Longtime Dillon restaurant located in a historic building near the shore of Lake Dillon. Known for great breakfasts and it's BBQ. Lunch menu starts at noon. Consider the Ruby Trout salad, trout filet served an a bed of spinach. The outdoor seating is now open with views of the mountains and lake.

We live out of state but have been to this restaurant several times because we have a relative who lives nearby. It always has great and creative dishes. Service is fast, and the menu is very diverse. I had the green pork chili which was a large bowl and very tasty. Not too hot, seasoned well and a cheese quesadilla was served on the side. My husband had the half pound burger which had a really great char flavor. This place is little off the beaten path in a residential area, but close to the Dillon Marina and amphitheater. Can't recommend it more highly. It's really worth getting off the main street and away from the chain restaurants to give it a try. They also have a really cool pub downstairs.

Very poorly ran. Staff seemed overwhelmed with poor leadership. We waited for 40 minutes with an estimate of 20, and saw parties both larger and smaller than ours be seated before us. We left and did not get to eat.

One of the best local places around. They have a great Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch Menu. Location is great and the services has been spot on. I highly recommend this place. And for breakfast the Corned Beef Hash is one of if not the best I've had.

First off, the tomato soup is ridiculously delicious. We also had the BBQ plate, which was also well cooked and tasty. Happy hour drink prices are good too. (We might be a little drunk right now, but never the less...highly recommend the downstairs bar

Great place. Nice patio to sit on. I had the Ruben, which I thought tasted great. Personally, I wish the sauerkraut was a little stronger in flavor, but it didn't detect from the sandwich at all. My friend had the buffalo burger, which I tried and thought I should have ordered it, as well. The staff were very friendly and prompt. When we walked in, we had to wait a total of a minute before we were seated and ordering beverages. Very great place, thank you for a nice meal!

Wow! This food was amazing! We decided to eat there when visiting the ice castles and so glad we did. I would recommend to anyone in the area. They smoke most if not all of their meats in house and make a lot of others items in house too. Would not really recommend for vegetarians... Although the nachos looked amazing. Get the baked beans. I promise. I never eat them and was amazed!!! I also did the brisket sandwich... Omg. Best I have had since moving for TX.

Besides the Mountain Lyon Cafe in Silverthorne and the Log Cabin Cafe in Frisco this is hands down the best place to get brunch in Summit County. Definitely the best place for breakfast and lunch food in Dillon! This cozy cabin nuzzled on the corner of Lake Dillon Drive exudes culture. Black-and-white photos of old school Dillon are found hanging all around inside. During the summer months make sure to get here early so that you can snag a spot on their outdoor patio with great views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains!

I love this place! I don't live in the area, but by my second visit I was being treated like a regular visitor. Incredibly friendly group of people, convenient location for hitting the slopes, and absolutely devine breakfast food, especially the oatmeal. I will most definitely be back asap! When you go, ask for Brandon, he takes care of his people.

Ate here for dinner before a concert, drinks after and then Breakfast the next day. Prices are fair, food was good to excellent and service was good. A bit chaotic for dinner before the concert but in all fairness, they were getting slammed... Breakfast was AWESOME. No idea how the food is but the service is terrible. We were seated for at least 10 minutes with a squirmy, hungry toddler and nobody even bothered to ask us what we wanted to drink. We couldn't deal with that unnecessary delay with a hungry toddler because who knows when any food would have arrived with the kitchen closing in 15 minutes. I wish I could say it was due to a short staff, but no joke, they cleared our table 30 seconds after we left and seated someone else 30 seconds after that. Unless you just ate somewhere else and have enough time to sit and wait until you're hungry again, I'd avoid this place in favor of literally any other place. Update: We're in town again and against our warnings, our friends wanted to get breakfast here. I tried to put my name in with the same apathetic host that was here last time. I was the only person waiting to talk to him and he still couldn't bother to acknowledge me. When he finally did, he said it was an hour wait. I know from past experience that once seated, I could expect another 30 minutes until they bothered to take our order and probably at least 30 more until they could get the food out.

Wife and I thought it was a quaint local place. Little cramped, but thats part of the ambiance. Food was good and fairly priced. Had that night's special. Nice big portions. Service was less than desirable. Seemed like a challenge to get anything timely. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars.

It was pretty good. They have a different selection of menu items. Mostly BBQ based. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork meals. But they also have sandwiches. They have French dip and Philly cheese steak sandwiches as well. And different kinds of burgers. I had the Mac and cheese with pulled pork. So good. But I also drenched it with BBQ sauce cuz I like BBQ sauce. They have like a chocolate brownie bread pudding, peach and raspberry cobbler, and I think cheesecake for dessert. The cobbler was fantastic. It's a nice place. Kinda pretty slow though, but good food and friendly staff.

We had to wait a bit for the pub. It's a bit of a dive, but clean and bustling. We both ordered burgers. They were very good. The rings and fries were good but nothing special. Still we really liked the place and would come back for the burgers or other specials.

