clean, incredibly attentive staff but not to the point of annoyance and the prices match the atmosphere.
Excellent food. Portions are large. Service was friendly and fast.
Have gone here a couple times for business meetings and to be honest, the service is a little slow. Now this may be because our party is very engaged in conversation. However, the food is excellent and the people and atmosphere is inviting.
I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had bison pot roast, YUM! Everyone at my table had something different and all said the same thing, great. We had excellent service even though it was very busy. Not too pricey either & it's the ambience was so cozy. GO! you'll love it too.
Wonderful meal with great friends. Mushroom and Tomato Fennel soup were excellent, tasty. Date, artichoke dip and steak bruschetta were wonderful appetizers. Prime rib was wonderul entree to share. Horseradish and au jus were excellent sauces with prime rib. We will be back!!!
Tasty food & great service.
Great neighborhood restaurant that we are lucky enough to have in our neighborhood. Brooke our server was attentive to our needs without being intrusive. Had the rib eye steak that was prepared exactly the way I wanted it. Potatoes were excellent and brussel sprouts on the side were great. Dessert was a cheesecake slice that disappeared rather quickly. Bent Fork is a great special occasion restaurant but becomes a special occasion even for a drop in visit.
Excellent service and the food was fantastic. Wine selection was very good as well.
Fresh food and nicley prepared.
U gotta try this place if u ever get a chance. The food is on point. Please try the scalloped potatoes they are the best i have ever had. The ribeye was so amazing. It is definitely the best i have ever had. Who ever is cooking back there deserves a big pat on the back. Honestly i can't wait to go back.
We had an amazing time for date night, our waitress was awesome and the food super delicious, will definitely be returning!!
Great food and great prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. We go all the time. Their BBQ sauce on their ribs should be bottled and sold. It's amazing!
The food was very good.
Manager was very rude when I came to pick up a Postmates order so I couldn’t order for the customer.
Great food choices good service comfortable location
I was dining by myself. My server was very busy and took a little time before she could get to me. Other servers stopped by to be sure my water was full and the manager came by and brought my cocktail, on the house. I understand being very busy and the fact they were conscious of their customers and wanted to be sure I had a positive experience is the mark of an excellent restaurant. Highly recommend.
I don't understand the raves for this place. I've been there twice now, and consider it mediocre at best. The food and the drinks are overpriced, the portion sizes for most things small, and the food, both times I have been there, has been bland. Last night we paid $80 for a "seared Ahi" that was not seasoned, past it's prime, and placed on bland whit rice with an undressed mushroom and kale salad. I took one bite and stopped. The Tomato-fennel soup we had was good, but it came in a small cup with no bread. Service was decent the second time, though the first time we were there we waited long stretches for any sign of our server.Uninspired, with a decent ambience. Tables are packed pretty close together so you hear the conversations of your dining neighbors unless you talk extremely softly.
June, 2019, ate prime rib, was really good. Heard they have a new chef. Hoping this is a good thing. Disappointed they did not serve St Patrick's day food. Was the absolute tastiest in the past. Hope new chef will be on board with this in 2020. Also Bent Fork needs to update menu more often. Reason why I have 3 stars. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Delicious! Great service.
Great food. And of course the brownie sampler was amazing
Unfortunately we went for a late lunch. Almost empty. Service was good. Ribs were excellent. Meat loaf left much too be wanted. Came cold but heat wouldn't have helped. Pastrami was great.
I have genuinely never had a bad experience here. The wait staff has always been friendly and the food is very, very good, especially value for the money. Always consistent and nice atmosphere. I love this restaurant! Try the buffalo pot roast or French dip & bread pudding for dessert! Also, the mushroom soup is to die for.
The food was wonderful and an enjoyable atmosphere!!!
Great food, awesome service. Coliflower wings were yummy and I'm not even vegetarian.
Love this place. The menu is put to together very well as flavors complement each other perfectly. Everything tasted wonderful and I will be back!
Best brussel sprouts I've ever had! Friendly service. Everything is good here.
Theservice itself was amazing but I have to say I was not impressed with the food at all. The chicken on my sandwich was completely flavorless and had no seasoning whatsoever. Not sure I'd ever go back.
Incredibly delicious food wonderful waitstaff very professional very personable! I highly recommend this restaurant
Great service - friendly and knowledgeable, just enough intervention without hovering. Also refilled our drinks exactly when needed. Great menu options, it took awhile to narrow it down to something because everything sounded so good! I can't wait to go back to try more things. Our party was a birthday celebration and it was very special thanks to our server Marysa. We had the seared ahi entree, the 4 cheese and tomato bisque, the salmon entree, the philly, and the southwest chicken egg rolls. Everything was delicious! We will be back! Thanks!
Great service and amazing food.
An awsome mistake! We were headed to olive garden but they were full so we ended up here and it was perfect! The lobster mac and cheese was delicious and dessert was great. I was worried it was going to be pricey but it ended up being cheap! Our waitress Mary was super nice aswell.
