The salsa was great. I even got some to take home because I liked it so much. But the tortilla chips were paper thin and very hard to dip in the salsa. They just instantly broke. Not a fan of the chips. I got a steak bowl with no beans and it was maybe 3 or 4 oz of steak... Small portion and it needed salt. My friend got a burrito and it was loaded with salt. The service was also a little weird. Hardly anyone was there but after ordering we didn't see our server and had to go get him twice for refills and salsa, like leave the booth and walk around looking for him or someone to help.

Great food! The chips and salsa are my favorite of any Mexican food restaurant. I almost always get the "Ajuua Burrito", with the hot chili sauce . A family of four can be a little expensive.

This was our 1st visit and we decided to go because my boyfriend had been there a long time ago. It was our friend's birthday tonight and we decided to give it a try. We always test out the chips and salsa as a test, to see if the Mexican food is going to live up to our expectations! That is one of the best salsas I have ever tasted, perfect blend of spices and flavor... gave us the runny nostrils LoL! The drinks were on point and the food tasted so fresh! Service wasn't the quickest tonight, but definitely the friendliest and he kept checking on us. We did go in a little later (8pm-9:30). We will definitely be recommending this place and bringing more friends! Love it

Ive lived in the area for a while and I always pass this place. Always assumed its closed due to there never being any cars in the parking lot. I went today (Saturday) because I had a Groupon. Its suprisingly dead to be a Saturday night. Always had my suspicions about this place due to their lack of traffic, so I order a cheesburger. I didnt want to order Mexican food and end up disappointed. Ive literally got a bigger burger off of the Wendy's 4 for 4 menu. Just one small single patty and bread was falling apart. I was just stunned that they would sell a burger that small to an adult, for $10. But whatever. They dont have a dessert menu either. But whatever

I came in a great mood left in a somber mood. I don't know what their deal was today. They were not on their game. At least for me the food was just ok nothing great. The waiter told me what I couldn't get and even when he brought me my food it was missing something. I thought this place would be solid because of the reviews... I love this place. Great food at awesome prices. They also have groupons so it's my spot for special occasions on the cheap. The chips and salsa that they bring out as an appetizer will get you full because you'll have to force yourself not to eat too many. The salsa is fresh, spicy but not too much and the flavor is delicious. The portions are good as well. You get the value for your money and the quality of the food is excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. The service has always been good. I have been eating here for years now. I used to go to the one on Hampden before it closed. I don't know how they topped that location but they did. I also enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

This was the best meal experienced we've had in a LONG time. The food was delicious. We ordered a a number of dishes and shared them all, so the variety of tastes was so incredibly enjoyable. The employees are always so friendly, welcoming and perfectly attentive. And the cucumber/jalapeno margaritas were perfect! I'm glad we have leftovers. Ajuua never disappoints.

Needed a place to eat late on a Sunday night, and while they were about to close up, they still fed me with a smile... and delicious food. Chips were fresh and light. Salsa was tasty and just the right amount of kick. I got the shrimp tacos, and the are four with a generous amount of shrimp. I appreciated that they chopped the shrimp rather than sticking 2 or 3 whole ones - endured I got shrimp in every bite.

Ordered a simple beef and cheese and onion burrito, no sauce and refried beans only. It was sent back twice once for having rice and garnish on the plate and the other for poor taste. I took one bite and it had a funky taste and the coke was not mixed well either. I ordered a taco and that was not the best either. I have eaten there once before and didnt mind it much. this time, I was disappointed. However, my friends and my partner said the alcohol mixed drinks were wonderful.