This place was great. Took our kids (age 8 and 4) and you could sit outside on the patio or inside or even downstairs in the Pub. Kids (surprisingly) wanted to hang in the Pub. It was Taco night with a salsa bar and the food was great. I thought the chicken wings were wonderful. Great prices. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

My experience was fantastic. This restaurant came highly recommended from everyone I spoke to, and it lived up to the hype. The tacos (taco Tuesday) were amazing. The service was good and the beer selection was solid. I was very excited to see Outer Range on tap.

Great service and very down to earth location. Check out the location’s history printed on the menu. Good menu variety. The trout is excellent. Ribs also very good. Salad dressings are rather bland with some of the worst Caesar and blue cheese I’ve had in quite awhile. The chicken wings we ordered in buffalo sauce tasted nothing like any buffalo sauce I’ve ever tried. Fries and burgers were good. The Philly cheese was very good and with large portions. The Ruben was about average lacking any tang from the sauerkraut. Our party of six was considered a “large” party and an 18% gratuity was added to our order cheating our server out of at lest 2%. If you go to the pub downstairs, they have specials on different menu items each night of the week at a nice discount.

Arapahoe smokes all their own meats and they are delicious! Try the BBQ Benny for breakfast or the hash. So good! Anything they have smoked for lunch or dinner is also really good! Ask about specials too!!

Service and pretty good and food was good but could use a bit more attention to detail. We each ordered the bison burger. They were cooked a bit more than desired, and the bun was cold and fries weren't too far behind by time the food reached our table. My guess is it sat in the pickup window too long. Would definitely give this place another shot, though!

Me and my girlfriend decided to go here on a whim and we have never written a review for a restaurant before but we agreed that we wanted to do one for this place because it was THAT good. The drinks were strong and there were some unique ones; we got the warm cider one with a cinnamon stick in it and it was amazing. We ordered the bison burger and the pulled pork BBQ Mac and cheese and both were absolutely delicious. Great service too with Andrew. Definitely the best dining experience we had near Breck and if you have the chance to check this place out you should!

We had the trout and the loaded mac and cheese. The trout was dry and over seasoned. It's such a delicate fish and the spices just blew it away. The wilted spinach that came with it was literally just an enormous glob of melted spinach with some salt. The Mac and cheese entree would have been fine at Chili's - undistinguished white cheese, an occasional bit of crispy bacon, and a giant pile of unseasoned pulled pork. At the prices here, it was almost insulting. The staff was polite and efficient despite a full house, so that's where the star comes in.

Can only speak from my experience, but I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was extremely clear that the waffles are frozen and toasted to serve. WTF. I can do that at home. My partner got a different dish and it was very average. Very typical for this area unfortunately. We won't be back. Server was not great either.

Loved the restaurant feel and had a lot of fun in the lower bar/pub area playing pool and getting drinks. Only complaint is that the pool table is in a way too awkward of a spot, so it is hard to play. It was kind of hard to get servers attention, but that can be expected when they seemed a little slammed.

I liked this place. We wanted BBQ and this place came up. As we entered at dinner time on a Friday evening, it appeared full and busy. We were told there was a 45 min wait, but we were offered to head downstairs to the bar to wait. Space opened up at the bar when we did, so we sat right down. We decided to order food at the bar and the server welcomed this. The bartender was busy, but very responsive, friendly and cool. I got the $15 red trout dinner and my friends got the BBQ. Everything was really good. The crowd was laid back local mixed with visitors from out of town and it was a nice atmosphere overall. If there was a bit more seating, I would have said 5 stars.

Food was great. Service was not. My bill came to $29.56, I gave Tania - cashier/waitress, $40.56. She asked if I wanted change back? I replied "yes". She brought back a 10 dollar bill. I really dont care that she didn't give me the correct amount back, it was her attitude and demeanor towards me that made the whole experience just uncomfortable. 3 stars for food. No stars for customer service.

We lucked into this restaurant as s last minute, random choice on our surprise Valentine's Day date night. The service was so friendly and food quite good as well. The wings have a fabulous smoked flavor and the Trout Spinach Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette was tasty and healthy. And they are right down the street from the awesome Ice Castle (in the winter that is). Give them a try, they are great.

Sat in the outdoor patio. Ordered a well done burger. It was not well done. I guess you get what they give you. Also got the wrong drink when I ordered diet Coke. Found out that their daily specials on the back of the menu are for eating inside the pub only. Pricing was $4 more on the patio. What the #=\&! Won't be back.

The food was good, although I wouldn't say anything special. The prices were reasonable for the area and I was pleased with the level of service. When we got there, was a lengthy wait of 45 minutes, so be prepared for that. There is a pub downstairs where you can wait, but it took a while for us all to have a place to sit, so more seating would be good. Overall, I would say if you are looking for BBQ in the area and aren't afraid to wait, this is a good place to check out.