It's ok. Had to send food back because it was under cooked.
This place is amazing! The food is worth every penny! The chef is excellent and the staff is great! Love this place. Best food in Aurora hands down!
Their buffalo cauliflower wings are phenomenal. Was not a fan of their southwestern rolls. At all. Mushroom soup was mediocre. Great service.
Great food. Good drinks. Decent prices. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere. Location is good. Plenty of parking available. I stopped by on a whim and I'm glad I did.
OMG, what an experience! It was a birthday celebration for my birthday! I had a key lime pie martini which was delicious. The food was incredible and I was stuffed. The food was cooked to perfection! It was my first visit and will definitely not be my last!
Good food and great service. Great spot for a not-overly-upscale dining experience
This is a little chill spot with great hospitality and good food & drinks
I had the lobster macaroni and cheese it was awesome I just wish for 24 dollars I had gotten a 24 dollar portion of food
Set a reservation for 7 pm and were seated as we walked in at about 6:55. Waitress was timely and attentive. Food was well prepared and a solid portion. Desert was awesome but to much to eat! Is very well priced for the atmosphere. We will definitely be regulars! Thank you!
They updated the menu 6 months ago, but failed to completely update the online version. They didn't update the menu at all on Orbitz Dining. So .. everything that I wanted to try, was no longer on the menu. I opted for a club sandwich and it was a mess when it was brought to the table. Service was below average and they weren't even that busy. Nothing was what I would expect for what they charge.
Absolutely best restaurant. The food offered here are delicious. The atmosphere is friendly. I will come again.
Friendly waitress. Food attractively served and a reasonable wait for a weekend night.
Spectacular food, great service! One of the best places I've eaten.
Great food and service!
Lobster Mac and cheese. Just make it happen
Great atmosphere and even more amazing food!!!
Our server was great and the stuffed pork and slow roasted ribeye were delicious. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that a large portion of my steak was just pure fat.
Came here for my birthday celebration. Our server was great and attentive and sang Happy Birthday when she brought our dessert to the table. This restaurant has nice ambiance and a comfortable vibe.
We are visiting from out of town. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Artichoke dip was amazing. Highly recommend
Came here for dinner. Food was decent but pretty pricey for the quality and portions. They had a lot of interesting sounding cocktails but I wasn’t especially impressed by the one one I got called The Marked Man. That said the service was great. I’d be willing to try this place again but at their price point there are better options in the area.
Phenomenal restaurant with amazing food. Go you will NOT be DISAPPOINTED. THIS PLACE IS 10 ☆
Bent Fork never disappoints. I've been dining here for the past 5 years, ever since moving to Denver, and every single time it is consistently fresh and delicious. No meal is complete without the cauliflower wings appetizer and cream of mushroom soup.
I've been at this restaurant multiple times for their prime rib, which is great almost every time. Unfortunately, today we experienced horrible service where we walk in and wanted to sit at a booth with a high chair at the end. There were 4 booths open and we selected the farthest one next to the wall. Next the waitress said, we can't place a high chair at the end of the booth because it is fire hazard. A complete and utter lie. I know the rule that you must have 36" space in the walkway to meet fire hazard guidelines. There was more than 4 feet to the nearest table. We didn't make a big deal and just had the meal with the baby car seat on the ground next to us. Next I call back into the restaurant and they change their story and mention that having a chair at the end of the booth is a fire hazard, but the high chair is okay and then she hanged up. Talk about double standard. Wish they would compensate for their poor service this unfortunate evening because the food is great.
Amazing food. Rocky mountain salmon, lobster mac green chili mac and the butcher's cut NY a trip were all extremely tasty. Bit on the pricey side but not bad considering the quality of the food. Service staff was outstanding. Won't be driving past this one at dinner time. A very pleasant experience.
A phenomenally good taste. Nothing canned. Hearty flavors. Reasonable price.
Lunch yesterday was great! Good food and great service, we were not disappointed !
I’m curious what the owners of this establishment consider “good” and more importantly whey they think that term applies to them. Because this falls well short of “good” and struggles to even achieve mediocrity. The food is overpriced. Portions are small. The food is nothing special. If you’re looking to spend 20-25 a plate there’s dozens of better options in the area, much less the Denver Metro. If you want to pay an extra 10 bucks a plate for a dressed up version of what you can get at just about any casual dining place, then I suppose this may do the trick. However, if you want a quality dining experience at a reasonable price you should look elsewhere. They struggle to get even the simplest orders right, the food didn’t sit well either. The place used to be decent 2-3 years ago but it’s gone down hill. There’s better places to spend your money, there’s better food to eat, and better ways to spend your time.
Truly a pleasure. My wife and I wanted a change of pace and try a restaurant to which we had never been. The Bent Fork was a fantastic experience. The food was fantastic (best blue cheese dressing ever!) and the service and staff even better. We are so glad we found the Bent Fork!
